Abstract

To provide a catalyst system which can exhibit catalytic activity such as excellent demetallizing performance and desulfurizing performance over a long period of time by suppressing catalyst residence and progress of catalyst fastening, and a demetallizing-desulfurizing treatment method and a demetallizing-desulfurizing treatment apparatus for a feedstock oil using the catalyst system.SOLUTION: A catalyst system for demetallizing and desulfurizing a feedstock oil enables a replacement of catalyst, comprises a specific active metal, and has a catalyst layer A and a catalyst layer B having a specific aspect ratio, in which the catalyst layer A is filled so as to come into contact with the feedstock oil first. There are also provided the demetallizing-desulfurizing treatment method and the demetallizing-desulfurizing treatment apparatus for the feedstock oil using the catalyst system.SELECTED DRAWING: None
