Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an assembly stand for collapsible spouted pouch containers.

[0002] In recent years, as the world works towards the SDGs, packaging containers have been reviewed, and efforts are being made to make containers more compact and reduce the use of plastic and paper. Many products are being sold in spouted pouch containers, instead of bottles, as product packaging to reduce the burden on the environment. In the past, products such as shampoo, body soap, and liquid detergent were sold in spouted pouch containers, which were film sheet bag containers for refilling into dedicated bottles, that is, pouch containers. However, in recent years, spouted pouch containers have been adopted for cosmetics such as lotions, milky lotions, and facial cleansing soaps, as well as seasonings such as soy sauce, and various ideas have been proposed to make spouted pouch containers easier to stand upright so that they can be used while still in the spouted pouch container.

[0003] The holder for fixing a soft packaging bag described in Patent Document 1 was invented as a fixing holder capable of stably holding a soft packaging bag, i.e., a pouch container, upright. The holder for fixing a soft packaging bag in Patent Document 1 is composed of a bottomed tubular body made of paperboard or plastic, and a handle made of a flexible material and attached so as to connect opposing parts of the upper edge of the tubular body. The handle is provided with a hole for inserting the spout of the soft packaging bag. The holder for fixing a soft packaging bag can be used by inserting a soft packaging bag into the tubular body, and the handle part can be moved aside to open the top of the tubular body, the soft packaging bag can be inserted therein, and then the spout can be inserted into the hole in the handle from the inside to attach it.

[0004] The pouch container package and blank sheet described in Patent Document 2 include a front panel, a pair of back panels connected to both side ends of the front panel, a top panel connected to the upper end of the front panel, and an extension panel connected to the top panel. The back surfaces of the pair of back panels are fixed to the surface of the extension panel. The top panel is further formed with an insertion hole so that the neck of the pouch container can be inserted, and a pair of locking holes extending to both sides of the insertion hole. The insertion holes are locked by abutting against the lower surface of a flange piece provided in the middle of the neck of the pouch container.

[0005] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 3328333 [Patent Document 2] Utility Model Registration No. 3189307 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] The holder for fixing a soft packaging bag described in Patent Document 1 was invented as a device capable of stably holding a soft packaging bag upright. However, since the main body of this dedicated fixing holder is cylindrical, it takes up space and is difficult to install in a small space. Furthermore, when setting a soft packaging bag in the fixing holder, it is necessary to move the handle part to the side to open the top of the cylindrical body, drop the soft packaging bag into the fixing holder, and then insert the spout from the inside into the hole in the handle to install it, which is a hassle to set.

[0007] In addition, the pouch container package and blank sheet described in Patent Document 2 can reduce costs by being easily attached to the pouch container. In addition, the blank sheet can ensure the stability of the pouch container even when the contents are reduced. However, when attaching the blank sheet to the pouch container, it is necessary to fix the back surfaces of the pair of back panels to the surface of the extension panel. In other words, it is time-consuming because it is necessary to glue with an adhesive or the like. In addition, since the bottom surface of the assembled blank sheet is not formed, as the contents of the pouch container are reduced with continued use, the front panel and the back panel near the lower end will stick together due to the pressure of the front panel and the back panel being pinched between the thumb and other fingers, which causes the pouch container to become unstable.

[0008] The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and provide an assembly stand for spout-equipped pouch containers, which can be assembled to clamp the outside of a capped pouch container, has excellent self-supporting ability when the stand is placed on the container, and is also decorative when displayed in a storefront. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] Claim 1 of the present invention is an assembly stand for a pouch container with a spout, which is a packaging sheet to be attached to a pouch container with a cap, the packaging sheet being a single piece of paperboard or plastic sheet, and when the packaging sheet is folded inward along the fold line and assembled, a first main body sheet and a second main body sheet on two opposing sides are connected by a bottom sheet, and at least one of the first main body sheet or the second main body sheet is formed with an approximately U-shaped fastening sheet located on the opposite side to the bottom sheet for being clamped into a clamping plate formed on the spout.

[0010] Claim 2 of the present invention is an assembly stand for a spout-equipped pouch container, in which a first insertion opening for inserting an insertion piece of the retention sheet is formed on the first main body sheet or the second main body sheet on the side on which the retention sheet is not formed.

[0011] Claim 3 of the present invention is an assembly stand for a spout-equipped pouch container, in which the retaining portion sheet is formed so as to face both the first main body sheet and the second main body sheet, and the retaining portion sheets are formed so as to be fastened together.

[0012] Claim 4 of the present invention relates to an assembly stand for a spout-equipped pouch container, which is a packaging sheet to be attached to a pouch container with a cap, the packaging sheet being a single piece of paperboard or plastic sheet, and when the packaging sheet is folded inward along a fold line and assembled, a first body sheet and a second body sheet on two opposing sides are connected by a bottom sheet, the first body sheet and the second body sheet are formed with a substantially U-shaped fastening sheet located on the opposite side to the bottom sheet for being sandwiched between a sandwiching plate formed on the spout, side sheets are formed extending outward from both the left and right ends of either the first body sheet or the second body sheet, and side tabs are formed extending outward from parts of both the left and right ends of the side sheets, a fold line is formed between the side sheets and the side tabs, and a second cut-out is formed in the first body sheet or the second body sheet on the side on which the side sheet is not formed, for inserting the side tab. Effect of the Invention

[0013] To provide an inexpensive assembly stand for spouted pouch containers, which does not require gluing with an adhesive and can be assembled by clamping the outside of a pouch container, has excellent self-supporting properties when placed on the stand, and is also excellent in decorativeness when displayed in a store. [0015] Fig. 1 is an exploded view of the spout-equipped pouch container assembly stand A of the present invention shown in Fig. 2. The spout-equipped pouch container assembly stand A is a packaging sheet 1 formed by hollowing out a single sheet of paper, plastic sheet, etc. The spout-equipped pouch container assembly stand A shown in Fig. 2 is obtained by folding and assembling the packaging sheet 1.

[0016] 2 and 3 are diagrams showing the spout-equipped pouch container assembly stand A of the present invention attached to a capped pouch container C. As shown in Fig. 4, the spout-equipped pouch container B is formed by inserting the welding part 3a of the spout 3 into the opening of the bag-shaped pouch container 2 and attaching it by heat welding. The spout 3 has a cylindrical main body 3e having a cylindrical spout 3d for pouring out the contents, and the welding part 3a.

[0017] As shown in Fig. 4, a flange 3c that protrudes outward is formed between the outlet 3d and the welded portion 3a. Furthermore, a pair of plate-shaped sandwiching plates 3b that sandwich the spout 3 in parallel positions are formed between the flange 3c and the welded portion 3a to facilitate sandwiching the side surface of the cylindrical body 3e of the spout 3. The role of the sandwiching plates 3b is such that when filling the spouted pouch container B from the outlet 3d using a filling equipment device, the approximately U-shaped arm of the filling equipment device is inserted along the sandwiching plate 3b, so that the spouted pouch container B can be hung in a hanging state.

[0018] Furthermore, when the spout-equipped pouch container B shown in Fig. 4 is covered with a cap 4 on the spout outlet 3d portion and set, it becomes the capped pouch container C shown in Fig. 5. The cap 4 can be a tamper-proof cap, a hinge cap, or the like. Also, an inner plug may be set on the opening of the spout outlet 3d before the cap 4 is placed on the opening so that the size of the opening can be changed.

[0019] Next, we will explain the shape of the packaging sheet 1. As shown in Fig. 1, the packaging sheet 1 is formed of a rectangular bottom sheet 1c, and a first main body sheet 1a and a second main body sheet 1b each extending outward from two longitudinal ends of the four sides of the bottom sheet 1c.

[0020] As shown in Fig. 1, the first main body sheet 1a is formed with a retaining sheet 1d extending outward from a position opposite to the bottom sheet 1c. The retaining sheet 1d is formed in a substantially U-shape so as to sandwich the clamping plate 3b shown in Fig. 4. Furthermore, a tab 1e is formed near the tip of the retaining sheet 1d, protruding laterally beyond the width of the retaining sheet 1d, so as to be inserted into and stopped at a first inlet b cut into a part of the second main body sheet 1b, as shown in Fig. 1.

[0021] The cut width of the first inlet b is formed to be equal to or slightly smaller than the width of the tab 1e. As a result, when the assembly stand A for spouted pouch containers is assembled, the first inlet b formed in the second main body sheet 1b is inserted from the outside to the inside, as shown in Fig. 2, so that the tab 1e is not easily caught and removed. Note that the shapes of the retaining sheet 1d and the tab 1e are merely examples and are not limited to the shapes shown in Fig. 1.

[0022] Next, Fig. 6 shows a packaging sheet 11 showing a different embodiment 1 of the packaging sheet 1 shown in Fig. 1. The packaging sheet 11 has fastening sheets 11da, 11db formed on both the first main body sheet 1a and the second main body sheet 1b, which are fastened together. That is, as shown in Fig. 6, a fastening sheet 11da is formed on the first main body sheet 1a at a position opposite the bottom sheet 1c. Also, a fastening sheet 11db is formed on the second main body sheet 1b at a position opposite the bottom sheet 1c.

[0023] Further, a tab 11ea is formed near the tip of the fastening sheet 11da, and a tab 11eb is formed near the tip of the fastening sheet portion 11db. The tabs 11ea and 11eb are formed as concave and convex tabs so that they can be fastened to each other.

[0024] A process of assembling the packaging sheet 11 shown in Fig. 6 by attaching the packaging sheet 11 to the capped pouch container C shown in Fig. 5 will be described. The broken line portion of the packaging sheet 11 shown in Fig. 6 is the fold line a. When the fold line a at the boundary between the first main body sheet 1a and the retaining portion sheet 11da and the fold line a at the boundary between the second main body sheet 1b and the retaining portion sheet 11db are folded inward and erected, the state shown in Fig. 7 is obtained.

[0025] Next, as shown in Fig. 8, the capped pouch container C is placed on the bottom sheet 1c, and then the fold line a at the boundary between the first main body sheet 1a and the retaining sheet 11da is folded inward and made to stand, resulting in the state shown in Fig. 9. At this time, the retaining sheet 11da is held in a state where it is sandwiched by the sandwiching plate 3b of the spout 3.

[0026] Next, from the state shown in Fig. 9, the fold line a shown by the dashed line at the boundary between the second main body sheet 1b and the retaining sheet 11db is folded inward to erect the second main body sheet 1b, thereby completing the assembly of the spout-equipped pouch container assembly stand A1 as shown in Fig. 10. At this time, the retaining sheet 11db is set so as to sandwich the sandwiching plate 3b of the spout 3.

[0027] The retaining sheet 11da and the retaining sheet 11db are fastened at the pair of the sandwiching plates 3b installed on the lower end side of the flange 3c, as shown in Figs. 11 and 12. The retaining sheet 11da formed in a U-shape and the retaining sheet 11db formed in a U-shape are inserted in a U-shape so as to sandwich the sandwiching plate 3b while facing each other, and are joined to form an approximately O-shape. Furthermore, the tabs 11ea and 11eb formed at the ends of the retaining sheet 11da and the retaining sheet 11db are hooked together, so that they can be held in place and not come off. In addition, since the diameter of the opening of the approximately O-shape is formed smaller than the diameter of the flange 3c, as shown in Figs. 12 and 13, even if the spout-equipped pouch container assembly stand A1 is held by the fingers, lifted, and tilted in an attempt to open the cap 4 and pour out the liquid content, it will come to rest on the lower end surface of the flange 3c.

[0028] Next, Fig. 14 shows a packaging sheet 12 showing a different embodiment 2 of the packaging sheet 1 shown in Fig. 1. From this, the shape of the packaging sheet 12 will be described. As shown in Fig. 14, the packaging sheet 12 is formed of a rectangular bottom sheet 1c, and a first main body sheet 12a and a second main body sheet 12b each extending outward from two longitudinal ends of the four sides of the bottom sheet 1c. In addition, a retaining sheet 12d extending outward from a position opposite to the bottom sheet 1c is formed in the first main body sheet 12a. Furthermore, a retaining sheet 12d extending outward from a position opposite to the bottom sheet 1c is also formed in the second main body sheet 12b.

[0029] As shown in Fig. 14, the retaining sheet 12d is formed in a substantially U-shape so as to sandwich the sandwiching plate 3b shown in Fig. 4. In addition, a tab 12e protruding inward is formed near the tip of the retaining sheet 12d so as to sandwich and stop the sandwiching plate 3b. That is, the retaining sheets 12d formed on both the first main body sheet 12a and the second main body sheet 12b overlap each other by being inserted into the sandwiching plate 3b, and the protruding tab 12e is caught when the sandwiching plate 3b is sandwiched, so that the retaining sheets 12d are difficult to come off.

[0030] 14, the second main body sheet 12b is formed with side sheets 12f extending outward from both left and right ends. Also, side tabs 12g extending outward from parts of both left and right ends of the side sheets 12f are formed. The side tabs 12g can be inserted into second cut openings b1 formed in the first main body sheet 12a when the packaging sheet 12 is assembled.

[0031] Next, the process of assembling the packaging sheet 12 shown in Fig. 5 by attaching the packaging sheet 12 to the capped pouch container C shown in Fig. 5 will be described. The broken line portion of the packaging sheet 12 shown in Fig. 14 is the fold line a. As shown in Fig. 16, the capped pouch container C is placed on the bottom sheet 1c, and then the fold line a at the boundary between the first main body sheet 12a and the retaining sheet 12d and the fold line a at the boundary between the second main body sheet 12b and the retaining sheet 12b are folded inward and made to stand. Next, the fold line a at the boundary between the second main body sheet 12b and the side sheet 12f is folded inward and made to stand, resulting in the state shown in Fig. 17.

[0032] Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 17, the fold line a at the boundary between the first main body sheet 12a and the bottom sheet 1c and the fold line a at the boundary between the second main body sheet 12b and the bottom sheet 1c are folded inward and erected, while the side tab 12g is inserted into the second cut opening b1, resulting in the state shown in Fig. 18. Next, from the state shown in Fig. 18, the fold line a at the boundary between the side tab 12g and the side sheet 12f is folded inward as shown in Fig. 19, thereby assembling the spout-equipped pouch container assembly stand A2 as shown in Fig. 15.

[0033] 14 and 15, in the spouted pouch container assembly stand A2 of the present invention, a portion of the central part of the first main body sheet 12a or the second main body sheet 12b is hollowed out to form an opening c, which allows the remaining amount of the capped pouch container C to be visually confirmed. Furthermore, it is possible to provide a spouted pouch container assembly stand A2 that allows the pouch container 2 to be directly pinched and pressed with fingers when the pouch container 2 is filled with a viscous content.

[0034] The material of the assembly stands A, A1, and A2 for spouted pouch containers of the present invention is paper or plastic sheet, so the entire surface of the sheet can be decorated with printing, etc. For example, as shown in Figure 20, it is easy to make a shape featuring a product's mascot character, or to design and print product labels, etc. in color.

[0035] Furthermore, by displaying the capped pouch-containers C equipped with the spouted pouch-container assembly stands A, A1, and A2 of the present invention side by side as shown in Fig. 21, they can be neatly displayed without taking up much installation space. Therefore, it is possible to easily provide a stand that not only fulfills the functional role of allowing the capped pouch-containers C to stand on their own, but also has excellent decorative properties.

[0036] The spout-equipped pouch container assembly stands A, A1, and A2 of the present invention are stands that can be assembled by clamping the outside of the capped pouch container C without the need for gluing with an adhesive. Therefore, even if the contents of the pouch container 2 decrease during use and it becomes difficult for the spouted pouch container B to stand on its own, the spouted pouch container assembly stands A, A1, and A2 of the present invention have excellent self-supporting properties because they function as stands. In addition, the spouted pouch container assembly stands A, A1, and A2 can hold the capped pouch container C by clamping a retaining sheet between the spout clamping plates, so that the spouted pouch container assembly stands A, A1, and A2 can be prevented from shifting and coming off the cylindrical body of the spout during use. Furthermore, since printing can be performed on the packaging sheets 1, 11, 12, the assembly stands A, A1, A2 for spouted pouch containers that have excellent decorativeness when displayed in stores can be provided at low cost.
