Abstract

To provide a painting brush suitable for painting the arcuate concave strip surface at the inner corner of a wall with wallpaper pasted thereon. 【Solution means】A support 2 having a rectangular substrate 2a of a required size and a grip 2b erected on the surface of the substrate, and a hair layer 3 composed of a flocking sheet 3a and a plurality of short hairs 3b of a required length densely planted on one side of the flocking sheet, with the flocking sheet 3a adhered to the back surface of the substrate 2a. The hair layer 3 has a projecting portion 4 that projects from the end face of the long side of the substrate 2a by a required dimension. When the projecting portion 4 of the non-curved short hairs rubs the inner corner D of the wall with wallpaper pasted thereon, the short hairs at one end thereof are curved into a shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the inner corner D, enabling suitable painting.

Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a painting brush suitable for painting around non-painted parts such as a decorative cover of an outlet provided on a wall surface to which wallpaper is pasted, and is used when uniformly painting by rubbing an inner corner portion which is an arcuate concave strip surface extending in the vertical direction and is an intersection of walls in the painting of wallpaper on a wall surface of a building or the like.

A support having a rectangular substrate of a required size and a grip erected on the surface of the substrate, a hair layer body composed of a flocked sheet and a plurality of short hairs of a required length densely planted on one side of the flocked sheet, and the flocked sheet being adhered to the back surface of the substrate, the hair layer body having a projecting portion that projects by a required dimension from the end face of the long side of the substrate characterizing a painting brush.
