[Figure 4] 3 is a diagram showing the battery module of FIG. 2 mounted on a bicycle frame. [Diagram 5] FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a local structure of the battery module of FIG. 1. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0017] Fig. 1 is an exemplary side view of a battery module according to an embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a diagram showing bending of the battery module of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the battery module of Fig. 1.
[0018] 1 to 3, a battery module 100 according to the present embodiment includes a plurality of battery assemblies 110 and a flexible rod 120. Each battery assembly 110 includes a frame 112 and a plurality of battery units 114, and the battery units 114 are disposed within the frame 112. FIGS. 1 to 3 exemplarily illustrate the frame 112, and the frame 112 may actually only locally cover the battery units 114. The flexible rod 120 in turn penetrates the frame 112 of the battery assembly 110, and the battery assembly 110 may jointly configure a bending structure by bending the flexible rod 120, as shown in FIG. 2.
[0019] FIG. 4 shows that the battery module 100 of FIG. 2 is installed on a bicycle frame 50. As described above, in the battery module 100 according to this embodiment, the multiple battery assemblies 110 are connected to each other via the flexible rods 120, allowing a user to adjust the battery module 100 to a bent shape by bending the flexible rods 120, so that the battery module 100 is installed on the bent lower tube 52 of the bicycle frame 50 shown in FIG. 4. The user adjusts the battery module 100 to have different curvatures by bending the flexible rods 120, so that the battery module 100 is installed on the lower tube 52 of the bicycle frame 50 having different curvatures. Thus, the battery module 100 according to this embodiment has good versatility.
[0020] 3, in this embodiment, the frame 112 has a through hole 112a, and the flexible rod 120 passes through the through hole 112a of each frame 112 in turn. The material of the flexible rod 120 according to this embodiment includes metal. Specifically, the flexible rod 120 may be a coil tube.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 1, the battery module 100 according to the present embodiment includes a plurality of conductive elastic pieces 130 and a conductive sheet 130'. Each conductive elastic piece 130 is connected between two adjacent battery assemblies 110, and the battery unit 114 of each battery assembly 110 is electrically connected to the battery unit 114 of the other adjacent battery assembly 110 through the conductive elastic piece 130, and each conductive elastic piece 130 may be deformed by bending the battery module 100. In addition, in the rightmost battery assembly 110 shown in FIG. 1, the upper battery unit 114 is electrically connected to the lower battery unit 114 through the conductive sheet 130'. A flexible rod 120 may pass between the upper battery unit 114 and the lower battery unit 114.
[0022] Also, in the leftmost battery assembly 110 shown in FIG. 1, the upper battery unit 114 and the lower battery unit 114 are electrically connected to a battery management system (Battery Management System, 140). Thus, the battery units 114 are connected to each other in a serial connection manner and connected to the battery management system 140. Although FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 only exemplarily show that the battery units 114 are electrically connected to each other through the conductive elastic piece 130, in reality, the conductive elastic piece 130 can be appropriately extended to directly contact the battery unit 114, or a conductive structure can be provided between the conductive elastic piece 130 and the battery unit 114 to connect the conductive elastic piece 130 and the battery unit 114 to each other. In this embodiment, the conductive elastic piece 130 can be connected between the two battery assemblies 110 by a method such as screw locking, riveting, snapping, etc., or can be connected between the two battery assemblies 110 by other suitable methods, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0023] In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, each battery assembly 110 includes a pivot joint (1101), and the battery assemblies 110 are connected to each other in turn through the pivot joint 1101. The pivot joint 1101 in Fig. 1 is shown by way of example and will be described in detail below.
[0024] Fig. 5 is a diagram showing a local structure of the battery module according to Fig. 1. Referring to Fig. 5, the pivot joint 1101 of each battery assembly 110, for example, extends from the frame 112 and connects to the pivot joint 1101 of another battery assembly 110. The pivot joint 1101 and the other pivot joint 1101 can be connected to each other, for example, via a pivot shaft or in any other suitable manner, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
