To provide a maintenance method for a concrete structure capable of permeating a large amount of durability improving substances into the concrete structure and eliminating stickiness of a surface in an early stage.SOLUTION: A maintenance method of a concrete structure where a solution containing durability improving substances for improving the durability of a target concrete structure is impregnated from a surface of the concrete structure, comprises: a surface moisture content confirming step of measuring a moisture content of the surface of the concrete structure to confirm that the moisture content is 6.0% or less; a thickener mixing step of mixing a thickener obtained by mixing one or two or more kinds selected from a thickener stabilizer and an acrylic acid-based water-absorbing resin into an aqueous solution containing the durability improving substances; and a durability improving substance supplying step of supplying durability improving substances by applying or spraying a predetermined amount of the aqueous solution mixed with the thickener in the thickener mixing step on the surface of the concrete structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None
