[0032] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below clearly and completely with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all of the embodiments. Based on the described embodiments of the present disclosure, other embodiments that a person skilled in the art can think of without making creative efforts all belong to the patent scope of the present disclosure.

[0033] Unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used in this disclosure have ordinary meanings that can be understood by those skilled in the art. The terms "first", "second" and similar terms used in this disclosure do not indicate order, quantity or importance, but are merely for distinguishing different components. Similar terms such as "comprise" or "include" mean that the element or member described before "comprise" or "include" covers the element or member listed after "comprise" or "include" and their equivalents, and does not exclude other elements or members. Similar terms such as "connect" or "couple" are not limited to physical or mechanical connections, but also include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect connections. "Top", "bottom", "left", "right", etc. are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the objects being described changes, the relative positional relationships may change correspondingly.

[0034] A flexible circuit board usually has various signal wirings integrated therein to transmit different types of signals. When the number and types of signal wirings on the flexible circuit board are large, for example, when multiple types of signal wirings used for display signals, touch signals, fingerprint identification signals, etc. are required at the same time, the wiring of the flexible circuit board also becomes difficult. In response to this, flexible circuit boards are often formed to have multiple wiring layers, such as four or six wiring layers, to facilitate the arrangement of multiple types of wirings, allowing multiple types of wirings to be distributed in different layers and reducing mutual interference between different types of wirings. However, in the process of manufacturing a flexible circuit board with multiple wiring layers, it is necessary to form an insulating layer (and a corresponding adhesive layer) located between adjacent wiring layers, and if necessary, it is also necessary to form an (electromagnetic signal) shielding layer between different wirings to avoid signal crosstalk between different wirings, which increases the difficulty of manufacturing the flexible circuit board.

[0035] At least one embodiment of the present disclosure provides a flexible circuit board, the flexible circuit board comprising: a first substrate, a body sub-circuit board and a bridge sub-circuit board provided on the first substrate, the body sub-circuit board comprising a first bridge end, a second bridge end, a first wiring portion and a second wiring portion, the first wiring portion and the second wiring portion being spaced apart from each other and electrically connected to the first bridge end and the second bridge end, respectively; the bridge sub-circuit board comprising a second substrate, a third bridge end, a fourth bridge end and a third wiring portion provided on the second substrate, the third bridge end and the fourth bridge end being electrically connected by the third wiring portion, the first substrate and the second substrate are not in direct contact with each other, and the bridge sub-circuit board is configured to be attached to the body sub-circuit board by electrically connecting the third bridge end and the fourth bridge end to the first bridge end and the second bridge end, respectively.

[0036] An electronic device module according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure includes an electronic device substrate and the above-mentioned flexible circuit substrate, the electronic device substrate includes a first functional circuit structure, and a first functional wiring of the flexible circuit substrate is electrically connected to the first functional circuit structure.

[0037] At least one embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device including the electronic device module described above.

[0038] The following describes the flexible circuit board and its manufacturing method, electronic device module, and electronic device of the present disclosure through several specific embodiments.

[0039] Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a flexible circuit board, and Fig. 1A is a schematic plan view of the flexible circuit board. As shown in Fig. 1A, the flexible circuit board 10 includes a main body sub-circuit board 100 and a bridge sub-circuit board 200, and the bridge sub-circuit board 200 is electrically connected to the main body sub-circuit board 100.

[0040] 2 is a schematic plan view of the main body sub-circuit board 100. As shown in FIG. 2, the main body sub-circuit board 100 includes a first board, a first bridge end 101, a second bridge end 102, a first wiring portion 103, and a second wiring portion 104 provided on the first board, and the first wiring portion 103 and the second wiring portion 104 are arranged at a predetermined space (interval) from each other and are electrically connected to the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102, respectively. For example, the first bridge end 101 includes a plurality of first touch pads, and the second bridge end 102 includes a plurality of second touch pads. For example, the first wiring portion 103 includes a plurality of wires whose one ends are electrically connected to the plurality of first touch pads included in the first bridge end 101 in one-to-one correspondence, and the second wiring portion 104 also includes a plurality of wires whose one ends are electrically connected to the plurality of second touch pads included in the first bridge end 102 in one-to-one correspondence. In the figure, two wires included in first wiring section 103 and two wires included in second wiring section 104 are shown, but the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to this.

[0041] 3 is a schematic plan view of the bridge sub-circuit board 200. As shown in FIG. 3, the bridge sub-circuit board 200 includes a second substrate, a third bridge end 201, a fourth bridge end 202, and a third wiring portion 203 provided on the second substrate, and the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 are electrically connected by the third wiring portion 203. For example, the third bridge end 201 includes a plurality of third touch pads, the fourth bridge end 202 includes a plurality of fourth touch pads, and the third wiring portion 203 includes a plurality of wires, one end of which is electrically connected to the plurality of third touch pads included in the third bridge end 201 in one-to-one correspondence, and the other end of which is electrically connected to the plurality of fourth touch pads included in the fourth bridge end 202 in one-to-one correspondence. Although two wires included in the third wiring portion 203 are shown in the figure, the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0042] The bridge sub-circuit board 200 is configured to be mounted on the main body sub-circuit board 100 by electrically connecting the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 to the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102, respectively. When the bridge sub-circuit board 200 is mounted on the main body sub-circuit board 100, the first wiring portion 103, the third wiring portion 203 and the second wiring portion 104 are electrically connected in sequence to obtain a first functional wiring, so that an electrical signal may be transmitted from the first wiring portion 103 to the second wiring portion 104 via the third wiring portion 203, or from the second wiring portion 104 to the first wiring portion 103 via the third wiring portion 203.

[0043] For example, FIG. 1A shows that the bridge sub-circuit board 200 is attached to the body sub-circuit board 100 by bonding the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 to the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102, respectively, and in some embodiments, the body sub-circuit board 100 and the bridge sub-circuit board 200 may be in a state waiting to be connected, i.e., independent body sub-circuit boards 100 and bridge sub-circuit boards 200 are also within the scope of the present disclosure.

[0044] 2, the flexible circuit board 10 may further include a first control circuit coupling structure 105 provided on the main body sub-circuit board 100. For example, the first control circuit coupling structure 105 includes a plurality of touch pads for mounting the first control circuit, and some of the plurality of touch pads are electrically connected in one-to-one correspondence to the other ends of the plurality of wirings included in the first wiring section 103. The first control circuit coupling structure 105 is configured to supply a first electrical signal to the first functional wiring or receive a first electrical signal from the first functional wiring.

[0045] For example, the first control circuit may be a driving IC chip. The manner of coupling the driving IC chip to the flexible circuit board (i.e., packaging manner) is various, such as a tape carrier package (TCP) and a chip on film (COF) package. In the TCP manner, the flexible circuit board has a plurality of touch pads, and a plurality of pins of the driving IC chip are welded (e.g., eutectic welding) to the plurality of touch pads of the flexible circuit board in one-to-one correspondence, or are electrically connected to the plurality of touch pads of the flexible circuit board in one-to-one correspondence by anisotropic conductive adhesive (ACF), and at least the welded portion is protected by epoxy resin or the like, and a slit (Slit) may be formed in the package portion to improve the flexibility of the flexible circuit board by the TCP manner. In the COF packaging manner, the flexible circuit board has a plurality of touch pads, and a plurality of pins of the driving IC chip are directly pressed against the plurality of touch pads of the flexible circuit board by the ACF, so that the plurality of pins of the driving IC chip are electrically connected to the plurality of touch pads of the flexible circuit board in one-to-one correspondence. For example, the size, arrangement, etc. of the touch pads for coupling to the driving IC chips on the flexible circuit board can be adjusted according to different types of packaging methods or driving IC chips to be packaged, for example, these touch pads may be arranged in a long or rectangular shape. The embodiments of the present disclosure do not limit the packaging method of the driving IC chips.

[0046] For example, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2 , the main body sub-circuit board 100 of the flexible circuit board 10 may further include a second functional wiring 106, the second functional wiring 106 including a plurality of wires, and another touch pad of the first control circuit coupling structure 105 is electrically connected in one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of wires included in the second functional wiring 106, in which case the first control circuit attached to the first control circuit coupling structure 105 is further configured to provide a second electrical signal to the second functional wiring 106 or receive a second electrical signal from the second functional wiring 106.

[0047] For example, in some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1A and 2, the main body sub-circuit board 100 of the flexible circuit board 10 further includes a third functional wiring 107, which is located between the first wiring portion 103 and the second wiring portion 104 and penetrates a predetermined space between the first wiring portion 103 and the second wiring portion 104, and for example, the third functional wiring 107 intersects with the bridge sub-circuit board 200 attached to the main body sub-circuit board 100 in a direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the main body sub-circuit board 100. In this case, the third wiring portion 203 on the bridge sub-circuit board 200 electrically connects the first wiring portion 103 and the second partial wiring 104 located on both sides of the main body sub-circuit board 100 across the third functional wiring 107, thus avoiding the formation of crossed wiring in the main body sub-circuit board 100 itself, and further avoiding or reducing the occurrence of signal crosstalk between different wirings, or avoiding the addition of an additional functional layer to prevent signal crosstalk, thereby avoiding the complication of the circuit board structure, and this design also simplifies the wiring layout of the main body sub-circuit board 100 and simplifies the manufacturing process of the main body sub-circuit board.

[0048] 2, the first wiring portion 103, the second wiring portion 104, and the third functional wiring 107 are wired in the same direction, for example, parallel or substantially parallel (as long as the wiring does not cross), for example, parallel in the vertical direction shown in the figure. This eliminates the crossing of the multiple types of wiring on the main body sub-circuit board 100, and makes the wiring layout simpler. For example, in some embodiments, these wirings may be arranged on the same wiring layer, thereby reducing the number of wiring layers and simplifying the layered structure of the flexible circuit board.

[0049] For example, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1B and FIG. 2, the flexible circuit board 10 may further include a second control circuit coupling structure 108 provided on the main body sub-circuit board 100. For example, the second control circuit coupling structure 108 includes a plurality of touch pads for mounting the second control circuit, and at least a portion of the plurality of touch pads is electrically connected to one end of the third functional wiring 107 in one-to-one correspondence. The second control circuit coupling structure 108 is configured to provide a third electrical signal to the third functional wiring 107 or to receive a third electrical signal from the third functional wiring 107. For example, the third functional wiring 107 is divided into two parts, and a first part of the third functional wiring 107 is electrically connected to a first end (shown as a lower end in the figures) of the second control circuit coupling structure 108, and a second part of the third functional wiring 107 is electrically connected between a second end (shown as an upper end in the figures) of the second control circuit coupling structure 108 and a touch pad (described below) formed on one side edge of the main body sub-circuit board 100.

[0050] For example, the second control circuit may be a driving IC chip. The first control circuit and the second control circuit are used to realize different driving functions. As mentioned above, the manner of coupling the driving IC chip to the flexible circuit board may be, for example, a tape carrier package (TCP), a chip on film (COF) package, etc. For example, the second control circuit coupling structure 108 includes a plurality of touch pads for connecting with the driving IC chip. Similarly, the size, arrangement, etc. of these touch pads may be adjusted according to different types of packaging manners or driving IC chips to be packaged, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not particularly limited thereto.

[0051] 4A and 4B, in some embodiments, the first control circuit coupling structure 105 may be formed on the bridge sub-circuit board 200, in which the first wiring portion 103 and the second wiring portion 104 are electrically connected to the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102, respectively, in the main body sub-circuit board 100, and the third wiring portion 203 is divided into two portions, a first portion of the third wiring portion 203 is electrically connected between the first control circuit coupling structure 105 and the third bridge end 201, and a second portion of the third wiring portion 203 is electrically connected between the first control circuit coupling structure 105 and the fourth bridge end 202. Thus, the first wiring portion 103 and the second wiring portion 104 on the main body sub-circuit board 100 are electrically connected to the first control circuit coupling structure 105 on the bridge sub-circuit board 200, respectively.

[0052] 1C , there may be a plurality of bridge sub-circuit boards 200 (two in the figure), in which case the plurality of bridge sub-circuit boards 200 may be simultaneously attached to the body sub-circuit board 100. For example, the body sub-circuit board 100 includes a plurality of first bridge ends 101 and a plurality of second bridge ends 102, and each of the plurality of bridge sub-circuit boards 200 is attached to the body sub-circuit board 100 by electrically connecting its plurality of third bridge ends 201 and its plurality of fourth bridge ends 202 to the plurality of first bridge ends 101 and the plurality of second bridge ends 102.

[0053] It should be noted that, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1C , there are two bridge sub-circuit boards 200, but the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the number of bridge sub-circuit boards 200 can be selected according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the number of bridge sub-circuit boards 200.

[0054] In addition, the embodiments of the present disclosure are not particularly limited in terms of the installation manner of the bridge sub-circuit board 200. For example, in the above embodiment, the bridge sub-circuit board 200 is installed horizontally, thereby bridging-connecting the wiring on both the left and right sides of the main body sub-circuit board 100, and the wiring located in the middle part of the main body sub-circuit board 100 passes under the bridge sub-circuit board 200. In some other embodiments, as shown in FIG 1D, the installation direction of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 may be vertically bridge-connected, thereby bridging-connecting the wiring on both the top and bottom sides of the main body sub-circuit board 100, and the wiring on both the left and right sides of the main body sub-circuit board 100 passes under the bridge sub-circuit board 200.

[0055] For example, Figure 5A shows a schematic plan view of another main body sub-circuit board according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which uses a different shape and circuit layout from the above embodiment.

[0056] For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the main body sub-circuit board is elongated, and the arrangement of the structures of the first bridge end 101, the second bridge end 102, the first wiring part 103, the second wiring part 104, and the second functional wiring 106 of the main body sub-circuit board is similar to that of the main body sub-circuit board of the above embodiment. As for the difference from the main body sub-circuit board of the above embodiment, in the main body sub-circuit board shown in FIG. 5, the third wiring part 107 extends from the middle part of the main body sub-circuit board, and faces the left side of the main body sub-circuit board at one side (shown as the lower side in the figure) of the main body sub-circuit board, and is electrically connected to the wiring connection end 111 on the left side of the main body sub-circuit board. There are a plurality of touch pads on the wiring connection end 111, and the plurality of wires of the third wiring part 107 are electrically connected to the plurality of touch pads on the wiring connection end 111 in one-to-one correspondence. For example, the wiring connection end 111 may be used for electrical connection with other electronic devices or control chips, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0057] For example, in some embodiments, the main body sub-circuit board may have a single-layer wiring structure or a multi-layer wiring structure (eg, a two-layer wiring structure or a three-layer wiring structure), and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.

[0058] For example, FIG. 6A shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a main body sub-circuit board according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The cross-sectional view is taken along line AA in FIG. 2, for example. In these embodiments, the main body sub-circuit board 100 has a single-layer wiring structure. As shown in FIG. 6A, the main body sub-circuit board 100 includes a first substrate 1001, a first main body wiring layer 1002 located on one side of the first substrate 1001 and stacked thereon, and a first main body insulating layer 1003. The first main body wiring layer 1002 includes structures such as a first wiring portion 103, a second wiring portion 104, a first bridge end 101, and a second bridge end 102, and the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 are exposed from the first main body insulating layer 1003. For example, the first body insulating layer 1003 serves as a protective layer to structurally and electrically protect the first body wiring layer 1002, and for example, the first body insulating layer 1003 can be bonded to the first body wiring layer 1002 and the first substrate 1001 via an adhesive layer (not shown). For example, an opening 1013 is formed in the first body insulating layer 1003, and in the opening 1013, for example, a portion of the exposed first wiring layer 1002 corresponding to the first bridge end 101 or the second bridge end 102 can be surface-treated (for example, a solder layer is plated), thereby forming a plurality of patterned touch pads to form the first bridge end 101 or the second bridge end 102 correspondingly.

[0059] For example, if the main body sub-circuit board further includes second functional wiring 106 and third functional wiring 107, the second functional wiring 106 and the third functional wiring 107 are also disposed on the first wiring layer 1002. In this case, the main body sub-circuit board has a single-layer wiring structure having a single wiring layer.

[0060] For example, Fig. 6B shows a schematic cross-sectional view of another main body sub-circuit board according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The cross-sectional view is taken along line AA in Fig. 2. In these embodiments, the main body sub-circuit board 100 has a multi-layer wiring structure. In the following, an example in which the main body sub-circuit board 100 has a two-layer wiring structure will be described with reference to Fig. 6B, but the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.

[0061] As shown in FIG. 6B, in this example, the main body sub-circuit board 100 comprises a first substrate 1001, a first main body wiring layer 1002 and a first main body insulating layer 1003 located and stacked on a first side (shown as the upper side in the figure) of the first substrate 1001, and further comprises a second main body wiring layer 1004 and a second main body insulating layer 1005 located and stacked on a second side (shown as the lower side in the figure) of the first substrate 1001. The first body insulating layer 1003 structurally and electrically protects the first body wiring layer 1002 as a protective layer; for example, the first body insulating layer 1003 can be bonded to the first body wiring layer 1002 and the first substrate 1001 via an adhesive layer (not shown); the second insulating layer 1005 structurally and electrically protects the second body wiring layer 1004 as a protective layer; for example, the second body insulating layer 1005 can be bonded to the second body wiring layer 1004 and the first substrate 1001 via an adhesive layer (not shown).

[0062] For example, in some examples, the first main body wiring layer 1002 includes a first wiring portion 103 and a second wiring portion 104, in which case the first wiring portion 103 and the second wiring portion 104 may be arranged to cross the first main body wiring layer 1002 and the second main body wiring layer 1004, and for example, the first wiring portion 103 may be arranged such that two adjacent wires on the surface of the main body sub-circuit board 100 are located in the first main body wiring layer 1002 and the second main body wiring layer 1004, respectively, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the wires. For example, the second wiring portion 104 may be installed in a similar manner.

[0063] For example, if the main body sub-circuit board further includes second functional wiring 106 and third functional wiring 107, the second functional wiring 106 and the third functional wiring 107 may also be arranged to cross the first main body wiring layer 1002 and the second main body wiring layer 1004. Alternatively, the first main body wiring layer 1002 may include the first wiring portion 103 and the second wiring portion 104, and the second main body wiring layer 1004 may include the second functional wiring 106 and the third functional wiring 107, that is, different functional wirings can be set for each wiring layer. The embodiment of the present disclosure does not particularly limit the wiring layout on the main body sub-circuit board 100.

[0064] For example, in the embodiment shown in Figure 5A, when the first wiring section 103, the second wiring section 104, the second functional wiring 106 and the third functional wiring 107 on the main body sub-circuit board 100 are arranged to cross the first main body wiring layer 1002 and the second main body wiring layer 1004, a schematic plan view of the first main body wiring layer 1002 is shown in Figure 5A and a schematic plan view of the second main body wiring layer 1004 is shown in Figure 5B. In this case, the arrangement of each wiring in the second main body wiring layer 1004 is similar to that of the first main body wiring layer 1002, and each wiring in the second main body wiring layer 1004 is electrically connected to the first main body wiring layer 1002 through a via (for example, the black dots shown in Figure 5B) and exposed from the corresponding insulating layer to form a bridge end.

[0065] For example, in some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 6B, the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 are exposed from the first body insulating layer 1003. For example, similarly, an opening 1013 can be formed in the first body insulating layer 1003, and in the opening 1013, for example, a portion of the exposed first body wiring layer 1002 corresponding to the first bridge end 101 or the second bridge end 102 can be surface treated, thereby forming a patterned plurality of touch pads to form the first bridge end 101 or the second bridge end 102 correspondingly; similarly, for wiring located in the second body wiring layer 1004, a bridge end can be formed by passing through the via 1011 of the first substrate 1001, the first body wiring layer 1002, and the opening 1013 of the first body insulating layer 1003. For example, the via 1011 of the first substrate 1001 and the opening 1013 of the first body insulating layer 1003 are offset from each other, so that the position of the opening 1013 is flat in the manufacturing process, making it easy to form the touch pad.

[0066] For example, in some embodiments, the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 may be exposed on different sides of the main body sub-circuit board, and thus the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 can be provided on different sides of the main body sub-circuit board.

[0067] For example, FIG. 7A shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a main body sub-circuit board according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The cross-sectional view is taken along line CC in FIG. 2. In this embodiment, the main body sub-circuit board has a single-layer wiring structure. As shown in FIG. 6A, the first bridge end 101 of the main body sub-circuit board is exposed from the first body insulating layer 1003, and the second bridge end 102 is exposed from the first substrate 1001, thereby providing the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 on different sides of the main body sub-circuit board.

[0068] For example, Fig. 7B shows a schematic cross-sectional view of another main body sub-circuit board according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The cross-sectional view is taken, for example, along line CC in Fig. 2. In this embodiment, the main body sub-circuit board has a two-layer wiring structure. As shown in Fig. 6B, the first bridge end 101 of the main body sub-circuit board is exposed from the first body insulating layer 1003, and the second bridge end 102 is exposed from the second body insulating layer 1005, thereby providing the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 on different sides of the main body sub-circuit board.

[0069] For example, in some embodiments, the main body sub-circuit board may have a multi-layer wiring structure such as a three-layer wiring structure or a four-layer wiring structure. In this case, the wiring of each part of the main body sub-circuit board, such as the first wiring portion, the second wiring portion, the second functional wiring, and the third functional wiring, may be arranged in a multi-layer wiring layer. For example, the first wiring portion, the second wiring portion, the second functional wiring, and the third functional wiring are arranged to cross each other in the multi-layer wiring layer, or are each arranged in a different wiring layer. The embodiments of the present disclosure do not particularly limit the number of wiring layers of the main body sub-circuit board and the arrangement of the wiring.

[0070] Similarly, the bridge sub-circuit board may have a single-layer wiring structure or a multi-layer wiring structure. For example, FIG. 8A shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a bridge sub-circuit board according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The cross-sectional view is taken, for example, along line BB in FIG. 3A. In these embodiments, the bridge sub-circuit board 200 has a single-layer wiring structure.

[0071] 8A , the bridge sub-circuit substrate 200 includes a second substrate 2001, a first bridge wiring layer 2002 located on a first side (shown as the upper side in the figure) of the second substrate 2001, and a first bridge insulating layer 2003, and the first bridge wiring layer 2002 includes a third wiring portion 203. Similarly, the first bridge insulating layer 2003 serves as a protective layer to structurally and electrically protect the first bridge wiring layer 2002, and for example, the first bridge insulating layer 2003 may be bonded to the first bridge wiring layer 2002 and the second substrate 2001 via an adhesive layer (not shown).

[0072] For example, the second substrate 2001 has an opening 2011, and in the opening 2011, for example, a portion of the exposed first bridge wiring layer 2002 corresponding to the third bridge end 201 or the fourth bridge end 202 can be surface-treated, thereby forming a plurality of patterned touch pads to correspondingly form the third bridge end 201 or the fourth bridge end 202.

[0073] For example, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8B , the bridge sub-circuit board 200 may further include a shielding layer 2006 disposed on a side of the second substrate 2001 away from the first bridge wiring layer 2002. For example, the shielding layer 2006 may be grounded, thereby providing an electromagnetic shielding effect and preventing signal crosstalk between the wiring of the main substrate and the bridge sub-circuit board. For example, the shielding layer 2006 may have a hollow structure 2016, which corresponds to the opening 2011 of the second substrate 2001 to expose the third bridge end 201 or the fourth bridge end 202.

[0074] For example, Figure 8C illustrates a schematic cross-sectional view of another bridge sub-circuit board according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, for example, taken along line BB in Figure 3A. In these embodiments, the bridge sub-circuit board 200 has a multi-layer structure, and hereinafter, the bridge sub-circuit board 200 will be described with reference to Figure 8C as having a two-layer structure, but the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.

[0075] 8C , the bridge sub-circuit substrate 200 includes a second substrate 2001, a first bridge wiring layer 2002 located on a first side (shown as the upper side in the figure) of the second substrate 2001, and a first bridge insulating layer 2003, and the first bridge wiring layer 2002 includes a third wiring portion 203.

[0076] For example, as shown in FIG. 8C, the bridge sub-circuit board 200 may further include a second bridge wiring layer 2004 located on a second side (shown as the lower side in the figure) facing the first side of the second board 2001, and a second bridge insulating layer 2005 laminated on the second bridge wiring layer 2004. For example, the second bridge wiring layer 2004 may include a third wiring portion 203, and in this case, the third wiring portion 203 may be arranged to cross the first bridge wiring layer 2002 and the second bridge wiring layer 2004. For example, the third wiring portion 203 allows two adjacent wirings on the surface of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 to be located in the first bridge wiring layer 2002 and the second bridge wiring layer 2004, respectively, which makes it easier to arrange the wirings. For example, the dashed lines in FIG. 8D indicate that the wiring portions located on both sides of the second bridge wiring layer 2004 are not electrically connected.

[0077] For example, the third wiring portion 203 located on the first side of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 is exposed and drawn out from the via 2011 of the second board 2001 and the opening 2015 of the second bridge insulating layer 2005, and formed into a plurality of touch pads patterned, for example, by surface treatment, to form the third bridge end 201 or the fourth bridge end 202. For example, the opening 2015 of the second bridge insulating layer 2005 may be formed at the position indicated by the dashed frame in FIG. 8C or at any other suitable position, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0078] 8D, in some embodiments, the bridge sub-circuit board 200 may further include a shielding layer 2006 located on the second side of the second board 2001, for example, on the side of the second bridge insulating layer 2005 away from the second board 2001. For example, the shielding layer 2006 may be grounded and may have an effect of electromagnetic shielding. For example, the shielding layer 2006 may have a hollow structure 2016 at a position corresponding to the opening 2015 of the second bridge insulating layer 2005, thereby exposing the third bridge end 201 or the fourth bridge end 202.

[0079] For example, the second side is closer to the main body sub-circuit board 100 than the first side when the bridge sub-circuit board 200 is attached to the main body sub-circuit board 100. This allows the shielding layer 2006 to be located between the wiring layer of the main body sub-circuit board 100 and the wiring layer of the bridge sub-circuit board 200, and the shielding layer 2006 can prevent signal crosstalk from occurring between the wiring layer of the main body sub-circuit board 100 and the wiring layer of the bridge sub-circuit board 200.

[0080] For example, in some embodiments, the second bridge wiring layer 2004 may be a ground layer having a plurality of ground wires. In this case, the third wiring portion 203 may be entirely provided in the first bridge wiring layer 2002. As a result, a ground layer is further provided between the wiring layer of the main body sub-circuit board 100 and the wiring layer of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 to further prevent the occurrence of signal crosstalk between the wiring layer of the main body sub-circuit board 100 and the wiring layer of the bridge sub-circuit board 200. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the third wiring portion 203 may be partially provided in the first bridge wiring layer 2002 and the remaining portion in the second bridge wiring layer 2004. In this case, the ground wire of the second bridge wiring layer 2004 may be arranged to cross a part of the wire of the third wiring portion 203. As a result, the second bridge wiring layer 2004 can also function to prevent signal crosstalk.

[0081] When the bridge sub-circuit board has both a ground layer and a shield layer 2006, the ground layer 2004 and the shield layer 2006 can achieve a double shielding effect, preventing signal crosstalk between each wiring of the main body sub-circuit board 100 and each wiring of the bridge sub-circuit board 200.

[0082] For example, in some embodiments, the bridge sub-circuit board 200 may further include an insulating layer (not shown) located on the outer side (i.e., the side away from the second substrate 2001) of the shielding layer 2006 to protect the shielding layer 2006, and the insulating layer may be bonded to the shielding layer 2006 via, for example, an adhesive layer. The insulating layer may further include an opening for exposing the bridge end corresponding to the opening 2015 and the hollow structure 2016. For example, the via 2011 of the second substrate 2001 and the opening 2015 of the second bridge insulating layer 2005 are offset from each other, so that the position of the opening 1015 is flat in the manufacturing process, and the touch pad can be easily formed.

[0083] For example, in some embodiments, each of the third bridge end 201 or the fourth bridge end 202 of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 may be exposed on a different side of the bridge sub-circuit board 200, thereby providing the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 on different sides of the bridge sub-circuit board 200.

[0084] For example, Figure 9A illustrates a schematic cross-sectional view of another bridge sub-circuit board according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The cross-sectional view is, for example, taken along line DD in Figure 3A. In this embodiment, the bridge sub-circuit board has a single-layer wiring structure. For example, as shown in Figure 8A, the third bridge end 201 of the bridge sub-circuit board is exposed from the second substrate 2001, and as shown in Figure 9A, the fourth bridge end 202 is exposed from the opening 2013 of the first bridge insulating layer 2003, thereby providing the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 on different sides of the bridge sub-circuit board.

[0085] For example, Figure 9B illustrates a schematic cross-sectional view of another bridge sub-circuit board according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The cross-sectional view is taken, for example, along line DD in Figure 3A. In this embodiment, the bridge sub-circuit board has a two-layer wiring structure. For example, as shown in Figure 8C, the third bridge end 201 of the bridge sub-circuit board is exposed from the second bridge insulating layer 2005, and as shown in Figure 9B, the fourth bridge end 202 is exposed from the opening 2013 of the first bridge insulating layer 2003, thereby providing the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 on different sides of the bridge sub-circuit board.

[0086] For example, in some embodiments, the bridge sub-circuit board may have a multi-layer wiring structure, such as a three-layer wiring structure or a four-layer wiring structure. In this case, the third wiring portion on the bridge sub-circuit board may be disposed in the multi-layer wiring layer. For example, the third wiring portion may be disposed to cross the multi-layer wiring layer. The embodiments of the present disclosure do not particularly limit the number of wiring layers of the bridge sub-circuit board and the arrangement of the wiring.

[0087] For example, in some embodiments, when the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 of the body sub-circuit board are disposed on different sides of the body sub-circuit board, and the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 of the bridge sub-circuit board are also disposed on different sides of the bridge sub-circuit board, the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 of the bridge sub-circuit board may be electrically connected to the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 on the different sides of the body sub-circuit board, respectively. When the end 101 and the second bridge end 102 are provided on different sides of the body sub-circuit board, and the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 of the bridge sub-circuit board are provided on the same side of the bridge sub-circuit board, the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 of the bridge sub-circuit board may be electrically connected to the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 on different sides of the body sub-circuit board, respectively, by bending, so that the bridge sub-circuit board is bridge-connected to the body sub-circuit board like a “hairpin”.

[0088] For example, the first substrate 1001 and the second substrate 2001 may be made of a flexible material such as polyimide or polyester, each wiring layer can be made of a metal material or an alloy material such as copper, silver, aluminum, each insulating layer uses an insulating material such as polyimide or polyester, the ground layer 2004 uses a metal material (e.g., a copper layer or copper foil), the shielding layer 2006 includes an insulating base and a conductive material filled in the insulating base, for example, the insulating base uses epoxy resin, and the filled conductive material is copper powder, graphite powder, etc., but in some embodiments, the shielding layer 2006 may be a metal material, and the present disclosure does not particularly limit the material of each functional layer, and the adhesive layer uses epoxy resin or polyethylene, etc.

[0089] For example, the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 are respectively connected to the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 of the body sub-circuit board 100 by an anisotropic conductive adhesive, a welding material, or a connector. For example, the connector may include a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) connector or a Board to Board (BTB) connector, and the embodiment of the present disclosure does not particularly limit the connection manner of each bridge end.

[0090] For example, in one example, a board-mounted connector is used to connect the main body sub-circuit board 100 and the bridge sub-circuit board 200. In this case, the connector includes a male connector and a female connector that fit with each other. For example, a female connector is provided at the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 of the main body sub-circuit board 100, and a male connector is provided at the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 of the bridge sub-circuit board 200, so that the bridge sub-circuit board 200 and the main body sub-circuit board 100 are connected by plugging the male connector into the female connector.

[0091] A flexible circuit board according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a body sub-circuit board and a bridge sub-circuit board, and the bridge sub-circuit board bridges wirings located on both sides of the body sub-circuit board, thereby preventing wirings from crossing on the body sub-circuit board, thereby preventing or reducing signal crosstalk, or avoiding the addition of an additional functional layer for preventing signal crosstalk, thereby avoiding the complication of the circuit board structure. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the body sub-circuit board and the bridge sub-circuit board have a simple single-layer or two-layer structure, which makes the wiring layout simpler and reduces the difficulty of manufacturing the body sub-circuit board and the bridge sub-circuit board.

[0092] Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electronic device module, and Fig. 10A shows a schematic diagram of the electronic device module. As shown in Fig. 10A, the electronic device module 1 includes an electronic device board 11 and any of the above-mentioned flexible circuit boards 10, and the electronic device board 11 includes a first functional circuit structure 20. The first functional wiring (including a first wiring portion 103, a second wiring portion 104 and a third wiring portion 203) of the flexible circuit board 10 is electrically connected to the first functional circuit structure 20.

[0093] For example, in some embodiments, the flexible circuit board 10 further includes a second functional wiring 106, the first functional circuit structure 20 includes a first signal transmission portion 21 and a second signal transmission portion 22, the first functional wiring is electrically connected to the first signal transmission portion 21, and the second functional wiring 106 is electrically connected to the second signal transmission portion 22.

[0094] For example, in some embodiments, the electronic device substrate 11 further comprises a second functional circuit structure 23 , and the flexible circuit board further comprises a third functional trace 107 electrically connected to the second functional circuit structure 23 .

[0095] For example, in some embodiments, the electronic device substrate 11 is a substrate having a display function and a touch function, in which the first functional circuit structure 20 is a touch circuit structure, and the second functional circuit structure 23 is a display circuit structure. In other embodiments, the electronic device substrate 11 is a substrate having a display function and a fingerprint identification function, in which the first functional circuit structure 20 is a fingerprint identification circuit structure, for example, the fingerprint identification circuit structure is a capacitive fingerprint identification circuit, including a sensing driving electrode and a sensing induction electrode arranged crosswise, and the second functional circuit structure 23 is a display circuit structure. In the following, the first functional circuit structure 20 is taken as an example to be a touch circuit structure.

[0096] For example, the installation form of the touch circuit structure on the electronic device board 11 may be built-in or external. The form of the touch circuit structure may be capacitive, for example, a mutual capacitance touch circuit structure. For example, the mutual capacitance touch circuit structure includes a plurality of first electrodes extending along a first direction and a plurality of second electrodes extending along a second direction (crossing the first direction), and a detection capacitor is formed at the intersection of the two sets of electrodes, that is, the two sets of electrodes respectively constitute two poles of a capacitor. When a finger touches the touch circuit structure, it affects the coupling state between the two electrodes near the touch point, so that the capacitance of the detection capacitor between the two electrodes changes. According to the capacitance change data of the touch circuit structure and the coordinate of each capacitance, the coordinate of each touch point can be obtained. When detecting the capacitance, the horizontal electrodes send excitation signals in sequence as a touch driving circuit, and the vertical electrodes receive signals simultaneously or in sequence as a touch guidance circuit, and thus the capacitance values of the intersections of all the horizontal and vertical electrodes, that is, the capacitance of the two-dimensional plane of the entire touch structure can be obtained. Thus, even if there are multiple touch points on a touch structure, the actual coordinates of each touch point can be determined.

[0097] For example, in the above case, the first signal transmission unit 21 may include a touch drive wiring electrically connected to the touch drive (Tx) circuit of the touch circuit, and the second signal transmission unit 22 may include a touch induction wiring electrically connected to the touch induction (Rx) circuit of the touch circuit. In this case, the first control circuit 1051 is a touch drive IC, which can provide an excitation signal to the touch drive circuit through the touch drive wiring or receive an induction signal of the touch induction circuit through the touch induction wiring, and can determine and respond to the touch position based on the signal. For example, in the above example, the touch drive circuit is bridge-connected, and the touch induction circuit is directly electrically connected to the first control circuit coupling structure 105, so that the distance between the touch induction circuit and the first control circuit coupling structure 105 is shorter, that is, the distance between the touch induction circuit and the first control circuit 1051 mounted thereon, that is, the touch drive IC, is shorter, so that the path of the induction signal received by the touch induction circuit to be transmitted to the touch drive IC is shorter, so that the induction signal is less likely to be subjected to signal interference, and thus the touch operation can be made more accurate. For example, as shown in the figure, the touch driving wiring and the touch guidance wiring extend on the same side (the lower side of the figure) of the electronic device substrate 11, and are electrically connected to the touch pad 211 and the touch pad 221 formed on the same side, respectively.

[0098] For example, in another embodiment of the present disclosure, the first signal transmission unit 21 may include a touch induction wiring electrically connected to a touch induction (Rx) circuit of the touch circuit, and the second signal transmission unit 22 may include a touch drive wiring electrically connected to a touch drive (Tx) circuit of the touch circuit, in which case the touch induction circuit is bridge-connected, and the touch drive circuit is directly electrically connected to the first control circuit coupling structure 105, so that the touch drive circuit has a shorter distance from the first control circuit coupling structure 105, i.e., a shorter distance from the first control circuit 1051 mounted thereon, i.e., a touch drive IC, so that in this embodiment, the touch drive signal in the touch drive circuit is less likely to be subjected to signal interference.

[0099] For example, the flexible circuit board 10 has a wiring connection end 110 equipped with a plurality of touch pads on one side (e.g., the upper side in the figure), the other ends of the plurality of wirings included in the second wiring portion 104 are electrically connected in one-to-one correspondence to a portion of the touch pad of the wiring connection end 110, the other ends of the plurality of wirings included in the second functional wiring 106 are electrically connected in one-to-one correspondence to the other portion of the touch pad of the wiring connection end 110, and the other ends of the plurality of wirings included in the third functional wiring 107 are electrically connected in one-to-one correspondence to the other portion of the touch pad of the wiring connection end 110. For example, some of the touch pads electrically connected to the second wiring portion 104, the third functional wiring 107, and the second functional wiring 106 are provided at intervals or continuously on the wiring connection end 110, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto. For example, when the number of wirings in the second wiring section 104, the third functional wiring 107 and the second functional wiring 106 is large, the touchpads connected thereto are continuously arranged at the wiring connection end 110, and when the number of wirings in the second wiring section 104, the third functional wiring 107 and the second functional wiring 106 is small, the touchpads connected thereto are spaced apart at the wiring connection end 110. In this case, for example, multiple sets of spaced apart touchpads as shown in FIG. 10A can be formed.

[0100] For example, the wiring connection end 110 is provided in a wiring connection area 110A of the main body sub-circuit board (i.e., the shaded area below the wiring connection end 110 in the figure), and the wiring connection area 110A does not have a structure such as a shielding layer, but only has a wiring layer and a part of an insulating layer. Therefore, the transparency of the wiring connection area 110A is high, and in the process of bonding the flexible circuit board 10 to the electronic device board 11, clear alignment can be achieved, and accurate electrical connection between the flexible circuit board 10 and the electronic device board 11 can be facilitated.

[0101] For example, when the flexible circuit board 10 is coupled to the electronic device board 11, the touch pad of the wiring connection end 110 on the flexible circuit board 10 side can be directly pressed together with the touch pad on the electronic device board 11 side. For example, in some embodiments, the touch pad of the wiring connection end 110 on the flexible circuit board 10 side and the touch pad on the electronic device board 11 side are electrically connected to each other via ACF or the like, so that the first functional wiring of the flexible circuit board 10 is electrically connected to the touch driving wiring connected to the first signal transmission unit 21 via the touch pad 211, and the second functional wiring of the flexible circuit board is electrically connected to the touch guidance wiring connected to the second signal transmission unit 22 via the touch pad 221, so that the first functional wiring and the second functional wiring of the flexible circuit board 10 are electrically connected to the touch circuit structure of the electronic device board 11.

[0102] For example, the second functional circuit structure 23, i.e., the display circuit structure, comprises a number of data lines (further comprising grid lines, etc.), the number of data lines being electrically connected to the pixel units respectively, the number of data lines extending to one side (the lower side of the figure) of the electronic device substrate 11, and electrically connected to the touch pad 231 formed on the side. For an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display substrate, the pixel unit comprises a display driving circuit, for example, the display driving circuit comprises a number of transistors, capacitors and light emitting devices, etc., and is formed in various forms, for example, 2T1C, 3T1C, or 7T1C. For example, when the flexible circuit board 10 is coupled to the electronic device substrate 11, the number of touch pads on the wiring connection end 110 of the flexible circuit board 10 can also electrically connect the third functional wiring of the flexible circuit board and the data lines of the second functional circuit structure 23 through the touch pad 231, so that the third functional wiring of the flexible circuit board 10 can be electrically connected to the display circuit structure of the electronic device substrate 11.

[0103] For example, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 10B , the main body sub-circuit board 100 may further include a second control circuit coupling structure 108 and a second control circuit 1081 provided in the second control circuit coupling structure 108, in which case the second control circuit 1081 is a display driving IC that can supply data signals to the display driving circuit, so that the light-emitting state of the light-emitting device can be controlled according to the data signals supplied by the display driving IC to realize various display effects.

[0104] For a liquid crystal display (LCD) substrate, the pixel unit includes a switching element, a first electrode (pixel electrode) and a second electrode (common electrode) for controlling the deflection of the liquid crystal, and the switching element is electrically connected to the first electrode. The second functional circuit structure 23, i.e., the display circuit structure, includes a number of data lines respectively connected to the pixel units, in which the second control circuit is a display driving IC, which can control the twist state of the liquid crystal by supplying different data voltage signals to the pixel units via the data lines to achieve a variety of different display effects.

[0105] For example, the flexible circuit board is coupled to the electronic device board 11 by a binding method. During the binding, the flexible circuit board is bent and fixed to the rear surface of the electronic device board 11 after being bound to the electronic device board 11, that is, attached to the non-display side of the electronic device board 11, thus facilitating the design of a larger display screen.

[0106] In the flexible circuit board of the electronic device board in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the wiring parts located on the main sub-circuit board and electrically connected to the touch driving circuits respectively are bridge-connected via the bridge sub-circuit board, so that the touch driving circuit and the display driving circuit do not cross on the main sub-circuit board, and the main sub-circuit board and the bridge sub-circuit board are shielded from each other at the crossing portion of the main sub-circuit board and the bridge sub-circuit board, thereby avoiding signal crosstalk between the wiring of the main sub-circuit board and the bridge sub-circuit board. In addition, the main sub-circuit board and the bridge sub-circuit board have a simple configuration and a simple wiring layout, which is advantageous for simplifying the manufacturing process.

[0107] At least one embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device, and Fig. 11 shows a schematic diagram of the electronic device. As shown in Fig. 11, the electronic device 2 includes any of the electronic device modules described above, and the electronic device module includes an electronic device board 11 and a flexible circuit board 10. For example, the electronic device board 11 shown in Fig. 11 has a display side on the upper side and a non-display side on the lower side, in which case the flexible circuit board 10 is bent and placed on the non-display side of the electronic device board 11 after being bound, which facilitates the design of a larger display screen.

[0108] The electronic device 2 may be any product or component having a display function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet PC, a television, a display, a notebook computer, a digital frame, a navigator, etc., and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not particularly limited thereto.

[0109] Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for manufacturing a flexible circuit board, and as shown in FIG. 12, the method includes steps S101 to S103.

[0110] Step S101: Provide a main body sub-circuit board.

[0111] As shown in FIG. 2, the main body sub-circuit board 100 includes a first bridge end 101, a second bridge end 102, a first wiring portion 103 and a second wiring portion 104, and the first wiring portion 103 and the second wiring portion 104 are arranged at a distance from each other and are electrically connected to the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102, respectively.

[0112] For example, as shown in Fig. 6A, the main body sub-circuit board 100 is formed by sequentially forming a first wiring layer 1002 and a first insulating layer 1003 on a first substrate 1001. For example, the first substrate 1001 is made of a material such as polyimide or polyester, the first wiring layer 1002 is made of a metal material or alloy material such as copper, silver, or aluminum, and the first insulating layer 1003 is also made of a material such as polyimide or polyester. For example, a copper metal layer is first formed on the first substrate 1001 by a method such as sputtering, the copper metal layer is then patterned to form the first wiring layer 1002, and then the first insulating layer 1003 is formed on the first wiring layer 1002 by a method such as coating, and an opening is formed in the first insulating layer 1003 to form a structure such as a bridge end.

[0113] Step S102: Provide a bridge sub-circuit board.

[0114] As shown in FIG. 3 , the bridge sub-circuit board 200 includes a third bridge end 201, a fourth bridge end 202, and a third wiring portion 203, and the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 are electrically connected by the third wiring portion 203.

[0115] 8A, the bridge sub-circuit board 200 sequentially forms a first bridge wiring layer 2002 and a first bridge insulating layer 2003 on a first side of a second board 2001. For example, the first board 2001 is made of a material such as polyimide or polyester, the first bridge wiring layer 2002 is made of a metal material or alloy material such as copper, silver, or aluminum, and the first bridge insulating layer 2003 is also made of a material such as polyimide or polyester. For example, a copper metal layer is first formed on the first board 2001 by a method such as sputtering, the copper metal layer is then patterned to form the first bridge wiring layer 2002, and the first bridge insulating layer 2003 is then formed on the first bridge wiring layer 2002 by a method such as coating.

[0116] For example, as shown in FIG. 8C, in some embodiments, forming the bridge sub-circuit board 200 further includes sequentially forming a second bridge wiring layer 2004 and a second bridge insulating layer 2005 on a second side opposite to the first side of the second substrate 2001. For example, the second bridge wiring layer 2004 may be a ground layer using a material such as copper, and the second bridge insulating layer 2005 uses a material such as polyimide or polyester. For example, openings (or vias) are formed in the second substrate 2001 and the second bridge insulating layer 2005 by a method such as patterning, and the third wiring portion 203 formed on the first side of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 is exposed and drawn out from the via 2011 of the second substrate 2001 and the opening 2015 of the second bridge insulating layer 2005, and further formed with a plurality of touch pads as bridge ends by, for example, surface treatment.

[0117] 8C, in some embodiments, forming the bridge sub-circuit board 200 further includes forming a shielding layer 2006 on the second side of the second substrate 2001. For example, the shielding layer 2006 may be configured to be, for example, floating or electrically connected to a ground line.

[0118] For example, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8D , when the second bridge wiring layer 2004 is a ground layer, an opening 2025 is further formed in the second bridge insulating layer 2005, and the shield layer 2006 is electrically connected to the ground wiring of the second bridge wiring layer 2004 through the opening 2025.

[0119] For example, when the second bridge wiring layer 2004 is a ground layer, the ground layer 2004 and the shield layer 2006 provide a double shielding effect to prevent signal crosstalk between the wiring of the main body sub-circuit board 100 and the wiring of the bridge sub-circuit board 200. For example, the shield layer 2006 has a hollow structure 2016 formed at a position corresponding to the opening 2015 of the second bridge insulating layer 2005, thereby exposing the bridge end.

[0120] For example, the shield layer 2006 includes an insulating base and a conductive material filled in the insulating base, for example, the insulating base is made of epoxy resin, and the conductive material filled in is copper powder, graphite powder, etc., but in some embodiments, the shield layer 2006 may be a metal material, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not particularly limited thereto. For example, the shield layer may be directly attached to the second side of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 after it is formed.

[0121] Step S103: Attach the bridge sub-circuit board to the main body sub-circuit board.

[0122] 1A , the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 are electrically connected to the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 of the main body sub-circuit board 100, respectively, to mount the bridge sub-circuit board 200 on the main body sub-circuit board 100, and the first wiring portion 103, the third wiring portion 203 and the second wiring portion 104 are sequentially electrically connected to obtain a first functional wiring. During mounting, the second side of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 is closer to the main body sub-circuit board 100 than the first side, so that the wiring of the main body sub-circuit board 100 and the wiring of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 are shielded by the ground layer 2004 and the shield layer 2006 to prevent signal crosstalk.

[0123] For example, the third bridge end 201 and the fourth bridge end 202 of the bridge sub-circuit board 200 can be respectively connected to the first bridge end 101 and the second bridge end 102 of the main body sub-circuit board 100 by a hot pressing manner, a welding manner, or a connector. For example, in the hot pressing manner, an anisotropic conductive adhesive is formed between the two bridge ends, and then the bridge ends are hot pressed, and the two bridge ends are connected together using the anisotropic conductive adhesive. For example, the connector may include a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) connector or a Board to Board (BTB) connector, and the embodiments of the present disclosure do not particularly limit the connection manner.

[0124] For example, in one example, a board-mounted connector is used to connect the main body sub-circuit board 100 and the bridge sub-circuit board 200.

[0125] The manufacturing method for a flexible circuit board according to an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a main sub-circuit board and a bridge sub-circuit board, and bridges the wirings located on both sides of the main sub-circuit board by the bridge sub-circuit board. This method can avoid the wirings from crossing on the main sub-circuit board, and can prevent or reduce signal crosstalk, or avoid the need to add an additional functional layer to prevent signal crosstalk, thereby avoiding the complication of the circuit board structure. In addition, the main sub-circuit board and the bridge sub-circuit board according to this manufacturing method have a simple single-layer or two-layer structure, so that the wiring layout is simpler and the manufacturing difficulties of the main sub-circuit board and the bridge sub-circuit board can be reduced.
