The traveling device lifting step is a step of lifting both the traveling device lifting tool 50 and the crawler traveling device 11 with the traveling device lifting tool 50 fixed to the crawler traveling device 11.

[0019] Hereinafter, the features of the traveling device hoist 50 according to the embodiment will be described. The traveling device hoist 50 includes the following first to eleventh aspects.

[0020] [First Aspect] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 10, the traveling device hoist 50 according to the first aspect includes at least one hoist body 60 and at least one movable member 70. The hoist body 60 has a fixing portion 61 that is detachably fixed to the traveling device 11. The movable member 70 is supported by the hoist body 60. The movable member 70 has an attachment portion 71 for attaching the hoisting device 200. The movable member 70 is configured to be displaceable with respect to the hoist body 60 between a single-lifting position P1, which is a position for lifting the traveling device hoist 50 alone, and a traveling-device lifting position P2, which is a position for lifting the traveling device hoist 50 and the traveling device 11.

[0021] In this first aspect, since the movable member 70 can be displaced with respect to the hoist body 60 between the single-lifting position P1 and the traveling-device lifting position P2, it is possible to perform a single-lifting step of lifting the traveling device hoist 50 alone and a traveling-device lifting step of lifting both the traveling device hoist 50 and the traveling device 11 without changing the attachment position of the shackle 202 of the hoisting device 200.

[0022] The single-lifting position P1 is a position determined in consideration of the center of gravity of the traveling device hoist 50 alone, and the traveling-device lifting position P2 is a position determined in consideration of the center of gravity of the lifting object including the traveling device hoist 50 and the crawler traveling device 11.

[0023] The crawler frame 13 has a fixed portion 16 to which the fixing portion 61 of the hoist body 60 is fixed. The fixed portion 16 may be formed, for example, on the outer surface of the crawler frame 13. In the specific examples shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the fixed portion 16 has a shape that protrudes outward from the outer surface of the crawler frame 13. That is, the fixed portion 16 of the crawler frame 13 on the right side has a shape that protrudes to the right from the right side surface of the crawler frame 13, and the fixed portion 16 of the crawler frame 13 on the left side has a shape that protrudes to the left from the left side surface of the crawler frame 13. An insertion hole for inserting a shaft-shaped fixing member 90 such as a bolt or a pin may be formed in the fixed portion 16, and an insertion hole for inserting the fixing member 90 may be formed in the fixing portion 61 of the lifting tool body 60. In this case, by inserting the fixing member 90 into the insertion hole of the fixing portion 61 and the insertion hole of the fixed portion 16, the fixing portion 61 of the lifting tool body is detachably fixed to the fixed portion 16 of the crawler frame 13.

[0024] The movable member 70 has a base end portion 74 and a tip end portion 75, and has a shape extending from the base end portion 74 toward the tip end portion 75. As shown in the specific examples of FIGS. 2 to 10, the movable member 70 may have a shape extending in one direction from the base end portion 74 toward the tip end portion 75. The attachment portion 71 is formed at the tip end portion 75 of the movable member 70. An insertion hole for inserting the shackle 202 of the lifting device 200 (specifically, the bolt 204 of the shackle 202) may be formed in the attachment portion 71.

[0025] Each of the traveling device lifting tools 50 shown in FIGS. 2 to 10 includes a plurality of lifting tool bodies 60 (specifically, a pair of lifting tool bodies 60) and a plurality of movable members 70 (specifically, a pair of movable members 70). The pair of lifting tool bodies 60 are arranged at intervals from each other. The pair of movable members 70 are arranged at intervals from each other. The pair of lifting tool bodies 60 have the same structure, and the pair of movable members 70 have the same structure. Therefore, hereinafter, mainly, the structure of one lifting tool body 60 and the structure of one movable member 70 will be described.

[0026] [Second Aspect] The traveling device hoist 50 according to the second aspect may further have the following configuration in the traveling device hoist 50 according to the first aspect. That is, in the traveling device hoist 50 according to the second aspect, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 7, the movable member 70 may be rotatably supported with respect to the hoist main body 60. In this second aspect, by performing a simple operation of rotating the movable member 70 with respect to the hoist main body 60, the movable member 70 can be displaced with respect to the hoist main body 60 between the single-lifting position P1 and the traveling device lifting position P2.

[0027] In the specific example shown in FIGS. 2 to 7, the movable member 70 is supported by the hoist main body 60 so as to be able to rise and fall. The movable member 70 is arranged in a posture of standing upright upward from the upper part of the hoist main body 60 at the single-lifting position P1. That is, the movable member 70 is arranged vertically at the single-lifting position P1. On the other hand, the movable member 70 is arranged in a posture of lying down at the traveling device lifting position P2. That is, the movable member 70 is arranged horizontally at the traveling device lifting position P2.

[0028] The hoist main body 60 has a support portion 64 for supporting the movable member 70. The base end portion 74 of the movable member 70 is rotatably supported by the support portion 64 of the hoist main body 60. The support portion 64 is located at the upper part of the hoist main body 60. Specifically, for example, the support portion 64 may be formed with an insertion hole for inserting a shaft-shaped fixing member 94 such as a bolt or a pin, and the base end portion 74 may be formed with an insertion hole for inserting the fixing member 94. In this case, by inserting the fixing member 94 into the insertion hole of the support portion 64 and the insertion hole of the base end portion 74, the movable member 70 is supported by the hoist main body 60 so as to be able to rotate around the fixing member 94 with respect to the hoist main body 60.

[0029] In the traveling device hoist 50 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the hoist body 60 includes a vertical portion 6A and a horizontal portion 6B. In the state where the traveling device hoist 50 is fixed to the crawler traveling device 11 as shown by the solid line in FIG. 2 (hereinafter, this state may be referred to as the fixed state), the vertical portion 6A is a portion that extends downward from a position above the crawler frame 13 and outside in the left-right direction. In the fixed state, the horizontal portion 6B is a portion that extends inward in the left-right direction (left side in FIG. 2) from the upper part of the vertical portion 6A. In the fixed state, the horizontal portion 6B is located above the crawler frame 13. More specifically, in the fixed state, the horizontal portion 6B is located above the upper surface of the crawler belt 15, and part or all of the horizontal portion 6B is in a position that overlaps the upper surface of the crawler belt 15 in plan view.

[0030] In each of the traveling device hoists 50 shown in FIG. 7 and the traveling device hoist 50 shown in FIG. 8 described later, the hoist body 60 has a vertical portion 6A, but does not have a horizontal portion 6B like the traveling device hoist 50 shown in FIG. 3. In each of the traveling device hoists 50 shown in FIG. 7 and the traveling device hoist 50 shown in FIG. 8 described later, when the movable member 70 is disposed at the traveling device lifting position P2 in the fixed state, the movable member 70 is located above the upper surface of the crawler belt 15 and is disposed in a position that overlaps the upper surface of the crawler belt 15 in plan view.

[0031] The suspension tool body 60 has a lower contact portion 66. The lower contact portion 66 is a portion that contacts the crawler frame 13 below the fixing portion 61 in a state where the fixing portion 61 of the suspension tool body 60 is fixed to the fixed portion 16 of the crawler frame 13. In the specific examples shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lower contact portion 66 is supported at the lower end of the vertical portion 6A of the suspension tool body 60. The lower contact portion 66 has an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the protruding amount from the lower end of the suspension tool body 60 (the lower end of the vertical portion 6A). The adjustment mechanism may include bolts and nuts. The fixing portion 61 of the suspension tool body 60 is allowed to rotate slightly around the fixing member 90 with respect to the fixed portion 16 of the crawler frame 13. Therefore, by adjusting the protruding amount from the lower end of the suspension tool body 60 by the adjustment mechanism, the position of the center of gravity of the lifting target including the traveling device suspension tool 50 and the crawler traveling device 11 is adjusted.

[0032] [Third Aspect] The traveling device suspension tool 50 according to the third aspect preferably further includes the following configuration in the traveling device suspension tool 50 according to the second aspect. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the traveling device suspension tool 50 according to the third aspect preferably includes a first rotation restricting portion 91 that restricts further rotation in the rotation direction D1 when the movable member 70 is displaced from the traveling device lifting position P2 to the single-body lifting position P1 in a state where the movable member 70 is disposed at the single-body lifting position P1. In this third aspect, when the movable member 70 is disposed at the single-body lifting position P1, the movable member 70 is restricted from rotating further in the rotation direction D1 from the single-body lifting position P1, so that the operation of disposing the movable member 70 at the single-body lifting position P1 is easy.

[0033] The first rotation restricting portion 91 may be a member separate from the sling body 60 and the movable member 70, may be a part of the sling body 60, or may be a part of the movable member 70. When the first rotation restricting portion 91 is a member separate from the sling body 60 and the movable member 70, the first rotation restricting portion 91 may be fixed to the sling body 60 or may be fixed to the movable member 70. The first rotation restricting portion 91 may have a contact portion that contacts the sling body 60 or the movable member 70 when the movable member 70 is disposed at the single lifting position P1. When the movable member 70 is disposed at the single lifting position P1, the first rotation restricting portion 91 may be configured to restrict further rotation of the movable member 70 in the rotation direction D1 by contacting the sling body 60 or the movable member 70.

[0034] [Fourth Aspect] The traveling device sling 50 according to the fourth aspect preferably further includes the following configuration in the traveling device sling 50 according to the second or third aspect. That is, the traveling device sling 50 according to the fourth aspect preferably further includes a second rotation restricting portion 92 that restricts rotation of the movable member 70 with respect to the sling body 60 in a state where the movable member 70 is disposed at the traveling device lifting position P2. In this fourth aspect, rotation of the movable member 70 disposed at the traveling device lifting position P2 when lifting the traveling device sling 50 and the traveling device 11 is restricted.

[0035] [Fifth Aspect] The traveling device hanger 50 according to the fifth aspect preferably further includes the following configuration in the traveling device hanger 50 according to the fourth aspect. That is, in the traveling device hanger 50 according to the fifth aspect, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, each of the hanger body 60 and the movable member 70 has insertion holes 62 and 72, and the second rotation restricting portion 92 preferably includes a pin 93 that is inserted into the insertion hole 62 of the hanger body 60 and the insertion hole 72 of the movable member 70 in a state where the movable member 70 is disposed at the traveling device lifting position P2. In this fifth aspect, the movable member 70 can be held at the traveling device lifting position P2 by a simple operation of inserting the pin 93 into the insertion hole 62 of the hanger body 60 and the insertion hole 72 of the movable member 70 in a state where the movable member 70 is disposed at the traveling device lifting position P2.

[0036] In the specific example shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the movable member 70 has a tip-side protruding portion 76 that protrudes so as to bend from the tip end portion 75. The tip-side protruding portion 76 protrudes from the tip end portion 75 in a direction intersecting the extending direction of the movable member 70. For example, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 3, in the fixed state and in a state where the movable member 70 is disposed at the traveling device lifting position P2, the tip-side protruding portion 76 may protrude downward from the tip end portion 75. Specifically, in the fixed state and in a state where the movable member 70 is disposed at the traveling device lifting position P2, an intermediate portion between the base end portion 74 and the tip end portion 75 of the movable member 70 may be disposed above (specifically, directly above) the horizontal portion 6B of the hanger body 60. The insertion hole 62 for inserting the pin 93 may be formed at the tip end portion 65 (inner end portion) of the horizontal portion 6B of the hanger body 60, and the insertion hole 72 for inserting the pin 93 may be formed in the tip-side protruding portion 76 of the movable member 70. By inserting the pin 93 into the insertion hole 62 at the tip end portion 65 of the horizontal portion 6B and the insertion hole 72 in the tip-side protruding portion 76 of the movable member 70, the movable member 70 is fixed to the horizontal portion 6B of the hanger body 60.

[0037] In Modification 1 shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 as well, the movable member 70 is supported by the suspension tool body 60 so as to be rotatable about the fixing member 94 with respect to the suspension tool body 60. The second rotation restricting portion 92 includes an insertion hole 92A formed in a support portion 64 located at the upper portion of the suspension tool body 60 and a pin 93. The base end portion 74 of the movable member 70 has an insertion hole 95. This insertion hole 95 is not arranged at a position corresponding to the insertion hole 92A of the second rotation restricting portion 92 at the single-lifting position P1 shown in FIG. 7, but is arranged at a position corresponding to the insertion hole 92A of the second rotation restricting portion 92 at the traveling device lifting position P2 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. At this traveling device lifting position P2, when the pin 93 is inserted into the insertion hole 92A of the second rotation restricting portion 92 and the insertion hole 95 of the base end portion 74 of the movable member 70, the movable member 70 is fixed to the suspension tool body 60 as shown in FIG. 6.

[0038] [Sixth Aspect] The traveling device suspension tool 50 according to the sixth aspect may further have the following configuration in the traveling device suspension tool 50 according to the first aspect. That is, in the traveling device suspension tool 50 according to the sixth aspect, the movable member 70 may be slidably supported with respect to the suspension tool body 60 as shown in FIG. 8. In this sixth aspect, by performing a simple operation of sliding the movable member 70 with respect to the suspension tool body 60, the movable member 70 can be displaced with respect to the suspension tool body 60 between the single-lifting position P1 and the traveling device lifting position P2.

[0039] [Seventh Aspect] The traveling device hoist 50 according to the seventh aspect preferably further includes the following configuration in the traveling device hoist 50 according to the sixth aspect. That is, in the traveling device hoist 50 according to the seventh aspect, one of the hoist body 60 and the movable member 70 has a hole or groove formed along the one member to allow the slide of the movable member 70 with respect to the hoist body 60, and the other of the hoist body 60 and the movable member 70 preferably has a shaft member capable of displacing along the hole or the groove. In this seventh aspect, the shaft member is displaced along the hole or the groove, so that the movable member 70 can be displaced with respect to the hoist body 60 between the single lifting position P1 and the traveling device lifting position P2. The shaft member is a shaft-like member such as a bolt or a pin.

[0040] In the specific example shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the movable member 70 has a long hole 73 formed along the longitudinal direction of the movable member 70, and the hoist body 60 has a shaft member 63 disposed inside the long hole 73 and capable of displacing along the long hole 73.

[0041] [Eighth Aspect] The traveling device hoist 50 according to the eighth aspect preferably further includes the following configuration in the traveling device hoist 50 according to the seventh aspect. That is, in the traveling device hoist 50 according to the eighth aspect, the hole or the groove preferably has a fitting portion into which at least a part of the shaft member is fitted in a state where the movable member 70 is disposed at the single lifting position P1. In this eighth aspect, at least a part of the shaft member is fitted into the fitting portion, so that the movable member 70 is easily maintained at the single lifting position P1.

[0042] In the specific example shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the long hole 73 of the movable member 70 has a fitting portion 73A including a recess recessed downward from the long hole 73 at a portion corresponding to the end of the long hole 73.
