The bainitic seamless steel pipe further contains the following chemical elements in mass percentage in addition to Fe and inevitable impurities: C: 0.16 - 0.18%, Si: 0.56 - 1%, Mn: 1.8 - 2.05%, Cr: 0.85 - 1.25%, Al: 0.015 - 0.04%, B: 0.001 - 0.005%, 0 < N ≤ 0.006%, where Al / N ≥ 3. The bainitic seamless steel pipe can obtain a good strength-toughness balance in the rolled state or in a single tempered state without the need for quenching and tempering heat treatment.
