Abstract

【Problem】 To provide an injection mold capable of effectively venting gas in a cavity for molding an irregular cylindrical molded product in which one end is open and the other end, which is the injection side of molten resin, is closed, with a columnar core type and a pair of split molds arranged to surround the entire circumference of the core type. 【Solution】 A laminated insert body J in which a plurality of venting inserts P1 to P4 are laminated is integrally incorporated in a portion forming a box-shaped second cavity portion C2 of a cavity C in a pair of split molds B1 and B2, and each venting groove G1 to G4 formed in each venting insert P1 to P4 is covered with the immediately above venting inserts P2 to P4, thereby forming a large number of venting holes H inside the laminated insert body J, and discharging the gas staying in the cavity C to the outside of the mold through the venting holes H. 【Selected Drawing】 Fig. 12
