Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a terrace storage device for a vehicle. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, there is known a camper van equipped with an interior space such as a luggage compartment behind the rear seats of a passenger vehicle. A ramp or a prefabricated staircase device is known for use in unloading cargo from the luggage compartment of such a vehicle to the outside through a rear step with the tailgate in an open state. Furthermore, Patent Document 1 discloses a separate-type camper in which the main body of a passenger car is divided into two and a sliding function is added to expand the interior space of the camper.

[0003] The separate camper shown in Patent Document 1 comprises a main body, a rear sliding cabin, a hood sheet, and a hood sheet reinforcing frame. The main body has a full opening at the rear of the body, and a front sliding movement means is provided on the vehicle frame located below. The rear sliding cabin has a full opening at the front of the cabin, and a rear sliding movement means is provided on the vehicle frame located below. The rear part is provided with a pull-out handle and a sliding travel auxiliary wheel at any position. The main body and the rear sliding cabin are connected to the front and rear sliding movement means. The canvas top sheet reinforcement frame is slidably connected by steps, and the canvas top sheet reinforcement frame is made of angle steel of a predetermined length with both ends machined into a hook shape so that it can be removed and stored bundled inside the vehicle when traveling. When camping, at least three or more points are provided to maintain a fixed distance between the body main body and the rear sliding cabin, and a rectangular canvas top sheet with canvas top fastening holes on both ends is installed in a tunnel shape. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 7285366 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] In Patent Document 1, a hood sheet is provided to expand the interior space of the vehicle, and a roof and both side walls are provided in a tunnel shape to expand the interior space of the vehicle. The space formed in the tunnel shape is not in direct contact with the outside air, and a configuration is adopted to form a closed space.

[0006] The vehicle body according to Patent Document 1 is manufactured by processing the vehicle body itself. Since the vehicle body itself is configured to be divided into two parts and slidable, it is necessary to modify the vehicle body during manufacturing by adding complicated processing.

[0007] In addition, since the standard body of the vehicle is divided to construct the slide-type cabin, many large parts are required, such as a fixing means, a handle for pulling out the rear slide cabin, slide running auxiliary wheels, a top sheet, a top sheet reinforcing frame, a flat floor panel, etc. Since the large parts are large parts that are either modified from the standard body of the vehicle or separated from the standard body, the pulling out and assembly work becomes complicated when camping.

[0008] The present invention differs from the problems solved by Patent Document 1 in that it utilizes the vehicle body as is, the terrace can be assembled outside the passenger compartment at the vehicle's destination, the parts for constructing the terrace can be stored in the vehicle and the parts can be removed from the vehicle to form a terrace adjacent to the vehicle, the terrace can be assembled with light work, and the terrace formed adjacent to the vehicle allows for a comfortable life in an open space.

[0009] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide a terrace storage device for a vehicle that can be stored inside the vehicle while traveling and can be assembled as a terrace without the need for a ceiling in a location adjacent to the vehicle at its destination. [Means for solving the problem]

[0010] The vehicle terrace storage device of the present invention is A vehicle terrace storage device (5) for storing parts for assembling a terrace outside the vehicle cabin, a sliding upper plate (10) that is reciprocally movable relative to the vehicle body (6); a lower plate (20) that is detachably attached to and engageable with the upper plate on the lower surface side of the upper plate; and a storage (13) fixed to the vehicle body and having a first storage chamber (12) capable of accommodating the upper plate and the lower plate.

[0011] Therefore, the vehicle terrace storage device of the present invention allows a vehicle to be parked anywhere outdoors and a prefabricated terrace to be built adjacent to the vehicle body. Here, a terrace refers to a structure that is located outside a building that contains a vehicle, is one step higher than the ground, and has a floor made of artificial materials, or the parts that make up that structure.

[0012] According to the vehicle terrace storage device of the present invention, when assembling, the rear end of the upper plate extending in the vehicle width direction is pulled out, and after pulling out, the front end of the upper plate is supported in a cantilever manner on the vehicle storage facility, and this cantilever support can be used to pull out the upper plate and lower plate with relatively little work.

[0013] According to the vehicle terrace storage device of the present invention, during assembly, the exterior floor surface extending from the floor surface inside the vehicle compartment toward the rear of the vehicle can be expanded, and the terrace having this exterior floor surface can be easily constructed by assembling the legs. In addition, the height of the floor member suspended in the air can be maintained by simple manual work.

[0014] According to the vehicle terrace storage device of the present invention, all parts of the terrace can be stored inside the vehicle with simple operations after assembly. When storing the parts in the vehicle after using the terrace, it can be stored with simple and light work. When stored, the parts that make up the terrace, for example a number of plates that correspond to the floor members of the terrace, can be stored in a small space in a stepped manner.

[0015] According to the vehicle terrace storage device of the present invention, the vehicle compartment can be effectively utilized during transportation, and the vehicle compartment can be used as a parts storage. In each of the storage, storage (transportation), and assembly modes, the driver and passengers can live and spend their time comfortably both inside and outside the vehicle. [0017] Hereinafter, a vehicle terrace storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that, in a plurality of embodiments, substantially the same components are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

[0018] First embodiment A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0019] The passenger compartment 3 formed inside the rear of the vehicle 1 is located behind the rear seats and forms a living room with a ceiling. In the living room corresponding to the passenger compartment 3, counter tables 41 are formed in a U-shape on the floor surface 40 on both sides of the vehicle. The rear doors 44, 45 constituting the body of the vehicle are used as they are without modification of the rear doors provided on the vehicle.

[0020] A storage compartment 13 is fixed to the underside of the floor surface 40 inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle body 6. The storage compartment 13 has a first storage chamber 12 sandwiched between an upper surface 8 and a lower surface 9 on a rear base of the vehicle body 6, and the first storage chamber 12 extends in the vehicle front-rear direction and the vehicle width direction. The first storage chamber 12 has a predetermined height h. The storage compartment 13 has a first storage chamber capable of storing large items in the space below the floor surface of the rear passenger compartment of the vehicle.

[0021] The storage cabinet 13 has a right guide wall 28 and a left guide wall 29 formed on both sides to separate the first storage chamber 12, and an opening 14 formed at the rear end. The first storage chamber 12 extends forward (depth direction) from the opening 14, and a front guide wall 19 is formed at the front end.

[0022] Support rails 15, 16 extend in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle and are fixed inside the storage shed 13. Both edges of the upper plate 10 are stored on upper surfaces 151, 161 of the support rails 15, 16 so as to be slidable in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle.

[0023] 8, the upper plate 10 has a flat plate body 101 and a frame body 102 that fixes the edges. The frame body 102 of the upper plate 10 has a connecting portion 103 that can be coupled to a connecting portion 203 of a frame body 202 of the lower plate 20, which will be described later.

[0024] 12 and 13, locking devices 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, and 56 having an L-shaped cross section are attached to the underside of the plate body 101. When stored, the lower plate can be slidably placed on the locking devices 51, 52, 55, and 56 of the upper plate 10 in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle, and the locking devices 53 and 54 on the front guide wall 19 side in the first storage chamber 12 on the lower side of the upper plate 10 play the role of stoppers that regulate the position of the lower plate 20 in the front direction of the vehicle. When the upper plate 10 is pulled out from the opening 14, a front end 108 of the upper plate becomes a cantilever supported end side that is cantilevered on the vehicle body 6, and an opposite rear end 109 becomes a free end side.

[0025] The lower plate 20 has a flat plate body 201 and a frame body 202 that fixes the edge. The frame body 202 has a connecting portion 203 that can be connected to the connecting portion 103 of the frame body 102 at the left edge of the upper plate 10 in the vehicle width direction. As a result, the upper plate 10 supported at one end on the rear end of the vehicle extends in the rear direction, and the lower plate 20 extends from the upper plate 10 in the vehicle width direction to the left, and as a result, one end face is supported at one end on the vehicle body 6 floating in the air, and the other end face is supported by legs 25 and 26 described later, forming a terrace floor surface that extends in an L shape from the rear end of the vehicle. Therefore, the floor surface of the upper plate 10 is formed at a position extending from the living room to the rear of the vehicle in the terrace adjacent to the vehicle, and the floor surface of the lower plate 20 is formed at a position extending from the floor surface of the upper plate 10 in the vehicle width direction to the left. The parts that make up this terrace can be stored inside the vehicle.

[0026] 11, the opening 14 of the storage 13 is provided with locking mechanisms 17, 18 for locking the upper plate 10 and locking mechanisms 47, 48 for locking the lower plate 20. This locks the upper plate and the lower plate 20 in the first storage chamber 12 when stored. The locking mechanisms 17, 18, 47, 48 are released when the upper plate 10 and the lower plate 20 are removed from the first storage chamber 12.

[0027] As shown in Figures 7, 8 and 9, at the rear end of counter table 41, a door 65 that stores some of the parts that make up the terrace, such as legs 23, 24, 25, 26, safety pillars 30, 31, 33, 34 shown in Figure 15, and rope 35, can be opened in the direction of arrow 66 to enable the parts for assembling the terrace (legs 23, 24, 25, 26, safety pillars 30, 31, 33, 34 shown in Figure 15, rope 35, etc.) to be taken out from a second storage room 64 in the living room, making assembly convenient.

[0028] Next, the operation will be described. The terrace attached to the living room (corresponding to the passenger compartment 3) in the vehicle cabin can be assembled by taking out parts such as the upper plate 10 and the lower plate 20 as well as the legs 23, 24, 24, 25 from the second storage chamber 64. After assembly, the terrace can be disassembled and the parts can be stored, for example, the upper plate 10 and the lower plate 20 in the first storage chamber 12 and the legs 23, 24, 25, 26 in the second storage chamber 64.

[0029] When stopping the vehicle and assembling the terrace, the procedure is as follows: The rear doors 44, 45 of the vehicle are opened. Next, the cover 61 is opened and the locking mechanisms 17, 18, 47, 48 are released. The upper plate 10 and the lower plate 20 are pulled out from the opening 14 of the first storage chamber 12 of the storage shed 13 toward the rear of the vehicle. When the upper plate 10 is pulled out, the front end of the upper plate 10 is supported at one end by the vehicle body 6 without coming off the opening 14 due to a stopper (not shown) for preventing it from falling off.

[0030] Next, the lower plate 20 that is locked to the locking members 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, and 56 of the upper plate 10 is separated. Next, the legs 23, 24, 25, 26 taken out from the second storage chamber 64 are attached to the lower surfaces of the upper plate 10 and the lower plate 20, and the legs 23, 24, 25, 26 support the upper plate 10 and the lower plate 20 from the ground. The upper plate 10 and the lower plate 20 are connected by the connecting portion 103 and the connecting portion 203.

[0031] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 15, a folding staircase 36 is installed, safety posts 30, 31, 32, 33, and 34 are screwed to the upper surfaces of the upper plate 10 and the lower plate 20, and a rope 35 is stretched.

[0032] Furthermore, by installing prefabricated chairs 37, 38 and a prefabricated table 39, an outdoor relaxing space can be created adjacent to the living room of the vehicle. As a result, the upper surface (floor surface) of the plate body 101 of the upper plate 10 outside the vehicle compartment, which is continuous from the floor surface 40 inside the vehicle compartment 3 via the cover 61, and further the upper surface (floor surface) of the plate body 201 of the lower plate 20 extending in the leftward direction of the vehicle width from the upper surface (floor surface) of the plate body 101 are continuous, forming a terrace floor surface that floats in the air above the ground and extends in an L shape not only in the rearward direction of the vehicle but also in the leftward direction of the vehicle width.

[0033] When in use (in terrace mode), the upper plates 10 and 20 form a continuous floor surface from the living room floor surface 40 via the inclined surface of the cover 61, so that the living room and the outdoor terrace can be used as a continuous living space.

[0034] During storage, when the upper plate 10 and the lower plate 20 are stored in the first storage chamber 12, the connection between the connecting parts 103 and 203 is released, and the upper plate 10 is stored through the opening 14 of the first storage chamber 12, and then the lower plate 20 is stored below the upper plate 10 through the opening 14. Thereafter, the locking mechanisms 17, 18, 47, 48 that temporarily fix the upper plate 10 and the lower plate 20 and prevent them from coming out of the opening 14 are locked.

[0035] According to this embodiment, the terrace can be assembled as described above with the rear doors 44, 45 open, without modifying the rear doors 44, 45 that constitute the body of the vehicle.

[0036] This embodiment provides a terrace storage device for vehicles that can be conveniently installed in a vehicle, allowing the terrace to be easily assembled, stored, and transported. Since the legs 23, 24, 25, 26 stand on the ground and form an aerial floor surface above the legs (the floor surface of the upper plate 10 and the floor surface of the lower plate 20), a terrace can be formed even on muddy ground.

[0037] According to this embodiment, if a part of the counter table 41 is provided with a water sink, the living room function can be extended to the terrace. According to the vehicle terrace storage device of the present invention, the parts for assembling a terrace outside the vehicle compartment can be stored inside the vehicle, and a large plate equivalent to a floor member can be easily and lightly switched between being installed inside and outside the vehicle compartment.

[0038] When switching between storing the terrace and using it, the other parts can be pulled out and assembled manually, making assembly work easy.

[0039] This has the effect of creating a comfortable living space with a wide floor surface outdoors while the vehicle is stopped at its destination. By setting up the legs even in places with slightly poor footing and connecting the upper plate pulled out from the vehicle onto the legs and the lower plate extending from the upper plate in the vehicle width direction via the connecting part, it is possible to create an open and relaxing living space not only on the floor surface inside the vehicle cabin but also on the floor surface formed by the upper surface of the upper plate outside the vehicle and the upper surface of the lower plate extending from the upper plate in the vehicle width direction.

[0040] A terrace can be assembled outside the vehicle by utilizing the base of the vehicle body, adjacent to the interior facilities of the camper van, which include a covered sleeping area, dining table, wash basin, etc. Therefore, an exterior terrace attached to the living room inside the vehicle's cabin can utilize the loading space that is suited to the size of the vehicle, maximizing living comfort from a functional standpoint.

[0041] The terrace storage device can be constructed by a simple operation of providing a storage shed on the vehicle body and storing the parts that constitute the terrace, without modifying the body of the camper.

[0042] Furthermore, with regard to the terrace configuration, it is not limited to being extended toward the outside rear of the vehicle; by connecting the vehicle width end face of the lower plate to the vehicle width end face of the upper plate, the floor of the terrace is extended in the vehicle exterior width direction not only through the upper surface (floor surface) of the upper plate but also through the upper surface (floor surface) of the lower plate, and by performing the simple task of assembling multiple legs to the underside of each of the upper and lower plates, the terrace floor, which has an exterior floor surface that is continuous with the interior floor surface, can be significantly expanded in the exterior rear direction and exterior width direction of the vehicle, making it possible to expand the terrace adjacent to the interior floor surface.

[0043] Second Embodiment The second embodiment is shown in Fig. 16. In this second embodiment, the lower plate is composed of two split lower plates 206, 207. By using two split lower plates 206, 207, the weight of each plate is reduced, and manual work of carrying the plates in and out of the storage facility and manual assembly work can be facilitated. For example, two divided lower plates are stored in the vehicle width direction in the lower stage of the upper plate 10 of the first storage room 12 of the storage shed 13.

[0044] Third embodiment The third embodiment is shown in Fig. 17. This third embodiment is a configuration example in which the terrace wing is extended not only to one side (left side) in the vehicle width direction but also to the other side (right side). A third plate 300 is provided on the opposite side of the lower plate 20 of the upper plate 10. The third plate can be stored in a third storage compartment inside the vehicle cabin. In still another embodiment of the present invention, the first storage chamber 12 of the storage 13 can be structured to store items in three levels, and the third plate can be stored in the third level.

[0045] The second storage compartment and the third storage compartment of the present invention may be located anywhere in the vehicle, and multiple storage compartments may be an integrated space that is connected to each other.

[0046] In the above embodiment, a second storage compartment (64) is provided in which the legs and safety pole can be stored, but in other embodiments, the vehicle may be provided with storage for the legs and safety pole in a separate storage compartment within the vehicle. Of course, in the present invention, the legs, safety poles, ropes and modular stairs can be stored in the same storage compartment or in different storage compartments. The rear door of the vehicle of the present invention does not have to be of the double door type. For example, it may be a lift-up type rear door.

[0047] In addition, although the parts stored in the second storage room or the third storage room are shown as legs, safety poles, ropes, foldable stairs, etc., the parts shown are only examples and may be other parts or parts of parts. Although the present invention has been described with respect to a two-stage structure having an upper plate and a lower plate, it may also be possible to provide a storage unit having three or more stages.

[0048] As described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be embodied in various forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

[0049] The vehicle terrace storage device of the present invention may be a vehicle terrace storage device (5) for storing parts for assembling a terrace outside the vehicle compartment at the rear of the vehicle, and may be configured to include a sliding upper plate (10) that can move back and forth (slide) in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle relative to the vehicle body (6), a lower plate (20) on the underside of the upper plate that can be detached from the upper plate and can slide and be engaged in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle, and a storage shed (13) fixed to the rear of the vehicle body (2) and having a first storage chamber (12) capable of accommodating the upper plate and the lower plate.
