Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an exterior wall structure and construction method that can be constructed using a scaffolding-free method, and is particularly suitable for exterior walls that use sandwich panels, which are commonly used for the exterior walls of logistics facilities, etc. However, the present invention is not limited to sandwich panels and can be applied to the exterior walls of various structures that use a variety of panels. [Background technology]

[0002] For example, for many years, ALC panels were the mainstream method for finishing the exterior walls of logistics facilities, but due to factors such as longer delivery times, rising costs, and labor shortages, there has recently been a shift to sandwich panels.

[0003] In the conventional construction method using sandwich panels, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, multiple sandwich panels 31 are attached adjacent to each other in the vertical direction of the base steel frame (furring strip) 30 on the outside of the room, and the upper end of each sandwich panel 31 is directly screwed to the base steel frame 30 from the outside of the room using multiple drill screws 32.The upper and lower sandwich panels 31, 31 are stacked in an interlocking manner (see Figures 11(a) and 12(a)), and the panel joints (vertical joints) between the left and right sandwich panels 31, 31 are caulked with sealant 33 (see Figure 12(b)).

[0004] Patent Document 1 also discloses an invention relating to an exterior wall structure in a steel-frame building such as a logistics facility, in which multiple exterior wall panels arranged vertically are attached to multiple furring strips extending vertically at multiple locations across the width of the exterior wall panels to form an exterior wall panel unit, and this exterior wall panel unit is attached to the building's frame by the furring strips. [0005] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6667940 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2016-94791 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] However, with the conventional construction method shown in Figures 11 and 12, the sandwich panels must be stacked one by one on the outside of the steel frame using an interlocking method, and each sandwich panel must be screwed to the steel frame one by one, which requires a lot of labor and reduces work efficiency.Furthermore, since this work is done outdoors, it is easily affected by the weather, which is an issue.

[0007] Furthermore, when working at height, heavy machinery such as hoists are required to lift the sandwich panels to high positions, which increases construction costs.

[0008] On the other hand, the construction method of Patent Document 1 involves stacking multiple horizontally long plates to form a large panel, which is then lifted and erected by a crane, which has the problem of making the construction work large-scale.

[0009] The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and aims to provide a building exterior wall structure and construction method that enables efficient construction without scaffolding and reduces the use of transport vehicles and hoists. [Means for solving the problem]

[0010] The present invention comprises a plurality of exterior wall panel guide frames erected at intervals on the outdoor side of a foundation steel frame, foundation steel frame side connecting fittings and exterior wall panel guide frame side connecting fittings attached to the foundation steel frame and the exterior wall panel guide frame respectively and joined to each other to fix the exterior wall panel guide frame to the foundation steel frame, and a plurality of exterior wall panels installed adjacent to each other in the vertical direction between the laterally adjacent exterior wall panel guide frames, wherein the opposing side portions of adjacent exterior wall panel guide frames are provided with fitting grooves that are continuous in the vertical direction and into which the ends of the exterior wall panels are fitted.

[0011] In particular, since the opposing side portions of the adjacent exterior wall panel guide frames have continuous fitting grooves in the vertical direction into which the ends of the exterior wall panels fit, the exterior wall panels can be installed extremely efficiently without the need for work scaffolding by dropping them sequentially between the adjacent exterior wall panel guide frames from the upper ends between the guide frames.

[0012] The base steel frame side connecting fittings include, for example, those formed in a roughly L-shape in plan view from a base steel frame side mounting portion that is fastened to the side of the base steel frame and a base steel frame side joint portion that extends along the interior side of the exterior wall panel, and the exterior wall panel guide frame side connecting fittings include, for example, those formed in a roughly hat-shape in plan view from an exterior wall panel guide frame side mounting portion that is fastened to the interior side of the exterior wall panel guide frame and an exterior wall panel guide frame side joint portion that abuts the base steel frame side joint portion of the base steel frame side connecting fittings.

[0013] In addition, since the panel support parts that protrude into the inside of the fitting grooves at the edge of the opening on the steel frame side of each fitting groove are formed in a roughly L-shape in plan view, it is expected that the effect of absorbing excessive loads acting on the exterior wall panels, especially in the out-of-plane direction, can be expected. Also, by attaching a gasket to the gasket attachment groove, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the fitting grooves.

[0014] Furthermore, the exterior wall panel guide frame side connecting fittings that secure the exterior wall panel guide frame to the underlying steel frame are attached to the interior side of the exterior wall panel guide frame, and the exterior wall panel side connecting fittings that secure the exterior wall panel near the side end and middle part to the underlying steel frame are attached to the interior side of the exterior wall panel. Therefore, the work of securing each exterior wall panel guide frame and the exterior wall panel to the underlying steel frame can all be carried out extremely efficiently on the interior side of the exterior wall panel, without being affected by weather, etc. [Effects of the Invention]

[0015] The present invention is an exterior wall structure of a building comprising a plurality of exterior wall panel guide frames erected at intervals on the exterior side of a foundation steel frame, foundation steel frame-side connecting fittings and exterior wall panel guide frame-side connecting fittings that are attached to the foundation steel frame and the exterior wall panel guide frames, respectively, and joined to each other to secure the exterior wall panel guide frames to the foundation steel frame, and a plurality of exterior wall panels that are installed adjacent to each other in the vertical direction between laterally adjacent exterior wall panel guide frames. In particular, since each of the opposing side portions of a plurality of adjacent exterior wall panel guide frames has fitting grooves that are continuous in the vertical direction and into which both ends of the exterior wall panels are fitted, the exterior wall panels can be installed extremely efficiently without work scaffolding by dropping them sequentially between adjacent exterior wall panel guide frames on the interior side of the building from the upper ends between the exterior wall panel guide frames.

[0016] In addition, the exterior wall panel guide frame side connecting fittings that secure the exterior wall panel guide frame to the underlying steel frame are attached to the indoor side of the exterior wall panel guide frame, and the exterior wall panel side connecting fittings that secure the exterior wall panel near the side end and middle part to the underlying steel frame are attached to the indoor side of the exterior wall panel. Therefore, the work of securing the exterior wall panel guide frame and the exterior wall panel to the underlying steel frame can both be carried out extremely efficiently on the indoor side of the exterior wall panel, without being affected by weather, etc.

[0017] Furthermore, the panel support parts are provided at the opening edge of the fitting grooves on the opposing side surfaces of the exterior wall panel guide frame, on the side of the steel frame facing the base, and protrude in a generally L-shape in plan view toward the inside of the fitting grooves. Therefore, when an excessive external force occurs during an earthquake, the panel support parts deform to absorb the seismic force, thereby preventing damage to the exterior wall panels. The panel support parts can also be used as drainage channels for rainwater and other water that has seeped into the fitting grooves. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0019] Figures 1 to 10 show one embodiment of the present invention, in which a base 2 is laid on an RC frame 1 such as a foundation or slab, and multiple steel substructures (hereinafter referred to as "furring strips") 3 are erected at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the base 2 (see Figure 1).

[0020] In addition, a water-repellent material 4 is laid along the longitudinal direction of the base 2 on the outside of the base 2, and multiple exterior wall panel guide frames (hereinafter referred to as "guide frames") 5 are erected on top of the water-repellent material 4, i.e., on the outside of the furring strips 3, along the longitudinal direction of the base 2 at predetermined intervals (see Figure 1).

[0021] The base 2, furring strips 3, water-repellent material 4 and guide frame 5 are formed from, for example, extruded steel or aluminum material, and these components are joined or fixed together with drill screws or screws.

[0022] The base 2 may also be molded integrally with the RC structure 1, such as the foundation or slab (see Figure 2), in which case the furring strips 3 and flashings 4 are directly attached to the part of the RC structure 1 that corresponds to the base 2. This method allows for the omission of the steel beams that are normally used for the base and the installation work involved, thereby reducing the labor required for construction and saving on steel materials.

[0023] Depending on the type of building, the underlying steel frame may be a furring strip 3 made of shaped steel, or may be a partition wall, a pillar as part of the framework, or a wall.

[0024] The furring strips 3 and the guide frame 5 are fitted with a plurality of base steel frame side connecting fittings (hereinafter referred to as "furring strip side connecting fittings") 6 and a plurality of exterior wall panel guide frame side connecting fittings (hereinafter referred to as "guide frame side connecting fittings") 7, which are joined together to secure the guide frame 5 to the furring strips 3 (see Figure 3).

[0025] The furring strip side joint fitting 6 is formed in a roughly L-shape in plan view from a base steel frame side mounting part (hereinafter referred to as "furring strip side mounting part") 6a which is fastened by screwing to the side of the furring strip 3, and a base steel frame side joint part (hereinafter referred to as "furring strip side joint part") 6b which extends horizontally along the interior side of the exterior wall panel 8 described below, and a reinforcing rib 6c is attached to the corner formed by the furring strip side mounting part 6a and the furring strip side joint part 6b.

[0026] The guide frame side connecting fitting 7 is formed in a roughly hat shape when viewed from above, and consists of an exterior wall panel guide frame side mounting portion (hereinafter referred to as the ``guide frame side mounting portion'') 7a, which is fastened by screwing it to the interior side of the guide frame 5, and exterior wall panel guide frame side joint portions (hereinafter referred to as the ``guide frame side joint portions'') 7b, 7b, which are screwed to the furring strip side joint portion 6b of the furring strip side connecting fitting 6.

[0027] The furring strip side connecting fittings 6, 6 formed in this manner are fastened symmetrically to both sides of the furring strip 3 in pairs, and multiple sets are screwed in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the furring strip 3.

[0028] In addition, the guide frame side connecting fittings 7 are fastened to the interior side of the guide frame 5 by screws, facing each of the furring strip side connecting fittings 6, 6 in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the guide frame 5.

[0029] In addition, the furring strip side joint 6b and the guide frame side joint 7b, which face each other, are joined together by screwing them together, whereby each guide frame 5 is fixed to the furring strip 3.

[0030] Even when two types of wall panels with different thicknesses are to be installed as exterior wall panels 8, the wall panels 8 can be installed without changing the position of the wall surface by simply slightly changing the shape (size) of the guide frame 5 and the guide frame side connector 7 (see Figures 3 and 5). The thickness of the exterior wall panel 8 shown in Figure 3 is 75 mm, and the thickness of the exterior wall panel 8 shown in Figure 5 is 50 mm.

[0031] A plurality of exterior wall panels 8 are installed adjacent to each other in the vertical direction between adjacent guide frames 5, 5 in the longitudinal direction of the base 2. Both side ends of each exterior wall panel 8 are fitted into fitting grooves 5a, 5a formed continuously in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the guide frames 5 on the opposing side surfaces of the guide frames 5, 5, and waterproof gaskets (not shown) are interposed in each joint between the upper and lower exterior wall panels 8, 8.

[0032] In addition, an exterior wall panel support portion (hereinafter referred to as "panel support portion") 5b is formed at the opening edge end of each fitting groove 5a on the side of the furring strip 3, protruding into the inside of the fitting groove 5a in an approximately L-shape when viewed from above, and a gasket mounting groove 5c is formed at the opening edge end on the opposite side, having an approximately lip groove shape when viewed from above and opening into the inside of the fitting groove 5a, and further a gasket mounting protrusion 5d is formed at the tip of the panel support portion 5b, protruding into the inside of the fitting groove 5a.

[0033] The panel fitting groove 5a, the panel support portion 5b, the gasket mounting groove 5c, and the gasket mounting projection 5d are all formed continuously in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the guide frame 5.

[0034] In particular, because the panel support portion 5b is formed to protrude into the inside of the fitting groove 5a in a generally L-shape in plan view, it can absorb excessive loads acting on the exterior wall panel 8, especially in the out-of-plane direction, by deformation, providing the effect of excellent earthquake resistance, etc. Also, by attaching the gasket 5e to the gasket attachment groove 5c and the gasket attachment protrusion 5d, it is possible to prevent rainwater and the like from entering the fitting groove 5a.

[0035] In addition, exterior wall panel-side connecting fittings (hereinafter referred to as "panel-side connecting fittings") 9 and underlying steel frame-side connecting fittings (hereinafter referred to as "furring strip-side connecting fittings") 10 that secure the interior side surfaces near both end portions of the exterior wall panel 8 to the furring strips 3 are attached opposite each other to the interior side surfaces near both end portions of the exterior wall panel 8 and to the furring strips 3 facing the interior side surfaces (see Figures 4 and 6).

[0036] The panel-side connecting bracket 9 has an exterior wall panel-side mounting portion (hereinafter referred to as the "panel-side mounting portion") 9a that is fastened to the interior side of the exterior wall panel 8 by drilling and screwing, and an exterior wall panel-side connecting portion (hereinafter referred to as the "panel-side connecting portion") 9b that is connected to the base steel frame-side connecting portion (hereinafter referred to as the "furring strip-side connecting portion") 10b of the furring strip-side connecting bracket 10, and is formed in a cylindrical shape with a roughly rectangular cross section when viewed from above (see Figures 4 and 6).

[0037] The furring strip side connecting fitting 10 is formed in an L-shape in plan view from a base steel frame side mounting portion (hereinafter referred to as "furring strip side mounting portion") 10a which is fastened by screwing to the side of the furring strip 3, and a base steel frame side connecting portion (hereinafter referred to as "furring strip side connecting portion") 10b which is connected to the panel side connecting portion 9b, and a reinforcing rib 10c is attached to the corner formed by the furring strip side mounting portion 10a and the furring strip side joint portion 10b.

[0038] Each panel-side connecting portion 9b and each furring strip-side connecting portion 10b are connected to each other by screws, thereby fixing both side ends of each exterior wall panel 8 to the furring strips 3. The panel-side connecting fittings 9 can be square pieces formed by cutting a square steel pipe to a length of about several centimeters in the axial direction of the pipe, or to a length equivalent to the longitudinal width (vertical width) of the exterior wall panel 8, for example.

[0039] Furthermore, as in the case shown in Figures 3 and 5, even when two types of wall panels of different thicknesses are to be attached as wall panels 8, the wall panels 8 can be attached without changing the position of the wall surface by simply slightly changing the shape (size) of the guide frame 5 and the panel-side connecting fittings 9 (see Figures 4 and 6).

[0040] In this case, the wall panel 8 can be attached without changing the position of the wall surface by attaching the panel-side connecting fittings 9 horizontally or vertically (see Figures 4 and 6). The thickness of the wall panel 8 shown in Figure 4 is 75 mm, and the thickness of the wall panel 8 shown in Figure 6 is 50 mm.

[0041] Figure 7 shows the attachment of the middle part of the wall panel to the furring strip, with lip channel steel installed as the middle furring strip 3a. Also, furring strip-side connecting hardware 10 is attached to the side of the middle furring strip 3a, and panel-side connecting hardware 9 is attached to the interior side of the wall panel 8.

[0042] The panel-side connecting fittings 9 are attached opposite the furring strip-side connecting fittings 10 and intersect (for example, at right angles) with the intermediate furring strips 3a. The panel-side connecting parts 9b and the furring strip-side connecting parts 10b are screwed together to connect the middle part of the wall panel 8 to the intermediate furring strips 3a.

[0043] Figure 8 also shows the attachment portion of the middle part of the wall panel to the furring strip, with furring strip side connecting fittings 10, 10 attached to both sides of the furring strip 3, and panel side connecting fittings 11 attached to the interior side of the wall panel 8 opposite the furring strip side connecting fittings 10, 10.

[0044] The panel-side connecting fitting 11 is formed in an approximately hat shape in a plan view, consisting of a panel-side mounting portion 11a that is fastened to the interior side of the wall panel 8 by screwing it in, and panel-side connecting portions 11b, 11b that are connected to the furring strip side connecting portion 10b of the furring strip side connecting fitting 10.

[0045] The furring strip-side connecting portion 10b and the panel-side connecting portion 11b are connected to each other by screws, and thereby the middle portion of each exterior wall panel 8 is fixed to the furring strip 3.

[0046] Next, the construction procedure of the present invention will be described. (1) First, a base 2 is laid on a foundation 1, and a plurality of furring strips 3 are erected on the base 2 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the base 2. In addition, a water-repellent material 4 is laid on the exterior side of the base 2 along the longitudinal direction of the base 2, and a plurality of guide frames 5 are erected on the water-repellent material 4, i.e., on the exterior side of the furring strips 3, in the longitudinal direction of the base 2 at predetermined intervals.

[0047] (2) Next, multiple furring strip-side connecting fittings 6, 6 are attached in pairs to both sides of each furring strip 3 at specified intervals in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the furring strip 3. Additionally, multiple guide frame-side connecting fittings 7 are attached to the guide frame 5 opposite the furring strip-side connecting fittings 6, 6. Then, the furring strip-side joints 6b and guide frame-side joints 7b, which face each other, are connected. Through the above procedure, each guide frame 5 can be fixed to the furring strip 3 by the furring strip-side connecting fittings 6 and guide frame-side connecting fittings 7.

[0048] Furthermore, by pre-attaching the furring strip-side connecting fittings 6, 6 and the guide frame-side connecting fittings 7 before installing them on the furring strips 3 and guide frame 5, it is possible to immediately begin installing the exterior wall panels 8 after installing the furring strips 3 and guide frame 5, significantly improving workability. Also, by making the mounting holes (not shown) formed in the furring strip-side mounting parts 6a elongated in the indoor / outdoor direction of the furring strips 3, it is possible to easily adjust the installation of the guide frame 5 (such as verticality).

[0049] (3) Next, multiple exterior wall panels 8 are installed between the guide frames 5, 5 facing each other in the longitudinal direction of the base 2. The exterior wall panels 8 are installed between the guide frames 5, 5 by fitting both side ends into the opposing fitting grooves 5a, 5a and dropping them from the floor (n+1 floor) directly above the work floor (n) (see Figure 10).

[0050] (4) Next, multiple furring strip-side connecting fittings 10, 10 are attached in pairs to both sides of each furring strip 3 at specified intervals in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the furring strip 3. Also, panel-side connecting fittings 9 are attached to the interior side surfaces near both end portions and the interior side surface of the middle portion of each exterior wall panel 8, facing the furring strip-side connecting fittings 10, 10. The furring strip-side connecting portions 10b and panel-side connecting portions 9b, which face each other, are then connected by screwing them together.

[0051] By following the above procedure, the interior side surfaces of both side ends and the middle part of each exterior wall panel 8 can be fixed to the furring strips 3 using the furring strip side connecting fittings 10 and the panel side connecting fittings 9.

[0052] Furthermore, by pre-attaching the panel-side connecting fittings 9 to the interior side surfaces near both end portions of each exterior wall panel 8 and to the interior side surfaces of the middle portion, the opposing furring strip-side connecting portions 10b and panel-side connecting portions 9b can be screwed together immediately after the exterior wall panel 8 is dropped between each guide frame 5, 5, thereby significantly improving workability. [Industrial Applicability]

[0053] The present invention provides a building exterior wall structure and construction method that enables efficient construction without scaffolding, and reduces the use of transport vehicles and hoists. Efficient construction of exterior walls without scaffolding, and reduced use of transport vehicles and hoists, can also contribute to reducing environmental impacts such as reducing CO2 emissions.
