Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a single jet packing for water sealing a well casing and a single jet. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, two types of rubber gaskets have been known for use in the water seal of a single jet fixed to a well casing: a separate type (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 4) and a bellows type (see, for example, Patent Documents 5 and 6).

[0003] Separate-type gaskets are fitted tightly to the well casing by sandwiching one or more gaskets between one or more gasket retainers, crushing the gaskets and expanding them radially.

[0004] Bellows-type gaskets are made by compressing and spreading out a single bellows-shaped gasket to fit tightly against the well casing. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-068200 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-080704 [Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 50-053907 [Patent Document 4] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 48-054302 [Patent Document 5] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 63-243499 [Patent Document 6] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-101192 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] The above-mentioned single jet packings, both the separate type and the bellows type, have the following problems.

[0007] Separate-type packing has multiple parts, and when the water seal is formed or released, the movements are not coordinated, and the packing may turn over or fall off individually, resulting in an unstable water sealing function. In addition, since the packing is sandwiched between high-strength packing gland, it is easy to control the direction of spread (shape) of the packing, and it can withstand relatively high pressure, so it can obtain relatively high water sealing performance and gripping force, but the gland gland mold may be attached to the packing, making it difficult to remove the single jet from the well casing. Even if the single jet can be removed from the well casing, it is difficult to reinsert the single jet into the well casing because the gland gland mold is attached to the packing.

[0008] Bellows-type packings have good interlocking water sealing action and do not get caught or turned over, but because it is difficult to control the spreading direction (shape), their water sealing performance and gripping power are lower than that of separate types. Also, bellows-type packings cannot be made into unusual shapes to improve performance. Also, since the bellows-type packings have ridges that are in close contact with each other, they tend to stick together and there is a risk of them becoming stuck. To prevent sticking, a structure that forcibly peels them off with a separate hook part is known, but this has the problem of increasing the number of parts for single jets.

[0009] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a single-jet gasket and a single jet that have high water sealing performance, allow control of grip force, and can suppress sticking. [Means for solving the problem]

[0010] A single-jet packing according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided on a single jet in which the distance between the base and the jet portion changes as the base and jet portion rotate relative to each other, and both ends are pressed axially by the base and the jet portion to compress it. The packing comprises a pair of support portions supported in the axial direction by the base and the jet portion, and a packing portion provided on each of the multiple outwardly protruding peaks, the multiple protrusions being formed in an annular shape at the tops of the peaks, and the depth of the valleys formed between adjacent outwardly protruding peaks is shallower than the depth of the valleys formed between adjacent inwardly protruding peaks. Effect of the Invention

[0011] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a single-jet gasket and a single jet that have high water sealing performance, allow control of grip force, and can suppress sticking. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Diagram 5] FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the water sealing portion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0013] A single jet using a packing according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to Figs.

[0014] Fig. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing a schematic configuration of a single jet 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention and a pump device 100 using the single jet 1. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the water seal part 13 of the single jet 1, Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the water seal part 13 and an example of installation, and Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the water seal part 13 and an example of installation. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing an enlarged view of the configuration of the water seal part 13.

[0015] As shown in FIG. 1, a single jet 1 is connected to a pumping apparatus 100 and is disposed within a well casing 210 of a well 200 .

[0016] First, a description will be given of the pump device 100. As shown in Fig. 1, the pump device 100 is disposed in a well 200, for example.

[0017] The pump device 100 includes a pump section 110 , a suction pipe 120 connected to the pump section 110 , a pressure pipe 130 connected to the pump section 110 , and a discharge pipe 140 connected to the pump section 110 .

[0018] The pump unit 110 includes, for example, a casing, a pump to which the suction pipe 120, the pressure pipe 130, and the discharge pipe 140 are connected, a motor that drives the pump, and a control device that controls the motor. The pump unit 110 is installed, for example, on the ground. The pump unit 110 pressurizes water sucked from the suction pipe 120, discharges a portion of the pressurized water from the pressure pipe 130, and supplies the other portion of the pressurized water from the discharge pipe 140 to the secondary side, which is the water supply destination.

[0019] A suction pipe 120 fluidly connects the pump section 110 and the single jet 1 .

[0020] The pressure pipe 130 is connected to the well casing 210 and supplies a portion of the water pressurized by the pump unit 110 to the well casing 210. That is, the pressure pipe 130 supplies the pressurized water pressurized by the pump unit 110 to the single jet 1 via the well casing 210.

[0021] The discharge pipe 140 is a pipe that connects the pump unit 110 to a supply destination, such as a shower head or a water faucet, that is connected to the pump unit 110.

[0022] Next, the well 200 will be described. The well 200 is provided, for example, by placing a well casing 210 made of a resin material or the like on the ground 220 or the like. The well 200 extends along the direction of gravity. The well casing 210 has two upper and lower chambers 211 and 212 sealed with water by a single jet 1 below the water surface, and the upper first chamber 211 is connected to the pressure pipe 130 and the single jet 1, and the lower second chamber 212 is connected to the single jet 1.

[0023] The single jet 1 includes, for example, a base 11, a jet portion 12, and a water seal portion 13. The base 11 includes a cylindrical main body portion 21, a plurality of fixing members 22 provided on the outer circumferential surface of the main body portion 21, a check valve 23 provided within the main body portion 21, and a strainer 24 connected to the check valve 23.

[0024] The main body 21 is formed, for example, in a cylindrical shape. The main body 21 has a female thread portion 21a formed on its inner circumferential surface. The main body 21 is formed so that the fixing member 22 can be fixed to its outer circumferential surface. In addition, an end portion (upper end portion) 21b of the main body 21 opposite to the strainer 24 side supports the water seal portion 13.

[0025] As shown in Fig. 1, the fixing member 22 is formed in a plate shape, and a part of it is bent so as to protrude in a radial direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the main body 21. When the fixing members 22 are fixed to the main body 21, they protrude radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the main body 21, so that the circumscribed circles of the tops of the fixing members 22 are formed to have a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the well casing 210. Therefore, when the base 11 is inserted into the well casing 210, the tops of the fixing members 22 come into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the well casing 210, and are elastically deformed by this contact. The elastically deformed fixing members 22 can fix the main body 21 to the well casing 210 by spring force.

[0026] The check valve 23 is provided at the end of the main body 21 and is formed to be able to regulate the flow of water falling in the direction of gravity. That is, the check valve 23 prevents the backflow of water from the pump unit 110 side to the well casing 210 below the check valve 23.

[0027] The strainer 24 prevents foreign matter of a certain size or particle size in the well water from being sucked into the single jet 1.

[0028] One end of the jet section 12 is connected to the suction pipe 120, the other end is connected to the base section 11, and the middle part is connected to the pressure pipe 130 via the first chamber 211 of the well casing 210. As a specific example, the jet section 12 includes a diffuser 31, a casing 32 provided below the diffuser 31, a jet nozzle 33 provided within the casing 32, and a pipe section 34 connected to the lower end of the casing 32 and connected to the main body.

[0029] The diffuser 31 is connected to the suction pipe 120. The casing 32 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The casing 32 has a first flow passage 32a that connects the pressure pipe 130, the first chamber 211, and the jet nozzle 33, and a second flow passage 32b that connects the pipe section 34 and the diffuser 31. The casing 32 also has a seat 32c that forms a seat surface that supports one end of the water seal section 13 at the end on the side to which the pipe section 34 is connected.

[0030] Here, the first flow path 32a is a flow path that opens at a portion of the lower outer peripheral surface of the casing 32 and curves toward the center and the upper end, and is formed by an opening 32d formed on the outer peripheral surface of the casing 32 and a wall 32e that partitions the inside of the casing 32.

[0031] The jet nozzle 33 faces the end of the diffuser 31 at a predetermined distance. The jet nozzle 33 has an opening at its center that is continuous with the first flow passage 32a. For example, the outer diameter of the jet nozzle 33 gradually increases from its tip facing the diffuser 31 toward its rear end. The gap between the outer circumferential surface on the tip side of the jet nozzle 33 and the inner circumferential surface at the lower end of the diffuser 31 is continuous with the second flow passage 32b.

[0032] The pipe section 34 is a cylindrical pipe. One end of the pipe section 34 is fixed to the casing 32 by a fastening member 35 such as a screw. The pipe section 34 has a male thread section 34a formed on the outer circumferential surface of the other end (lower end) and capable of screwing into the female thread section 21a of the main body section 21. The pipe section 34 is formed with an outer diameter capable of inserting the water seal section 13. The pipe section 34 fixed to the casing 32 is formed to be movable relative to the main body section 21 by screwing the male thread section 34a into the female thread section 21a of the main body section 21. That is, the single jet 1 is formed such that the distance between the casing 32 and the main body section 21 can be changed by the amount of screwing of the pipe section 34 into the main body section 21.

[0033] The water seal portion 13 is a packing that elastically deforms when compressed in the axial direction and adheres closely to the well casing 210 and the pipe portion 34, thereby liquid-tightly dividing the inside of the well casing 210 into a first chamber 211 and a second chamber 212. The water seal portion (packing) 13 includes a packing body 41 and a packing retainer 42.

[0034] The packing body 41 includes a first support portion 51, a second support portion 52, and a packing portion 53 formed between the first support portion 51 and the second support portion 52. The first support portion 51, the second support portion 52, and the packing portion 53 are integrally molded from a resin material such as a rubber material.

[0035] The first support portion 51 and the second support portion 52 constitute a pair of support portions that are supported directly or indirectly by the base portion 11 and the jet portion 12.

[0036] The first support portion 51 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The inner diameter of the first support portion 51 is, for example, the same as the outer diameter of the pipe portion 34 or is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the pipe portion 34. The first support portion 51 is supported by the seat portion 32c of the diffuser 31 of the main body portion 21.

[0037] The second support part 52 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The inner diameter of the second support part 52 is formed to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the tube part 34, for example. That is, when the packing body 41 is compressed in the axial direction or restored from the compressed state, the first support part 51 does not move, and the second support part 52 moves in the axial direction. The second support part 52 abuts against the end part (upper end part) of the packing gland 42, and is supported at the upper end of the main body part 21 via the packing gland 42.

[0038] The packing portion 53 is formed between the first support portion 51 and the second support portion 52 and integrally with the pair of support portions 51, 52. The packing portion 53 is formed in an annular shape, and has a plurality of peaks 53a that alternately protrude radially outward and inward. Thus, the packing portion 53 has a plurality of valleys (valleys) 53b that are recessed in the opposite direction to the protruding direction of the peaks 53a at locations adjacent to adjacent peaks 53a that protrude in the same direction. That is, the valleys 53b between adjacent peaks 53a that protrude in the same direction constitute the back side of the peaks 53a that protrude in the opposite direction to the peaks 53a adjacent to the valleys 53b.

[0039] The plurality of valleys 53b are shallower on the radial outer side of the packing portion 53 than on the radial inner side. In other words, the depth of the plurality of valleys 53b recessed from the outer circumferential surface of the packing portion 53 toward the central axis is shallower than the depth of the plurality of valleys 53b recessed from the inner circumferential surface of the packing portion 53 toward the radial outer side. In addition, at least the outer surfaces of the plurality of valleys 53b recessed toward the radial inner side (surfaces of the plurality of valleys 53b having a shallow depth) are formed into a grained shape by texturing or the like. Note that it is preferable that the outer surfaces of all of the plurality of valleys 53b recessed toward the radial inner side and the radial outer side are formed into a grained shape.

[0040] The packing portion 53 has a plurality of projections 53c formed in an annular shape on the tops of the plurality of ridges 53a, respectively.

[0041] For example, as shown in FIG. 5, three protrusions 53c are provided. The three protrusions 53c are spaced apart. In addition, adjacent protrusions 53c of the three protrusions 53c are inclined at a predetermined angle relative to each other. For example, of the three protrusions 53c, a first protrusion 53c1 provided at the center protrudes outward in the radial direction of the packing portion 53 in a non-compressed state. Of the three protrusions 53c, two second protrusions 53c2 provided at both ends in the axial direction of the packing portion 53 are formed in a predetermined shape relative to the first protrusions 53c1. In other words, the second protrusions 53c are inclined with respect to the axial and radial directions of the packing portion 53. For example, when the packing portion 53 is compressed in the axial direction, the multiple ridges 53a of the three protrusions 53c are compressed, and when the ridges 53a protruding radially outward expand radially, first the central first protrusion 53c1 abuts against the well casing 210, and as the compression of the packing portion 53 progresses, the second protrusion 53c2 also abuts against the well casing 210.

[0042] The packing gland 42 is formed in a cylindrical shape with an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the pipe portion 34 and formed with a diameter capable of supporting the second support portion 52. The packing gland 42 moves in the axial direction along the pipe portion 34 by the restoring force of the packing portion 53 in the axial direction.

[0043] With the single jet 1 configured in this manner, for example, one end of the packing body 41 is directly supported by the seat portion 32c of the casing 32 of the jet portion 12, and the other end is indirectly supported by the end (upper end) 21b of the main body portion 21 of the base 11 via the packing gland 42. Then, by screwing the tube portion 34 of the jet portion 12 into the main body portion 21 and changing the insertion length of the tube portion 34 into the main body portion 21, the distance between the seat portion 32c of the jet portion 12 and the end portion 21b of the base 11 changes.

[0044] Therefore, by rotating the tube portion 34 relative to the main body portion 21, the amount of axial crushing of the packing portion 53 can be changed, and the amount of radial outward expansion of the multiple ridge portions 53a that protrude radially outward can be changed.

[0045] Next, the attachment of the single jet 1 to the well casing 210 (water sealing operation) and the removal of the single jet 1 from the well casing 210 (water sealing release operation) will be described with reference to Figures 2 to 4. First, the single jet 1 is inserted into the well casing 210. At this time, as shown in Figure 2, the single jet 1 is inserted into the well casing 210 with the multiple fixing members 22 in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the well casing 210 and with the packing body 41 not in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the well casing 210.

[0046] The single jet 1 can be moved axially into the well casing 210 by pushing it downwards by the multiple fixing members 22, but when the single jet 1 is not pushed downwards, the single jet 1 is held in the well casing 210. In addition, rotation in the circumferential direction is restricted.

[0047] After the single jet 1 is placed below the water surface in the well casing 210, the jet part 12 is then rotated in a direction in which the jet part 12 approaches the base part 11. At this time, the base part 11 is fixed to the well casing 210 by a plurality of fixing members 22. Therefore, the jet part 12 rotates with respect to the base part 11, the pipe part 34 of the jet part 12 is screwed into the main body part 21 of the base part 11, and the seat part 32c of the casing 32 moves downward. As a result, the distance between the end part 21b of the main body part 21 and the seat part 32c of the casing 32 becomes shorter, and the packing main body 41 is compressed (pressed) in the axial direction by the end part 21b of the main body part 21 and the seat part 32c of the casing 32. At this time, the first support part 51 moves in the axial direction toward the second support part 52, so that the packing part 53 is compressed. When the packing part 53 is compressed in the axial direction, the peak part 53a of the packing part 53 is crushed.

[0048] As a result, first, as shown in Figure 3, of the three protrusions 53c provided on the multiple ridges 53a protruding radially from the packing portion 53, the first protrusion 53c1 located in the center is tightly attached to the inner surface of the well casing 210.

[0049] When the jet portion 12 further rotates relative to the base portion 11, the distance between the end portion 21b of the main body portion 21 and the seat portion 32c of the casing 32 becomes even shorter, the packing portion 53 is further compressed in the axial direction, and the ridge portion 53a of the packing portion 53 is further crushed.

[0050] As a result, as shown in Fig. 4, the remaining second protrusions 53c2 of the three protrusions 53c provided on the multiple ridges 53a also come into close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the well casing 210. Furthermore, since the packing portion 53 is compressed in the axial direction, the second protrusions 53c2 come into close contact with the first protrusions 53c1 in the axial direction, as shown in Fig. 5. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 5, the second protrusions 53c2 of adjacent ridges 53a also come into close contact with each other in the axial direction.

[0051] Since the gasket portion 53 is in close contact with the well casing 210, it generates a high gripping force on the well casing 210, so that the single jet 1 is firmly held in the well casing 210, the inside of the well casing 210 is divided into two chambers, a first chamber 211 and a second chamber 212, and the first chamber 211 and the second chamber 212 are water-sealed.

[0052] Furthermore, when removing the single jet 1 from the deep well, the jet part 12 is rotated in a direction in which the jet part 12 moves away from the base part 11. This causes the jet part 12 to rotate relative to the base part 11, the pipe part 34 of the jet part 12 to move away from the main body part 21 of the base part 11, and the seat part 32c of the casing 32 to move upward.

[0053] As a result, the distance between the end 21b of the main body 21 and the seat 32c of the casing 32 becomes longer, and the packing body 41 is restored to its original shape in the axial direction. In addition, since the outer surfaces of the multiple valleys 53b (multiple peaks 53a) are textured, the restoration of the crushed multiple peaks 53a is promoted. In addition, since the packing retainer 42 is located below the packing body 41, its own weight promotes its downward movement. As a result, the packing body 41 is restored to its original shape and moves away from the well casing 210.

[0054] As shown in Figure 2, the single jet 1 is held in the well casing 210 by multiple fixing members 22, so that the single jet 1 can be removed from the well casing 210 by lifting it up.

[0055] In the single jet 1 configured in this manner, when the packing body 41 is crushed in the axial direction and the packing portion 53 spreads outward in the radial direction, the multiple protrusions 53c come into close contact with the well casing 210, thereby obtaining high water sealing properties and gripping force. In addition, when the packing portion 53 is crushed, the adjacent protrusions 53c provided on each ridge portion 53a come into close contact with each other and come into contact with the well casing 210, thereby obtaining high gripping force and improving the strength of the packing portion 53.

[0056] As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, first, the first projection 53c1 of the packing part 53 contacts the inside of the well casing 210, and then the second projection 53c2 contacts the inside of the well casing 210. Therefore, the gripping force generated by the packing part 53 is larger when the second projection 53c2 contacts than when the first projection 53c1 contacts. Therefore, since the gripping force of the packing part 53 can be controlled by the rotation amount of the jet part 12, it is possible to prevent the jet part 12 from stopping rotating due to an increase in the gripping force of the packing part 53 before a predetermined water sealing performance is secured. Therefore, the single jet 1 can reliably obtain water sealing performance.

[0057] In addition, by inclining the second projection 53c2 with respect to the first projection 53c1, when the pressure of the pressurized water supplied from the pressure pipe 130 side is applied to the second projection 53c2 located on the upper end side, as shown by the arrow in Fig. 5, line contact can be promoted. That is, since the multiple projections 53c of the packing part 53 have a shape that promotes line contact with the well casing 210, the packing part 53 has high sealing performance.

[0058] In addition, since the inner diameter of the second support portion 52 of the packing body 41 and the inner diameter of the packing gland 42 are larger than the outer diameter of the pipe portion 34, the packing body 41 and the packing gland 42 can move smoothly in the axial direction when the jet portion 12 is rotated for the water sealing operation and the water sealing release operation. Therefore, when the compressed packing body 41 is restored in the water sealing release operation, it is possible to prevent adjacent ridge portions 53a from sticking to each other.

[0059] Furthermore, at least the outer surfaces of the plurality of valleys 53b recessed radially inward, i.e., at least the outer surface of the packing body 41, the plurality of peaks 53a and the peak-valley surfaces of the plurality of valleys 53b, are formed into a grained shape by texturing or the like. This makes it possible to prevent the adjacent peaks 53a from sticking to each other when the compressed packing body 41 is restored in the water seal release operation.

[0060] As described above, the single jet 1 having the water sealing portion (packing) 13 according to one embodiment of the present invention has high water sealing performance, allows control of grip force, and can suppress sticking.

[0061] The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. For example, in the above-mentioned example, the configuration in which the second support part 52 located below is supported by the packing gland 42 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, by making the inner diameter of the second support part 52 located below larger than the outer diameter of the pipe part 34, the packing part 53 can be smoothly restored during the water seal release operation, and therefore, the sticking of the packing part 53 can be suppressed. However, it is preferable that the single jet 1 has the packing gland 42.

[0062] In addition, the packing portion 53 has three protrusions 53c, but the number of protrusions 53c is not limited to this. For example, the number of protrusions 53c may be four or more. In addition, the packing body 41 has an outer surface of a plurality of valleys 53b on the outside of the packing portion 53 formed in an embossed shape, but the packing body 41 may have an entire surface of the packing portion 53 except for the plurality of protrusions 53c of the packing portion 53, an entire surface of the packing portion 53, or an entire surface of the packing body 41 formed in an embossed shape.

[0063] Also, the packing body 41 may not have a textured surface. However, since a textured surface can prevent the compressed packing from sticking, it is preferable that the packing body 41 has textured at least the portions where the surfaces (outer surfaces) come into contact with each other when compressed.

[0064] The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and can be modified in various ways without departing from the gist of the present invention. The embodiments may be combined as appropriate, and in that case, the combined effect can be obtained. Furthermore, the above-mentioned embodiment includes various inventions, and various inventions can be extracted by combinations selected from the multiple components disclosed. For example, if the problem can be solved and the effect can be obtained even if some components are deleted from all the components shown in the embodiment, the configuration from which the components are deleted can be extracted as an invention.
