Abstract

To provide a tent that can effectively utilize the space above a cover in the vicinity of a center pole. [Solution] The tent (10) comprises a rod-shaped center pole (20), a cover (30) supported by the center pole, and multiple rod-shaped sub-poles (40). A portion of the cover can be transformed into an unfolded state or a stowed state by opening and closing a fastener (31a). The tent can be transformed into a first state in which a portion of the cover is in the stowed state, the center pole is erected, and the cover is supported by the center pole so that the entire bottom end of the cover is in contact with the ground, and a second state in which a portion of the cover is in the unfolded state, the center pole and multiple sub-poles are erected, and the cover is supported by the center pole and multiple sub-poles so that the bottom end of a portion of the cover is off the ground.
