Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a motor stator cooling structure, and more particularly to a cooling structure that sufficiently cools a motor stator during operation. [Background technology]
[0002] Because the thermal energy released during the motor's operation causes the motor to heat up, it was necessary to install a cooling structure to lower the motor's temperature and prevent the motor's temperature from becoming too high and damaging the structure. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0003] However, most of the conventional motor heat dissipation methods achieve the cooling effect by installing a coolant flow path and spraying the coolant onto the motor coil. Since most of the coolant flow paths are unidirectional, the temperature at both ends and the middle part of the motor cannot be uniformly lowered, resulting in a situation where the temperature at the middle part is high or one side is high.
[0004] Therefore, the present inventors believed that the above-mentioned drawbacks could be improved, and as a result of extensive research, they came to propose the present invention, which effectively improves the above-mentioned problems through rational design.

The two oil spray rings are installed in an intersecting manner, and are located at both ends of the stator core. One of the oil spray rings Oil outlet hole and the oil outlet hole of the other oil spray ring; intersect with each other.

[0013] Hereinafter, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. However, the present invention is not limited to these, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the description. The technical scope of the present invention also includes embodiments obtained by appropriately combining the technical means disclosed in the different embodiments.
[0014] For ease of understanding, in the present invention, the axial direction of the stator core 10 is referred to as the leftward or rightward direction, and the radial direction is referred to as the upward or downward direction.
[0015] The cooling structure of the motor stator will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
[0016] A cooling structure for a motor stator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a stator core 10 and two oil spray rings 21, 22 attached to both ends of the stator core 10, the stator core 10 being formed by combining a plurality of silicon steel plates. The stator core 10 has a yoke portion 13 and a plurality of core teeth 12 extending inward from the yoke portion 13, a coolant flow path 11 extending along the axial direction of the stator core 10 is formed inside each of the core teeth 12, and a coil 15 is provided around the core teeth 12 of the stator core 10.
[0017] In this embodiment, the two oil spray rings 21 and 22 are injection molded from polymer insulating materials including polycarbonate (PC), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyether ether ketone (PEEK), polyamide 6-6 (PA66), polyester (PBT), polyether sulfone (PES), polysulfone (PSU), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyacetal (POM), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or polymer blends of these materials. The material of the two oil spray rings 21 and 22 is different from the material of the stator core 10, thereby improving the insulating ability of the motor stator.
[0018] 3 to 5, each of the oil spray rings 21, 22 has a plurality of teeth 211, 221 corresponding to the core tooth portion 12, each of the oil spray rings 21, 22 has a plurality of oil outlet holes 21b, 22b spaced apart from the plurality of teeth 211, 221 along the circumferential direction of the oil spray rings 21, 22, and has a plurality of convex portions 21c, 22c spaced apart from each other on the outer circumferential surface of each of the oil spray rings 21, 22. Guide grooves 21a, 22a are formed between two adjacent convex portions 21c, 22c, and the two oil spray rings 21, 22 located at both ends of the stator core 10 are installed in an intersecting manner, so that the oil outlet holes 21b, 22b intersect with each other. That is, the guide grooves 21a, 22a of the oil spray rings 21, 22 located at both ends of the stator core 10 are arranged to cross each other, and the state shown in Figures 4 and 5 is formed. The guide grooves 21a, 22a are used to introduce the coolant into the coolant flow passage 11, and the spaced apart protrusions 21c, 22c are used to block the inlets of the coolant flow passages 11 that are not connected to the guide grooves 21a, 22a. When the oil spray rings 21, 22 cross each other, there is only one guide groove 21a, 22a in the same axial direction, and the stator core 10 is formed in a state in which the coolant is introduced from both ends in a crossing manner.
[0019] Specifically, the two end caps 31, 32 are installed on the outside of the oil spray rings 21, 22, respectively, and the outer circumferential surfaces of the two end caps 31, 32 are provided with oil supply portions 31a, 32a and oil discharge portions 31b, 32b, and the oil supply portions 31a, 32a and the oil discharge portions 31b, 32b are located on the same diameter. More specifically, the coolant is introduced from the oil supply portion 31a of the left end cap 31 and flows toward the guide groove 21a of the oil spray ring 21, and then the coolant enters the coolant flow path 11 of the stator core 10, flows out from the oil outlet hole 22b of the right end oil spray ring 22, and is discharged from the oil discharge portion 32b of the right end cap 32. That is, the guide groove 21a and the oil outlet hole 22b located on the same axial direction are mutually connected to the coolant flow path 11 of the stator core 10. In the adjacent coolant flow passage 11, coolant flows from the oil supply portion 32a of the right end cap 32 toward the guide groove 22a of the oil spray ring 22, flows out from the oil outlet hole 21b of the left end oil spray ring 21, and is discharged from the oil discharge portion 31b of the left end cap 31. The two end caps 31, 32 are injection molded from a polymer insulating material including polycarbonate (PC), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyether ether ketone (PEEK), polyamide 6-6 (PA66), polyester (PBT), polyethersulfone (PES), polysulfone (PSU), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyacetal (POM), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or a polymer blend of these materials.
[0020] As shown in Fig. 4, when the two oil spray rings 21, 22 are installed in an intersecting manner, the right end of the stator core 10 becomes the guide groove 22a, and the left end becomes the oil outlet hole 21b. The adjacent coolant flow passage 11 communicates with the left end guide groove 21a (shown in Fig. 5) and the right end oil outlet hole 22b, so that the coolant flows into the coolant flow passage 11 from both ends of the stator core 10 and intersects at the same time, and is sprayed uniformly onto the coil 15, forming a cooling circuit with completely opposite flow directions, whereby the temperature on both sides of the motor stator is exchanged with each other, improving the temperature distribution of the motor stator and achieving the effect of uniformly lowering the temperature, thereby improving the situation where one part of the motor stator becomes hot.
[0021] The present invention improves the insulating ability of the motor stator by using oil spray rings 21, 22 made of a material different from that of the stator core 10. The oil spray rings 21, 22 are installed in an intersecting manner, so that the coolant flows from both ends of the stator core 10 in the axial direction and into the inside of the stator core 10, and also flows out in the radial direction from the oil discharge parts 31b, 32b of the end caps 31, 32, thereby achieving the effect of uniform temperature reduction and improving the situation in which some parts of the motor stator become hot.
[0022] Although the present invention has been described above using the embodiments, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the scope described in the above embodiments. It is clear to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made to the above embodiments. It is clear from the description of the claims that such modifications and improvements can also be included in the technical scope of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
