Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] This invention relates to emulsified cosmetics. [Background technology]

[0002] Traditionally, in order to obtain cosmetics with superior staying power, cosmetics containing fine-particle zinc oxide or trimethylsiloxysilicate have been considered. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic containing trimethylsiloxysilicate, fluorine-modified silicone resin, fine zinc oxide particles, and spherical silica, and Patent Document 2 describes a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic containing trimethylsiloxysilicate, powder surface-treated with a fluorine compound, fine zinc oxide particles, and spherical silica. These emulsified cosmetics are superior in that they suppress makeup breakdown and stickiness even after a long time has passed since application, and provide a smooth, non-greasy feel. [Prior art documents] [Patent Documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2015-120662 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2015-120663 [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0004] However, conventional emulsified cosmetics containing film-forming agents, fine zinc oxide particles, and silica have problems with texture, such as partial solidification of the cosmetic when stored at rest, poor agitation when the container is shaken before use, an uneven appearance of the cosmetic, and a strong stickiness after application. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] The inventors have discovered that by using silica, which has a small specific surface area, in a specific ratio with zinc oxide, a silicone-based film-forming agent, and a non-volatile oil, an emulsified cosmetic composition can be obtained that has excellent mixability, a uniform appearance, a smooth feel after application, and a non-drying finish.

[0006] The present invention comprises the following components (A), (B), (C), and (D): (A) Specific surface area 150m 2 Silica less than / g, 0.1-25% by mass, (B) Zinc oxide 1-30% by mass, (C) Silicone-based film-forming agent 0.1-10% by mass, (D) Non-volatile oil that is liquid at 25°C, 4-16% by mass This relates to emulsified cosmetics containing [a specific ingredient]. [Effects of the Invention]

[0007] The emulsified cosmetic composition of the present invention exhibits excellent agitation properties, with the stirring ball moving easily when the container is shaken during use, and superior uniformity in the appearance of the dispensed liquid after stirring. Furthermore, the skin feels smooth and dry after application, resulting in a non-drying finish. [Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0008] Component (A), silica, has a specific surface area of 150 m². 2 It is less than / g, has good mixing properties for emulsified cosmetics, and offers excellent usability, hence the selection of 125m 2 Preferably less than / g, 100m 2 More preferably less than / g, 60m 2 A value of less than or equal to / g is even more preferable. In this invention, the specific surface area is measured by the BET method (N2).

[0009] Furthermore, the silica in component (A) is preferably spherical in shape, from the viewpoint of good mixability of the emulsified cosmetic and superior feel. Here, "spherical" includes perfect spheres, approximately spherical shapes, and ellipsoids, and may also be spherical powders with irregularities on the surface. The silica of component (A) is preferably 1 to 50 μm in volume average particle size, more preferably 1 to 35 μm, even more preferably 2 to 25 μm, and even more preferably 3 to 15 μm, from the viewpoint of good mixability of the emulsified cosmetic and excellent usability. In this invention, the volume-average particle size is the value measured using a laser diffraction scattering particle size analyzer (LMS-350, manufactured by Seishin Corporation) with ethanol as the dispersion medium. The volume-average particle size is the average particle diameter based on volume, and is defined as the 50% median diameter.

[0010] Furthermore, the silica in component (A) is preferably 0.2 mL / g or less in pore volume, and more preferably 0.02 to 0.15 mL / g or less, from the viewpoint of obtaining good mixing properties of the emulsified cosmetic and a smooth texture. Specifically, 10 g of silica powder is placed in a crucible, dried at 105°C for 1 hour, and then cooled to room temperature in a desiccator. Next, 1 g of the sample is placed in a well-cleaned cell, nitrogen is adsorbed using a nitrogen adsorption device, and the pore volume is calculated using the following formula. Pore volume (mL / g) = (0.001567 × (V - Vc) / W) In the above formula, V represents the adsorption volume at standard conditions at a pressure of 735 mmHg (mL), Vc represents the volume of the cell blank at a pressure of 735 mmHg (mL), and W represents the weight of the sample (g). The ratio of the densities of nitrogen gas to liquid nitrogen is assumed to be 0.001567.
