Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0009] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 《First Embodiment》 The first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle 1 includes a vehicle door control device 100, a plurality of doors 20, a detection device 30, a lighting device 40, an audio output device 50, and an in-vehicle terminal 60. The vehicle door control device 100 controls the opening and closing of a predetermined target door 21 among the plurality of doors 20. Note that "controlling the opening and closing of the door 20" includes controlling the locking and unlocking of each door 20 and automatically opening and closing each door 20, but is not limited thereto. The vehicle door control device 100 may control only the locking and unlocking without automatically opening and closing the door 20. The detection device 30 is an in-vehicle camera (for example, a surround camera) that images the surroundings of the vehicle 1 and / or a radar (for example, a rear radar, a side radar, a sonar, a LiDAR) that detects an object (such as a pedestrian) around the vehicle 1. The lighting device 40 is, for example, a welcome lamp and / or a flasher (direction indicator) provided on each of the plurality of doors 20. The audio output device 50 is, for example, a speaker that outputs sound toward the outside of the vehicle. The lighting device 40 and the audio output device 50 constitute in-vehicle devices. The in-vehicle terminal 60 is, for example, a touch panel type display that displays navigation information and the like on a screen.
[0010] Next, the configuration of the vehicle door control device 100 will be described in detail. The vehicle door control device 100 includes a processor 10 that controls the opening and closing of the door 20 of the vehicle 1. The processor 10 includes a communication unit 11, an open reservation determination unit 12, a first approach determination unit 13, an open request determination unit 14, a second approach determination unit 15, and a door control unit 16.
[0011] The communication unit 11 can communicate with the electronic terminal 2 via BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) communication and UWB (Ultra-Wide Band) communication. The electronic terminal 2 is a portable terminal such as a smartphone held by the user U.
[0012] In addition, the open reservation determination unit 12 determines whether the processor 10 has received an open reservation to open a predetermined target door 21 via the communication unit 11. The open reservation is transmitted from the electronic terminal 2 to the communication unit 11 of the vehicle door control device 100. The open reservation determination unit 12 also determines whether the open reservation has been canceled.
[0013] For example, when the user U transmits an open reservation for the target door 21 to the vehicle door control device 100, first, as shown on the left side of FIG. 2, an open reservation reception screen G1 is displayed on the display 2a of the electronic terminal 2. On the open reservation reception screen G1, an image of the vehicle 1, a reservation button R, and an oval door selection mark M1 indicating the target door 21 are displayed. The door selection mark M1 can be appropriately moved to overlap any one of the plurality of doors 20 by the operation of the user U. The user U selects the target door 21 by overlapping the door selection mark M1 on the desired door 20 and taps the reservation button R to complete the open reservation. As a result, the open reservation is transmitted to the communication unit 11 of the vehicle door control device 100, and the open reservation determination unit 12 determines that the vehicle door control device 100 has received the open reservation for the target door 21.
[0014] Furthermore, when user U completes the open reservation for target door 21, the open reservation reception screen G1 on the display 2a of electronic terminal 2 switches to the open reservation reception completion screen G2 shown on the right side of FIG. 2. On the open reservation reception completion screen G2, a mark M2 emphasizing the position of target door 21 is displayed. Also, so that it is visually easy to tell that the open reservation has been completed, the reservation button R on the open reservation reception completion screen G2 may be displayed in a color different from the reservation button R on the open reservation reception screen G1. Further, a reservation cancellation button C may be displayed below the reservation button R on the open reservation reception completion screen G2. When user U taps the reservation cancellation button C, the cancellation of the open reservation is transmitted to the communication unit 11 of the vehicle door control device 100, and the open reservation determination unit 12 determines that the open reservation for target door 21 has been cancelled. Note that after user U cancels the open reservation, user U can reselect target door 21 and then make an open reservation again.
[0015] Note that, as indicated by the dashed arrow in FIG. 1, user U may make an open reservation via in-vehicle terminal 60.
[0016] Also, as shown in FIG. 3, the first approach determination unit 13 shown in FIG. 1 determines whether user U who is moving so as to approach vehicle 1 has entered a predetermined first range A1 around vehicle 1. Note that the first range A1 is a range in which the communication unit 11 and the electronic terminal 2 can communicate via BLE communication. That is, the first approach determination unit 13 determines whether user U is in the first range A1 via the BLE communication between the communication unit 11 and the electronic terminal 2.
[0017] In addition, the open request determination unit 14 shown in FIG. 1 determines whether or not an open request for opening the target door 21 from the electronic terminal 2 is received when the user U enters the first range A1. Specifically, when the user U enters the first range A1, if the open reservation for the target door 21 is completed and the cancellation of the open reservation has not been performed, the electronic terminal 2 transmits an open request for the target door 21 to the vehicle door control device 100. That is, when the user U enters the first range A1, if the processor 10 has previously received an open reservation for the target door 21, the communication unit 11 of the vehicle door control device 100 receives the open request. The open request determination unit 14 determines that an open request for opening the target door 21 is received when the communication unit 11 receives the open request and the authentication process for the electronic terminal 2 is completed.
[0018] In addition, when the second approach determination unit 15 receives an open request, it determines whether or not the approach speed of the user U to the target door 21 has decreased or the user U has stopped in the second range A2 within a predetermined distance L from the target door 21 (see FIG. 2). The second approach determination unit 15 determines whether or not the user U is in the second range A2 via UWB communication between the communication unit 11 and the electronic terminal 2. Note that the position information of the electronic terminal 2 that can be acquired using UWB communication is more accurate than the position information of the electronic terminal 2 that can be acquired using BLE communication. Also, the second range A2 is a narrower range than the first range A1. The second range A2 is preferably in the range within 1 to 1.2 m from the target door 21 (predetermined distance L = 1 to 1.2 m), but is not limited thereto.
[0019] Also, in the second range A2, when the approach speed V of the user U to the target door 21 decreases or when the user U stops, the door control unit 16 opens the target door 21. Note that "opening the target door 21" means that the door control unit 16 releases the lock mechanism of the target door 21 and automatically opens the target door 21, but it is not limited to this. The door control unit 16 may only release the lock mechanism without automatically opening the target door 21. Further, when there is no open reservation for the target door 21 or the open reservation is canceled, the door control unit 16 maintains the closed state of the door 20 even if the user U approaches any of the doors 20.
[0020] As shown in FIG. 4, when a plurality of users U1, U2 board the vehicle 1, the vehicle door control device 100 can also control the opening and closing of the target doors 21a, 21b designated by the respective users U1, U2. Specifically, when the first user U1 designates the target door 21a and makes an open reservation, the processor 10 receives an open request when the first user U1 enters the first range A1. Further, in the second range A2a corresponding to the target door 21a, the door control unit 16 opens the target door 21a when the approach speed of the first user U1 to the target door 21a decreases or when the first user U1 stops. On the other hand, when the second user U2 designates the target door 21b and makes an open reservation, the processor 10 receives an open request when the second user U2 enters the first range A1. Further, in the second range A2b corresponding to the target door 21b, the door control unit 16 opens the target door 21b when the approach speed of the second user U2 to the target door 21b decreases or when the second user U2 stops. Also, when the first user U1 enters the second range A2b corresponding to the target door 21b for which no open reservation has been made, the door control unit 16 maintains the closed state of the target door 21b. On the other hand, when the second user U2 enters the second range A2a corresponding to the target door 21a for which no open reservation has been made, the door control unit 16 maintains the closed state of the target door 21a.
[0021] Next, with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG. 5, the procedure of the vehicle door control method executed by the processor 10 of the vehicle door control device 100 will be described. First, in step S1, the open reservation determination unit 12 determines that the user U has made an open reservation by designating the target door 21 via the electronic terminal 2.
[0022] Next, in step S2, the open reservation determination unit 12 determines whether the open reservation has been canceled.
[0023] If it is determined in step S2 that "the open reservation has been canceled", then in step S3, the processor 10 cancels the open reservation.
[0024] If it is determined in step S2 that "the open reservation has not been canceled (the open reservation is maintained)", then in step S4, the first approach determination unit 13 determines whether the user U has entered the first range A1. If it is determined in step S4 that "the user U has not entered the first range A1", the process returns to step S2.
[0025] On the other hand, if it is determined in step S4 that "the user U has entered the first range A1", then in step S5, the open request determination unit 14 determines whether the processor 10 has received an open request. If it is determined in step S5 that "the processor 10 has not received an open request", the process returns to step S2.
[0026] On the other hand, if it is determined in step S5 that "the processor 10 has received an open request", then in step S6, the second approach determination unit 15 determines whether, in the second range A2, the approach speed of the user U to the target door 21 has decreased or the user U has stopped. If it is determined in step S6 that "in the second range A2, the approaching speed of the user U to the target door 21 does not decrease and the user U is not stopped", the process returns to step S2.
[0027] On the other hand, if it is determined in step S6 that "in the second range A2, the approaching speed of the user U to the target door 21 has decreased or the user U has stopped", in step S7, the door control unit 16 opens the target door 21.
[0028] In the example shown in FIG. 5, in step S1, the user makes an open reservation for the target door 21, but it is not limited to this, and the electronic terminal 2 may automatically make an open reservation. For example, if it is determined that the user U has shopped based on the information of the payment application installed in the electronic terminal 2, the electronic terminal 2 automatically transmits an open reservation for opening the predetermined target door 21 to the vehicle door control device 100. Then, based on the information received from the electronic terminal 2, the processor 10 of the vehicle door control device 100 may receive the open reservation, determine that the user U has shopped, and shift to a state where an open request for the target door 21 can be received.
[0029] Also, the person who makes the open reservation in step S1 is not limited to the same user U whose approach to the vehicle 1 and the target door 21 is determined in steps S4 and S6. For example, in step S1, the driver of the vehicle 1 makes an open reservation for a user U who is a family member via his own electronic terminal or in-vehicle terminal 60, and the subsequent determination processes in steps S2, S4 to S6 may be performed based on the communication between the communication unit 11 and the electronic terminal 2 of the user U.
[0030] As described above, when the user U enters a predetermined first range A1 around the vehicle 1, the vehicle door control device 100 according to the present embodiment determines whether or not an open request for opening a predetermined target door 21 is received from the electronic terminal 2. When the vehicle door control device 100 receives an open request, in a second range A2 within a predetermined distance L from the target door 21, the vehicle door control device 100 determines whether the approach speed V of the user U to the target door 21 has decreased, or whether the user U has stopped. Then, when the approach speed V of the user U to the target door 21 has decreased or the user U has stopped in the second range A2, the vehicle door control device 100 opens the target door 21. Thereby, the vehicle door control device 100 can prevent a situation in which the door 20 opens unintentionally only because the user U having the electronic terminal 2 approaches the vehicle 1 or passes near the door 20. Therefore, when the user U wants to open a predetermined target door 21, the target door 21 can be opened. Further, since the vehicle door control device 100 determines whether or not an open request is received when the user U enters the first range A1, the electronic terminal 2 only needs to transmit an open request only when the user U enters the first range A1, and the power consumption of the electronic terminal 2 can be suppressed as compared with the case where an open request is always transmitted.
[0031] Further, when the vehicle door control device 100 has previously received an open reservation for opening the target door 21, the vehicle door control device 100 receives an open request. That is, the timing at which the vehicle door control device 100 receives an open reservation is different from the timing at which the vehicle door control device 100 receives an open request. Thereby, the user U can make an open reservation in advance at a timing that the user U likes, not just immediately before getting into the vehicle 1.
[0032] In addition, the vehicle door control device 100 determines whether the user U is in the first range A1 via BLE communication with the electronic terminal 2, and determines whether the user U is in the second range A2 via UWB communication with the electronic terminal 2. Thus, when determining whether the user U is in the second range A2, the vehicle door control device 100 can utilize UWB communication, which has higher position detection accuracy than BLE communication. Therefore, the vehicle door control device 100 can prevent a situation where the target door 21 inadvertently opens when the user U is not in the second range A2. Also, the vehicle door control device 100 can perform pairing with the electronic terminal 2 via BLE communication when the user U is in the first range A1 by determining whether the user U is in the first range A1 via BLE communication with the electronic terminal 2.
[0033] Also, the second range A2 is a range within 1 to 1.2 m from the target door 21. Thus, the vehicle door control device 100 can set the second range A2 as the range where the user U is approaching the target door 21 or the range where the user U has stopped and the arm can reach the target door 21.
[0034] In addition, the vehicle door control device 100 may determine whether the user U has shopped based on the information received from the electronic terminal 2, and may be in a state where an open request can be received when the user U has shopped. Thus, the vehicle door control device 100 can automatically open the target door 21 when the user U is shopping and both hands are occupied, improving convenience.
[0035] 《Second Embodiment》 Next, a vehicle door control method according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 6. The vehicle door control device 100 that executes the vehicle door control method according to the second embodiment has the same configuration as that shown in FIG. 1. Also, in the following description, the same reference numerals as those described in FIGS. 1 to 5 denote the same or similar components, and thus detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 6, when the processor 10 determines in step S4 that "user U has entered the first range A1", in step S21, the processor 10 sends a control command to the electronic terminal 2 to control the electronic terminal 2 to output information indicating the target door 21. For example, at the timing when user U enters the first range A1, character information indicating that the target door 21 will open is pop-up displayed on the screen of the electronic terminal 2. Further, the electronic terminal 2 may output voice information indicating that the target door 21 will open at the timing when user U enters the first range A1. Also, in step S21, the processor 10 may send a control command to the electronic terminal 2 to control the electronic terminal 2 to output a sound such as an alarm sound or vibrate. Note that the processor 10 may send a control command to the electronic terminal 2 to control the electronic terminal 2 to output information indicating the target door 21 and output a sound or vibrate. That is, in step S21, the processor 10 sends a control command to the electronic terminal 2 so as to notify user U that an open reservation has been made for the target door 21.
[0037] Next, in step S22, the open reservation determination unit 12 determines whether the user who recognized the notification of the electronic terminal 2 has canceled the reservation. If it is determined in step S22 that "the reservation has been canceled", in step S3, the processor 10 cancels the open reservation. On the other hand, if it is determined in step S22 that "the reservation has not been canceled", the process proceeds to step S5.
[0038] As described above, when the user U enters the first range A1, the vehicle door control device 100 according to the present embodiment transmits a control command to the electronic terminal 2 so that the electronic terminal 2 outputs information indicating the target door 21. As a result, even if the user U changes his / her mind between making an open reservation and approaching the vehicle 1, the user U can check the reservation information at the timing of entering the first range A1, so that it is possible to appropriately cancel the open reservation immediately before boarding the vehicle 1. For example, if the user U plans to go shopping and designates the back door as the target door 21 for open reservation so that luggage can be loaded immediately, but unexpectedly has nothing to buy and no longer needs to open the back door, the user can check the notification of the electronic terminal 2 and cancel the open reservation. Also, even if the user U has forgotten to make an open reservation, the reservation information can be checked via the electronic terminal 2 at the timing of entering the first range A1, and the user can remember that an open reservation has been made.
[0039] Further, when the user enters the first range A1, the vehicle door control device 100 may transmit a control command to the electronic terminal 2 so that the electronic terminal 2 outputs a sound or vibrates. As a result, even if the user U has forgotten to make an open reservation, the user U can remember that an open reservation has been made at the timing of entering the first range A1.
[0040] 《Third Embodiment》 Next, a vehicle door control method according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 7. Note that the vehicle door control device 100 that executes the vehicle door control method according to the third embodiment has the same configuration as that shown in FIG. 1. Also, in the third embodiment, as shown by the dashed arrow in FIG. 1, the processor 10 controls the lighting device 40 and / or the voice output device 50 based on the determination results of the open reservation determination unit 12 and the first approach determination unit 13.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 7, when the processor 10 determines in step S4 that "user U has entered the first range A1", in step S31, it causes at least one of light and sound to be output to the lighting device 40 and / or the audio output device 50, which are in-vehicle devices. Specifically, at the timing when user U enters the first range A1, the processor 10 causes a buzzer sound to be output from the speaker as the audio output device 50. Alternatively, at the timing when user U enters the first range A1, the processor 10 controls the lighting device 40 so that the welcome light of the target door 21 lights up or the flasher flashes. Further, the processor 10 may output light to the lighting device 40 and output sound to the audio output device 50.
[0042] Next, in step S22, the open reservation determination unit 12 determines whether the user who recognized the light and / or sound of the in-vehicle device has canceled the reservation.
[0043] As described above, the vehicle door control device 100 according to the present embodiment outputs at least one of light and sound to the in-vehicle device (lighting device 40 and / or audio output device 50) of the vehicle 1 when the user U enters the first range A1. Thereby, user U can obtain feedback indicating that an open reservation is accepted at the timing of approaching the vehicle 1 and can feel a sense of security.
[0044] <<Fourth Embodiment>> Next, a vehicle door control method according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 8. Note that the vehicle door control device 100 that executes the vehicle door control method according to the fourth embodiment has the same configuration as that shown in FIG. 1.
[0045] As shown in FIG. 8, when the processor 10 determines in step S4 that "user U has entered the first range A1", in step S41, it determines whether the current time is within a predetermined control execution time. The control execution time is a time period during which the processor 10 can execute control to keep the target door 21 open. The processor 10 acquires the control execution time input by user U into the electronic terminal 2 via the communication unit 11.
[0046] If it is determined in step S41 that "the current time is not within the predetermined control execution time", the process returns to step S2. That is, outside the predetermined control execution time, the closed state of the target door 21 is maintained. On the other hand, if it is determined in step S41 that "the current time is within the predetermined control execution time", the process proceeds to step S5.
[0047] Note that the processor 10 may output an inquiry to the electronic terminal 2 asking whether to extend the control execution time a predetermined time before the time when the control execution time elapses. Also, after the elapse of the control execution time, if the processor 10 determines based on the communication between the communication unit 11 and the electronic terminal 2 that user U is approaching the vehicle 1, the processor 10 may extend the control execution time. Furthermore, the processor 10 may calculate the extension time of the control execution time based on the moving speed of user U approaching the vehicle 1 and the distance between the current position of user U and the vehicle 1.
[0048] Also, user U can make a reservation setting so that, after the next day, the processor 10 executes the processes of steps S2 to S7 and S41 without user U manually making an open reservation by inputting the daily control execution time into the electronic terminal 2. Also, user U may make a reservation setting so that the processor 10 executes the processes of steps S2 to S7 and S41 on a desired day by specifying the day of the week and the date and inputting the control execution time into the electronic terminal 2.
[0049] As described above, the vehicle door control device 100 according to the present embodiment acquires the control execution time for opening the target door 21, and maintains the closed state of the target door 21 during the time other than the control execution time. Thereby, the vehicle door control device 100 can prevent a situation where the target door 21 is unintentionally opened at a time when the user does not want to open the target door 21. For example, if the user U uses the vehicle 1 during the day but wants the sliding door to be automatically opened only when getting off work with the bag placed behind, by designating the sliding door as the target door 21 and making an open reservation, and designating the time zone of getting off work as the control execution time, it is possible to prevent the situation where the target door 21 is unintentionally opened during the day. Also, since the user U can input the control execution time into the electronic terminal 2 after designating the day of the week and the date to make an open reservation, it is possible to save the trouble of manually making an open reservation every time the user U gets on the vehicle 1.
[0050] Further, the vehicle door control device 100 outputs an inquiry to the electronic terminal 2 as to whether to extend the control execution time a predetermined time before the time when the control execution time elapses. Thereby, even if the arrival of the user U does not make it in time for the control execution time, the user U can extend the control execution time.
[0051] Also, if the vehicle door control device 100 determines that the user U is approaching the vehicle 1 after the elapse of the control execution time, it extends the control execution time. Thereby, even if the arrival of the user U did not make it in time for the control execution time, if the user U is approaching the vehicle 1, the vehicle door control device 100 can automatically extend the control execution time. Therefore, the operation for the user U to manually extend the control execution time becomes unnecessary.
[0052] Further, the vehicle door control device 100 calculates the extension time of the control execution time based on the moving speed of the user U approaching the vehicle 1 and the distance between the current position of the user U and the vehicle 1. Thereby, the vehicle door control device 100 can estimate the arrival time of the user U and extend the control execution time based on the estimated arrival time.
[0053] <<Fifth Embodiment>> Next, a vehicle door control method according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 9. Note that a vehicle door control device 100 that executes the vehicle door control method according to the fifth embodiment has the same configuration as that shown in FIG. 1. Further, in the fifth embodiment, as shown by the dashed arrow in FIG. 1, the open reservation determination unit 12 determines whether or not the open reservation has been canceled based on the detection result of the detection device 30.
[0054] As shown in FIG. 9, when it is determined in step S6 that "in the second range A2, the approach speed V of the user U to the target door 21 has decreased or the user U has stopped", in step S51, the open reservation determination unit 12 determines whether or not the user U has made a predetermined gesture indicating cancellation of the open request based on the detection result of the detection device 30. Examples of the gesture indicating cancellation of the open request include, for example, the user U taking a few steps backward in front of the target door 21, or shaking the electronic terminal 2 up and down.
[0055] When it is determined in step S51 that "the user U has made a predetermined gesture indicating cancellation of the open request", in step S3, the processor 10 cancels the open reservation and maintains the closed state of the target door 21. On the other hand, when it is determined in step S51 that "the user U has not made a predetermined gesture indicating cancellation of the request", in step S7, the processor 10 opens the target door 21.
[0056] In the flowchart of FIG. 9, steps S1 and S2 may be omitted. That is, even when there is no open reservation for the target door 21, the processor 10 receives an open request at the timing when the user U enters the first range A1, and when the user U decelerates or stops within the second range A2, the processor 10 opens the predetermined target door 21. And if the user U does not want to automatically open the target door 21, by performing a predetermined gesture within the second range A2, the processor 10 maintains the closed state of the target door 21 (cancels the open request).
[0057] As described above, when it is determined that the user U in the second range A2 has made a predetermined gesture to cancel the open request, the vehicle door control device 100 according to the present embodiment maintains the closed state of the target door 21. Thereby, the user U can cancel the open request for the target door 21 without operating the electronic terminal 2.
[0058] Note that the above lighting device 40 and audio output device 50 correspond to in-vehicle devices.
