DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0008] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. When there is no conflict, the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present disclosure can be combined with each other.

[0009] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a wall-hung toilet system, which includes a wall-hung bracket 1, a wall-mounted waste drain pipe 2, a toilet body 3, and a waste drain device 4.

[0010] The toilet body 3 is fixed to the wall-mounted bracket 1. The toilet body 3 is provided with a toilet bowl 31 and a mounting cavity 32. The waste discharge device 4 is connected to the toilet body 3 and communicates with the wall-mounted waste discharge pipe 2. The waste discharge device 4 has a rotating waste discharge pipe 41 provided in the mounting cavity 32. One end of the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 communicates with the toilet bowl 31 and is configured to rotate between an initial position and a waste discharge position relative to the toilet body 3, to form a water seal in the toilet bowl 31 when rotated to the initial position, and to discharge waste in the toilet bowl 31 to the wall-mounted waste discharge pipe 2 when rotated to the waste discharge position.

[0011] The wall-hung toilet system according to the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a wall-hung bracket 1, a wall-mounted waste drain pipe 2, a toilet body 3, and a waste drain device 4. The rear end surface of the toilet body 3 is fixed to the wall-hung bracket 1, and the wall-hung bracket 1 and the wall-mounted waste drain pipe 2 can be embedded in a false wall, and the waste drain device 4 is attached to the toilet body 3 and communicates with the wall-mounted waste drain pipe 2, thereby achieving wall-hung installation of the toilet. The wall-mounted waste drain pipe 2 enters the wall and discharges waste into a common waste drain path. The mounting cavity 32 of the toilet body 3 is for mounting structures such as the waste drain device 4.

[0012] The waste discharge device 4 is connected to the toilet body 3, communicates with the wall-mounted waste discharge pipe 2, and is used to discharge waste in the toilet bowl 31 into the wall-mounted waste discharge pipe 2 to perform a waste discharge function. The waste discharge principle is that in the standby state, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 is in the initial position, and water is sealed in the toilet bowl 31. When waste discharge is required, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 is rotated downward, and the waste in the toilet bowl 31 and the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 flows downward by gravity and is discharged into the wall-mounted waste discharge pipe 2 via the rotating waste discharge pipe 41. Therefore, in this embodiment, the gravitational potential of water and the reversal of the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 are used to realize the waste discharge function, and compared with a conventional embodiment in which high-pressure water is sprayed from the opposite side of the first waste discharge outlet 34 of the toilet body 3 to flush waste into the wall waste discharge pipe 2, this embodiment can effectively reduce the flushing noise when discharging waste and improve the user experience, and since the structures of the usual design, such as the jet nozzle, tank, and booster, can be omitted, the product cost can be reduced and the installation process can be simplified. Furthermore, the omission of the tank significantly reduces the weight and size of the wall-hung toilet system, and accordingly the wall-hung bracket 1 can be made smaller and lower, contributing to saving the raw materials of the wall-hung bracket 1 and reducing the manufacturing cost of the wall-hung bracket 1.

[0013] In addition, there is no need to insert the toilet body 3 into the wall, and the waste discharge device 4 can be inserted into the mounting cavity 32. Therefore, unlike conventional wall-hung toilets, which require the flushing system to be embedded in the false wall, there is no need to remove the false wall when performing repairs, cleaning, or other work, making maintenance work more convenient.

[0014] The toilet body 3 may be made of a ceramic material, a stainless steel material, or other materials.

[0015] In the exemplary embodiment, the mounting cavity 32 is located between the toilet bowl 31 and the wall bracket 1 .

[0016] In other words, the mounting cavity 32 of the toilet body 3 is located on the rear side of the toilet bowl 31. In this way, the waste discharge device 4 is also located on the rear side of the toilet bowl 31, making it easy to discharge waste directly backward into the wall waste discharge pipe 2.

[0017] In one exemplary embodiment, as shown in Figures 13 and 14, the toilet bowl 31 is provided with a first waste discharge outlet 34, and one end of the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 is connected to the first waste discharge outlet 34. The waste discharge device 4 further includes a waste discharge box 42 at least partially located in the mounting cavity 32 and fixedly connected to the toilet body 3. The waste discharge box 42 is provided with a rotating connection hole 4211 and a second waste discharge outlet 4221. The waste discharge box 42 is provided with a waste discharge cavity 424 connected to the rotating connection hole 4211 (as shown in Figure 9), and the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 is at least partially located in the waste discharge cavity 424 and rotates around the rotating connection hole 4211, and the second waste discharge outlet 4221 is connected to the wall waste discharge pipe 2.

[0018] The waste discharge device 4 further includes a waste discharge box 42 provided with a pivot connection hole 4211 for pivotal connection with the pivotable waste discharge pipe 41. The waste inlet of the pivotable waste discharge pipe 41 communicates with the first waste discharge outlet 34 of the toilet body 3. The body of the pivotable waste discharge pipe 41 is located in the waste discharge cavity 424 and can rotate from top to bottom within the waste discharge cavity 424. When discharging waste, waste within the toilet bowl 31 enters the pivotable waste discharge pipe 41, and as the pivotable waste discharge pipe 41 rotates downward, it is discharged from the pivotable waste discharge pipe 41 by gravity and is discharged into the wall-mounted waste discharge pipe 2 via the second waste discharge outlet 4221.

[0019] In this embodiment, the waste discharge box 42 provides a waste discharge cavity 424, which prevents waste from contacting the mounting cavity 32 and thus prevents waste from leaking from the mounting cavity 32, and allows other structures such as a water supply valve to be easily mounted within the mounting cavity 32.

[0020] In one exemplary embodiment, as shown in Figures 13 and 14, the waste discharge device 4 further includes a drive device 43 connected to the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 and configured to drive the rotation of the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41.

[0021] By providing a driving device 43 (e.g., a motor), it is possible to realize automatic rotation of the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41. In this manner, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, when waste discharge is required, the driving device 43 drives the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 to rotate to the waste discharge position, thereby realizing the waste discharge process, and when waste discharge is completed, the driving device 43 drives the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 to rotate in the opposite direction from the waste discharge position to the initial position, thereby forming a water seal in the toilet bowl 31.

[0022] As shown in Fig. 14, the waste discharge box 42 may be provided with a connection hole 4222. As shown in Fig. 15, the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 may be provided with a connection part 411. The drive device 43 is connected to the connection part 411 via the connection hole 4222, and drives the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 to rotate.

[0023] In one exemplary embodiment, the wall-hung toilet system further includes a control device, which is electrically connected to the driving device 43 and configured to control the operation of the driving device 43. In this manner, the control device can realize automatic control of the driving device 43, and the control device can control automatic water supply and automatic water cut-off of the water outlet, thereby realizing a smart wall-hung toilet system and contributing to further improving the user experience.

[0024] In one exemplary embodiment, the central axis of the waste inlet of the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 intersects with the central axis of the waste discharge outlet, for example, perpendicular to the central axis of the rotating waste discharge pipe 41. The rotating waste discharge pipe 41 may be L-shaped or approximately L-shaped.

[0025] In one exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the vertical plane on which the central axis of the rotating connection hole 4211 is located serves as the boundary surface 46, dividing the inner wall surface of the waste discharge cavity 424 into a first region 425 and a second region 426, and the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 rotates from the second region 426 side to the side where the first region 425 is located during the process of rotating to discharge waste.

[0026] The second region 426 and the first region 425 are disposed asymmetrically with respect to the interface 46 , and the space enclosed by the first region 425 is larger than the space enclosed by the second region 426 .

[0027] During the process of rotating to discharge waste, the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 only needs to rotate on one side, i.e., the side where the first region 425 is located, so the side where the first region 425 is located only needs to have sufficient space to satisfy the rotation requirements of the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41, and the size of the space of the second region 426 does not affect the rotation requirements of the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41.

[0028] Based on this, the waste discharge box 42 according to this embodiment adopts an irregular shape with the waste discharge cavity 424 being asymmetrically installed, and is designed to have the first region 425 and the second region 426 being asymmetrically installed. In addition, the space surrounded by the first region 425 is relatively large to meet the rotation requirement of the rotating waste discharge pipe 41, and the space surrounded by the second region 426 is relatively small. Compared with the form in which the waste discharge cavity 424 is symmetrically installed, this form corresponds to reducing the size of the second region 426 and reducing the space surrounded by the second region 426, thereby reducing the volume of the waste discharge cavity 424, reducing the demand for the assembly space of the waste discharge box 42, and contributing to improving the adaptability and flexibility of the waste discharge box 42.

[0029] In addition, in this embodiment, by allocating the space of the waste discharge cavity 424 mainly to the first region 425, the internal space of the waste discharge cavity 424 is mainly used for waste discharge, thereby improving the utilization rate of the space within the waste discharge box 42, thereby contributing to increasing the available space for waste discharge and reducing the probability of clogging.

[0030] If the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 is positioned completely within the sewage discharge box 42, the sewage discharge box 42 can be fixedly connected to the toilet body 3, the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 can be rotatably connected to the sewage discharge box 42, and a seal structure can be provided between the connection part 411 of the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 and the sewage discharge box 42, and a seal structure can also be provided between the connection part 411 of the sewage discharge box 42 and the toilet body 3 (for example, a sealed oil seal 45 as shown in Figure 14).

[0031] Alternatively, a portion of the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 may be located inside the waste discharge box 42. For example, the waste discharge box 42 is fixedly connected to the toilet body 3. The waste inlet pipe portion of the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 passes through the rotating connection hole 4211 and protrudes from the waste discharge box 42, and can be inserted into the first waste discharge outlet 34 of the toilet body 3 to achieve communication with the first waste discharge outlet 34. The rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 is rotatable relative to the toilet body 3 and the waste discharge box 42.

[0032] Furthermore, the connection portion 411 of the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 for connection to the drive device 43 may be located inside the waste discharge box 42 or may protrude outside the waste discharge box 42 .

[0033] The fact that the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 rotates from the second region 426 side to the side where the first region 425 is located in the process of rotating to discharge sewage only limits the rotation direction (clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation) of the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 in the process of rotating to discharge sewage, and does not limit the initial sewage discharge position of the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41. If the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 does not rotate from above to below in the process of rotating to discharge sewage, the sewage in the pipe cannot be discharged by gravity, so the rotation direction of the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 can be confirmed depending on the relative positions of the first region 425 and the second region 426. The initial position of the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 may be in a vertical state, in which case the sewage discharge outlet of the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 may be partially within the space on the second area 426 side and partially within the space on the first area 425 side, or the initial position of the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 may be in a slightly inclined state, in which case the sewage discharge outlet of the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 may be completely located within the space on the first area 425 side.

[0034] In one exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10 , the first region 425 includes a transition region 4251, which is configured such that the waste discharge outlet of the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 faces the transition region 4251 when the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 rotates relative to the waste discharge box 42 to discharge waste.

[0035] The distance between the central axis of the pivot connection hole 4211 and the transition region 4251 gradually increases in the direction from top to bottom.

[0036] In the process of the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 rotating to discharge waste, as the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 rotates from above to below, the waste in the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 is gradually discharged, the discharge speed becomes faster and the discharge distance becomes longer. Therefore, as the distance between the central axis of the rotating connection hole 4211 and the transition area 4251 gradually increases along the direction from above to below, the distance between the waste discharge port of the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 and the cavity wall of the waste discharge cavity 424 also gradually increases in the process of rotating to discharge waste. This contributes to reducing the probability of the waste discharged from the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 adhering to the cavity walls of the waste discharge cavity 424, and allows the waste to come into contact with the cavity walls of the waste discharge cavity 424 as little as possible, or to fall directly without contact, contributing to reducing the amount of waste remaining or getting caught on the cavity walls of the waste discharge cavity 424, which in turn contributes to improving the cleanliness and hygiene of the waste discharge box 42 and contributing to an improved user experience.

[0037] In one exemplary embodiment, as can be seen by comparing FIG. 9 with FIG. 10, the pivot angle of the rotatable waste discharge pipe 41 from the initial position to the waste discharge position is less than 180°.

[0038] Whereas the rotation angle of the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 is 180° or more, in this embodiment, the rotation time length of the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41 is shortened, contributing to achieving rapid sewage discharge, while reducing the demand for rotation space of the rotatable sewage discharge pipe 41, thereby contributing to reducing the volume of the sewage discharge cavity 424 and the size of the sewage discharge box 42, thereby improving the flexibility and adaptability of the sewage discharge box 42.

[0039] In one exemplary embodiment, as shown in Figures 10, 14 and 17, the central axis of the second waste discharge outlet 4221 is at the boundary surface 46, and the first region 425 further includes an extension region 4252 located below the transition region 4251, and the extension region 4252 protrudes in a direction approaching the wall bracket 1.

[0040] The first sewage discharge outlet 34 is usually located in the center of the width of the toilet body 3, but when the central axis of the second sewage discharge outlet 4221 is located on the boundary surface 46 (i.e., when it is on the same plane as the central axis of the first sewage discharge outlet 34), the second sewage discharge outlet 4221 is also located in the center of the width of the toilet body 3, and thus, like conventional wall-hung toilets, the wall-mounted sewage discharge pipe 2 can also be located in the center of the width of the toilet body 3. In this way, the wall-mounted bracket 1, the pseudo-wall, and the wall-mounted sewage discharge pipe 2 can all adopt the design of conventional wall-hung toilets, which is advantageous for their popularity.

[0041] By providing the expansion area 4252, the waste discharged from the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 quickly flows into the second waste discharge outlet 4221 and then smoothly enters the wall-mounted waste discharge pipe 2, thereby preventing the accumulation and clogging of waste.

[0042] In one example, as shown in FIG. 15, the bottom wall of the expansion area 4252 is installed with a downward inclination in the direction approaching the second waste discharge outlet 4221, which helps the waste to flow rapidly by gravity to the second waste discharge outlet 4221 and then be discharged into the wall-mounted waste discharge pipe 2.

[0043] In one exemplary embodiment, the waste discharge box 42 includes a box body 421 and a box cover 422, as shown in FIGS.

[0044] The box body 421 is located in the mounting cavity 32. As shown in Fig. 15, a pivot connection hole 4211 is provided at one end of the box body 421. The other end of the box body 421 is open. The box cover 422 is located in the mounting cavity 32 and installed to cover the open end of the box body 421, and together with the box body 421, surrounds the waste discharge cavity 424, and is provided with a second waste discharge port 4221.

[0045] This contributes to the assembly of the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 and the waste discharge box 42, contributes to simplifying the structures of the box body 421 and the box cover 422, and makes processing and molding easier.

[0046] 16, 18 and 19, an annular fixing part 4212 protrudes from the tip of the box body 421, the fixing part 4212 is fitted into a convex edge of the toilet body 3 provided at the first waste discharge port 34, and a hermetic oil seal 45 is provided between the fixing part 4212 and the convex edge. The fixing part 4212 is further fixedly connected to the toilet body 3 by a fastener such as a screw. An annular flange is further provided within the box body 421, the inlet end of the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 is fitted into the annular flange and is rotatably connected to the annular flange, and a hermetic oil seal 45 is provided between the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 and the rotating flange.

[0047] A seal ring 44 is provided between the box cover 422 and the box body 421 to prevent leakage between the box cover 422 and the box body 421 .

[0048] In one exemplary embodiment, as shown in Figures 14 and 15, the waste discharge box 42 further includes an extension pipe 423. As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the extension pipe 423 is at least partially located within the mounting cavity 32. The extension pipe 423 is fixedly connected to the box cover 422, and one end of the extension pipe 423 communicates with the second waste discharge port 4221 and the other end of the extension pipe 423 communicates with the wall waste discharge pipe 2.

[0049] In this way, it becomes easy to rationally arrange the position of the sewage discharge cavity 424 and the position of the wall-mounted sewage discharge pipe 2 as needed, without affecting the communication between the sewage discharge cavity 424 and the wall-mounted sewage discharge pipe 2.

[0050] The extension tube 423 may be integrally formed with the box cover 422 .

[0051] In one example, as shown in FIG. 15, the bottom wall of the extension pipe 423 is installed with a downward incline in the direction approaching the wall-mounted sewage discharge pipe 2, which facilitates smooth entry of sewage into the wall-mounted sewage discharge pipe 2 by gravity, thereby preventing accumulation and clogging of sewage.

[0052] In one example, the box cover 422 is provided with a connection hole 4222, and the driving device 43 is connected to the rotating waste discharge pipe 41 through the connection hole 4222, and the driving device 43 may be fixed to the box cover 422. The driving device 43 is located above the extension pipe 423.

[0053] In one exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the toilet bowl 31 is provided with a water outlet 33, the water outlet 33 is located at the top of the toilet bowl 31, and the water outlet 33 is configured to connect to an external water source.

[0054] 11 and 12, the water outlet 33 of the toilet body 3 is for supplying water into the toilet bowl 31, and ensuring that the toilet bowl 31 can be flushed and a water seal can be formed in the toilet bowl 31. The first waste discharge outlet 34 of the toilet body 3 is for discharging waste in the toilet bowl 31.

[0055] The water outlet 33 is provided at the top of the toilet bowl 31, i.e., the water outlet 33 is a flushing outlet, and the water outlet 33 can be connected to an external water source such as tap water, so that the water flowing out from the water outlet 33 can wash the inner wall of the toilet bowl 31, and the water in the toilet bowl 31 can be replenished to form a water seal in the toilet bowl 31 and supply water for discharging waste. In this way, the nozzle and booster device of the conventional wall-hung toilet can be omitted, toilet noise can be reduced, and the tank of the conventional wall-hung toilet can be omitted, simplifying the structure of the wall-hung toilet system and reducing manufacturing and maintenance costs.

[0056] In one exemplary embodiment, the wall bracket 1 includes a bracket body 11, as shown in FIGS.

[0090] Of course, each first connection hole set may include only one first connection hole 1115. The first connection hole 1115 can be used to attach the anchor expansion bolt 12.

[0091] Of course, the floor connection part is not limited to the form of the first connection hole 1115 described above, and may include structures such as a connection post, a card hook, a card hole, etc.

[0092] In one exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 21, the toilet connection portion includes at least two second connection holes 1127 spaced apart along the width direction of the bracket body 11.

[0093] In conventional wall-hung toilets, the toilet body 3 is generally fixed to the wall-hung bracket 1 using two fasteners. Therefore, in this embodiment, by providing two second connection holes 1127, the toilet body 3 and the bracket body 11 can be fixedly connected, which conforms to conventional installation practices and reduces the need to modify the toilet body 3.

[0094] As shown in Figures 25 and 26, the second connection hole 1127 is used to attach the fixing bolt 13, and the fixing bolt 13 is used to realize a fixed connection between the toilet body 3 and the bracket body 11, resulting in high connection strength and strong fixation.

[0095] Of course, the number of the second connection holes 1127 may be three, four, or even more. This increases the connection strength between the toilet body 3 and the bracket body 11, making the fixation more reliable.

[0096] Some of the second connection holes 1127 may be spare connection holes. For example, as shown in Figures 20, 21, 25, and 26, the number of the second connection holes 1127 is four, but the fixing bolts 13 are attached to only two of the second connection holes 1127 during installation.

[0097] The toilet connection is not limited to the above-mentioned form of the second connection hole 1127, and may include structures such as a connection post, a card hook, a card hole, etc.
