Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a joint structure for an exterior wall panel structure, and more particularly to a joint structure for an exterior wall panel structure in which exterior wall panels having hollow portions passing through them are stacked lengthwise and crosswise to form a wall. [Background technology]
[0002] Extruded cement boards have been known as exterior wall boards, such as cement boards with a hollow through-hole. Extruded cement boards (hereinafter simply referred to as "cement boards") are used to construct wall-like cement board structures by stacking the cement boards vertically and horizontally with their hollow parts connected vertically. Joint structures for constructing such wall-like cement board structures are known, for example, as shown in Figs. 10 and 11 and in Patent Document 1.
[0003] The joint structure of the cement board structure 51 shown in Figures 10 and 11 is substantially the same as the joint structure known from Patent Document 1. The cement board structure 51 shown in Figures 10 and 11 is constructed by aligning cement boards 53 having hollow portions 53A penetrating therethrough along through angles 54 fixed in predetermined positions on a concrete base or cement board (hereinafter, these will be collectively referred to as a "concrete base 52") that serves as a foundation, stacking the cement boards 53 side by side in the vertical and horizontal directions with the hollow portions 53A of the cement boards 53 connected in the vertical direction, and further joining the through angles 54 and the cement boards 53 using a mounting device 57 having a backing plate 55, mounting brackets 56, etc.
[0004] Here, through angle 54 has a horizontal through angle portion 54A and a vertical through angle portion 54B, and is formed with an L-shaped cross section. Through angle 54 is positioned with horizontal through angle portion 54A facing the upper surface of concrete foundation 52, and is further fixed to concrete foundation 52 by angle piece 59, which is disposed between fixing hardware 58 embedded and fixed in concrete foundation 52 and through angle vertical portion 54B, as shown in Figure 10. One end of angle piece 59 is fixed to through angle vertical portion 54B of through angle 54 by spot welding, and the other end is fixed to fixing hardware 58 by spot welding.
[0005] 10 and 11, in the joint structure of the cement panel structure 51, as shown in more detail in Fig. 11, a step wall 52A is provided in the portion that will become the concrete base 52, along the through angle 54, in a state that the step wall 52A protrudes from the upper surface of the concrete base 52. This step wall 52A also serves the function of preventing water from entering from the outside to the inside. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0006] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-146405 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0007] However, in the joint structure of the conventional cement board structure 51 shown in Figures 10 and 11, a stepped wall 52A protruding from the top surface of the concrete base 52 is provided along the through angle 54. This creates a problem of poor workability when temporarily installing the through angle 54 or installing the mounting bracket 56, as the stepped wall 52A gets in the way. Furthermore, since the stepped wall 52A is provided on the concrete base 52, chamfering is required to align the stepped wall 52A with the through angle 54. Chamfering also creates problems of poor workability and increased costs. Furthermore, when chamfering by cutting, dust is generated, which may be harmful to the health of workers.
[0008] Furthermore, the mounting positions of the mounting brackets 56 should be set at equal intervals in the left-right direction of the through-angle 54, as shown in Figure 10(a). However, if the mounting positions of the fixing brackets 58 and the angle pieces 59 are misaligned in the left-right direction during installation of the fixing brackets 58, as shown in Figure 10(b), the mounting brackets 56 cannot be positioned at equal intervals relative to the through-angle 54. This poses a problem in that the strength of the cement board structure 51 itself may be reduced.
[0009] Therefore, there is a technical problem that needs to be solved in order to facilitate the joining work of exterior wall panel structures, improve workability, and simplify the structure of the exterior wall panel structures to reduce manufacturing costs, and the present invention aims to solve this problem. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] The present invention has been proposed to achieve the above-mentioned object, and the invention described in claim 1 provides a joint structure for an exterior wall panel structure in which exterior wall panels are stacked on top of a concrete foundation to form a wall, the joint structure comprising: a through angle having a horizontal through angle portion and a vertical through angle portion and having a cross section formed in a substantially L shape, the horizontal through angle portion being watertightly joined and fixed to the concrete foundation via a mounting member; a spacer fixed to the through angle and ensuring a predetermined gap between the underside of the exterior wall panel and the horizontal through angle portion; and a mounting device that fixes the exterior wall panel stacked on the horizontal through angle portion via the spacer to the vertical through angle portion.
[0011] According to this configuration, a through-angle bracket with a substantially L-shaped cross section, including a horizontal and vertical bracket, and a spacer with a horizontal and vertical spacer are used. The through-angle bracket and spacer are integrated and placed on the horizontal surface of the concrete foundation. The exterior wall panels are then stacked along one edge of the horizontal surface of the concrete foundation, i.e., along the vertical bracket, creating a predetermined gap between the underside of the panels and the horizontal bracket. The stacked panels are then secured in place via the through-angle bracket by fastening the vertical bracket with a mounting device.
[0012] In an exterior wall panel structure constructed by joining in this way, the through angle, with a roughly L-shaped cross section, placed between the horizontal surface of the concrete foundation and the underside of the upper exterior wall panel can block and prevent water from seeping in from the outside to the inside of the exterior wall panel structure. In addition, the exterior wall panels are stacked with a specified gap between the horizontal surface of the lower exterior wall panel and the underside of the upper exterior wall panel, so that dripping water can be drained outside the exterior wall panel structure using this specified gap.
[0013] In addition, the joint structure of the exterior wall panel structure according to the present invention is preferably configured such that the end faces of the plurality of through angles are fixed together by welding.
[0014] According to this configuration, by connecting the end faces of the multiple through angles together by welding, the gaps between the end faces of the multiple through angles are sealed by welding, and the multiple through angles become a single through angle with no gaps at the joints. The single through angles are then attached to the top surface of the concrete foundation, so that water infiltration from the outside to the inside of the exterior wall panel structure is blocked and suppressed by the through angles. Therefore, the stepped ramparts that are raised above the horizontal surface of the concrete foundation, which are required in conventional exterior wall panel structures to prevent water infiltration, can be eliminated. This simplifies the assembly of the through angles and exterior wall panels.
[0015] In addition, it is preferable that the joining structure of the exterior wall panel structure of the present invention is configured so that the spacer has a horizontal spacer portion whose one end is fixed to the vertical portion of the through angle by welding, and a vertical spacer portion whose other end is bent toward the horizontal portion of the through angle and whose lower end is abutted against the horizontal portion of the through angle.
[0016] According to this configuration, by welding one end of the horizontal portion of the spacer to the vertical portion of the through angle, an integrated through angle and spacer can be easily formed.
[0017] In addition, the joint structure of the exterior wall panel structure according to the present invention is preferably configured such that the exterior wall panel is a cement board having a hollow portion passing through it, and a drainage pipe is provided in the gap between the exterior wall panel and the horizontal portion of the through angle to drain water dripping down the hollow portion to the outside.
[0018] With this configuration, a drain pipe is placed in the gap between the exterior wall panel and the horizontal part of the through angle, and water that has entered the hollow part can be drained to the outside of the exterior wall panel structure using the drain pipe.
[0019] In addition, the joining structure of the exterior wall panel structure according to the present invention is preferably configured so that the spacer also serves as a drainage pipe holder to which the drainage pipe is fixedly attached.
[0020] According to this configuration, the drain pipe is fixed to the drain pipe holder which is fixedly positioned in the gap between the exterior wall panel and the horizontal part of the through angle, so that the drain pipe alone can be prevented from coming off from the exterior wall panel structure.
[0021] Furthermore, the joining structure of the exterior wall panel structure according to the present invention is preferably configured such that the drain pipe holder has a horizontal pipe holder portion on whose upper surface the underside of the exterior wall panel is placed, and a plurality of vertical pipe holder portions bent vertically downward from the front and both left and right sides of the horizontal pipe holder portion, and is formed like an inverted tray with an open underside, and the front vertical pipe holder portion has a drain pipe holding hole cut out from the lower end of the drain pipe holder toward the horizontal pipe holder portion, and the drain pipe is attached by passing through the drain pipe holding hole.
[0022] According to this configuration, the drain pipe is attached by passing through a drain pipe holding hole provided in the vertical part of the pipe holder, so that it can be stably attached in a fixed position, and it is further possible to prevent the drain pipe from coming off the exterior wall panel structure.
[0023] In addition, the joining structure of the exterior wall panel structure according to the present invention is preferably configured such that the drain pipe is welded to the vertical portion of the pipe holder in a state where it passes through the drain pipe holding hole.
[0024] With this configuration, the drain pipe is welded to the vertical portion of the pipe holder while passing through the drain pipe holding hole, and is firmly attached, which further prevents the drain pipe from coming off the exterior wall panel structure.
[0025] In addition, the joining structure of the exterior wall panel structure according to the present invention is preferably configured such that the drain pipe is attached by being press-fitted into the drain pipe holding hole.
[0026] According to this configuration, the drain pipe can be easily and firmly attached to the pipe holder by press-fitting the drain pipe into the drain pipe holding hole and holding it in place. [Effects of the Invention]
[0027] According to the present invention, the through angle attached between the horizontal surface of the lower exterior wall panel and the underside of the upper exterior wall panel can block and prevent water from infiltrating from the outside to the inside of the exterior wall panel structure. This eliminates the need for a stepped wall raised from the horizontal surface of the exterior wall panel, which was used in conventional exterior wall panel structures to prevent water from seeping in, making it easier to assemble the through angle and exterior wall panels.
[0028] In addition, the exterior wall panels are stacked with a predetermined gap between the horizontal surface of the lower exterior wall panel and the underside of the upper exterior wall panel, so that water or the like that has entered the interior can be discharged to the outside of the exterior wall panel structure by using the predetermined gap. [0030] In order to achieve the object of the present invention to provide a joining structure for an exterior wall panel structure that facilitates the joining work of the exterior wall panel structure, improving workability, and that simplifies the structure of the exterior wall panel structure, thereby reducing manufacturing costs, the present invention provides a joining structure for an exterior wall panel structure in which exterior wall panels are stacked on the top surface of a concrete foundation to form a wall, the joining structure comprising: a through angle having a horizontal through angle portion and a vertical through angle portion and having a substantially L-shaped cross section, the horizontal through angle portion being watertightly joined and fixed to the concrete foundation via a mounting member; a spacer fixed to the through angle that ensures a predetermined gap between the underside of the exterior wall panel and the horizontal through angle portion; and a mounting device that fixes the exterior wall panel stacked on the horizontal through angle portion via the spacer to the vertical through angle portion. [Example]
[0031] An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following embodiment, when the number, value, amount, range, etc. of components is mentioned, the number is not limited to the specific number, and may be more or less than the specific number, unless otherwise specified or when it is clearly limited to a specific number in principle.
[0032] Furthermore, when referring to the shape or positional relationship of components, etc., it includes things that are substantially similar or approximate to those shapes, etc., unless otherwise specified or when it is clearly considered otherwise in principle.
[0033] In addition, the drawings may exaggerate characteristic parts to make the features easier to understand, and the dimensional proportions of the components may not be the same as in reality. In addition, in cross-sectional views, hatching of some components may be omitted to make the cross-sectional structure of the components easier to understand.
[0034] In the following description, expressions indicating directions such as up / down and left / right are not absolute, but are appropriate when each part of the joint structure of the block structure of the present invention is in the position shown, but if the position changes, they should be interpreted accordingly. Furthermore, the same elements are given the same symbols throughout the description of the embodiments.
[0035] Figures 1 to 4 show an example of a joint structure in an exterior wall panel structure 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, with Figure 1 being an overall perspective view illustrating the joint structure of the exterior wall panel structure 10, Figure 2 being a partially enlarged plan view of Figure 1, Figure 3 being a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in Figure 2, and Figure 4 being a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in Figure 2. In the following description, the right side of Figure 2 is referred to as the inside of the exterior wall panel structure 10, and the left side is referred to as the outside of the exterior wall panel structure 10.
[0036] In Figures 1 to 4, the exterior wall panel structure 10 of this embodiment is constructed by arranging cement boards 12 with hollow sections 12A that pass through them as exterior wall panels along through angles 13 fixed in predetermined positions on a concrete base or exterior wall panel (hereinafter, these will be collectively referred to as "concrete base 11") that serves as the foundation, and stacking them side by side in the vertical and horizontal directions with the hollow sections 12A of the cement boards 12 connected in the vertical direction, and further joining the through angles 13 and the cement boards 12 using a mounting device 16 having through angles 13, mounting brackets 14, backing plates 15, etc., to form a wall surface.
[0037] The concrete foundation 11 may also be served as a cement board (exterior wall board) 12. Therefore, in the present invention, the concrete foundation 11 and the cement board 12 are treated as synonyms, and in the following explanation, the concrete foundation 11 will also be referred to as a cement board 12. When distinguishing between the top-bottom positional relationship, they will be distinguished as the upper cement board 12 and the lower cement board 12, and when distinguishing between the left-right positional relationship, they will be distinguished as the left and right cement boards 12, respectively.
[0038] As shown in Figures 1 to 4, sealants and heat insulating materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as "sealants 17") are appropriately installed between the top and bottom or left and right of the cement boards 12, 12 to ensure the required watertightness and heat insulation. The upper cement board 12 is placed on the lower cement board 12 (concrete base 11) via a horizontally extending through angle (long steel mounting base material) 13 and spacers 18, and is further connected and fixed by a mounting device 16. Furthermore, when installing the through angle 13, chamfering, which was necessary in conventional structures, is not required.
[0039] The through angle 13 has a through angle horizontal portion 13A which serves as a weight receiving portion, and a through angle vertical portion 13B which is connected at a right angle to one end side of the through angle horizontal portion 13A, and has a cross section which is formed in an approximately L-shape.
[0040] The top and bottom and left and right cement boards 12 are connected and fixed to the through angle 13 by mounting devices 16. As shown enlarged in Figures 5 and 6, these mounting devices 16 consist of mounting brackets 14, also known as Z-clips, that abut the outer wall surface of the through angle vertical portion 13B of the through angle 13, a backing plate 15 whose upper part overlaps the mounting bracket 14 and abuts the inner wall surface of the through angle vertical portion 13B of the through angle 13, a flat nut (flat nut) 19 that abuts the inner surface of the cement board 12, and a tightening bolt 20 that threads into a threaded hole 19A of the nut 19. The tightening bolt 20 tightens the overlapping portions of the mounting brackets 14 and backing plate 15 to the cement board 12.
[0041] As shown in Figure 6, the mounting bracket 14 has a sloped step 14A in the vertical middle, with an upper vertical section 14B connected to the upper end of the sloped step 14A and a lower vertical section 14C connected to the lower end. An elongated bolt hole 21 extending in the vertical direction is formed in the upper vertical section 14B. A fitting protrusion 22 is formed on each side of the mounting bracket 14 in the width direction W. In this example, the fitting protrusion 22 has an L-shaped cross section that protrudes at a right angle from the upper vertical section 14B. However, the fitting protrusion 22 may also have an arc-shaped cross section depending on the conditions of use, and the shape of the fitting protrusion 22 is not particularly limited.
[0042] The backing plate 15 has cutouts 23 formed on both the left and right sides of the vertical middle portion, and a long bolt hole 24 extending in the vertical direction is formed in the center of the upper portion 15A of the backing plate 15. In addition, fitting protrusions 25 are provided on both the left and right sides of the upper portion 15A in the width direction W, and fitting protrusions 22 of the mounting bracket 14 are fitted and attached to the inner surfaces of these fitting protrusions 25.
[0043] A bulge 26 extending upward from the lower end is provided in the center of the lower portion 15B of the backing plate 15 in the width direction W. The bulge 26 is formed to extend perpendicular to the length of the through angle 13. The cross section of the bulge 26 is curved in an arc shape so as to make point contact with the inside surface of the through angle 13.
[0044] A pair of protruding pieces 27 that bend at a right angle toward the mounting bracket 14 are formed on the upper edge portions on both sides of the lower portion 15B of the backing plate 15. The length of the protruding pieces 27 is set to be slightly longer than the length of the bulging portion 26. The protruding pieces 27 come into contact with the sloped step portion 14A of the mounting bracket 14, thereby restricting the movement of the mounting bracket 14 toward the backing plate 15 when the mounting bracket 14 is fastened.
[0045] The lower portion 15B of the backing plate 15 can be formed so as to be slightly inclined or curved on the opposite side to the protruding piece 27 extending from the center in the left-right width direction W toward both sides. In this case, when the backing plate 15 is placed against the cement board 12 and tightened, both ends of the lower portion 15B in the left-right width direction W are elastically pressed against the outer surface of the cement board 12.
[0046] Spacer 18 is a bracket piece made of the same material as through angle 13, and has a horizontal spacer portion 18A whose one end is fixed to the inner wall surface of vertical portion 13B of the through angle, and a vertical spacer portion 18B whose other end is bent from horizontal portion 18A toward horizontal portion 13A of the through angle so that its lower end is positioned opposite horizontal portion 13A of the through angle, and is formed in an L-shaped cross section.
[0047] The length of the spacer vertical portion 18B is greater than the height of the heads 28A of the mounting bolts 28, which are the mounting members securing the through angle 13 to the upper surface of the cement board 12. When the upper cement board 12 is stacked on top of the lower cement board 12, a predetermined gap S is formed between the upper and lower cement boards 12. The gap S is set large enough to accommodate the height of the heads 28A of the mounting bolts 28 securing the through angle 13 to the lower cement board 12, and the size of the gap S is, for example, approximately 20 mm. The gap S also serves as a space for a drain pipe 29, which drains water dripping from the hollow portion 12A of the cement board 12 to the outside from the lower end of the outer wall. The gap S on the outer wall, excluding the drain pipe 29, is sealed with a waterproofing material such as a sealant 17. The gap on the inner wall is sealed by the through angle 13.
[0048] Next, a procedure for attaching the through angle 13 to the lower cement board 12 will be described. First, the lower cement boards 12 are lined up in the left-right direction, and then concrete is poured to form the concrete base 11.
[0049] Next, the through angle 13 is prepared. The through angle 13 is placed with the bottom surface of the horizontal through angle portion 13A abutting against the top surface of the lower cement board 12 (in this embodiment, the concrete foundation 11), and the vertical through angle portion 13B aligned along the edge of the inner wall between the inner and outer walls of the exterior wall panel structure 10, i.e., along one edge of the concrete foundation 11 as shown in FIG. 1. The through angle 13 has mounting holes 13C extending therethrough, into which mounting bolts 28 are attached, at positions where the spacers 18 are attached, as shown in FIG. 3. Then, the mounting bolts 28 are screwed into the lower cement board 12 through the mounting holes 13C from the top side of the horizontal through angle portion 13A of the through angle 13 placed on the top surface of the lower cement board 12, directly securing the through angle 13 to the lower cement board 12. This ensures a watertight connection between the horizontal portion 13A of the through angle 13 and the upper surface of the lower cement board 12 (concrete foundation 11). When multiple through angles 13 need to be arranged consecutively in the longitudinal direction, the end faces 13D of the multiple through angles 13 are fixedly connected by welding. During welding, gaps between the end faces 13D of the multiple through angles 13 are sealed by welding to create a single through angle 13 with no gaps between the joints. The single through angles are then attached to the upper surface of the concrete foundation 11. Therefore, even when multiple through angles 13 are arranged consecutively in the longitudinal direction, the through angles 13 block and suppress water from seeping in from the outside to the inside of the exterior wall panel structure 10.
[0050] Next, each spacer 18 is attached and fixed to the through-angle 13 from above where the mounting bolts 28 were attached, individually covering the mounting bolts 28. The spacers 18 are attached to the through-angle 13 by fixing the lower end of the spacer vertical portion 18B to the upper surface of the through-angle horizontal portion 13A by spot welding or the like, and fixing one end of the spacer horizontal portion 18A to the inner surface of the through-angle vertical portion 13B by spot welding or the like. The spacers 18 integrated with the through-angle 13 here are formed so that the inner surface height H of the spacer vertical portion 18B is slightly larger than the head portion 28A of the mounting bolt 28. Because the inner surface height H of the spacer vertical portion 18B is larger than the head portion 28A, the spacers 18 are not obstructed by the mounting bolts 28 and are attached to the through-angle 13, covering the mounting bolts 28.
[0051] Next, the upper cement boards 12 are stacked on the through angles 13 to which the spacers 18 are attached, with the hollow sections 12A corresponding to each other in the vertical direction. Here, the upper cement boards 12 are stacked in contact with the upper surfaces of the spacers 18. Therefore, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, a gap S is created between the top surface of the lower cement board 12 (concrete foundation 11) and the upper cement board 12. As shown in Figure 4, a drainage pipe 29 is installed in the gap S as needed to drain water dripping inside the hollow sections 12A of the cement boards 12 to the outside from the lower end on the exterior wall side, and other gaps S created on the exterior wall side are sealed with a water-stopping material such as a sealant 17.
[0052] On the other hand, the upper cement board 12 and the through angle 13 are fixed together using a mounting device 16. The fixation between the upper cement board 12 and the through angle 13 will be explained using Figures 4, 5, and 6. It is assumed that the cement boards 12 stacked on the through angle 13 have bolt holes 12C formed in advance at predetermined locations.
[0053] First, as shown in Figure 4, backing plate 15 is placed on the side of cement board 12, with its upper portion 15A in contact with the outer surface of cement board 12, and with nuts 19 placed on the inner surface of cement board 12 (the hollow portion 12A side), mounting bracket 14 is attached and overlapped to the outside of backing plate 15. In this case, fitting protrusion 22 of mounting bracket 14 is fitted into the inside of fitting protrusion 25 of backing plate 15. As a result, upper vertical portion 14B of mounting bracket 14 overlaps upper portion 15A of backing plate 15, and mounting bracket 14 is positioned and fixed relative to backing plate 15.
[0054] Next, the tightening bolt 20 is inserted successively through the elongated bolt hole 21 of the mounting bracket 14 and the elongated bolt hole 24 of the backing plate 15, and the tightening bolt 20 is screwed into the threaded hole 19A of the nut 19. In this case, the distance between the lower vertical portion 14C of the mounting bracket 14 and the bulging portion 26 of the backing plate 15 is slightly greater than the thickness of the through-angle vertical portion 13B of the through-angle 13.
[0055] Then, while gradually lowering the upper cement board 12 to which the mounting device 16 is temporarily fixed toward the lower cement board 12, the through angle vertical portion 13B of the through angle 13 is fitted between the lower vertical portion 14C of the mounting bracket 14 and the bulging portion 26 of the backing plate 15. After fitting, the tightening bolt 20 is tightened to the specified position.
[0056] As a result, as shown in Figure 4, the upper vertical portion 14B of the mounting bracket 14 overlaps the upper portion 15A of the backing plate 15, and in this state the two are fastened to the cement board 12. In this case, as the fastening bolts 20 are tightened around the overlapping portion, a pressure force acts on the lower vertical portion 14C of the mounting bracket 14, and this pressure force (spring force) firmly presses the through angle 13 against the bulging portion 26 of the backing plate 15. In other words, the through angle 13 is firmly clamped and fixed by the spring action between the bulging portion 26 of the backing plate 15 and the lower vertical portion 14C of the mounting bracket 14. If necessary, a secondary molding material (regular sealant) can be provided in the space (gap) directly below the protruding piece 27.
[0057] As described above, the joint structure of the exterior wall panel structure 10 of this embodiment uses through angle 13, which has a substantially L-shaped cross section and includes horizontal and vertical through angle portions 13A and 13B, and spacer 18, which includes horizontal and vertical spacer portions 18A and 18B. The through angle 13 and spacer 18 are placed together on the horizontal surface of the lower cement plate 12 (concrete base 11). Then, the upper cement plate 12 is stacked along the edge of the inner wall surface of the horizontal surface of the cement plate 12 (concrete base 11), i.e., along vertical through angle portion 13B. This allows the stacking to be performed with a predetermined gap S provided by spacer 18 or the like between the horizontal surface (top surface) of the lower cement plate 12 (concrete base 11) and the underside of the upper cement plate 12. Furthermore, when the stacked cement plates 12 and through angle 13 are secured together with mounting device 16, the upper and lower cement plates 12 are secured together via the through angle 13.
[0058] In the exterior wall panel structure 10 constructed in this manner in the shape of a wall by joining the panels together, the underside of the horizontal part 13A of the through angle 13 is abutted against the horizontal surface of the lower cement board 12 between the horizontal surface of the lower cement board 12 and the underside of the upper cement board 12, and the through angle 13 is directly fixed to the lower cement board 12 with mounting bolts 28, thereby improving the construction strength by the through angle 13 having a roughly L-shaped cross section and a strength-fixed upper surface mounting arrangement.
[0059] In addition, the joint between the horizontal part 13A of the through angle 13 and the upper surface of the lower cement board 12 (concrete foundation 11) creates a watertight function at the joint, so that water that attempts to infiltrate from the outside to the inside of the exterior wall panel structure 10 shown in Figure 2 can be blocked and suppressed by the watertight function of the through angle 13 installed in the middle.
[0060] Furthermore, the cement boards 12 are stacked with a predetermined gap S between the horizontal surface of the lower cement board 12 and the underside of the upper cement board 12, and by utilizing this gap S to provide a drainage pipe 29, water that drips through the hollow portion 12A can be discharged to the outside of the exterior wall board structure 10 through the drainage pipe 29.
[0061] Furthermore, the through angle 13 can be securely attached with the attachment bolts 28 by utilizing the gap (space) formed on the upper surface of the through angle horizontal portion 13A by the spacer 18, which is expected to further improve the construction strength.
[0062] Figures 7 to 9 are diagrams illustrating several specific structural examples in which a drainage pipe 29 is attached to the exterior wall panel structure 10 to drain water and other substances that drip through the hollow portion 12a of the cement board 12 to the outside of the exterior wall panel structure 10.
[0063] Explaining in more detail, Fig. 7 shows a structure in which a drainage pipe holder 30, which also serves as a spacer and is fixed in the gap S between the horizontal surface of the lower cement board 12 and the underside of the upper cement board 12, is used, and a drainage pipe 29 is further fixed to the drainage pipe holder 30, thereby attaching the drainage pipe 29 to the exterior wall panel structure 10. Note that Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a portion corresponding to Fig. 4.
[0064] The drain pipe holder 30 is formed by bending a metal plate such as a stainless steel plate into a predetermined shape using a press machine, etc. More specifically, as shown in Fig. 8, the drain pipe holder 30 integrally comprises a roughly rectangular pipe holder horizontal section 30a, a pipe holder vertical section 30b bent downward from the front side of the horizontal pipe holder section 30a, and a pair of left and right pipe holder vertical sections 30c bent downward from both left and right ends of the horizontal pipe holder section 30a, and is formed roughly like an inverted tray with the top surface closed by the horizontal pipe holder section 30a and the bottom surface open.
[0065] The front pipe holder vertical part 30b has a drain pipe holding hole 31 formed in the approximate center in the left-right direction by cutting a slit from the lower end toward the pipe holder horizontal part 30a. The width of the drain pipe holding hole 31 is approximately the same as or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the drain pipe 29 attached to the drain pipe holding hole 31. The cut-out amount of the drain pipe holding hole 31 is also larger than the outer diameter of the drain pipe 29 so that when the drain pipe 29 is placed, part of the outer periphery of the drain pipe 29 does not protrude from the lower end of the pipe holder vertical part 30b.
[0066] When attaching the drain pipe 29 to the drain pipe holder 30, the drain pipe 29 is held horizontally with part of the drain pipe 29 passing through the pipe holder vertical section 30b as shown in Figure 8(c), and then the drain pipe 29 is inserted from the underside of the pipe holder vertical section 30b until it abuts against the drain pipe holding hole 31 and fixed as shown in Figure 8(b). Fixing here can be achieved by clamping using frictional force through press fitting, or by welding the drain pipe holder 30 and the drain pipe 29 together after insertion.
[0067] When the inverted tray-shaped drain pipe holder 30 is attached to the exterior wall panel structure 10, as shown in Figure 7, the lower end surfaces of the pipe holder vertical section 30b and the pair of left and right pipe holder vertical sections 30c are respectively positioned in contact with the upper surfaces of the through-angle horizontal sections 13A. The lower surface of the upper cement board 12 is then positioned in contact with the upper surface of the pipe holder horizontal section 30a, and the drain pipe holder 30 is fixed in place within the gap S, sandwiched vertically between the upper cement board 12 and the through-angle horizontal section 13A. The drain pipe 29 can be attached to the drain pipe holder 30, which is fixed between the upper cement board 12 and the spacer 18 in this manner, by protruding forward from the drain pipe holding hole 31 in the front pipe holder vertical section 30b. The drain pipe 29 can be attached to the drain pipe holder 30 either before or after the drain pipe holder 30 is attached between the upper cement board 12 and the horizontal part of the through angle 13A. After the drain pipe 29 is attached to the drain pipe holder 30, any gaps that occur between the drain pipe holding hole 31 and the drain pipe 29 are sealed with the sealant 17. Figures 8(a) and (b) show the state in which the drain pipe 29 has been attached to the drain pipe holding hole 31, and Figure 8(c) is an exploded perspective view showing the procedure for attaching the drain pipe 29 to the drain pipe holding hole 31.
[0068] Therefore, when the drainage pipe 29 is attached in a fixed state to the drainage pipe holder 30, which is fixed in the gap S between the horizontal surface of the lower cement board 12 and the underside of the upper cement board 12, after the exterior wall panel structure 10 is constructed, the drainage pipe 29 protruding from the exterior wall panel structure 10 will not easily fall out even if a child or the like touches it curiously. This makes it possible to prevent children and the like from tampering with it.
[0069] Figure 9 shows another example of an attachment structure for fastening and attaching the drain pipe 29 to the drain pipe holder 30. In the attachment structure shown in Figure 9, when attaching the drain pipe 29 to the drain pipe holding hole 31, more than half of the upper periphery of the drain pipe 29 is covered with, for example, male rubber material, felt material, or adhesive sheet material (hereinafter, these will be collectively referred to as "elastic sheet material 32"), and the drain pipe 29 is then pressed into the drain pipe holding hole 31 via the elastic sheet material 32 to secure it.
[0070] When attaching the drain pipe 29 to the drain pipe holder 30 shown in Figure 9, the drain pipe 29 is positioned horizontally, with a portion of the drain pipe 29 penetrating the pipe holder vertical section 30b, and at least half of the upper periphery of the drain pipe 29 covered with an elastic sheet material 33, as shown in Figure 9(c). Then, as shown in Figure 9(b), the drain pipe 29 is pressed into the drain pipe holding hole 31 together with the elastic sheet material 32 from below the pipe holder vertical section 30b until it abuts against the drain pipe holding hole 31, and the elastic frictional force of the elastic sheet material 33 secures the drain pipe 29 in the drain pipe holding hole 31. Also in this case, the drain pipe 29 may be attached to the drain pipe holder 30 either before or after the drain pipe holder 30 is attached between the upper cement board 12 and the spacer 18. After the drain pipe 29 is attached to the drain pipe holder 30, any gap that occurs between the drain pipe holding hole 31 and the drain pipe 29 is sealed with the sealing material 17. Figures 9(a) and (b) show the state in which the drain pipe 29 has been attached to the drain pipe holding hole 31, and Figure 9(c) is an exploded perspective view showing the procedure for attaching the drain pipe 29 to the drain pipe holding hole 31.
[0071] Therefore, when the drainage pipe 29 is attached in a fixed state to the drainage pipe holder 30 fixed in the gap S between the horizontal surface of the lower cement board 12 and the underside of the upper cement board 12 as shown in Figure 9, the drainage pipe 29 protruding from the exterior wall panel structure 10 will not easily fall out even if a child or other person touches it curiously.
[0072] In the above embodiment, a cement board 12 having a hollow through hole is used as the exterior wall panel material, but a cement board without a hollow through hole or a lightweight aerated concrete called ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Aerated Concrete) may also be used as the exterior wall panel material.
[0073] The drain pipe 29 may be a straight pipe, or may be a pipe whose tip end protruding from the exterior wall panel structure 10 is bent downward.
[0074] Furthermore, the present invention can be modified or combined in various ways without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and it is natural that the present invention covers such modifications and combinations. [Explanation of symbols]
