Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a holding jig and a holding method for a pledging member.

Background Art

[0002] In the renovation of a building, there are cases where existing members are left and new members are provided so as to cover the existing members. For example, in Patent Document 1, a new sash frame is attached to an existing sash frame while leaving the existing sash frame.

[0003] As shown in FIG. 11, in the case of the frame 90, in the renovation of the frame 90, there are cases where a new frame cover 91 is attached to the existing frame 90 while leaving the existing frame 90. In this case, the frame cover 91 is attached to the frame 90 with an adhesive. In construction, the frame cover 91 is held by a jig until the adhesive solidifies. For example, the frame cover 91 is pressed by a pledging member 92. The pledging member 92 is held by a strut bar 93. Specifically, in the frame 90 in a window, with the frame cover 91 attached to the frame 90, the pledging member 92 is pressed against the frame cover 91. Then, the strut bar 93 is disposed so as to stretch between the upper end and the lower end of the window, and the pledging member 92 is held by the strut bar 93.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] Incidentally, when attaching a frame cover to a frame, in the prior art, it is necessary to prepare a strut bar sized to fit the opening. Further, if there is no part such as a wall for strutting the strut bar near the target part to which the frame cover 91 is to be attached, there is also a problem that the pressing member cannot be properly held. Therefore, a holding jig and a holding method that can hold the pressing member without preparing an auxiliary member such as a strut bar are provided.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0006] (1) The holding jig for solving the problem is a holding jig that holds a pressing member pressed against a frame cover when fixing the frame cover to a frame in a building, and includes a first engaging portion that directly or indirectly engages with a first portion in the width direction of the frame, a second engaging portion that directly or indirectly engages with a second portion separated from the first portion in the width direction of the frame, an adjustment connecting portion configured to be able to adjust the distance between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion, and that connects the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion, and a holding portion provided on at least one of the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion and holding an end portion of the pressing member.

[0007] According to this configuration, the holding jig can hold the pressing member pressed against the frame cover. Also, the distance between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion can be adjusted by the adjustment connecting portion. For this reason, in various frames, the pressing member pressed against the frame cover can be held.

[0008] (2) In the holding jig of (1) above, the frame cover includes a main cover portion that covers the main surface of the frame and a side cover portion that covers the side surface of the frame, and at least one of the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion has a first contact surface that contacts the main cover portion and a second contact surface that contacts the side cover portion. According to this configuration, it is possible to suppress the main cover portion of the frame cover from floating from the main surface of the frame and the side cover portion from floating from the side surface of the frame.

[0009] (3) In the holding jig of (2) above, the frame cover further includes a back cover portion that covers the back surface of the frame protruding portion protruding from the wall in the frame, and at least one of the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion further has a third contact surface that contacts the back cover portion. According to this configuration, the back cover portion of the frame cover can be pressed by the third contact surface. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the back cover portion of the frame cover from floating from the back surface of the frame protruding portion.

[0010] (4) In the holding jig according to any one of (1) to (3) above, one of the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion has a claw portion that engages with a groove in the sash frame of the sash or a groove in a partition fixing member for fixing the frame cover partition.

[0011] According to this configuration, when fixing the holding jig to the frame where the sash is provided, the claw portion can be hooked on the groove in the sash frame of the sash. Also, when a partition fixing member is attached to the frame, the claw portion can be hooked on the groove in the partition fixing member.

[0012] (5) In the holding jig according to any one of (1) to (4) above, the adjustment connecting portion includes a first attachment portion attached to the first engaging portion, a second attachment portion attached to the second engaging portion, and a connecting member that connects the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion. The first attachment portion has a first male screw portion, the second attachment portion has a second male screw portion, the connecting member has a first female screw portion that engages with the first male screw portion and a second female screw portion that engages with the second male screw portion, and the second female screw portion is configured with a reverse thread to the first female screw portion, or the second male screw portion is configured with a reverse thread to the first male screw portion. According to this configuration, by rotating the connecting member, the distance between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion can be adjusted.

[0013] (6) In the holding jig according to (5) above, the first attachment portion further includes a first support portion that supports the first male screw portion, and a first buffer portion provided on the first support portion. The first buffer portion is constituted by an elastic member and is disposed between the first engaging portion and the first support portion.

[0014] According to this configuration, even when the position of the second engaging portion is displaced from the predetermined position with respect to the first engaging portion, the deformation of the first buffer portion can make the axial direction of the first male screw portion provided on the first engaging portion coincide with the axial direction of the second male screw portion provided on the second engaging portion. As a result, the distance between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion can be smoothly adjusted by rotating the connecting member.

[0015] (7) In the holding jig according to (5) or (6) above, the second attachment portion further includes a second support portion that supports the second male screw portion, and a second buffer portion provided on the second support portion. The second buffer portion is constituted by an elastic member and is disposed between the second engaging portion and the second support portion.

[0016] According to this configuration, even when the position of the second engaging portion is displaced from the predetermined position with respect to the first engaging portion, the deformation of the second buffer portion can make the axial direction of the first male screw portion provided on the first engaging portion coincide with the axial direction of the second male screw portion provided on the second engaging portion. As a result, the distance between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion can be smoothly adjusted by rotating the connecting member.

[0017] (8) In the holding jig according to any one of (1) to (7) above, the pressing member has a first main surface that contacts the surface of the frame cover, and a second main surface on the opposite side of the first main surface. The holding portion has a fourth contact surface that contacts the second main surface. According to this configuration, the pressing member can be appropriately supported.

[0018] (9) The holding method for solving the problem is a holding method for holding a pressing member pressed against a picture frame cover when fixing the picture frame cover to a picture frame in a building. For any one of the holding jigs in (1) to (8) above, a plurality of the holding jigs are prepared. After arranging two of the holding jigs at both ends of the pressing member respectively, the two holding jigs are fixed to the picture frame so as to hold the pressing member by the two holding jigs. According to this configuration, the pressing member pressed against the picture frame cover can be held by the two holding jigs. In addition, since the distance between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion can be adjusted, the pressing member can be held by the two holding jigs in various picture frames.

Effect of the Invention

[0019] According to the holding jig and the holding method of the present disclosure, the pressing member can be held in various picture frames.

[0045] [Retention method] The retention method is a method of retaining the pressing member 16 when fixing the picture frame cover 10 to the picture frame 3 in a building. First, a plurality of retaining jigs 20 are prepared. Then, after arranging the two retaining jigs 20 at both ends of the pressing member 16 respectively, the two retaining jigs 20 are fixed to the picture frame 3 so as to retain the pressing member 16 by the two retaining jigs 20. Hereinafter, a specific example of the retention method will be described.

[0046] In this embodiment, the auxiliary plate 15 is attached to the side surface 3B of the picture frame 3. On the main surface 3A of the picture frame 3, the parting fixing member 9 is arranged along the sash 7. The parting fixing member 9 is fixed to the main surface 3A with, for example, double-sided tape and screws, or an adhesive. When the parting fixing member 9 is fixed with double-sided tape and screws, the picture frame cover 10 can be attached immediately thereafter. When the parting fixing member 9 is fixed with an adhesive, the picture frame cover 10 is attached after the adhesive has solidified.

[0047] The picture frame cover 10 is attached to the picture frame 3 with an adhesive. Thereafter, the pressing member 16 is pressed against the surface 11A of the picture frame cover 10. Next, the two retaining jigs 20 are arranged at both ends of the pressing member 16 respectively.

[0048] At this time, the retaining jig 20 is arranged as follows. The first contact surface 27A of the first engaging portion 21 is brought into contact with the main cover portion 11 of the picture frame cover 10. The second contact surface 28A of the first engaging portion 21 is brought into contact with the side cover portion 12 of the picture frame cover 10. The third contact surface 29A of the first engaging portion 21 is brought into contact with the back cover portion 13 of the picture frame cover 10. Also, the fourth contact surface 35A of the retaining portion 24 of the retaining jig 20 is pressed against the second main surface 16B of the pressing member 16.

[0049] Next, while adjusting the distance between the first engaging portion 21 and the second engaging portion 22 by rotating the connecting member 43 of the adjustment connecting portion 23, the claw portion 32 of the second engaging portion 22 is engaged with the groove 9A of the parting fixing member 9.

[0050] In this example, the arrangement of the first engaging portion 21 is carried out prior to the engagement of the claw portion 32 of the second engaging portion 22. However, the holding jig 20 may be fixed to the frame 3 in the reverse procedure. Specifically, the claw portion 32 of the second engaging portion 22 is engaged with the groove 9A of the parting fixing member 9. After that, while adjusting the distance between the first engaging portion 21 and the second engaging portion 22 by rotating the connecting member 43 of the adjustment connecting portion 23, the first contact surface 27A, the second contact surface 28A, and the third contact surface 29A of the first engaging portion 21 are each brought into contact with the frame cover 10. In the above manner, the pressing member 16 can be held by the two holding jigs 20.

[0051] [Operation of the Present Embodiment] Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 11, it is necessary to prepare a tension rod 93 of a predetermined length. In this regard, according to the holding jig 20 of the present embodiment, the holding jig 20 can be fixed to the frame 3. And the pressing member 16 can be held by the holding jig 20. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare a tension rod 93 of a predetermined length.

[0052] Also, according to the holding jig 20, the distance between the first engaging portion 21 and the second engaging portion 22 can be adjusted by the adjustment connecting portion 23. Therefore, the holding jig 20 can be used for various frames 3.

[0053] Furthermore, there is the following effect. In the case of the prior art, only the main cover portion 11 of the frame cover 10 is pressed. Therefore, during the curing period of the adhesion for the frame cover 10, a part of the side cover portion 12 of the frame cover 10 may float. Also, a part of the back cover portion 13 of the frame cover 10 may float. In particular, this tendency is present when the frame cover 10 is long.

[0054] In this regard, according to the holding jig 20, the main cover portion 11, the side cover portion 12, and the back cover portion 13 of the frame cover 10 can be pressed simultaneously. Thereby, the floating of the side cover portion 12 of the frame cover 10 and the back cover portion 13 of the frame cover 10 can be suppressed. When the frame cover 10 is long, by restricting the length of the pressing member 16, the distance between the two holding jigs 20 can be shortened. Thereby, further, the floating of the side cover portion 12 of the frame cover 10 and the back cover portion 13 of the frame cover 10 can be effectively suppressed.

[0055] [Effects of the present embodiment] The effects of the present embodiment will be described. (1) The holding jig 20 includes a first engaging portion 21, a second engaging portion 22, an adjustment connecting portion 23, and a holding portion 24 that holds an end portion of the pressing member 16. The adjustment connecting portion 23 is configured to be able to adjust the distance between the first engaging portion 21 and the second engaging portion 22, and connects the first engaging portion 21 and the second engaging portion 22.

[0056] According to this configuration, the pressing member 16 can be held by the two holding jigs 20. Also, the distance between the first engaging portion 21 and the second engaging portion 22 can be adjusted by the adjustment connecting portion 23. Therefore, in various frames 3, the pressing member 16 can be held.

[0057] (2) The first engaging portion 21 has a first contact surface 27A that contacts the main cover portion 11 and a second contact surface 28A that contacts the side cover portion 12. According to this configuration, it is possible to suppress the main cover portion 11 of the frame cover 10 from floating from the main surface 3A of the frame 3 and the side cover portion 12 of the frame cover 10 from floating from the side surface 3B of the frame 3.
