Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a sheet-type solar cell module and a mounting method for a sheet-type solar cell module. [Background technology]
[0002] There is a demand for sheet-type (also called film-like) solar cell modules that are thinner and lighter than conventional panel-type modules for use outdoors. Because sheet-type solar cell modules are thin and light, they have the advantage of being able to reduce costs for transportation, etc. However, they require an installation structure that is strong enough to withstand strong winds, etc.
[0003] As a conventional technique related to the construction of a sheet-type solar cell module, for example, a technique has been proposed in which the solar cell module is attached to a waterproof sheet or the like via double-sided tape provided on the back side of the module (see Patent Document 1, etc.). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2006-269610 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, with conventional installation structures for sheet-type solar cell modules, when the sheet-type solar cell module is subjected to a force in a direction that causes it to float upward from the installation surface due to the influence of strong winds, etc., the sheet-type solar cell module tends to peel off from the installation surface and the double-sided tape, posing an issue in terms of durability.
[0006] Therefore, the present invention relates to a mounting structure for a sheet-type solar cell module that exhibits good durability even when exposed to strong winds and the like, and a mounting method for a sheet-type solar cell module. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] In the installation structure of the sheet-type solar cell module according to the present invention, A construction of a sheet-type solar cell module having a front surface and a back surface, a first tape front side portion having a laminated structure of a base material layer and an adhesive layer, the first tape front side portion being provided on the front side of the sheet type solar cell module along a peripheral first portion of the outer periphery of the sheet type solar cell module such that the adhesive layer straddles a front side first portion of the sheet type solar cell module located inside the peripheral first portion and to which a part of the adhesive layer is attached, and an outer side of the peripheral first portion; a first tape back portion that has a laminated structure of a base material layer and an adhesive layer, and is provided on the back surface side of the sheet-type solar cell module along the outer circumferential first portion such that the adhesive layer straddles a back surface first portion of the sheet-type solar cell module that is located inside the outer circumferential first portion and to which a part of the adhesive layer is attached, and an outer side of the outer circumferential first portion; The first core portion extends approximately parallel to the first outer peripheral portion, is connected to the sheet-type solar cell module via the first tape front portion and the first tape back portion, and has a higher average rigidity than the sheet-type solar cell module.
[0008] According to the installation structure of the sheet-type solar cell module of the present invention, the sheet-type solar cell module is held by sandwiching both sides of the sheet-type solar cell module between the first tape front side portion and the first tape back side portion, and the first tape front side portion and the first tape back side portion are connected to the first core material portion having a relatively high rigidity. According to this installation structure, even if the sheet-type solar cell module is pulled by the influence of a strong wind or the like, a force acts on the adhesion surface of the first tape front side portion and the first tape back side portion in the shear direction (parallel to the adhesive surface and moving away from it), so the bond between the tape and the solar cell module is less likely to be released compared to the conventional installation structure in which a force acts in the peeling direction (perpendicular to the adhesive surface or parallel to the adhesive surface and turning the adhesive surface over), and the installation structure of the sheet-type solar cell module of the present invention has good durability. In particular, the installation structure of the sheet-type solar cell module of the present invention can effectively prevent a force from acting in the peeling direction by organically relating the flexibility of the sheet-type solar cell module, the first tape front side portion, and the first tape back side portion to the holding structure.
[0009] Furthermore, for example, the installation structure of the sheet-type solar cell module of the present invention may include a first joint formed between the first outer peripheral portion and the first core material portion, in which an adhesive layer of the front side portion of the first tape and an adhesive layer of the back side portion of the first tape are bonded together.
[0010] The formation of such a first bonding portion more effectively prevents a force in the peeling direction from acting on the adhesion surfaces of the first tape front portion and the first tape back portion to the sheet type solar cell module and the core portion. Also, the formation of the first bonding portion improves the connection strength between the sheet type solar cell module and the core portion by the first tape front portion and the first tape back portion.
[0011] Also, for example, the installation structure of the sheet type solar cell module according to the present invention has a laminated structure of a base material layer and an adhesive layer, and includes a second tape front side portion provided on the front side of the sheet type solar cell module along a peripheral edge of the sheet type solar cell module, the second peripheral portion being opposite to the first peripheral portion, such that the adhesive layer straddles the second front side portion of the sheet type solar cell module, which is located inside the second peripheral portion and to which a part of the adhesive layer is attached, and the outer side of the second peripheral portion; a second tape back portion that has a laminated structure of a base material layer and an adhesive layer, and is provided on the back surface side of the sheet-type solar cell module such that the adhesive layer extends along the second outer periphery portion, spanning a second back surface portion of the sheet-type solar cell module that is located inside the second outer periphery portion and to which a portion of the adhesive layer is attached, and a portion outside the second outer periphery portion; The solar cell may further include a second core portion extending approximately parallel to the second outer circumferential portion, connected to the sheet-type solar cell module via the second tape front side portion and the second tape back side portion, and having an average rigidity higher than that of the sheet-type solar cell module.
[0012] In such a sheet-type solar cell module installation structure, a first outer periphery portion of the installation structure for the sheet-type solar cell module is held by the first tape front portion and the first tape back portion, and a second outer periphery portion of the installation structure for the sheet-type solar cell module is held by the second tape front portion and the second tape back portion. Such a sheet-type solar cell module installation structure can hold both sides of the outer periphery of the sheet-type solar cell module in a balanced manner without adding any other holding structure, and can therefore flexibly accommodate the shape of the sheet-type solar cell module, the conditions of the installation site, and the like.
[0013] Furthermore, for example, in the installation structure of the sheet-type solar cell module of the present invention, a second joint may be formed between the second outer circumferential portion and the second core material portion, in which the adhesive layer of the front side portion of the second tape and the adhesive layer of the back side portion of the second tape are bonded together.
[0014] The formation of such a second bonding portion can more effectively prevent a force in the peeling direction from acting on the adhesion surfaces of the second tape front portion and the second tape back portion to the sheet type solar cell module and the core portion. Also, the formation of the second bonding portion improves the connection strength between the sheet type solar cell module and the second core portion by the second tape front portion and the second tape back portion.
[0015] Furthermore, for example, the first core portion or the second core portion may have an engagement portion that engages with a fixing member for fixing to another member.
[0016] Unlike the sheet-type solar cell module itself, the first core portion can be changed in shape relatively freely, but by forming an engagement portion with which the fixing member engages, a stronger and more durable installation structure can be achieved.
[0017] Also, for example, the front surface first portion of the sheet type solar cell module and the back surface first portion of the sheet type solar cell module may have substantially the same area, The first core surface portion to which the adhesive layer of the first tape front side portion is adhered in the first core portion and the first core back side portion to which the adhesive layer of the first tape rear side portion is adhered in the first core portion may have approximately the same area.
[0018] By making the area of the adhesive surface on the front side and the back side approximately the same, the sheet-type solar cell module can be supported in a balanced manner by the first and second tape front side portions and the first and second tape back side portions, thereby improving the durability of the installation structure.
[0019] Also, for example, the front surface first portion of the sheet type solar cell module may have an area smaller than that of the back surface first portion of the sheet type solar cell module, The first core surface portion to which the adhesive layer of the first tape front side portion is adhered in the first core portion and the first core back side portion to which the adhesive layer of the first tape rear side portion is adhered in the first core portion may have approximately the same area.
[0020] In many cases, a sheet-type solar cell module has a light-receiving surface on the front side and a non-light-receiving surface on the back side. In such cases, by making the area of the front side first portion narrower than the back side first portion, it is possible to ensure the area of the adhesive surface while avoiding overlapping between the light-receiving surface and the front side first portion, and thereby improve the support strength of the sheet-type solar cell module.
[0021] Also, for example, the first core portion may be rod-shaped or hollow tubular, extending substantially parallel to the outer circumferential first portion, The first tape front side portion and the first tape back side portion may be connected to each other so as to surround an outer periphery of the first core portion.
[0022] The shape of the first core part is not particularly limited, but by making it rod-like or hollow tubular, it is possible to increase the weight and rigidity. Also, by connecting the first tape front side part and the first tape back side part to each other so as to surround the outer periphery of the first core part, it is possible to increase the connection strength and durability between the first core part and the sheet-type solar cell module.
[0023] For example, the first tape front portion and the first tape back portion are strip-shaped and extend substantially parallel to the outer circumferential first portion, A protective portion is formed along the inner ends of the first tape front portion and the first tape back portion, spanning the front surface and the first tape front portion, or the back surface and the first tape back portion, and covers the inner ends.
[0024] Since the first tape front portion and the first tape back portion are strip-shaped, the front and back first portions can be easily formed with a substantially constant width along the outer periphery. Also, since the protective portion covers the inner end portion, the inner end portion of the first tape front portion or the first tape back portion can be prevented from peeling off, and the durability of fixing and holding the sheet-type solar cell module can be improved.
[0025] For example, the sheet-type solar cell module may have a main body region in which cells are formed when viewed from the front surface side, and a marginal region that is disposed on the outer periphery of the main body region and in which the cells are not disposed, The first surface portion and the second surface portion of the sheet-type solar cell module may be disposed in the blank area.
[0026] In such a sheet-type solar cell module installation structure, by avoiding the first surface portion and the second surface portion from overlapping with the main body area, a highly reliable installation structure can be realized without reducing the amount of light received and the amount of power generated by the sheet-type solar cell module.
[0027] In addition, the installation method of the sheet-type solar cell module according to the present invention includes the steps of: Providing a sheet-type solar cell module having a front surface and a back surface; providing a first tape front side portion having a laminated structure of a base layer and an adhesive layer on the front side of the sheet type solar cell module along a peripheral first portion of the outer periphery of the sheet type solar cell module such that the adhesive layer straddles a front side first portion of the sheet type solar cell module located inside the peripheral first portion and to which a part of the adhesive layer is attached, and an outer side of the peripheral first portion; providing a second tape back portion having a laminated structure of a base layer and an adhesive layer on the back surface side of the sheet-type solar cell module along the outer circumferential first portion such that the adhesive layer straddles a back surface first portion of the sheet-type solar cell module located inside the outer circumferential first portion and to which a portion of the adhesive layer is connected, and an outer side of the outer circumferential first portion; The method includes a step of connecting a first core portion, which extends approximately parallel to the first outer peripheral portion and has a higher average rigidity than the sheet-type solar cell module, to the sheet-type solar cell module via the first tape front portion and the first tape back portion.
[0028] According to the method for installing a sheet-type solar cell module of the present invention, the sheet-type solar cell module is held by sandwiching both sides of the sheet-type solar cell module between the first tape front side portion and the first tape back side portion, and the first tape front side portion and the first tape back side portion are connected to the first core material portion having a relatively high rigidity. According to this installation structure, even if the sheet-type solar cell module is pulled by the influence of a strong wind or the like, a force acts on the adhesion surface of the first tape front side portion and the first tape back side portion in the shear direction (parallel to the adhesive surface and moving away from it), so the bond between the tape and the solar cell module is less likely to be released compared to a conventional installation structure in which a force acts in the peeling direction (perpendicular to the adhesive surface or parallel to the adhesive surface and turning the adhesive surface over), and the tape and the solar cell module are more durable. The flexibility of the sheet-type solar cell module, the first tape front side portion, and the first tape back side portion are organically related to the holding structure, so that the force acting in the peeling direction can be effectively prevented. [0030] Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 1, the sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 10 has a first tape portion 20 provided on a first peripheral portion 15a of a sheet-type solar cell module 12, a second tape portion 30 provided on a second peripheral portion 15b of the sheet-type solar cell module 12, a first core portion 40, and a second core portion 50.
[0031] The sheet-type solar cell module 12 used in the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module is produced by laminating flexible cells (power generation units) 17 with a flexible film made of resin or the like. Although the detailed structure is not shown in Fig. 1, the sheet-type solar cell module 12 includes a large number of cells 17 arranged in an array and a wiring structure for extracting electricity generated in the large number of cells 17. The sheet-type solar cell module 12 is also called a film-like solar cell module or the like.
[0032] Examples of the cells 17 of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 include amorphous solar cells and perovskite solar cells, but are not particularly limited as long as the cells 17 can be used to form the sheet-type solar cell module 12. In the sheet-type solar cell module 12, both sides of the cells (power generating units) 17 are sealed with a flexible resin film or the like, rather than with hard glass or the like. In the sheet-type solar cell module 12, the material of the film (also called a sheet or sealing material) covering both sides of the cells 17 is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, a polyethylene-based, nylon-based, polypropylene-based, polyethylene terephthalate-based, or the like, but is not particularly limited thereto. In addition, a protective layer made of a fluorine-based resin may be formed on the outermost surfaces of the front surface 13 and the back surface 14 of the sheet-type solar cell module 12.
[0033] The sheet-type solar cell module 12 shown in Fig. 1 is in the form of a sheet, and has a front surface 13 and a back surface 14. In the sheet-type solar cell module 12, the front surface 13 is a light-receiving surface, and the cells 17 generate electricity by light incident on the front surface 13. The resin film on the front surface 13 side is transparent and transmits light, but the film on the back surface 14, which is the non-light-receiving surface, can be colored and have a lower visible light transmittance than the front surface 13 side. However, the sheet-type solar cell module 12 may have both the front surface 13 and the back surface 14 as light-receiving surfaces.
[0034] Fig. 3 is a conceptual diagram of a main part of the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module shown in Fig. 1, viewed from the front surface 13 side of the sheet-type solar cell module 12. As shown in Fig. 3, the sheet-type solar cell module 12 is substantially rectangular (oblong). A first tape portion 20 and a second tape portion 30 are provided on the outer peripheral edge 15 of the sheet-type solar cell module 12.
[0035] 1 is a cross-sectional view taken along the direction of the cross-sectional line II in FIG. 3. However, in FIG. 3, other members 75 and fixing members 71a, 71b, and 72 shown in FIG. 1 are omitted. In addition, in the explanation of the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module, the direction perpendicular to the front surface 13 and back surface 14 of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 is defined as the Z-axis direction, the direction parallel to the outer circumferential first portion 15a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 is defined as the X-axis direction, and the direction perpendicular to the outer circumferential first portion 15a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 is defined as the Y-axis direction. The X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis are perpendicular to each other.
[0036] 1 and 3, the first tape portion 20 has a first tape front portion 21 and a first tape back portion 26, and connects the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the first core portion 40. As shown in FIG. 1 and 3, the first tape front portion 21 and the first tape back portion 26 are provided in a strip shape along the outer circumferential first portion 15a of the outer circumferential edge 15 of the sheet type solar cell module 12. When the sheet type solar cell module 12 is viewed from the Z-axis direction as shown in FIG. 3, the outer circumferential first portion 15a corresponds to a part of the outer circumferential edge 15 formed by one of a pair of long sides of the sheet type solar cell module 12 that is located on the negative Y-axis side.
[0037] Fig. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the periphery of the first tape portion 20 in the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module shown in Fig. 1. As shown in Fig. 2, the first tape front side portion 21 has a laminated structure of a base material layer 22 and an adhesive layer 23, and is disposed so that the base material layer 22 is located on the positive side of the Z axis from the adhesive layer 23 and the surface of the adhesive layer 23 faces the negative side of the Z axis.
[0038] 2 and 3, the first tape front side portion 21 is provided on the front surface 13 side of the sheet type solar cell module 12 so that the adhesive layer 23 straddles the front surface first portion 13a and the outer side of the outer circumferential first portion 15a of the sheet type solar cell module 12. The front surface first portion 13a is a portion of the front surface 13 of the sheet type solar cell module 12 that is located inside the outer circumferential first portion 15a and to which a part of the adhesive layer 23 is attached.
[0039] 2, the first tape back-side portion 26 has a laminated structure of a base material layer 27 and an adhesive layer 28, similar to the first tape front-side portion 21. However, in the first tape back-side portion 26, the base material layer 27 is located on the negative Z-axis direction side of the adhesive layer 28, the surface of the adhesive layer 28 faces the positive Z-axis direction, and the first tape front-side portion 21 is disposed such that the adhesive layers 23, 28 face each other.
[0040] 2 and 3, the second tape back portion 36 is provided on the back surface 14 side of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 so that the adhesive layer 28 straddles the back surface first portion 14a and the outer side of the outer periphery first portion 15a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12. The back surface first portion 14a is a portion of the back surface 14 of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 that is located inside the outer periphery first portion 15a and to which a part of the adhesive layer 28 is attached.
[0041] The material of the adhesive layers 23, 28 in the first tape front portion 21 and the first tape back portion 26 is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include those containing a butyl rubber-based adhesive, those containing a silicone-based adhesive, and those containing a urethane-based adhesive. The adhesive layer 23 containing a silicone-based adhesive is particularly suitable for use when a fluorine-based resin coating is applied to the surface 13 of the sheet-type solar cell module 12. The material of the base material layers 22, 27 in the first tape front portion 21 and the first tape back portion 26 is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyimide, polyvinyl chloride, acrylic resin, woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, etc.
[0042] 1 to 3, the first core portion 40 extends approximately parallel to the outer circumferential first portion 15a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12, and is connected to the sheet-type solar cell module 12 via the first tape front side portion 21 and the first tape back side portion 26. The first core portion 40 is made of a material having a higher average rigidity than the sheet-type solar cell module 12, and examples of the material for the first core portion 40 include, but are not limited to, metal materials such as aluminum, iron, nickel, and alloys containing these, and fiber-reinforced plastic materials.
[0043] 1 and 2, the first core portion 40 used in the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module according to the first embodiment has a solid round bar shape extending in the X-axis direction, but the shape of the first core portion 40 is not limited to this shape. As will be described later using modified examples, the shape of the first core portion 40 can be various shapes other than a round bar shape, such as a polygonal column, a thin plate, a hollow cylinder, or a J-shaped cross-sectional shape.
[0044] 2, the first tape portion 20 having a first tape front side portion 21 and a first tape back side portion 26 sandwiches and connects the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first core portion 40 from both the Z-axis positive direction side (front surface 13 side) and the Z-axis negative direction side (reverse surface 14 side). In other words, the first tape front side portion 21 and the first tape back side portion 26 are disposed so as to overlap each other when viewed from the Z-axis direction.
[0045] The adhesive layer 23 of the first tape front-side portion 21 is attached to the first front surface portion 13a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first core material front surface portion 41a of the first core material portion 40. In this way, the first tape front-side portion 21 connects the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the surface of the first core material portion 40 on the positive side in the Z-axis direction.
[0046] On the other hand, the adhesive layer 28 of the first tape back portion 26 is adhered to the back surface first portion 14a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the core back surface first portion 41b of the first core material portion 40, connecting the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the surface of the first core material portion 40 on the negative Z-axis direction side.
[0047] 2, a first joint 25 is formed between the outer peripheral first portion 15a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first core portion 40 extending parallel thereto, where the adhesive layer 23 of the first tape front portion 21 and the adhesive layer 28 of the first tape back portion 26 are bonded together. The formation of the first joint 25 can more suitably prevent a force in the peeling direction from acting on the adhesion surfaces of the first tape front portion 21 and the first tape back portion 26 to the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first core portion 40. The formation of the first joint 25 also improves the connection strength between the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first core portion 40 by the first tape front portion 21 and the first tape back portion 26.
[0048] 1 and 2, the first tape front-side portion 21 and the first tape back-side portion 26 may be connected to each other so as to surround the outer periphery in a cross section perpendicular to the extension direction of the first core portion 40. Such a structure also contributes to improving the connection strength between the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first core portion 40 by the first tape front-side portion 21 and the first tape back-side portion 26.
[0049] As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, the second tape portion 30 has a second tape front portion 31 and a second tape back portion 46, and connects the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the second core portion 50. As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, the second tape front portion 31 and the second tape back portion 36 are provided in a strip shape along the outer circumferential second portion 15b of the outer circumferential edge 15 of the sheet type solar cell module 12. The outer circumferential second portion 15b corresponds to a part of the outer circumferential edge 15 formed by the long side located on the positive Y-axis side of the pair of long sides of the sheet type solar cell module 12 when the sheet type solar cell module 12 is viewed from the Z-axis direction as shown in Fig. 3. The outer circumferential second portion 15b is located on the opposite side of the sheet type solar cell module 12 to the outer circumferential first portion 15a on which the first tape portion 20 is provided.
[0050] As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, the second tape portion 30 has a shape that is approximately symmetrical to the first tape portion 20. The second tape front side portion 31 shown in Fig. 1 has a laminated structure of a base material layer and an adhesive layer, similar to the first tape front side portion 21 shown in Fig. 2, and is arranged so that the base material layer faces the positive direction of the Z axis and the adhesive layer faces the negative direction of the Z axis. The second tape front side portion 31 is provided on the front side 13 of the sheet type solar cell module 12 so that the adhesive layer straddles the front side second portion 13b of the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the outer side of the outer periphery second portion 15b. The front side second portion 13b is a portion of the front side 13 of the sheet type solar cell module 12 that is located inside the outer periphery second portion 15b and to which a part of the adhesive layer 23 is attached.
[0051] The second tape back-side portion 36 has a laminated structure of a base material layer and an adhesive layer, similar to the first tape back-side portion 26 shown in Fig. 2. The second tape back-side portion 36 is disposed with the base material layer facing the negative direction of the Z axis and the adhesive layer facing the negative-positive side of the Z axis, relative to the second tape front-side portion 31, with the adhesive layers facing each other.
[0052] 2 and 3, the second tape back portion 36 is provided on the back surface 14 side of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 so that the adhesive layer straddles the back surface second portion 14b and the outer side of the outer circumferential first portion 15a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12. The back surface first portion 14a is a portion of the back surface 14 of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 that is located inside the outer circumferential first portion 15a and to which a part of the adhesive layer 28 is attached.
[0053] The adhesive layer and base material layer of the second tape front-side portion 31 and the second tape back-side portion 36 are similar to those of the first tape front-side portion 21 and the first tape back-side portion 26. However, the second tape front-side portion 31 and the second tape back-side portion 36 may be made of a material and have a shape different from those of the first tape front-side portion 21 and the first tape back-side portion 26.
[0054] 1 and 3, the second core portion 50 extends approximately parallel to the outer circumferential second portion 15b of the sheet type solar cell module 12, and is connected to the sheet type solar cell module 12 via the second tape front side portion 31 and the second tape back side portion 36. The second core portion 50 is made of a material having a higher average rigidity than the sheet type solar cell module 12, and examples of the material of the second core portion 50 include the same as that of the first core portion 40. The shape of the second core portion 50 is the same as that of the first core portion 40.
[0055] The second tape portion 30 and the second core portion 50 are disposed symmetrically to the first tape portion 20 and the first core portion 40 with the sheet-type solar cell module 12 sandwiched therebetween. However, the shape and structure of the second tape portion 30 and the second core portion 50 are similar to the shape and structure of the first tape portion 20 and the first core portion 40 shown in FIG. 2. For example, a second joint portion 35 is formed between the outer circumferential second portion 15b and the second core portion 50, where the adhesive layer of the second tape front portion 31 and the adhesive layer of the second tape back portion 36 are bonded together. Other details of the second tape portion 30 and the second core portion 50 are similar to those of the first tape portion 20 and the first core portion 40, and therefore will not be described.
[0056] 1 and 3, the sheet-type solar cell module 12 has a main body region 16 in which cells 17 are formed when viewed from the front surface 13 side, and a marginal region 18 arranged on the outer periphery of the main body region 16 in which no cells 17 are arranged. The front surface first portion 13a and the front surface second portion 13b of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 are arranged in the marginal region 18 of the front surface 13 of the sheet-type solar cell module 12.
[0057] As shown in Fig. 1, the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module is fixed to another member 75 such as a building material by using fixing members 71a, 71b, 72, etc. The end portion of the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module on the side of the first core portion 40 is fixed to the other member 75 by fixing member 71b composed of a clamp that holds down the first core portion 40 and fixing member 71a composed of a bolt that screws the fixing member 71b to the other member 75. In addition, the end portion of the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module on the side of the second core portion 50 is fixed to the other member 75 by fixing member 72 composed of a grommet attached to the second tape portion 30 and a bolt (not shown) that screws the fixing member 72 to the other member 75.
[0058] According to the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module, the flexible sheet-type solar cell module 12 can be firmly fixed to other members 75 such as a roof, a steel frame, or a concrete surface without processing such as drilling holes in the sheet-type solar cell module 12 itself. Therefore, according to the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module, it is possible to prevent the problem of forming holes or the like in the sheet-type solar cell module 12 itself, which would damage the sealing structure of the cells 17.
[0059] Examples of the installation location of the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module and the object to which the sheet-type solar cell module 12 is fixed include walls, handrails, windows, rooftops, and roofs inside and outside buildings. In addition to buildings, the sheet-type solar cell module 12 may also be attached to temporary tents, road slopes, soundproof walls, and vehicles such as automobiles and ships. The installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module can be compactly fixed not only to flat surfaces, but also to curved surfaces such as the side of a cylindrical pillar or a curved wall.
[0060] 1 to 3, the attachment structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 has good durability, as the attachment between the tape and the solar cell module is less likely to come loose, as will be described below, when compared with a conventional attachment structure 910 for a sheet-type solar cell module 12. Fig. 11 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the conventional attachment structure 910 for a sheet-type solar cell module 12.
[0061] In the conventional construction structure 910, a waterproof sheet 912 is laid on the installation surface of the other member 75, and the back surface of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the waterproof sheet 912 are fixed using a double-sided tape 914. In this case, as shown in FIG. 10(a), due to the flexibility of the sheet-type solar cell module 12, a force is likely to act on the adhesive surface of the double-sided tape 914 and the sheet-type solar cell module 12 in a direction to peel the adhesive surface vertically, and the bond by the double-sided tape 914 is likely to be released. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 10(b), a force is likely to act on the adhesive surface of the double-sided tape 914 and the sheet-type solar cell module 12 in a direction to turn the adhesive surface over and peel it off, and the bond by the double-sided tape 914 is likely to be released. In order to prevent such a release of the bond by the double-sided tape 914, in the conventional construction structure 910, a measure such as providing a sealing tape 916 as shown in FIG. 11 on the outer periphery of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 has been taken, but the effect was insufficient.
[0062] On the other hand, according to the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module shown in Figures 1 to 3, when the sheet-type solar cell module 12 is pulled by the influence of a strong wind or the like, as shown in Figure 10(c), a force acts mainly in the shear direction (parallel to and away from the adhesive surface) on the adhesive surfaces of the tape front side parts 21, 31 and the tape back side parts 26, 36. Also, the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module structurally prevents the force of the peeling mode as shown in Figures 10(a) and 10(b) from acting on the adhesive surface. In general, the adhesive strength of the adhesive surface of the tape is weak against the force in the peeling mode direction as shown in Figures 10(a) and 10(b) and strong against the force in the shear mode direction as shown in Figure 10(c).
[0063] The installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module shown in Figures 1 to 3 can effectively prevent the force in the peeling direction as shown in Figures 10(a) and 10(b) from acting on the adhesion surface, due to an organic relationship between the flexibility and holding structure of the sheet-type solar cell module 12, the tape front side portions 21, 31, and the tape back side portions 26, 36. Therefore, the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module exhibits good durability, with the tapes 20, 30 and the sheet-type solar cell module 12 not easily released from their connections.
[0064] An example of a method for installing the sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 10 will be described below. In the method for installing a sheet-type solar cell module implementing the sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 10, first, a sheet-type solar cell module 12 having a front surface 13 and a back surface 14 is prepared. As shown in Fig. 3, the sheet-type solar cell module 12 is substantially rectangular when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the front surface 13, but the shape of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 is not limited to a rectangle, and may be a shape other than a rectangle, such as a circle, an ellipse, or a hexagon.
[0065] Next, the first tape front side portion 21 having a laminated structure of the base layer 22 and the adhesive layer 23 is provided on the front surface 13 side of the sheet type solar cell module 12 along the outer circumferential first portion 15a of the outer periphery 15 of the sheet type solar cell module 12. At this time, the first tape front side portion 21 is arranged on the sheet type solar cell module 12 so that the adhesive layer 23 straddles the front surface first portion 13a of the sheet type solar cell module 12, which is located inside the outer circumferential first portion 15a and to which part of the adhesive layer 23 is attached, and the outside of the outer circumferential first portion 15a.
[0066] Next, the first tape back portion 26 having a laminated structure of the base material layer 27 and the adhesive layer 28 is provided along the outer circumferential first portion 15a on the back surface 14 side of the sheet-type solar cell module 12. At this time, the first tape back portion 26 is arranged on the sheet-type solar cell module 12 such that the adhesive layer 23 straddles the back surface first portion 14a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12, which is located inside the outer circumferential first portion 15a and to which part of the adhesive layer 28 is connected, and the outer side of the outer circumferential first portion 15a.
[0067] Next, the first core material portion 40, which extends approximately parallel to the outer circumferential first portion 15a and has a higher average rigidity than the sheet-type solar cell module 12, is connected to the sheet-type solar cell module 12 via the first tape front side portion 21 and the first tape back side portion 26.
[0068] Furthermore, the second tape front side portion 31, the second tape back side portion 36 and the second core portion 50 are also arranged on the sheet-type solar cell module 12 in the same manner as the first tape front side portion 21, the first tape back side portion 26 and the first core portion 40. Finally, the sheet-type solar cell module 12 is installed by fixing the core portions 40, 50 or the tape portions 20, 30 to another member 75 such as a building material using fixing members 71a, 71b, 72, etc.
[0069] Note that, before the first tape front portion 21, the first tape back portion 26, the second tape front portion 31, and the second tape back portion 36 are attached to the sheet type solar cell module 12, a primer treatment may be performed on the front surface first portion 13a, the back surface first portion 14a, etc., with which the adhesive layers 23, 28 come into contact. In particular, when a fluorine coating or the like is formed on the front surface 13 and the back surface 14 of the sheet type solar cell module 12, the bonding strength between the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the first tape portion 20 and the second tape portion can be increased by performing a primer treatment on the front surface first portion 13a, the back surface first portion 14a, etc., with which the adhesive layers 23, 28 come into contact.
[0070] The installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module according to the present invention has been described above with reference to an embodiment, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and it goes without saying that it includes various other embodiments and examples. For example, in the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module, the tape and the core material part are arranged on a pair of long sides of the sheet-type solar cell module 12, but differently, the tape and the core material part may be arranged on a pair of short sides of the sheet-type solar cell module 12, or the tape and the core material part may be arranged so as to surround the four sides of the sheet-type solar cell module 12. Also, for example, in the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module shown in Figures 1 to 3, the first core material part 40 and the second core material part 50 are round bar-shaped, but the shapes of the first core material part and the second core material part can adopt various shapes depending on conditions such as the object to be fixed and the location to be fixed of the sheet-type solar cell module 12.
[0071] Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of a main part showing a connection structure of a sheet-type solar cell module 12, a first tape front side portion 121, a first tape back side portion 126, and a first core portion 140 in a sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 110 according to a first modified example. Fig. 5 is a conceptual diagram of the main part of the sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 110 shown in Fig. 4, viewed from the front surface 13 side of the sheet-type solar cell module 12.
[0072] The installation structure 110 of the sheet-type solar cell module according to the first modification is different from the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module shown in Figs. 1 to 3 in that the first core part 140 and the second core part 150 are elongated rectangular plate-like in shape. However, the installation structure 110 of the sheet-type solar cell module has a basic structure in common with the installation structure 10 shown in Figs. 1 to 3 in that the first tape part 120 having the first tape front part 121 and the first tape back part 126 and the second tape part 130 having the second tape front part and the second tape back part connect the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first core part 140 or the second core part 150. In the explanation of the installation structure 110 of the sheet-type solar cell module, the differences from the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module will be mainly explained, and the commonalities with the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module will be omitted.
[0073] The installation structure 110 for the sheet-type solar cell module shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 connects the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first core material part 140 with the first tape part 120, similar to the installation structure 10 for the sheet-type solar cell module according to the first embodiment. That is, the first tape part 120 having the first tape front side part 121 and the first tape back side part 126 connects the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first core material part 140 by sandwiching them from both the Z-axis positive direction side (front surface 13 side) and the Z-axis negative direction side (back surface 14 side). The first core material part 140, the first tape front side part 121 and the first tape back side part 126 extend in a strip shape approximately parallel to the outer circumferential first part 15a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12.
[0074] 2, the first tape front-side portion 121 has a laminated structure of a base material layer and an adhesive layer, and is disposed so that the base material layer is located on the positive Z-axis direction side of the adhesive layer and the surface of the adhesive layer faces the negative Z-axis direction. The first tape front-side portion 121 is provided on the front surface 13 side of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 so that the adhesive layer spans over the front surface first portion 13a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the outer side of the outer circumferential first portion 15a.
[0075] 2, the first tape back-side portion 126 has a laminated structure of a base material layer and an adhesive layer, with the base material layer located on the negative Z-axis direction side of the adhesive layer, the surface of the adhesive layer facing the positive Z-axis direction, and the adhesive layers facing each other relative to the first tape front-side portion 121. The first tape back-side portion 126 is provided on the back surface 14 side of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 such that the adhesive layer straddles the back surface first portion 14a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the outer side of the outer circumferential first portion 15a.
[0076] The adhesive layer of first tape front-side portion 121 is attached to front surface first portion 13a of sheet-type solar cell module 12 and core material front surface first portion 141a of first core material portion 140. In this way, first tape front-side portion 121 connects sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the surface on the Z-axis positive direction side of first core material portion 140. Note that core material front surface first portion 141a is a portion on the surface on the Z-axis positive direction side of first core material portion 140 to which a part of the adhesive layer of first tape front-side portion 121 is attached.
[0077] On the other hand, the adhesive layer of first tape back portion 126 is attached to back surface first portion 14a of sheet-type solar cell module 12 and core back surface first portion 141b of first core portion 140, and connects sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the surface on the negative Z-axis direction side of first core portion 40. Note that core back surface first portion 141b is a portion on the surface on the negative Z-axis direction side of first core portion 140 to which a part of the adhesive layer of first tape back portion 126 is attached.
[0078] 4, the front surface first portion 13a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the back surface first portion 14a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 have substantially the same area. In addition, in the first core portion 140, the core front surface first portion 141a and the core back surface first portion 141b have substantially the same area.
[0079] As shown in FIG. 4, by making the areas of the adhesive surfaces on the front side and the back side approximately the same, the first tape front side portion 121 and the first tape back side portion 126 can connect the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the first core material portion 140 in a well-balanced manner, and the durability of the construction can be improved. However, unlike the example shown in FIG. 4, the front side first portion 13a of the sheet type solar cell module 12 may have a smaller area than the back side first portion 14a of the sheet type solar cell module. In many cases, the front side 13 of the sheet type solar cell module 12 is a light-receiving surface and the back side 14 is a non-light-receiving surface. In such a case, by making the area of the front side first portion 13a smaller than the back side first portion 14a, the area of the adhesive surface can be secured while avoiding the light-receiving surface and the front side first portion 13a from overlapping, and the support strength of the sheet type solar cell module 12 can be improved.
[0080] 4 and 5, the first core portion 140 has through holes 142 formed at predetermined intervals in the X-axis direction, which is the extension direction of the first core portion 140, as engagement portions with which fixing members 171, such as bolts, for fixing to another member 75 (see FIG. 1) engage. Since the first core portion 140 has high rigidity, such a sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 110 allows the sheet-type solar cell module 12 to be fixed to the other member 75 more firmly.
[0081] The engagement portion with which the fixing member 171 engages in the first core portion 140 is not limited to the through hole 142 in the Z-axis direction as shown in Figures 4 and 5, but may include, in addition to the through hole, a bent portion (see Figure 6) and a hollow cylindrical portion extending in the extension direction of the first core portion (see Figure 7).
[0082] 5, similar to the installation structure 10 for a sheet-type solar cell module according to the first embodiment, the installation structure 110 for a sheet-type solar cell module connects the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the second core portion 150 with a second tape portion 130. The second tape portion 130 and the second core portion 150 are disposed approximately symmetrically with the first tape portion 120 and the first core portion 140 along the outer circumferential second portion 15b of the sheet-type solar cell module 12.
[0083] In the second core part 150, like the first core part 140, through holes 142 into which fastening members 171 such as bolts for fastening to another member 75 (see FIG. 1) engage are formed at predetermined intervals in the X-axis direction, which is the extension direction of the second core part 150. The second tape part 130 and the second core part 150 have the same shape and structure as the first tape part 120 and the first core part 140, except that they are arranged symmetrically with respect to the first tape part 120 and the first core part 140, and therefore a detailed description of the structure will be omitted.
[0084] The sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 110 shown in Figures 4 and 5 has similar effects to the sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 10 of the first embodiment in terms of commonalities with the sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 10.
[0085] FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of a main portion showing the connection structure of a sheet-type solar cell module 12, a first tape front side portion 221, a first tape back side portion 226 and a first core portion 240 in a sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 210 according to a second modified example.
[0086] The installation structure 210 of the sheet-type solar cell module according to the second modification is different from the installation structure 110 of the sheet-type solar cell module shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 in that the shape of the first core material part 240 is a plate material with a bent end part that is J-shaped when viewed from the side. However, the installation structure 210 of the sheet-type solar cell module has a basic structure in common with the installation structure 110 shown in Fig. 4, such as the first tape part 220 having the first tape front side part 221 and the first tape back side part 226 connecting the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first core material part 240. In the explanation of the installation structure 210 of the sheet-type solar cell module, the differences from the installation structure 110 of the sheet-type solar cell module will be mainly explained, and the commonalities with the installation structure 110 of the sheet-type solar cell module will be omitted.
[0087] The adhesive layer of the first tape front side portion 221 is attached to the front side first portion 13a of the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the core front side first portion 241a of the first core material portion 240. As a result, the first tape front side portion 221 connects the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the surface on the Z-axis positive direction side of the first core material portion 240. On the other hand, the adhesive layer of the first tape back side portion 226 is attached to the back side first portion 14a of the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the core back side first portion 241b of the first core material portion 240, and connects the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the surface on the Z-axis negative direction side of the first core material portion 240.
[0088] 6, the first core portion 240 has an end bent portion 242 as an engagement portion for engaging a fixing member (not shown) with another member 75 (see FIG. 1), which is formed at a position that is an end portion of the first core portion 240 in the Y-axis direction and an end portion of the installation structure 210 for the sheet-type solar cell module. According to such an installation structure 210 for the sheet-type solar cell module, the sheet-type solar cell module 12 can be firmly fixed to the other member while applying appropriate tension in the Y-axis direction of the sheet-type solar cell module 12.
[0089] The fixing structure of the second outer circumferential portion of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 in the installation structure 210 for the sheet-type solar cell module may be the same as or different from the fixing structure of the first outer circumferential portion 15a. For example, the fixing structure of the second outer circumferential portion in the installation structure 210 for the sheet-type solar cell module may be a fixing structure using the second core material portions 50, 150 as shown in Fig. 1 or 4, or another fixing structure not using a core material portion or tape.
[0090] The sheet type solar cell module installation structure 210 shown in FIG. 6 has the same effects as the sheet type solar cell module installation structure 110 according to the first modified example in terms of commonalities with the sheet type solar cell module installation structure 110.
[0091] FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of a main portion showing the connection structure of a sheet-type solar cell module 12, a first tape front side portion 321, a first tape back side portion 326 and a first core portion 340 in a sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 310 according to a third modified example.
[0092] The installation structure 310 of the sheet-type solar cell module according to the third modification is different from the installation structure 210 of the sheet-type solar cell module shown in FIG. 6 in that the shape of the first core material portion 340 is a hollow cylinder extending approximately parallel to the outer circumferential first portion 15a. However, the installation structure 310 of the sheet-type solar cell module has a basic structure in common with the installation structure 210 shown in FIG. 6, such as the first tape portion 320 having the first tape front side portion 321 and the first tape back side portion 326 connecting the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first core material portion 340. In the explanation of the installation structure 310 of the sheet-type solar cell module, the differences from the installation structure 210 of the sheet-type solar cell module will be mainly explained, and the commonalities with the installation structure 210 of the sheet-type solar cell module will be omitted.
[0093] The adhesive layer of the first tape front side portion 321 is attached to the front side first portion 13a of the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the core front side first portion 341a of the first core material portion 340. As a result, the first tape front side portion 321 connects the sheet type solar cell module 12 to the surface on the Z-axis positive direction side of the first core material portion 340. On the other hand, the adhesive layer of the first tape back side portion 326 is attached to the back side first portion 14a of the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the core back side first portion 341b of the first core material portion 340, and connects the sheet type solar cell module 12 to the surface on the Z-axis negative direction side of the first core material portion 340.
[0094] Between the outer periphery first portion 15a of the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the first core portion 340 extending parallel thereto, a first joint portion 325 is formed where the adhesive layer of the first tape front side portion 321 and the adhesive layer of the first tape back side portion 326 are bonded together. The first tape front side portion 321 and the first tape back side portion 326 may be connected to each other so as to surround the outer periphery of the first core portion 340 in a cross section perpendicular to the extending direction. In this case, the first tape front side portion 321 and the first tape back side portion 326 may be formed of a continuous, integrated tape without a joint portion. Such a structure also contributes to improving the connection strength between the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the first core portion 340 by the first tape front side portion 321 and the first tape back side portion 326.
[0095] 7, the first core portion 340 has a hollow portion 342 formed inside the first core portion 340 along the extension direction of the first core portion 340 as an engagement portion for engaging a fixing member (not shown) with another member 75 (see FIG. 1). A fixing member such as a wire 371 that connects the first core portion 340 to the other member 75 (see FIG. 1) may be inserted into the hollow portion 342. According to such an installation structure 310 for a sheet-type solar cell module, the sheet-type solar cell module 12 can be firmly fixed to another member even in a place where it is difficult to form a protrusion, such as a glass window surface of a building.
[0096] In addition, the installation structure 310 for a sheet-type solar cell module shown in FIG. 7 has similar effects to the installation structure 210 for a sheet-type solar cell module according to the second modified example with respect to commonalities therebetween.
[0097] FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part of the installation structure 410 of the sheet-type solar cell module according to the fourth modified example. The installation structure 410 of the sheet-type solar cell module according to the fourth modified example is different from the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module shown in FIG. 2 and the like in that protective parts 480a, 480b are formed to cover the inner ends 421a, 426a of the first tape front side part 421 and the first tape back side part 426. However, the installation structure 410 of the sheet-type solar cell module is similar to the installation structure 10 shown in FIG. 2 and the like, except for having the protective parts 480a, 480b. In the explanation of the installation structure 410 of the sheet-type solar cell module, the differences from the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module will be mainly explained, and the common points with the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module will be omitted.
[0098] In the installation structure 410 of the sheet-type solar cell module relating to the fourth modified example, the first tape front side portion 421 and the first tape back side portion 426 are strip-shaped extending approximately parallel to the outer circumferential first portion 15a, similar to the installation structure 10 of the sheet-type solar cell module shown in Figures 1 to 3 (see Figure 3).
[0099] 8, the first tape front side portion 421 has a laminated structure of a base material layer 422 and an adhesive layer 423, similar to the first tape front side portion 21 shown in Fig. 2, and is disposed such that the base material layer 422 is located on the positive side of the Z axis from the adhesive layer 423, and the surface of the adhesive layer 423 faces the negative side of the Z axis. The first tape front side portion 421 is provided on the front side 13 of the sheet type solar cell module 12 such that the adhesive layer 423 straddles the front side first portion 13a of the sheet type solar cell module 12 and the outer side of the outer circumferential first portion 15a.
[0100] 2, the first tape back side portion 426 has a laminated structure of a base material layer 427 and an adhesive layer 428, with the base material layer 427 located on the negative Z-axis direction side of the adhesive layer 428, the surface of the adhesive layer 428 facing the positive Z-axis direction side, and the adhesive layers 423, 428 facing each other with respect to the first tape front side portion 421. The first tape back side portion 426 is provided on the back surface 14 side of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 such that the adhesive layer 428 straddles the back surface first portion 14a of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the outer side of the outer circumferential first portion 15a.
[0101] 8, in a sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 410, protective portions 480a, 480a are formed on inner end portions 421a, 426a of a first tape front-side portion 421 and a first tape back-side portion 426 in a first tape portion 420. The protective portions 480a, 480b are formed so as to be continuous in the extension direction (X-axis direction) of the first tape front-side portion 421 and the first tape back-side portion 426 along the inner end portions 421a, 426a of the first tape front-side portion 421 and the first tape back-side portion 426.
[0102] The protective portion 480a is formed across the front surface 13 of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first tape front-side portion 421, and covers the inner end 421a of the first tape front-side portion 421. The protective portion 480b is formed across the back surface 14 of the sheet-type solar cell module 12 and the first tape back-side portion 426, and covers the inner end 426a of the first tape back-side portion 426.
[0103] Such protective portions 480a, 480b prevent the adhesive layers 423, 426 of the first tape portion 420 from being exposed to the outside at the inner ends 421a, 426a, and can suitably prevent the first tape front portion 421 and the first tape back portion 426 from starting to peel off from the inner ends 421a, 426a from the sheet-type solar cell module 12. As the protective portions 480a, 480b, for example, a polyurethane-based, modified silicone-based, or silicone-based sealant can be used, but is not particularly limited.
[0104] In the installation structure 410 for the sheet type solar cell module, since the first tape front side portion 421 and the first tape back side portion 426 are strip-shaped, it is possible to easily form the front and back side first portions 13a, 14a of a substantially constant width along the outer periphery 15. Furthermore, since it has protective portions 480a, 480b that cover the inner ends 421a, 426a, it is possible to prevent the inner ends 421a, 426a of the first tape front side portion 421 or the first tape back side portion 426 from peeling off, and to increase the durability in fixing and holding the sheet type solar cell module 12.
[0105] 8 has the same effects as the sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 10 in terms of commonalities with the sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 10 according to the first embodiment. Note that protective parts similar to the protective parts 480a, 480b covering the inner ends 421a, 426a may also be formed on the inner ends of the second tape front side portion and the second tape back side portion.

Also, the first tape back side portion 526 is configured by bonding together a first portion 526a connected to the back side first portion 14a of the sheet type solar cell module 12 and a second portion 526b connected to the core back side first portion 341b of the first core portion 340.
[0109] The first portion 521a of the first tape front portion 521 and the first portion 526a of the first tape back portion 526 may be formed of a continuous, integrated tape without a joint. Furthermore, the second portion 521b of the first tape front portion 521 and the second portion 526b of the first tape back portion 526 may be formed of a continuous, integrated tape without a joint.
[0110] 9, first tape front side portion 521 and first tape back side portion 526 may be formed by bonding multiple tapes together. In addition, in a sheet-type solar cell module installation structure 510, first tape front side portion 521 and first tape back side portion 526 may be formed by bonding multiple tapes together in multiple layers for the purposes of preventing peeling, reinforcement, and maintenance.
[0111] In addition, the installation structure 510 for a sheet-type solar cell module shown in FIG. 9 has similar effects to the installation structure 310 for a sheet-type solar cell module according to the third modified example with respect to commonalities therebetween. [Explanation of symbols]
