Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a water pump, and more particularly to a pump with a drainage and waste discharge function. [Background technology]

[0002] Patent Document 1 discloses a conventional drainage pump and a manufacturing method thereof. In the '611 patent, a closed impeller is mounted below the rotor and has blades housed between top and bottom plates. The rotor is located within the chamber. The chamber opens into a drainage chamber space which houses a closed impeller. The closed impeller rotates with the rotor and simultaneously forces the water to move. As the water is forced to flow, some of it is pushed outward and some of it flows between the rotor and the wall of the chamber, moistening the rotor.

[0003] The structure and features of the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 reduce the space between the rotor and the inner wall of the chamber as much as possible, improving the magnetic action and driving efficiency of the stator. However, when foreign matter in the water flows with the water current up to above the closed impeller, the water current flowing around this area is not affected by the operation of the closed impeller, so the foreign matter in the water flows into the gap between the rotor and the inner wall of the chamber and gets stuck, interfering with the rotation of the rotor, damaging the rotor, or causing the rotor to stop working.

[0004] In response to the above problems, the most important issue to be resolved is how to prevent foreign matter in the water from flowing into the gap between the rotor and the inner wall of the chamber. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0005] [Patent Document 1] CN 100491739C publication Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] The main object of the present invention is to provide a pump with drainage and waste discharge function that has a waste discharge impeller arranged above the impeller and can discharge foreign objects and dirt in the water above the impeller by blowing the water above the impeller to the side.

[0007] Another object of the present invention is to provide a pump with a drainage and waste discharge function that can prevent foreign matter and dirt from flowing in between the rotor and the groove wall of the storage groove together with the water flow. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the pump with drainage and wastewater discharge function includes a housing, a stator, a spacer, a rotor, an impeller, and a holder. The stator is disposed in the housing. The spacer is disposed covering the bottom of the housing, and has a cylindrical storage groove with a downward opening and an annular edge located around the opening of the storage groove. The stator is covered by the spacer and the housing, and is disposed so as to surround the storage groove. The rotor is rotatably disposed in the housing and the storage groove, and is surrounded by the stator. The impeller is disposed below the rotor, and has a top disk and a number of blades disposed on the bottom surface of the top disk. When the impeller rotates, the multiple blades blow water to the side through centrifugal force. The holder is disposed below the housing and the spacer, and the space between the holder and the spacer forms a drainage chamber. The impeller is stored in the drainage chamber. The holder has a downward suction port and a discharge port located on one side of the holder. The impeller has a hollow shaft and one or more side holes penetrating the hollow shaft laterally. The hollow shaft has a space at the bottom that is connected to the drain chamber. The position of one or more side holes is higher than the top disk. The diameter of the impeller's top disk is larger than the diameter of the storage groove. A portion of the impeller's top disk is located below the annular edge, forming a gap with a predetermined distance between the annular edge. The impeller's top disk has a top surface and multiple waste discharge vanes arranged on the top surface. When the impeller rotates, the multiple waste discharge vanes blow water to the sides through centrifugal force. The multiple waste discharge vanes are not located within the gap and are arranged below the storage groove.

[0009] In detail, the present invention uses a plurality of waste discharge vanes located above the impeller to blow the water flow above the impeller to the side, thereby discharging foreign objects or dirt in the water above the impeller, thereby preventing foreign objects or dirt from flowing in between the rotor and the groove wall of the storage groove along with the water flow. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0011] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a pump with a drainage and waste discharge function according to the present invention;

[0012] (One embodiment) 1 to 6, a pump 10 with a drainage and sewage discharge function according to the present invention is composed of a housing 11, a stator 13, a spacer 15, a rotor 21, an impeller 31 and a holder 41.

[0013] The stator 13 is disposed within the housing 11 .

[0014] The spacer 15 is disposed over the bottom of the housing 11, and has a cylindrical storage groove 151 with a downward opening, an inner wall, i.e., a groove wall 152, of the storage groove 151, and an annular edge 153 positioned around the opening of the storage groove 151. The stator 13 is covered by the spacer 15 and the housing 11, and is disposed so as to surround the storage groove 151.

[0015] The rotor 21 is rotatably disposed within the housing 11 and the storage groove 151 and is surrounded by the stator 13 .

[0016] The impeller 31 is disposed below the rotor 21 and has a top disk 32 and a number of blades 34 disposed on the bottom surface of the top disk 32 . When the impeller 31 rotates, the blades 34 throw water to the sides via centrifugal force. In this embodiment, the impeller 31 further includes a bottom disk 36 connected to the bottom of the plurality of blades 34 . The top disk 32, the plurality of blades 34 and the bottom disk 36 together form a closed impeller.

[0017] The holder 41 is disposed below the housing 11 and the spacer 15, and a drain chamber 42 is formed between the holder 41 and the spacer 15. The impeller 31 is housed within a drain chamber 42. The holder 41 has a downwardly facing suction port 44 and a discharge port 46 located on one side of the holder 41.

[0018] The features of the present invention are as follows.

[0019] The impeller 31 has hollow shafts 38 and side holes 381 that pass through the two hollow shafts 38 laterally. The hollow shaft 38 has a space at its bottom that is connected to a drain chamber 42 . The positions of the two side holes 381 are higher than the top disk 32 . In this embodiment, the hollow shaft 38 of the impeller 31 and a portion of the rotor 21 are molded integrally, but this is not limited to this, and a conventional method of connecting the hollow shaft 38 and the rotor 21 may also be adopted.

[0020] The top disk 32 of the impeller 31 has a diameter larger than the diameter of the storage groove 151 , and a portion of it is located below the annular edge portion 153 . The top disk 32 is spaced a predetermined distance from the annular edge 153 to form a gap S therebetween.

[0021] The top disk 32 of the impeller 31 has a top surface 321 and a plurality of waste discharge vanes 322 arranged on the top surface 321 . When the impeller 31 rotates, the multiple waste discharge vanes 322 throw water to the sides through centrifugal force. In this embodiment, a plurality of waste discharge vanes 32 extend radially outwardly from a hollow shaft 38 for a fixed distance. The ends of the waste discharge vanes 32 are not positioned below the groove wall 152 of the storage groove 151, but are formed to be spaced a predetermined distance from the gap S. The above-mentioned structural features allow sufficient space for water to pass through.

[0022] The multiple waste discharge vanes 322 are not positioned in the gap S, but are disposed below the storage groove 151.

[0023] In this embodiment, the height of the multiple waste discharge blades 322 does not exceed the height of the gap S. That is, the tops of the plurality of waste discharge vanes 322 do not extend beyond the annular edge 153 . Due to the above-mentioned structural features, the multiple waste discharge blades 322 can smoothly flow the shallow water current into the gap S, so that foreign matter above the impeller 31 flows into the gap S together with the water current and can then flow out to the outside from the discharge port 46 together with the water current that flows under the operation of the multiple blades 34. If the height of the waste discharge blades 322 is greater than the height of the gap S, foreign matter can be discharged to the outside, but because the pump head for the water flow to be caused is relatively large, the water flow is likely to be obstructed before it flows into the gap S, causing noise problems. Therefore, the number of waste discharge vanes 322 is determined according to the manufacturer's needs.

[0024] In this embodiment, the storage groove 151 has a groove wall 152. The connection portion between the annular edge portion 153 and the groove wall 152 has an arc shape. Due to the above-mentioned structural features, the plurality of waste discharge vanes 322 can allow water to flow smoothly into the gap S, and suppress flow obstruction.

[0025] The structure of this embodiment has been described above, and the operation of this embodiment will now be described.

[0026] The following description will be given with reference to Figure 5. When the drain / sewage discharge pump is operated, water flows into the drain chamber 42 from the suction port 44. When the impeller 31 is driven to rotate, the blades 34 rotate and move the water in the drain chamber 42 outward, and then discharge it to the outside through the discharge port 46. At the same time, the water above the impeller 31 is forced to flow into the gap S by the thrust of the multiple waste discharge vanes 322. Water below the hollow shaft 38 flows into the hollow shaft 38 and then flows upward into the impeller 31 through the two side holes 381 .

[0027] The multiple waste discharge vanes 322 are not positioned in the gap S, but are disposed below the storage groove 151. Due to the above-mentioned structural features, when the waste discharge vanes 322 push the water, the water flows through the ends of the waste discharge vanes 322 and into the gap S. Since the relatively hard foreign objects or dirt are heavier than water, some of the foreign objects in the water above the impeller 31 fall onto the top surface of the top disk 32 of the impeller 31, and are then forced to flow from the side into the gap S by the thrust of the multiple waste discharge blades 322, and then flow out of the discharge port 46 together with the water flow.

[0028] To summarize the above, since the multiple waste discharge vanes 322 are arranged above the impeller 31, the water flow above the impeller 31 can be blown to the side, thereby discharging foreign objects or dirt in the water above the impeller 31.

[0029] If the foreign objects above the impeller 31 are effectively discharged, the foreign objects or dirt are prevented from flowing into the gap between the rotor 21 and the groove wall 152 of the storage groove 151. That is, the problem of the prior art that the rotor 21 is damaged can be solved.

[0030] As described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be embodied in various forms without departing from the spirit of the invention. [Explanation of symbols]
