Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a stamp. [Background technology]

[0002] A known conventional stamp is a rubber stamp that has a detachable cap attached to the main case to protect the stamp surface, and an ink mat attached to the inside bottom of the cap, where the ink mat is arranged to be movable up and down and is pushed up by a spring member (Patent Document 1). According to this rubber stamp, when the cap is fitted onto the main case, if the degree of contact of the ink mat with the stamp surface is weaker than a standard value, the pressing force of the spring member compensates for this, and if the degree of contact is stronger than the standard value, the spring member compresses and deforms to adjust appropriately, so that when the cap is fitted onto the main case while not in use, the degree of contact between the stamp surface and the ink mat is appropriate. [0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-030599 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, the above-mentioned conventional rubber stamps are designed so that the stamp surface and the ink mat come into contact when the cap is attached to the main case when not in use, which can cause problems with the durability of the stamp surface and the inability to change the color of the ink on the ink mat.

[0005] The problems to be solved by the present invention are, first, to provide a stamp that does not impair the durability of the stamping surface, and second, to provide a stamp that allows the ink color to be changed. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The first invention is a stamp comprising: a stamp body having a stamp surface; a cap detachably attached to one end of the stamp body to protect the stamp surface; and an ink mat provided on the inner bottom of the cap; The cap is attached to one end of the stamp body and is movable between a position where the ink mat and the printing surface contact each other and a position where they are separated, and the cap solves the first problem by including an elastic member that biases the ink mat and the printing surface in the direction of separating them.

[0007] The second invention is a stamp comprising: a stamp body having a stamp surface; a cap detachably attached to one end of the stamp body to protect the stamp surface; and an ink mat provided on the inner bottom of the cap; The ink mat is detachably provided on the cap, thereby solving the second problem. [Effects of the Invention]

[0008] According to the first aspect of the invention, when the stamp is in use, ink is applied to the stamp surface by bringing the cap and the stamp body close together against the bias of the elastic member while the cap is still attached to the stamp body. When the stamp is not in use, the elastic member separates the stamp surface from the ink mat, so the durability of the stamp surface is not impaired.

[0009] According to the second aspect of the present invention, the ink mat is provided detachably with respect to the cap, so that the color of the ink can be changed by replacing it with an ink mat of a different color. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[Figure 6] FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view (separated state) showing a portion VI of FIG. 4. [Figure 7] FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view (close state) showing a portion VI of FIG. 4. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0011] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a stamp 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the stamp 1. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III in Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IV-IV in Fig. 1.

[0012] The stamp 1 of this embodiment comprises a stamp body 11 having a printing surface 14, a cap 12 that is removably attached to one end of the stamp body 11 and protects the printing surface 14, and an ink mat 13 that is provided on the inner bottom of the cap 12.

[0013] The stamp body 11 of this embodiment is the portion that a user holds in their hand when using the stamp 1, and as shown in FIG. 2 , it has an outer frame 111 and an inner frame 112 divided into three sections. Within the inner frame 112, a first rotating body 113 is rotatably supported by a first rotating shaft 114, and a second rotating body 115 is rotatably mounted by a second rotating shaft 116. An endless belt 15, on which multiple printing faces 14 are formed, is stretched between the first rotating body 113 and the second rotating body 115. The first rotating shaft 114 is inserted through one side of the outer frame 111, the inner frame 112, and the first rotating body 113. A dial 117 is fixed to one end of the first rotating shaft 114, and the other end is supported by the inner surface of the outer frame 111. The second rotating shaft 116 is inserted through the inner frame 112 and the second rotating body 115, and both ends are supported by the inner surface of the outer frame 111.

[0014] The bottom surfaces of the outer frame 111 and the inner frame 112 are open, so that by turning the dial 117 so that the desired seal face 14 is positioned on the bottom surfaces of the outer frame 111 and the inner frame 112, an impression can be stamped with the selected desired seal face 14. The illustrated first rotating body 113 and second rotating body 115 have a substantially square cross section, with one side surface having a size substantially equal to the size of the seal face 14. The outer frame 111, the inner frame 112, the first rotating body 113, and the second rotating body 115 can be made of plastic such as ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PC (polycarbonate), or POM (polyacetal), and the first rotating shaft 114 and the second rotating shaft 116 can be made of a metal material such as iron.

[0015] The endless belt 15 of this embodiment is made of, for example, a rubber material, and has eight printing faces 14 formed at equal intervals on its surface as shown in Fig. 2. Therefore, the stamp 1 of this embodiment can have a maximum of eight different printing faces 14.

[0016] The cap 12 of this embodiment is detachably attached to the underside (one end) of the stamp body 11 to protect the stamping surface 14 that appears on the open underside of the stamp body 11. The cap 12 of this embodiment has a first cap member 121 that is detachably attached to the underside (one end) of the stamp body 11, and a second cap member 122 that is provided with an ink mat 13. The first cap member 121 and the second cap member 122 are assembled so that they can move toward and away from each other, and an elastic member 16 is interposed between the first cap member 121 and the second cap member 122.

[0017] FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an example of an elastic member 16 according to the present invention, FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of section VI of FIG. 4 (separated state), and FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of section VI of FIG. 4 (closed state). As shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. 6, a first hook portion 123 formed on a first cap member 121 and a second hook portion 124 formed on a second cap member 122 are engaged to be slidable in the vertical direction shown in the figure. This allows the first cap member 121 and the second cap member 122 to be assembled so as to be movable between the spaced apart position shown in FIG. 6 and the close-together position shown in FIG. 7. The spaced apart position shown in FIG. 6 is restricted by the engagement between the first hook portion 123 and the second hook portion 124, preventing further separation. The close-together position shown in FIG. 7 is restricted by the abutment between an outer periphery 125 of the first cap member 121 and an outer periphery 126 of the second cap member 122, preventing further proximity.

[0018] The elastic member 16 of this embodiment is made of plastic such as POM (polyacetal), and has a base 161 and an elastic piece 162 extending in a cantilevered manner from the base 161, as shown in FIG. 5 . The base 161 is also formed with a convex portion 163 and a concave portion 164 that engages with the convex portion 163. In this embodiment, the surfaces of the two elastic members 16, 16 on which the convex portions 163 and the concave portions 164 are formed face to face, and the convex portion 163 of one elastic member 16 engages with the concave portion 164 of the other elastic member 16, and the convex portion 163 of the other elastic member 16 engages with the concave portion 164 of the one elastic member 16. This constitutes a pair of elastic members 16, and as shown in FIG. 2 , the two pairs of elastic members 16, 16 are interposed between a first cap member 121 and a second cap member 122, and bias the first cap member 121 and the second cap member 122 in a direction separating them.

[0019] The ink mat 13 of this embodiment is made of a water-absorbent material such as cotton, and has a shape with an area equal to or larger than the surface of the stamp face 14. The ink mat 13 is housed in an ink mat case 17 made of a plastic such as ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). The ink mat case 17 housing the ink mat 13 is removably attached to an opening 127 formed in the bottom surface of the second cap member 122. As a result, if multiple ink mat cases 17 housing ink mats 13 of different colors are prepared, the color of ink to be stamped can be changed by replacing the ink mat 13 with the ink mat 13 of the desired color.

[0020] Next, the operation will be described. When the stamp 1 of this embodiment is not in use, the cap 12 is attached to the underside of the stamp body 11, as shown in Figure 6. In this state, the elastic force of the two pairs of elastic members 16 urges the first cap member 121 and the second cap member 122 in directions separating them from each other, so that the printing surface 14 located on the underside of the stamp body 11 is separated from the surface of the ink mat 13. This prevents the printing surface 14 from constantly becoming wet with ink, eliminating the risk of damaging the durability of the printing surface 14.

[0021] When using the stamp 1 of this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 6, the cap 12 is attached to the underside of the stamp body 11, and the bottom surface of the cap 12 is fixed and the stamp body 11 is pressed. As a result, as shown in Fig. 7, the stamp body 11 and the first cap member 121 approach the second cap member 122 against the elastic force of the elastic member 16, and the printing surface 14 comes into contact with the ink mat 13. By repeating this action an appropriate number of times, an appropriate amount of ink adheres to the printing surface 14, and by removing the cap 12 from the stamp body 11, it is possible to stamp in an appropriate location.

[0022] As described above, the stamp 1 of this embodiment comprises a stamp body 11 having a printing surface 14, a cap 12 that is removably attached to one end of the stamp body 11 and protects the printing surface 14, and an ink mat 13 that is attached to the inner bottom of the cap 12. When attached to the one end of the stamp body 11, the cap 12 is movable between a position where the ink mat 13 and the printing surface 14 come into contact (Figure 7) and a position where they are separated (Figure 6), and includes an elastic member 16 that biases the ink mat 13 and the printing surface 14 in a direction that moves them apart. Therefore, when in use, ink will adhere to the printing surface 14 if the cap 12 remains attached to the stamp body 11 and the cap 12 and the stamp body 11 are brought closer together against the elastic bias of the elastic member 16. Furthermore, when the stamp is not in use, if the cap 12 is attached to the stamp body 11, the elastic member 16 separates the stamp surface 14 from the ink mat 13, so that the durability of the stamp surface 14 is not impaired.

[0023] Furthermore, the stamp 1 of this embodiment comprises a stamp body 11 having a printing surface 14, a cap 12 that is removably attached to one end of the stamp body 11 and protects the printing surface 14, and an ink mat 13 that is provided on the inner bottom of the cap 12. Since the ink mat 13 is removably attached to the cap 12, the color of the ink can be changed by replacing it with an ink mat 13 of a different color. [Explanation of symbols]
