Abstract

【Problem】To provide a supply device capable of supplying even a short bar material to be used as a rear end material to a cutting machine, and a bar material cutting machine including such a supply device. 【Solution】Since the end material 23 is transferred above the feed vice 18 by the lifting part 114 in a state where the opening width W2 of the opening 120 of the feed vice 18 is smaller than the diameter W1 of the end material 23, the end material 23 is supported at the upper end part of the opening 120. Thereafter, the opening width W2 of the opening 120 of the feed vice 18 is gradually increased, and accordingly, the end material 23 gradually descends. Therefore, when the opening width W2 of the opening 120 of the feed vice 18 becomes larger than the diameter W1 of the end material 23, the height at which the end material 23 falls toward the second roller 85 can be made as small as possible, and the impact applied to the feed vice 18 can be reduced. 【Selected Drawing】Figure 8
