Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] A dust collection truck is often used as a vehicle for collecting and transporting general waste discharged from households and food waste discharged from restaurants. The dust collection truck has a loading device, and the loading device pushes and compresses the dust into the dust storage box. Therefore, if large iron scraps are mixed in the garbage, the garbage cannot be compressed, and the loading device will be damaged. Therefore, it is desirable to put large iron scraps and the like in a separate box and transport them. In addition, it is desirable that the box is externally attached to the vehicle body in consideration of workability. For other special equipment vehicles and flat-bed trucks, it is also desirable to place frequently used tools, jigs, etc. in externally attached boxes for transportation. The present invention meets this requirement and provides a vehicle with a storage member such as a box externally attached.
Means for Solving the Problem
[0005] An aspect for solving the above problems is a vehicle having a vehicle body structure provided with a gantry, a mounted object provided on the gantry, and a storage member attached to the side surface of the vehicle body via a bracket, wherein the bracket is formed by bending a single plate, a mounting side is formed by bending the central portion of the plate substantially vertically and fixed to the vehicle body side, and a support side extending substantially perpendicular to the mounting side is formed, and further, a side portion of the mounting side is bent to form a mounting side reinforcing portion, and a side portion of the support side is bent to form a support side reinforcing portion.
[0006] The vehicle of this aspect has a truck-type vehicle body structure, has a gantry, and has a high vehicle height. The vehicle of this aspect has a mounted object provided on the gantry. The vehicle of this aspect has a storage member attached to the side surface of the vehicle body via a bracket. The object to which the bracket is attached may be the gantry or a part of the mounted object. In the vehicle of this aspect, the storage member is externally attached, which is convenient to use. Moreover, the bracket adopted in the vehicle of this aspect is formed by bending a single plate, has a simple structure, and is easy to manufacture. If the members constituting the mounting side and the members constituting the support side are individually molded and then joined by welding or the like, it is necessary to perform angle determination and positioning of the two, which is troublesome. In contrast, the bracket adopted in the vehicle of this aspect is molded into the final shape by bending, so alignment is not required. Also, according to this aspect, the opening angle between the mounting side and the support side can be determined only by adjusting the bending angle. In addition, since the bracket adopted in this embodiment has a reinforcing portion on the mounting side, the mounting side has the necessary rigidity. Similarly, since the bracket adopted in this embodiment has a reinforcing portion on the support side, the support side also has the necessary rigidity. Since the bracket adopted in this embodiment is also formed by bending for the reinforcing portion on the mounting side and the reinforcing portion on the support side, it is easy to manufacture.
[0007] In the above-described aspect, the reinforcing portion on the mounting side and the reinforcing portion on the support side are formed by bending the sides on the same side of the plate body, and it is desirable that the bending directions of the reinforcing portion on the mounting side and the reinforcing portion on the support side are different.
[0008] According to this aspect, the reinforcing portion on the mounting side can be provided in a direction that does not interfere with the vehicle body, and the reinforcing portion on the support side can be provided in a direction that does not interfere with the storage member.
[0009] In each of the above-described aspects, it is desirable that a part of the reinforcing portion on the mounting side and a part of the reinforcing portion on the support side overlap, and a part of the reinforcing portion on the mounting side and a part of the reinforcing portion on the support side are joined at the overlapping portion.
[0010] According to this aspect, the rigidity in the opening direction of the support side can be ensured.
[0011] In each of the above-described aspects, it is desirable that the portion of the reinforcing portion on the mounting side near the reinforcing portion on the support side has a wide width.
[0012] According to this aspect, the rigidity in the opening direction of the support side can be ensured.
[0013] In each of the above-described aspects, the plate body has a mounting side region where the mounting side is formed and a support side region where the support side is formed, and it is desirable that a notch is provided between the mounting side region and the support side region of the plate body.
[0014] According to this aspect, the plate body is easy to bend during molding.
[0015] In each of the above-described aspects, it is desirable that the plate body has a reinforcing portion region where the mounting-side reinforcing portion and the support-side reinforcing portion are provided, and the notch is provided in the reinforcing portion region.
[0016] According to this aspect, the plate body is easily bent during molding.
Effects of the Invention

[0031] As described above, the bracket 35 has an outer shape that is substantially "L" shaped. As described above, the lower end of the mounting side reinforcing portion 45 has an extension region 52, and the extension region 52 bulges toward the support side 41 as a whole. The extension region 52 of the mounting side reinforcing portion 45 extends over the support side 41, and the extension region 52 of the mounting side reinforcing portion 45 is overlapped on the support side reinforcing portion 60. And at the overlapped portion, the extension region 52 of the mounting side reinforcing portion 45 and the support side reinforcing portion 60 are welded and joined. Mounting holes 65 are provided in the flat plate portion 42 of the mounting side 40. Also, mounting holes 66 are provided in the flat plate portion 48 of the support side 41.
[0032] The brackets 35, 36 of the present embodiment have a bent structure and are made by bending a single plate body 70. Hereinafter, while referring to FIG. 7, the structure of the bracket 35 will be described. FIG. 7(a) is a perspective view showing the plate body 70 before bending. The plate body 70 is obtained by cutting out a flat plate material into a predetermined shape. That is, the plate body 70 has a rectangular main body portion 71, and has a peninsula-shaped protruding portion 72 and a curved notch portion 73 on one side thereof. The peninsula-shaped protruding portion 72 is a portion that finally becomes the wide region 47 and the extension region 52 of the mounting side reinforcing portion 45.
[0033] In the main body portion 71, there are a mounting side region 75 where a mounting side 40 is formed in the longitudinal direction, and a support side region 76 where a support side 41 is formed, and the above-described notch portion 73 is between them. Also, in the vicinity of the boundary between the mounting side region 75 and the support side region 76, and at a position on the mounting side region 75 side, there is the above-described peninsula-shaped protruding portion 72.
[0034] Also, in the main body portion 71, there are a main body region 77 and a reinforcing portion region 78 in the width direction. The main body region 77 is a portion that finally becomes the flat plate portion 42 of the mounting side 40 and the flat plate portion 48 of the support side 41. The reinforcing portion region 78 is a portion that finally becomes the mounting side reinforcing portion 45 of the mounting side 40 and the support side reinforcing portion 60 of the support side 41. The above-described peninsula-shaped protruding portion 72 is provided in the reinforcing portion region 78. Also, most of the above-described notch portion 73 is provided in the reinforcing portion region 78.
[0035] In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7(b), in the reinforcing portion region 78, the portion belonging to the mounting side region 75 is bent in one direction, and in the reinforcing portion region 78, the portion belonging to the support side region 76 is bent in the other direction. Specifically, in the reinforcing portion region 78, the portion belonging to the mounting side region 75 is mountain-folded, and in the reinforcing portion region 78, the portion belonging to the support side region 76 is valley-folded. And as shown in FIG. 7(c), the main body portion 71 of the plate body 70 is bent 90 degrees as a whole from the central portion. Specifically, the mounting side region 75 is bent substantially perpendicular to the support side region 76. By bending the main body portion 71 of the plate body 70 from the central portion, the extension region 52 of the mounting side reinforcing portion 45 overlaps the support side reinforcing portion 60. And at the overlapped portion, the extension region 52 of the mounting side reinforcing portion 45 and the support side reinforcing portion 60 are welded and joined.
[0036] In this way, the bracket 35 is formed by bending a single plate body 70. The central portion of the plate body 70 is bent substantially vertically to form a mounting side 40 fixed to the vehicle body side and a support side 41 extending substantially perpendicular to the mounting side 40. Also, the side portion of the mounting side 40 is bent to form a mounting side reinforcing portion 45, and the side portion of the support side 41 is bent to form a support side reinforcing portion 60.
[0037] The shelf 30 has a pair of brackets 35, 36 arranged opposite to each other as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and the space between them is joined and integrated by connecting metal fittings 37, 38. The shelf 30 is attached to the side surface of the vehicle body by screws (not shown). Specifically, the mounting sides 40 of the brackets 35, 36 are screwed to the side surface of the frame 8 of the truck vehicle 2 or the deck frame 16 of the dust collecting device (mounted object) 10.
[0038] The frame 8 of the truck vehicle 2 and the deck frame 16 of the dust collecting device (mounted object) 10 are at a relatively high position. Also, the width of the main body device 15 of the dust collecting device (mounted object) 10 is wider than the width of the frame 8 and the deck frame 16. Therefore, the dust collecting device (mounted object) 10 projects from the frame 8 and the deck frame 16, and there is a considerable space below the projecting portion.
[0039] The shelf 30 of the present embodiment is installed below the projecting portion of the dust collecting device (mounted object) 10. And a cage 32 (storage member) is placed on the shelf 30. Therefore, the operator can throw iron scraps, tools, etc. into the cage 32 (storage member), and the workability is high.
[0040] The brackets 35 and 36 of this embodiment are formed by bending a single plate body 70, and the mounting side 40 and the support side 41 are connected from the beginning. Therefore, it is easy to position and adjust the angle of the mounting side 40 and the support side 41, and it is easy to manufacture. Also, the brackets 35 and 36 of this embodiment have a reinforcing portion area 78. There is a notch 73 at the boundary portion between the mounting side area 75 formed by the mounting side 40 and the support side area 76 formed by the support side 41. Therefore, it is easy to bend and easy to manufacture.
[0041] The brackets 35 and 36 employed in this embodiment have a wide area 47 of the mounting side reinforcing portion 45 at the boundary portion between the mounting side 40 and the support side 41. Also, there is a semi-circular protruding portion 72 on the mounting side 40 side, and the protruding portion 72 is welded to the support side 41 side. Therefore, the brackets 35 and 36 employed in this embodiment have high rigidity against the load applied to the support side 41. That is, in this embodiment, the bending moment applied to the root portion of the support side 41 due to the load received by the support side 41 can be held by the tensile force of the wide area 47. In the above-described embodiment, the semi-circular protruding portion 72 is provided on the mounting side 40 side, but a bulging portion on the support side 41 side may be provided.
