Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a second agent composition for an aerosol type hair dye or hair bleach. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, there have been known two-component aerosol hair dyes or hair bleaches, which consist of a first component containing an alkaline agent and a second component containing an oxidizing agent, the first component and the second component being stored in separate aerosol containers, and which are discharged and mixed when used (Patent Documents 1 and 2).

[0003] In the case of such two-agent aerosol products, it is generally known that, during the production of the product, high shear forces are applied to the agents when the agents are filled into the aerosol container and when the agents are ejected from the aerosol container. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2000-297018 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2004-091359 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, the shear force applied to the agent during filling and discharging is very strong, which changes the emulsion structure of the agent, and the viscosity of the agent may become lower than the initial viscosity when used. Such a decrease in viscosity of the agent causes a change in the amount of agent discharged from the aerosol container. In particular, in a two-agent aerosol type hair dye or hair bleach, the above-mentioned viscosity change may cause the amount of the first agent discharged from the first agent container and the amount of the second agent discharged from the second agent container to differ significantly, making it impossible to obtain a stable hair dyeing / bleaching effect.

[0006] Furthermore, in the case of aerosol hair dyes / bleachs, if hydrogen peroxide and a cationic surfactant (often with a chloride ion as the counter ion) are used in the second agent, there is a risk of corrosion of the metal container, and in order to prevent this, it is necessary to select an inner bag or inner coating for the metal container, which requires a great deal of effort. In addition, if an anionic surfactant is used in the second agent, there is a risk of the hair feeling deteriorating and the surfactant may decompose at low pH, making it difficult to use an ionic surfactant.

[0007] The present invention relates to a second agent composition that can achieve stable ejection of the agent from an aerosol container and provide a stable hair dyeing / bleaching effect by maintaining a constant viscosity from before the agent is filled into the aerosol container until after it is ejected from the aerosol container, without using ionic surfactants as much as possible. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] As a result of extensive research, the inventors have discovered that in the second agent of an aerosol type hair dye or hair bleach, in order to maintain a constant viscosity of the agent without using as much ionic surfactant as possible, it is sufficient to reduce the emulsion particle size, and further that for this purpose it is effective to blend a nonionic surfactant, a higher alcohol, and a hydrocarbon in a specific ratio.

[0009] The present invention provides an aerosol type second-agent composition for hair dyeing or hair bleaching, which is used by mixing with a first-agent composition containing an alkaline agent, comprising the following components (A) to (D), in which the mass ratio of the total of components (C) and (D) to component (B), [(C)+(D)] / (B), is 1.0 or more and 3.5 or less, and the mass ratio of component (D) to component (C), (D) / (C), is 1.2 or more and 2.2 or less. (A) Hydrogen peroxide (B) Nonionic surfactants (C) Higher alcohol (D) Hydrocarbons Effect of the Invention

[0010] The second agent composition of the present invention is inhibited from thinning due to filling or discharging into an aerosol container and maintains a constant viscosity, so that it can be stably discharged from an aerosol container. When used together with the first agent as an aerosol-type hair dye or bleach, a stable hair dyeing / bleaching effect can be obtained. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0080] Example 1, Comparative Example 1 A second agent composition was prepared according to the formulation shown in Table 1. The second agent composition was then filled into the inner bag of the second container of a double-barreled aerosol, and nitrogen gas was filled between the inner bag and the second agent container. The viscosity and volume average diameter of the second agent composition were measured by the methods shown below.

[0081] (Viscosity measurement method) The viscosity of the second agent composition was measured at two points in time: before filling into the container and immediately after discharging from the container one month after filling into the container. The viscosity (25°C) was measured using a B-type viscometer with a helical stand (Model TVB-10R, T-BAR STAGE TS-10, manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd.) after rotating at 10 rpm for 1 minute using a TC rotor.

[0082] (Method for measuring the volume average diameter of emulsion particles) The volume average diameter of the emulsion particles was obtained by measuring the volume distribution of the average diameter of the emulsion particles using a HORIBA DYNAMIC LIGHT SCATTERING PARTICLE SIZE ANALYZER LB-500, selecting the sample setting as "Organic sample" (refractive index: 1.600-0.000i) and the dispersion medium setting as "Water" (refractive index: 1.333).

[0083] [Table 1]

[0084] Examples 2 to 7, Comparative Examples 2 to 5 Second agent compositions were prepared having the formulations shown in Tables 2 and 3. The volume average diameter of the emulsified particles in the second agent compositions was measured by the method described above.
