Abstract
Claims
1. A method for producing irregularly shaped fine particles having an uneven surface or a non-spherical shape, characterized by charging hydrogen-bonding raw material monomers, an organic solvent, and a polymerization initiator into a reaction vessel all at once and carrying out precipitation polymerization.
2. The method for producing irregularly shaped fine particles according to claim 1, wherein the hydrogen-bonding monomer is one or more acrylate-based or methyl (meth)acrylate-based compounds having an aromatic structure.
3. The method for producing irregularly shaped fine particles according to claim 1, wherein the hydrogen-bonding monomer is one or more monomers selected from those specified by the following chemical formulas (1) to (12). 【Chemistry 1】 【Chemistry 2】 【Transformation 3】 【Chemistry 4】 【Transformation 5】 【Transformation 6】 【Transformation 7】 【Transformation 8】 【Chemistry 9】 【Chemistry 10】 【Chemistry 11】 【Chemistry 12】
4. The method for producing irregularly shaped fine particles according to claim 1, wherein the precipitation polymerization is carried out at a temperature of 50°C or higher under an inert gas atmosphere.
5. A method for producing irregularly shaped fine particles according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the fine particles have an average particle size of 100 nm to 3 μm and have irregularities on their surface or an irregular shape.
