Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a guide blade adjustment device for a turbomachine and to a turbomachine equipped with a guide blade adjustment device. [Background technology]
[0002] A turbomachine known in practice has a rotor and a stator. The rotor of the turbomachine comprises a shaft and a number of moving blades rotating with the shaft, the moving blades forming at least one moving blade ring. The stator of the turbomachine comprises a housing and a number of fixed guide blades, the guide blades forming at least one guide blade ring. The guide blades known in practice are formed integrally. In practice, it is known to adjust the integral guide blades of the moving blade ring of the turbomachine via a guide blade adjustment device such that the guide blades are rotatable about a rotation axis extending in the radial direction of the rotor.
[0003] The document EP 1 099 533 A1 discloses a guide blade adjustment device for twisting guide blades embodied in two parts. Each guide blade thus consists of a front blade section and a rear blade section, which can both be twisted and adjusted via a common control ring. A common drive hub interacts with the common control ring. Starting from the common drive hub, one guide blade of the guide blade ring is directly adjustable, and the other guide blade of the guide blade ring emerging from the drive hub is indirectly adjustable via the common control ring.
[0004] According to Patent Document 1, the two blade sections of each movable blade are twisted as a result of their coupled rearrangement, and therefore can only be adjusted based on a fixed adjustment law that depends on the coupling mechanism. The front and rear blade sections cannot be adjusted independently. Therefore, the efficiency of the turbomachine can only be improved to a limited extent. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0005] [Patent Document 1] Special Publication No. 2018-511737 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a new type of guide blade adjustment device and a turbomachine equipped with the same. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] This object is achieved by a guide blade adjustment device according to claim 1 and by a turbomachine comprising such a guide blade adjustment device according to claim 10.
[0008] The guide blade adjustment device of the present invention comprises a first drive hub connectable to a first drive motor and drivable via the first drive motor, and a first control ring which transmits the twist of the first drive hub to the leading blade portion of the guide blade of the guide blade ring in order to twist the leading blade portion.
[0009] The guide blade adjustment device of the present invention also includes a second drive hub connectable to a second drive motor and drivable via the second drive motor, and a second control ring that transmits the torsion of the second drive hub to the rear blade portion to twist the rear blade portion independently of the torsion of the front blade portion of the guide blade of the guide blade ring.
[0010] The guide blade adjustment device according to the invention is provided with two drive hubs, each of which is connected to a drive motor. Furthermore, the guide blade adjustment device according to the invention has two separate control rings. The front blade section of the guide blade is adjustable via a first drive motor, a first drive hub and a first control ring. The rear blade section is adjustable via a second drive motor, a second drive hub and a second adjustment ring, independently of the twist of the front blade section, i.e. independently of the front blade section of the guide blade.
[0011] The two blade sections can thus be adjusted independently of each other and there are no longer any fixed adjustment laws dependent on the linkage mechanism.
[0012] Preferably, the first control ring is arranged on a first axial side of the guide blade ring facing the front blade sections of the guide blades, and the second control ring is arranged on a second axial side of the guide blade ring facing the rear blade sections of the guide blades, which is preferred for easy and independent repositioning of the front and rear blade sections of the guide blades.
[0013] Preferably, the first drive hub is directly connected to one of the leading blade sections of one of the guide blades of the guide blade ring such that leading blade sections of this guide blade of the guide blade ring emerging from the first drive hub are directly twistable without the first control ring being interposed, while the first drive hub is indirectly connected to leading blade sections of the other guide blades of the guide blade ring such that leading blade sections of the other guide blades of the guide blade ring emerging from the first drive hub are indirectly twistable with the first control ring being interposed.
[0014] Preferably, the second drive hub is directly connected to one of the rear blade sections of one of the guide blades of the guide blade ring such that the rear blade section of this guide blade of the guide blade ring emerging from the second drive hub can be twisted directly without the second control ring being interposed, and the second drive hub is indirectly connected to the rear blade sections of the other guide blades of the guide blade ring such that the rear blade sections of the other guide blades of the guide blade ring emerging from the second drive hub can be twisted indirectly with the second control ring being interposed.
[0015] Preferably, the first drive hub is connected to the first control ring via a first drive lever and the second drive hub is connected to the second control ring via a second drive lever, the first drive hub being arranged with the first drive lever at a first circumferential position and the second drive hub being arranged with the second drive lever at a second other circumferential position of the guide blade ring. Via the drive levers, actuation of the respective drive hub can be transmitted to the respective control ring.
[0016] Preferably, the first control ring of the guide blade adjustment device is connected to a bearing pin of a front blade section of the respective other indirectly twistable guide blade via a first blade lever, and the second control ring of the guide blade adjustment device is connected to a bearing pin of a rear blade section of the respective other indirectly twistable guide blade via a second blade lever. The transmission of the actuation emanating from the respective drive hub from the respective control ring to the respective other indirectly twistable guide blade of the guide blade ring is performed by the respective blade lever of the guide blade adjustment device. [0018] Preferred further developments of the invention emerge from the subclaims and the following description. In the following, exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail with the aid of the drawings, to which, however, the invention is not limited.
[0019] The basic structure of a turbomachine is well known to those skilled in the art to which it is addressed. For completeness, the turbomachine is described herein as including a rotor having rotor-side movable blades and a stator having stator-side guide blades. The rotor's movable blades form at least one movable blade ring, each movable blade ring rotating with the rotor's shaft. The stator's guide blades form at least one guide blade ring connected to a stator-side housing.
[0020] The present invention relates to a guide blade adjustment device for guide blades of a stator of a turbomachine, and to a turbomachine having at least one such guide blade adjustment device.
[0021] FIG. 1 shows a perspective excerpt from a turbomachine, i.e. a perspective view of a so-called inlet guide device of a turbomachine, which can among other things influence the flow of the process gases before they enter the rotor.
[0022] The inlet guide apparatus shown in FIG. 1 has a guide blade ring 10 consisting of a number of guide blades 11 which emerge from a housing 12 defining a flow passage and project inwardly into the flow passage. Each guide blade 11 is made up of a number of parts, a front blade section 13 and a rear blade section 14. The blade sections 13, 14 of each guide blade 11 have a respective bearing pin 15, 16, which in the embodiment shown is formed as a hollow pin for the front blade section 13 and the bearing pin 16 is formed as a solid pin for the rear blade section 14. The bearing pins 15, 16 of each multi-part guide blade 11 extend radially coaxially with one another, so that the rotation axes of the bearing pins 15, 16 of each radially extending blade section 13, 14 coincide in the region of each guide blade 11. Thus, in the region of each guide blade 11, the two blade sections 13, 14 are rotatable relative to the housing 12 about a common axis of rotation, which extends radially and is defined by the concentric axes of the two bearing pins 15, 16.
[0023] A guide blade adjustment device 17 interacts with the guide blade ring 10 for twisting and repositioning the front blade section 13 and the rear blade section 14 of the guide blades 11 .
[0024] The guide blade adjustment device 17 comprises a first drive hub 18 which can be connected to and driven by a first drive motor (not shown). A first control ring 19 interacts with the first drive hub 18, which transmits the twist of the first drive hub 18 to the front blade section 13 of the guide blades 11 of the guide blade ring 10.
[0025] The first drive hub 18 is directly connected to one of the front blade sections 13 of one of the guide blades 11 of the guide blade ring 10, i.e. the front blade section 13 of this guide blade 11 of the guide blade ring 10 emerging from the first drive hub 18 can be rotated directly, without the intervening control ring 19. Figure 3 therefore shows that the first drive hub 18, i.e. the intermediate piece 20 connected to the first drive hub 18, is connected to the bearing pin 15 of the front blade section 13 of the guide blade 11 shown there, without the intervening first control ring 19. This guide blade 11 emerging from the first drive hub 18 can therefore be directly twisted and repositioned.
[0026] The first drive hub 18 is indirectly connected to the front blade sections 13 of the other guide blades 11 of the guide blade ring 10, i.e. the front blade sections 13 of the other guide blades 11 of the guide blade ring 10 coming out of the first drive hub 18 are indirectly torsionable via the first control ring 19. The first drive hub 18 is thus connected to the first control ring 19 via a first drive lever 21 and transmits the actuation of the first drive hub 18 to the first control ring 19 via the first drive lever 21. The first control ring 19 is connected via a first blade lever 22 to the bearing pins 15 of the front blade sections 13 of the other guide blades 11 of the guide blade ring 10 which are indirectly torsionable via the first control ring 19.
[0027] Thus, twisting of the first drive hub 18 causes a direct twisting of the front blade portion 13 of a single guide blade 11, which in turn causes a twisting of the first control ring 19 and, via the first control ring 19, a twisting of the first blade portions 13 of all other guide blades 11.
[0028] The guide blade adjustment device 17 also includes a second drive hub 23 that is connected to a second drive motor (not shown) and can be driven via the second drive motor. A second control ring 24 interacts with the second drive hub 23. The second control ring 24 transmits the twist of the second drive hub 23 to the rear blade section 14 of the guide blade 11, for twisting the rear blade section 14, independently of the twist of the front blade section 13 of the guide blade 11 of the guide blade ring 10.
[0029] Like the first drive hub 18, the second drive hub 23 is directly connected to one rear blade section 14 of one guide blade 11 of the guide blade ring 10, i.e. the rear blade section 14 of this guide blade 11 emerges from the second drive hub 23 and can be twisted directly without the intervention of the second control ring 24. Thus, FIG. 5 shows that the second drive hub 23 acts directly on the bearing pin 16 of the rear blade section 14 of the guide blade 11 shown in FIG. 5. The second drive hub 23 is indirectly connected to the rear blade section 14 of the other guide blade 11 of the guide blade ring 10, i.e. the rear blade section 14 of the other guide blade 11 of the guide blade ring 10 emerging from the second drive hub 23 can be twisted indirectly with the intervention of the second control ring 24. To this end, the second drive hub 23 is connected via a second drive lever 25 to the second control ring 24, such that a twisting of the second drive hub 23 causes a twisting of the second control ring 24. The second control ring 24 is connected via a second blade lever 26 to each bearing pin 16 of the rear blade section 14 of each other guide blade 11.
[0030] Thus, actuation or twisting of the second drive hub 23 causes a direct twisting of the trailing blade portion 14 of a single guide blade 11. Twisting of the other trailing blade portions 14 of the other guide blades 11 is effected via the second control ring 24.
[0031] As can be best seen from Figures 6 to 8, each of the first blade levers 22 is comprised of two lever portions 22a, 22b and each of the second blade levers 26 has two lever portions 26a, 26b.
[0032] A first lever part 22a, 26a of each blade lever 22, 26 acts on a respective control ring 19, 24. A second part of these lever parts, i.e. a second lever part 22b, 26b of each blade lever 22, 26, acts on a respective bearing pin 16, 15. Each first lever part 22a, 26a acts in an articulated manner on each second lever part 22b, 26b of each blade lever 22, 26. FIG. 7 shows a fixed or non-articulated coupling of the second lever part 26b of the second blade lever 26 to the bearing pin 16 of the rear blade part 14. FIG. 8 shows a fixed or non-articulated coupling of the second lever part 22b of the first blade lever 22 to the bearing pin 15 of the front blade part 13 of the guide blade 11. 7 and 8 further show joints 27, 28 between the first lever portion 22a, 26a of the respective blade lever 22 and the respective second lever portion 22b, 26b. The first lever portion 22a, 26a of the blade lever 22, 26 acts preferentially in articulation with the respective control ring 19, 24.
[0033] The first drive hub 18, together with the first drive lever 21, is arranged at a first circumferential position of the guide blade ring 10, and therefore the guide blade adjustment device 17, the second drive hub 23 and the second drive lever 25 are arranged at a second, different circumferential position.
[0034] The first control ring 19 is arranged on a first axial side opposite the front blade portion 13 of the guide blade 11 when viewed in the axial direction of the guide blade ring 10, and the second control ring 24 is arranged on a second axial side opposite the rear blade portion 14 of the guide blade 11.
[0035] The guide blade adjustment device 17 according to the invention for adjusting the multi-part guide blades 11, each of which includes a front blade section 13 and a rear blade section 14, therefore utilizes two drive hubs 18, 23 and two control rings 19, 24. The front blade section 13 can be twisted independently of the rear blade section 14. There is therefore no fixed adjustment law between the adjustment of the front blade section 13 and the rear blade section 14, which is predetermined by a coupling mechanism. The adjustment between the blade sections 13, 14 can rather be freely selected through individual actuation of the adjustment emanating from the separate drive hubs 18, 19 via the separate control rings 19, 24.
