Summary of the Invention

[0004] Conventional multi-layer cosmetics have problems in that when shaken during use, they easily foam, and when a high proportion of water is contained, turbidity occurs at the oil-water interface, resulting in poor aesthetic properties. Also, the freshness when applied to the skin and the compatibility with the skin were not fully satisfactory. [Means for Solving the Problems]

[0005] The present inventors have found that by using a combination of an electrolyte with two surfactants having specific HLB values, a multi-layer cosmetic containing an oil layer and a water layer can be obtained, in which foaming is suppressed during shaking, and after standing, the interface of each layer is transparent without turbidity, and when applied to the skin, it is fresh and has good compatibility with the skin.

[0006] The present invention relates to a multi-layer cosmetic containing the following components (A) to (E): (A) A silicone surfactant having an HLB of 10 or more and 20 or less, (B) A surfactant having an HLB of 2 or more and less than 10, (C) An oil agent that is liquid at 25°C, (D) An electrolyte, (E) Water and relates to a multi-layer cosmetic containing the same. [Effects of the Invention]
