Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a fastener member, and more particularly to a fastener member used for attaching tags indicating the price, quality, etc., of merchandise. [Background technology]
[0002] There are currently many types of fastener members known to exist. Conventionally, fastener members for attaching tags to products have been firmly locked so that they cannot be easily removed when the products are displayed, and generally, consumers cut the fastener members with a cutting tool such as scissors or a cutter after purchasing the products, and then use the products.
[0003] However, depending on the type of product, there may be cases where you want to use it immediately after purchasing it. In such cases, the fastener member or its locked state may be strong, so you may have to waste time searching for tools to break or cut it or performing the cutting work. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2023-91278 A [Patent Document 2] Patent application No. 2023-045070 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] The problem that this invention aims to solve is that there has been no fastener member for attaching a tag to a product that can instantly release the locked state and allow the product to be used immediately. The case shown as the prior art document was submitted by the same applicant as the present application, and the fiber part is made into a single piece by splitting the weak part formed between the female part and the fiber part or by twisting the torsion break part, and Patent Document 2 was not published at the time of filing this application. Here, if the grip part is configured to be twisted off by pinching and rotating the grip part and the grip part is flat, it may be necessary to change grips several times, and this invention aims to solve this problem. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] In order to solve the above problems, the fastener member of the present invention has a male part molded from plastic and a female part molded from plastic into which the male part is inserted to engage and lock, the male part and female part being integrally constructed from fiber material, the fiber material forming a loop when the male part is inserted into the female part, and a torsional breakage portion and a gripping portion integrated with the torsional breakage portion are provided between either the female part or the male part and the fiber material, and the gripping portion has a circular or polygonal cross section in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the fiber material.
[0007] In the fastener member according to the present invention, the gripping portion is spherical.
[0008] Furthermore, the fastener member according to the present invention is characterized in that the gripping portion is shaped like a rugby ball.
[0009] The fastener member according to the present invention is characterized in that the gripping portion is a column having an octagonal cross section.
[0010] Moreover, the fastener member according to the present invention is characterized in that the fiber material is a stretched plastic.
[0011] Furthermore, the fastener member according to the present invention is characterized in that the fiber material is twisted yarn. Effect of the Invention
[0012] The fastener member according to the present invention is constructed as described above. Therefore, by pinching the female or male part of the fastener member, which forms a loop locked by the male and female parts made of fiber material, with the fingertips of one hand and holding the gripping part with the fingertips of the other hand, and twisting them in the opposite directions, the torsion breakage part is cut and the loop is released, thereby making it possible to immediately remove the fastener member and the tag attached thereto from the target product, and since the gripping part has a circular or polygonal cross section during this twisting operation, it is not necessary to change hands several times, and it can be rolled along the finger pad, making the operation faster and easier. Here, if the torsion breakage part has a circular or polygonal cross section of the female or male part axis, the female or male part that is pinched by the fingertips of the hand opposite to the hand pinching the gripping part also rolls along the finger pad, and the operation can be performed faster and easier by the force of mutual rotation. [0014] This was achieved by configuring as shown in the drawings and explained in the embodiments. EXAMPLES
[0015] Next, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a fastener member embodying the present invention, and this fastener member 1 has a female part 2 and a male part 3 molded from plastic. The female part 2 is formed with an insertion opening 4 into which the male part 3 is inserted, and flexible claw pieces 5, 5 are integrally formed on the inner wall surface of the insertion opening 4 to engage with the male part 3 and prevent it from coming off. The female part 2 and the male part 3 are connected and integrated with a fiber material 11 made of twisted yarn.
[0016] On the other hand, the male part 3 is generally cylindrical and has an integral insertion tip 6 with an engagement step 7 formed at its tip. When the tip 6 is inserted into the insertion opening 4, it pushes the claws 5, 5 apart and passes through, and when the tip 6 has passed, the claws 5, 5 return to their original positions, and the tips of the claws 5, 5 engage with the engagement step 7 to prevent them from coming out and to establish a locked state.
[0017] In addition, a torsional breakage portion 9 molded from the same plastic as the female part 2 and the male part 3 is integrally formed on part of the outer surface of the female part 2. The cross section of this torsional breakage portion 9 is rectangular with four corners (edges).
[0018] Furthermore, one end face of a gripping portion 10 is integrally connected to the end of the torsion breaking portion 9. This gripping portion 10 is spherical and molded from the same plastic as the female portion 2 and the male portion 3, and one end of a fiber material 11 is integrally embedded and connected to the other end face of this gripping portion 10, and the other end of the fiber material 11 is integrally connected to the base end portion of the male portion 3 in a straight line, and the other end of the fiber material 11 passes through the male portion 3, and its end face is flush with the surface of the tip portion 6.
[0019] The fastener member according to the first embodiment is constructed as described above. When the male part 3 is inserted through the insertion opening 4 of the female part 2 and the engagement step 6 is engaged with the claw pieces 5, 5 to lock, the tag T can be held in the loop formed by the fiber 11 by first passing the male part 3 through the through hole of the tag T, and the tag T can be attached to the product by passing the male part 3 through a buttonhole or a brand tag of the product, i.e., clothing.
[0020] In order to remove the fastener member 1 thus attached to a product from the product, it was conventionally necessary to cut the fiber material 11 of the fastener member 1 with a cutting tool such as scissors or a cutter to release the locked state, or in other words, the loop state, but with the fastener member 1 of the present invention, the female part 2 is picked up with the fingertips of one hand and the gripping part 10 with the fingertips of the other hand, and rotational forces are applied in opposite directions as shown by the arrows in Figure 16, that is, the torsional breaking part 9 is twisted off by a torsional action, and the loop state can be released (Figure 18).
[0021] During this twisting action, since the torsion breaking portion 9 has a rectangular cross section, it has corners (edges) at all four corners, so the stress caused by the twisting is effectively transmitted and it can be broken with little force, and in addition, since the gripping portion 10 is spherical, i.e., has a circular cross section, it can be rolled along the finger pad without the need to change grips repeatedly. In this respect, since the cross section perpendicular to the axis of the female part 2 connected to the torsion breaking portion 9 is circular (see Figure 4), the same action is achieved for the fingers of both hands. In addition, the recess 2a formed on the surface near the base end of the female part 2 can be used as a stopper to hook the finger pad. EXAMPLES
[0022] Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 6 to 8. Note that parts common to the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals and detailed description will be omitted. In these figures, 1a indicates a fastener member. This fastener member 1a has a gripping portion 10a in a rugby ball shape with a circular cross section in a direction perpendicular to the fiber material 11. EXAMPLES
[0023] Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 9 to 11. The same reference numerals are used to designate parts common to the above-mentioned embodiments, and detailed description will be omitted. The fastener member 1b in this third embodiment has a gripping portion 10b formed of the same plastic as the female portion 2 and male portion 3, and is a columnar body having a regular octagonal cross section, and the axial direction of the gripping portion 10b is in a straight line with the fiber material 11. Here, the cross section of the gripping portion 10b is a regular octagon, but the effect of rolling along the finger pad can be obtained in the same way as in the case of a circle. In this example, a regular octagonal configuration is shown, but it is of course possible to use a regular hexagon, decagon, dodecagon, etc. as long as the same effect can be obtained with a polygon. EXAMPLES
[0024] A fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 12 and 13. The same reference numerals are used to designate parts common to the above-mentioned embodiments, and detailed description will be omitted. In the fastener member 1c of the fourth embodiment, the insertion opening 2c in the female part 2b is formed in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the fiber material 11, and an annular locking step 2e for locking is formed at the approximate center of the inner wall surface of the insertion opening 2c. A slit is formed in a part of the insertion part of the male part 3a so that the fiber material 11 can be visually confirmed from the outside, and the engagement step 7a is a pair of wings that expand and contract to restore. The outer wall surface of the female part 2b and the spherical gripping part 10 are connected by a connecting part 2d. EXAMPLES
[0025] Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 14 and 15. The same reference numerals are used to designate parts common to the above-mentioned embodiments, and detailed description will be omitted. In this fifth embodiment, the position of the spherical gripping portion 10 in the first embodiment is changed. That is, the spherical gripping portion 10 is provided at the base end of the male part 3 via the torsion breaking portion 9. In this case, the fiber material 11 does not reach the inside of the male part 3, but reaches the center of the gripping portion 10, since this would hinder the breaking action, and the other end of the fiber material 11 is fitted so as to be embedded in the inside of the female part 2. In this case, the male part 3 is the object to be pinched, so a recess 3b similar to 2a in the female part 2 is formed on a part of its outer surface. The male part 3 is columnar or conical with a circular cross section, so there is no change in the effect of the operation. EXAMPLES
[0026] A sixth embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to Fig. 16. Parts common to the above-mentioned embodiments are given the same reference numerals and detailed description will be omitted. In this sixth embodiment, the fiber material 11 in the first embodiment is replaced with a fiber material 11a made of stretched plastic instead of twisted yarn, and the other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment. In this sixth embodiment, it is also possible to change the torsion breakage portion 9 and the grip portion 10 to the base end position of the male part 3.
[0027] The fastener member according to this embodiment is constructed as described above, and its method of use and the broken state of the torsional breakage portion 9 are shown in Figures 17 and 18. Figures 17 and 18 show the fastener member 1 in the first embodiment as an example. A fiber material 11 is inserted into a through hole formed in the tag T, and a loop is formed by locking the female part 2 and the male part 3, but by rotating the gripping part 10 and the female part 2 relative to each other in the direction of the arrow in Figure 17, the torsional breakage portion 9 is twisted off and broken, and the formed loop state is released. This allows the tag T and fastener member 1 to be easily removed from the target product. [Industrial Applicability]
[0028] The fiber member of this embodiment is constructed as described above, and in embodiments 2 to 6, the torsional breaking portion 9 and the gripping portions 10, 10a, 10b can also be provided at the base end portions of the male portions 3, 3a, and if necessary, some kind of anti-slip treatment can be applied to the outer surfaces of the gripping portions and the female and male portions to be pinched.
