Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an oily solid cleansing cosmetic preparation. [Background technology]

[0002] In recent years, oil-based solid cleansing cosmetics have been proposed for the purpose of removing makeup cosmetics. Oil-based solid cleansing cosmetics are characterized by being solid at room temperature and therefore capable of removing makeup cosmetics without dripping during use.

[0003] Patent Document 1 discloses a solid oil-based cleansing cosmetic that contains (A) 5 to 15 mass% of a hydrocarbon oil having a melting point of 60 to 120°C, (B) a liquid oil containing 35 mass% or more of an ester oil based on the total amount of the liquid oil, and (C) 5 to 30 mass% of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 5 to 13. Patent Document 2 discloses an oil-based cleansing cosmetic that contains (A) one or more of polyoxyethylene-20 glyceryl triisostearate or polyoxyethylene-20 glyceryl trioleate, and (B) decaglyceryl monoisostearate. Patent Document 3 discloses an oil-based solid cleansing cosmetic that contains (A) hydrogenated castor oil, (B) a hydrocarbon wax, (C) an ester oil having a viscosity of 50 mPa·s or less at 25°C, and (D) a nonionic surfactant, wherein the content of component (A) is 1 to 5 mass%, the content of component (B) is 1 to 5 mass%, the content of component (C) is 60 mass% or more, and the total content of components (A) and (B) is 4 to 7.5 mass%. Patent Document 4 discloses an oil-based cleansing cosmetic that contains an oil component, a branched fatty acid ester-based nonionic surfactant, a polyhydric alcohol, water, a protease, and glyceryl glucoside in a total content of 0.1 to 0.5%. Patent Document 5 discloses a solid oil-based cleansing cosmetic containing (A) one or more nonionic surfactants, (B) one or more hydrocarbons having a melting point of 40 to 120°C, and (C) hydrogenated palm kernel oil. Patent Document 6 discloses a cleansing cosmetic containing (A) 90 to 95% by mass of ester oil, (B) 5 to 10% by mass of hydrocarbon oil that is liquid at room temperature, (C) 1 to 10% by mass of hydrocarbon oil that is solid at room temperature, and (D) 10 to 20% by mass of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 3 to 14, wherein the component (D) contains at least two or more types.

[0004] In conventional techniques, in order to suppress sweating (the phenomenon in which oil droplets ooze out from the surface like beads of sweat) in oil-based solid cleansing cosmetics, a formula has been adopted in which the amount of solid oil such as wax is increased to harden the product. However, such a formula has problems such as reduced cleansing ability and residue remaining on the skin when rinsed off. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0013] <Ingredient (B)> Component (B) used in the cleansing cosmetic of the present invention is formulated to achieve good cleansing properties (ability to remove makeup cosmetics), and is one or more species selected from polyglycerin fatty acid esters and polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid esters, and is preferably one or more species selected from the group consisting of the following (B1) and (B2):

[0014] (B1) Polyglycerol fatty acid ester, in which the number of carbon atoms in the fatty acid moiety is 8 to 18 and the average degree of polymerization of glycerol is 2 to 10 [hereinafter referred to as component (B1)] (B2) Polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid ester, in which the number of carbon atoms in the fatty acid moiety is 8 to 18 and the average number of moles of oxyethylene groups added is 15 to 20 (hereinafter referred to as component (B2)).

[0015] Component (B1) is a polyglycerol fatty acid ester in which the number of carbon atoms in the fatty acid moiety is 8 to 18 and the average degree of polymerization of glycerin is 2 to 10. The number of carbon atoms in the fatty acid moiety refers to the number of carbon atoms in the hydrocarbon group containing the carbon atom of the carboxyl group in the raw material fatty acid of the polyglycerol fatty acid ester.

[0061] The water-in-oil solid emulsion cosmetics of the Examples and Comparative Examples were prepared by the following method: Components (A), (B), (C), and (D) shown in Table 1 were melt-kneaded at 80 to 100°C using a paddle mixer to obtain the oil-based solid cleansing cosmetics of the Examples and Comparative Examples.

[0062] The oil-based solid cleansing cosmetic preparations obtained in the Examples and Comparative Examples (hereinafter referred to as the cleansing cosmetic preparations of the present invention) were evaluated for the following items. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0063] <Makeup removal effect> A sensory evaluation was conducted by 10 female panelists. Lipstick was applied to the forearm, and 1.5 g of the cleansing cosmetic of the present invention was applied to the applied area, blended with the lipstick using the index finger and middle finger, and rinsed off with running water. The applied surface was visually observed, and the degree of lipstick removal was evaluated according to the following criteria. The evaluation result was determined to be the one that received the most positive feedback. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0064] ○: No lipstick stains remained. △: A slight lipstick stain remained. ×: Lipstick stains remained, or the lipstick and cleansing cosmetic did not blend well.

[0065] <Stickiness after rinsing> A sensory evaluation was conducted by 10 female panelists. Lipstick was applied to the forearm, and 1.5 g of the cleansing cosmetic of the present invention was applied to the applied area. The lipstick was blended with the index and middle fingers, and the cleansing cosmetic of the present invention was washed off by rubbing the applied surface with the index and middle fingers for 5 seconds under running water (tap water). The stickiness of the applied surface was evaluated according to the following criteria. The evaluation result was determined to be the result with the highest rating. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0066] ◯: No stickiness and no filmy feeling after washing. △: No stickiness, but some filmy feeling was felt after washing. ×: Stickiness remained and a filmy feeling was felt after washing.

[0067] <Ease of manufacturing cleansing cosmetics (foam removal)> 100 g of the cleansing cosmetic of the present invention was weighed into a 200 mL beaker and completely dissolved at 80 to 100°C. The beaker was then placed in a bell jar and the pressure was reduced using a vacuum pump (for 5 minutes). At this time, the air in the cosmetic foamed and rose, pushing up the liquid surface of the cosmetic. The bell jar was shaken (10 to 20 times) or similar to apply stress to the liquid surface, causing bubbles to break. The beaker was removed from the bell jar, and the state of the liquid surface was visually observed. The ease with which bubbles were removed by the above procedure was evaluated according to the following criteria. The evaluation result was determined to be the result with the highest rating. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0068] ○: The bubbles broke and the liquid level dropped without applying stress to the liquid surface, or no bubbles were observed on or in the liquid. △: The bubbles were broken and the liquid level dropped by shaking the suction bell (10 to 20 times), or no bubbles were observed on the liquid surface or in the liquid, or less than 5 bubbles were observed. ×: Even after shaking the suction bell (10 to 20 times), bubbles remained and the liquid level did not drop, or 5 or more bubbles were observed on the liquid surface.

[0069] <Stability of cleansing cosmetics over time (change in hardness)> The cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention was filled into a jar container having a diameter of 30 mm and a height of 10 mm using a beaker. From the next day after filling, the container was placed in a thermostatic chamber for cycle testing, and the temperature inside the chamber was set to 0°C and left to stand for 12 hours. The temperature inside the chamber was then set to 40°C and left to stand for 12 hours. This cycle was repeated once a day for one month (approximately 30 cycles). After the test, the force (g) exerted when a probe having a diameter of 10 mm was inserted 5 mm into the center of the cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention filled in the jar was taken as hardness, and the hardness was evaluated according to the following criteria.

[0070] ○: The decrease in hardness from the initial value was less than 20%. △: The decrease in hardness from the initial value was 20% or more and less than 40%. ×: The hardness decreased by 40% or more from the initial value.

[0071] <Stability of cleansing cosmetics over time (appearance)> The cleansing cosmetic of the present invention was filled into a jar container with a diameter of 30 mm and a height of 10 mm using a beaker. From the next day after filling, the container was placed in a thermostatic chamber for cycle testing, and the temperature inside the chamber was set to 0°C and left to stand for 12 hours. The temperature inside the chamber was then set to 40°C and left to stand for 12 hours. This cycle test was carried out over one month (approximately 30 cycles), with one cycle per day. The appearance of the cosmetic after the test was visually observed and evaluated according to the following criteria.

[0072] ○: No change was observed. △: Minor changes were observed (oil droplet marks, 5 to 10 tiny oil droplets (diameter 1 mm or less) were observed) ×: Obvious changes were observed (oozing of oil droplets onto the surface, deposition of wax crystals, partial melting of the surface, etc.)
