Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a sauna device for personal use, and more particularly to a sauna chamber with adjustable angle.
Background Art
[0002] A sauna (or sauna bath, Finnish: sauna) is a type of physiotherapy for the human body that uses steam or hot air in an enclosed space to cause a person to sweat profusely.
[0003] Public saunas are box-shaped chambers of the shared room type installed in public sports centers, gymnasiums, etc., which provide steam and hot air inside and maintain an ideal physiotherapy effect and ensure safe use through measurement and control of temperature and humidity.
[0004] Personal sitz bath saunas mainly construct a box-shaped chamber with materials such as wood and canvas, place a chair inside the box-shaped chamber, and one user sits on the chair with their head outside the box-shaped chamber to carry out the physiotherapy process of the sauna.
[0005] Personal lying bath saunas mainly construct a tunnel-shaped chamber with canvas material, and one user lies inside with their head outside the chamber to carry out the physiotherapy process of the sauna (see Patent Document 1).

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0007] The above-mentioned conventional personal sauna chamber had a problem in that it could only be used either in a sitting position or a lying position, and the user could not change the body position as needed. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a sauna chamber with adjustable angle that can be used by the user in any comfortable body position.
Means for Solving the Problem
[0008] The sauna chamber with adjustable angle of the present invention includes a chamber supported by a seat body, a cover that is openably and closably connected to the chamber, a control device installed at a position where the user inside the chamber can touch and operate, and an adjustment mechanism connected to the chamber and used for adjusting the inclination angle of the chamber. The control device and the adjustment mechanism are electrically connected. By the user pre-selecting the inclination angle of the chamber with the control device, the parameters of the adjustment mechanism can be controlled, and the adjustment mechanism can be controlled to adjust the chamber to the inclination angle pre-selected by the user.
Effect of the Invention
[0009] According to the present invention, by enabling the user to pre-select the inclination angle of the sauna chamber, the user can perform the sauna process in a comfortable body position as appropriate.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0011] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be noted in advance that the various different members in the embodiments are illustrated based on ratios, dimensions, deformation amounts, and displacement amounts suitable for explanation, and are not illustrated based on the ratios of actual members. In the following description, the same members and symmetrically arranged members are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0012] [First Embodiment] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the sauna chamber 10 is provided with a support structure 11 inside which one person can use in a semi-recumbent position, and a device (not shown) for providing steam or hot air is installed inside the chamber 10, and by measuring the temperature and humidity and controlling based on the measured values, an ideal physiotherapy effect is maintained while ensuring the safety of the user.
[0013] A cover 12 is connected to the chamber 10. The cover 12 is openable and closable with respect to the chamber 10, whereby the chamber 10 can be closed or opened. The cover 12 is provided with an opening 121, and the opening 121 corresponds to the head and neck position 111 of the support structure 11. When the user enters the chamber 10 and the whole body is sufficiently supported by the support structure 11, the cover 12 can be closed on the chamber 10, and the head and neck of the user can be exposed to the outside through the opening 121 of the cover 12.
[0014] A control device 13 is installed on the cover 12 and is arranged at a position where the user inside the chamber 10 can touch and operate the control device 13. The control device 13 is electrically connected to a device (not shown) that provides vapor or hot air in the chamber 10 and a device (not shown) that controls the temperature. The control device 13 enables the user to pre-select controllable items in advance. The controllable items refer to items that the user can select and adjust. For example, the user can select vapor or hot air and select the temperature within a safe range. The controllable items are displayed on the panel of the control device 13. This panel may be an electronic touch panel or an operation panel equipped with a display and physical keys or physical buttons.
[0015] The chamber 10 includes a seat body 14 placed on the floor surface, and the chamber 10 and the seat body 14 are connected via an adjustment mechanism 20. The adjustment mechanism 20 is electrically connected to the control device 13 and is used to adjust the inclination angle of the chamber 10. The inclination angle is defined by the relative included angle θ between the axis XL and the baseline BL. The axis XL is a virtual line passing through the front-rear direction of the chamber 10. The baseline BL is an arbitrary horizontal line passing through the front-rear direction of the seat body 14. Here, the front-rear direction of the chamber 10 is defined as the height direction of the user supported by the support structure 11, and the width direction is the direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction.
[0016] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the adjustment mechanism 20 includes a rotating shaft 21 along the width direction of the chamber 10 and a driving device 22 that drives the rotating shaft 21 to rotate a predetermined angle clockwise or counterclockwise about its axis. The rotating shaft 21 is installed on the chamber 10, and the driving device 22 is installed on the seat body 14. The rotation angle of the rotating shaft 21 controls the inclination angle of the chamber 10.
[0017] In this embodiment, the driving device 22 is a motor 23 including a reduction mechanism, which outputs rotational power through a gear assembly 24 to control the rotation of the rotating shaft 21 and change the inclination angle of the chamber 10.
[0018] [Second Embodiment] Figs. 5 and 6 show the second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the drive device 22 is a worm and worm wheel 26 worm gear mechanism. The motor 23 including the speed reduction mechanism controls and rotates the worm 25, and the rotating shaft 21 is bored and fixed to the shaft of the worm wheel 26. The worm 25 and the worm wheel 26 output rotational power to control the rotation of the rotating shaft 21 and change the inclination angle of the chamber 10. In the second embodiment, since other structures are the same as those in the first embodiment, detailed descriptions are omitted.
[0019] Although only two types of drive devices 22 are disclosed in Figs. 3 to 6, the present invention is not limited thereto, and any device that can output rotational power at a slow speed and rotate the rotating shaft 21 by a predetermined angle in the forward or reverse direction about its axis may be used.
[0020] By the user pre-selecting the inclination angle of the chamber 10 with the control device 13, the parameters of the adjustment mechanism 20 can be controlled, and thereby the adjustment mechanism 20 can be controlled to adjust the chamber 10 to the inclination angle pre-selected by the user. For example, as shown in Figs. 3 and 5, the relative included angle between the axis XL and the baseline BL is about 45 degrees, which is the case when the user adopts a high-angle semi-reclined position. Also, as shown in Figs. 4 and 6, the relative included angle between the axis XL and the baseline BL is about 25 degrees, which is the case when the user adopts a low-angle semi-reclined position.
