Description

Anchor support and anchor installation method

[0001] FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE The present disclosure relates to anchor supports and anchor installation methods.

[0002] Anchors are sometimes provided in the foundation of a building. In Patent Document 1, an anchor support for supporting the anchor is attached to a formwork for the foundation during construction of the foundation.

[0003] International Publication No. 2022 / 254532

[0004] The formwork is installed so that it is aligned with the reference line of the foundation. The anchors are attached to the anchor supports installed in the formwork, and the anchors are positioned so that they are aligned with the reference line. The position of the anchor supports in the formwork is adjusted to position the anchors so that they are aligned precisely with the reference line. For work efficiency, it is desirable to be able to easily adjust the position of the anchor supports relative to the formwork.

[0005] (1) An anchor support that solves the above problem is an anchor support that supports an anchor installed in a foundation, and includes: a formwork mounting part that is attached to the outer surface of a formwork of the foundation; an anchor support part that extends from the formwork mounting part and supports the anchor; and an adjustment part that adjusts at least one of a first angle in the vertical direction of the anchor support part relative to the formwork and a second angle in the horizontal direction, wherein the formwork mounting part has a mounting hole and an adjustment hole, and the adjustment part has: a mounting member that is inserted into the mounting hole of the formwork mounting part and engages with the formwork so as to mount the formwork mounting part to the outer surface of the formwork; a first adjustment member that is arranged between the outer surface of the formwork and the back surface of the formwork mounting part; and a second adjustment member that protrudes from the back surface of the formwork mounting part toward the formwork and engages with the adjustment hole of the formwork mounting part so as to adjust the amount of protrusion into the formwork. According to this configuration, the insertion / retraction position of the first adjustment member relative to the formwork can be adjusted by adjusting the insertion amount of the first adjustment member. The first angle and second angle of the anchor support relative to the formwork can be adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the portion of the first adjustment member located between the outer surface of the formwork and the back surface of the formwork mounting portion. Furthermore, the first angle and second angle of the anchor support relative to the formwork can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of protrusion of the second adjustment member into the formwork. In this way, the position of the anchor support relative to the formwork can be easily adjusted.

[0006] (2) In the anchor support described in (1) above, the first adjusting member has an inclined surface that slopes so that the thickness of the first adjusting member increases in a direction along the outer surface of the formwork, or a plurality of stepped surfaces that increase the thickness of the first adjusting member in a direction along the outer surface of the formwork. With this configuration, the thickness of the portion of the first adjusting member that is located between the outer surface of the formwork and the back surface of the formwork mounting part can be suitably adjusted.

[0007] (3) In the anchor support described in (1) or (2) above, the adjustment holes include a first adjustment hole, a second adjustment hole, and a third adjustment hole, and the adjustment portion includes three second adjustment members disposed in the first adjustment hole, the second adjustment hole, and the third adjustment hole, respectively, and the first adjustment hole is disposed above the second adjustment hole or the third adjustment hole in the vertical direction, and the first adjustment hole is disposed at a position distant from the second adjustment hole or the third adjustment hole in the horizontal direction. With this configuration, the angle of the formwork mounting portion relative to the formwork can be suitably adjusted by adjusting the protrusion amount of each of the three second adjustment members. The angle of the anchor support relative to the formwork can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the formwork mounting member.

[0008] (4) The anchor support device according to any one of (1) to (3) above further comprises a main body support part provided on the underside of the anchor support part so as to support the anchor support part, and the main body support part is disposed on the upper surface of the formwork. With this configuration, the anchor support part is supported on the upper surface of the formwork by the main body support part, so that the anchor is suitably supported relative to the formwork.

[0009] (5) In the anchor support described in any one of (1) to (4) above, the formwork mounting portion has a mounting plate-like member arranged to extend vertically along the formwork, and the anchor support portion has an anchor support plate-like member that intersects with the mounting plate-like member, and the anchor support plate-like member is formed integrally with the mounting plate-like member. If the mounting plate-like member were formed separately from the anchor support plate-like member, there is a risk of foreign matter such as soil or concrete getting between the mounting plate-like member and the anchor support plate-like member, which could reduce positional accuracy. With this configuration, the mounting plate-like member is formed integrally with the anchor support plate-like member, making the anchor support easy to handle.

[0010] (6) An anchor installation method that solves the above problem is an anchor installation method that installs an anchor in a formwork using an anchor support that includes a formwork mounting part that is attached to the outer surface of a foundation formwork and an anchor support part that supports an anchor, the method including: a first step of attaching the formwork mounting part to the outer surface of the formwork with a mounting member so as to provide a gap between the outer surface of the formwork and a back surface of the formwork mounting part, a second step of placing a first adjustment member in the gap, and a third step of adjusting the angle of the anchor support part relative to the formwork by causing a second adjustment member that engages with an adjustment hole provided in the formwork mounting part to protrude from the back surface of the formwork mounting part toward the formwork and adjusting the amount of protrusion into the formwork. With this configuration, the angle of the anchor support relative to the formwork can be suitably adjusted by the first adjustment member and the second adjustment member, making it easy to adjust the position of the anchor support relative to the formwork.

[0011] The anchor support and anchor installation method of the present disclosure allow for easy adjustment of the position of the anchor support relative to the formwork.

[0012] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a foundation in which an anchor support of an embodiment is used. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the anchor support of an embodiment. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the anchor support of an embodiment installed in a formwork. FIG. 4 is a front view of the anchor support of an embodiment. FIG. 5 is a plan view of the anchor support of an embodiment installed in a formwork. FIG. 6 is a first cross-sectional view of an anchor installation method of an embodiment. FIG. 7 is a second cross-sectional view of the anchor installation method of an embodiment. FIG. 8 is a third cross-sectional view of the anchor installation method of an embodiment. FIG. 9 is a plan view of an anchor support of a modified example installed in a formwork.

[0013] <Embodiment> An anchor support 10 and an anchor installation method of this embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 8. The anchor support 10 is used when constructing a foundation 1. There are no limitations on the type of foundation 1 to which the anchor support 10 can be applied. An example of the foundation 1 is a mat foundation. Figure 1 illustrates a case where the foundation 1 is a mat foundation.

[0014] As shown in Figure 1, the foundation 1 is composed of concrete 2 and reinforcing bars 3. The foundation 1 is formed by pouring the concrete 2 into a formwork 4. In the case of a mat foundation, the formwork 4 is composed of a frame plate 5. The frame plate 5 is installed so as to surround the periphery of the foundation 1 to be constructed. The frame plate 5 is supported on the ground 6 by support rods 7.

[0015] An anchor 8 is provided in the foundation 1. The anchor 8 is provided so that a portion of the anchor 8 is exposed from the foundation 1. A portion 8B of the anchor 8 other than the exposed portion 8A is buried in the concrete 2 that constitutes the foundation 1. The exposed portion 8A of the anchor 8 is coupled to a column of the main body of the building that is erected on the foundation 1. In one example, the anchor 8 is installed along the periphery of the foundation 1.

[0016] The anchor support 10 shown in this embodiment can be suitably used for mat foundations. When the foundation 1 is a strip foundation, the formwork 4 corresponding to the rising portion of the strip foundation has two frame plates 5 installed parallel to each other. Therefore, the anchor 8 placed between the two frame plates 5 can be supported by a support member supported by the two frame plates 5. In contrast, when the foundation 1 is a mat foundation as shown in FIG. 1 , the frame plates 5 are installed so as to surround the outer periphery of the foundation 1. Therefore, the anchor support 10 supporting the anchor 8 is fixed to the frame plate 5 in a cantilevered state. When supported by the frame plate 5 in this cantilevered state, the anchor support 10 of this embodiment can be suitably used.

[0017] <Anchor Support> As shown in Fig. 1 , the anchor support 10 is a jig for installing anchors 8 in a foundation 1. A plurality of anchor supports 10 may be used in the foundation 1. The anchor supports 10 support the anchors 8 provided in the foundation 1. The anchor supports 10 are used in the construction of the foundation 1 at a stage where the anchors 8 are installed in the foundation 1 after the formwork 4 for the foundation 1 has been installed and before concrete 2 is poured into the formwork 4.

[0018] 2, the anchor support 10 includes a formwork mounting portion 20, an anchor support portion 30, and an adjustment portion 40. The formwork mounting portion 20 and the anchor support portion 30 are made of, for example, metal.

[0019] 2 and 3 , the formwork mounting part 20 is attached to the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 of the foundation 1. The anchor support 10 is fixed to the formwork 4 by attaching the formwork mounting part 20 to the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4. The formwork mounting part 20 has a mounting plate-shaped member 21. The mounting plate-shaped member 21 is arranged so that it extends in the vertical direction along the formwork 4 when the anchor support 10 is installed in the formwork 4. The mounting plate-shaped member 21 is arranged so that the back surface 20A of the mounting plate-shaped member 21 does not come into contact with the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 when the anchor support 10 is installed in the formwork 4. The back surface 20A of the mounting plate-shaped member 21 is the surface of the mounting plate-shaped member 21 that faces the formwork 4 when the anchor support 10 is installed in the formwork 4.

[0020] In Fig. 4, the mounting member 41, first adjustment member 42, and second adjustment member 43 of the adjustment unit 40 are indicated by dashed lines. As shown in Fig. 4, the formwork mounting unit 20 has a mounting hole 22 and an adjustment hole 23. The mounting hole 22 and the adjustment hole 23 are formed in the mounting plate member 21. The mounting hole 22 is a circular hole. A female thread is formed on the inner surface of the adjustment hole 23.

[0021] In this embodiment, two mounting holes 22 are formed in the mounting plate member 21. The two mounting holes 22 are arranged side by side in the vertical direction. The two mounting holes 22 are arranged near the center of the mounting plate member 21 in the horizontal direction.

[0022] The adjustment holes 23 include a first adjustment hole 23A, a second adjustment hole 23B, and a third adjustment hole 23C. In this embodiment, the adjustment holes 23 include a fourth adjustment hole 23D. The first adjustment hole 23A, the second adjustment hole 23B, the third adjustment hole 23C, and the fourth adjustment hole 23D are arranged in the mounting plate member 21 to form a rectangle. The first adjustment hole 23A, the second adjustment hole 23B, the third adjustment hole 23C, and the fourth adjustment hole 23D may also be arranged in the mounting plate member 21 to form a square.

[0023] The first adjustment hole 23A is positioned higher in the vertical direction than the second adjustment hole 23B or the third adjustment hole 23C. In this embodiment, the first adjustment hole 23A is positioned higher in the vertical direction than the third adjustment hole 23C. The second adjustment hole 23B is positioned at the same position as the first adjustment hole 23A in the vertical direction. The fourth adjustment hole 23D is positioned at the same position as the third adjustment hole 23C in the vertical direction.

[0024] The first adjustment hole 23A is disposed at a position distant from the second adjustment hole 23B or the third adjustment hole 23C in the horizontal direction. In this embodiment, the first adjustment hole 23A is disposed at a position distant from the second adjustment hole 23B in the horizontal direction. The third adjustment hole 23C is disposed at the same position as the first adjustment hole 23A in the horizontal direction. The fourth adjustment hole 23D is disposed at the same position as the second adjustment hole 23B in the horizontal direction.

[0025] 2 and 3 , the anchor support part 30 extends from the formwork mounting part 20. The anchor support part 30 supports the anchor 8. The anchor support part 30 has an anchor support plate member 31. The anchor support plate member 31 intersects with the mounting plate member 21. When the anchor support 10 is installed on the formwork 4, the anchor support plate member 31 extends along the upper surface 4X of the formwork 4.

[0026] In this embodiment, the anchor support part 30 is formed integrally with the formwork mounting part 20 and the main body support part 50. The anchor support plate member 31 is formed integrally with the mounting plate member 21. The anchor support plate member 31 and the mounting plate member 21 are formed by bending a single plate. The anchor support part 30 may be formed integrally with the formwork mounting part 20 by welding the anchor support plate member 31 and the mounting plate member 21 together.

[0027] The anchor support part 30 has a base part 32 and an anchor mounting part 33. The base part 32 is connected to the formwork mounting part 20. The base part 32 is provided near the end part of the anchor support plate member 31 that is located on the mounting plate member 21 side. The base part 32 includes a part of the anchor support plate member 31 that is connected to the mounting plate member 21.

[0028] The anchor mounting portion 33 is provided at the end of the anchor support plate-shaped member 31 opposite the base portion 32. An anchor 8 is mounted to the anchor mounting portion 33. The anchor mounting portion 33 is provided with an anchor hole 34 through which the anchor 8 can be inserted. For example, four anchor holes 34 are provided in the anchor support portion 30. The four anchor holes 34 are arranged so that the shape formed by the four anchor holes 34 forms a square. In the example of FIG. 5 , anchors 8 are placed in two of the four anchor holes 34 that are located on diagonal lines. The anchors 8 placed in the anchor holes 34 are fastened to the anchor support plate-shaped member 31 by nuts 8C.

[0029] An anchor reference portion 35 is provided on the anchor mounting portion 33. The four anchor holes 34 are arranged at positions equidistant from the anchor reference portion 35. The anchor reference portion 35 is used as a mark that indicates the reference position of the anchor support portion 30. The anchor reference portion 35 is used to adjust the position of the anchor support 10 before the anchor support 10 is fixed to the formwork 4.

[0030] As shown in Figure 5, the anchor reference portion 35 is used as a reference position for the anchor support portion 30 when checking for any misalignment between the anchor support portion 30 and a reference line L stretched against the foundation 1. The reference line L is, for example, a line or a marking mark. In this embodiment, the anchor reference portion 35 is configured as a hole that penetrates the anchor support plate member 31. When the anchor reference portion 35 is a hole that penetrates the anchor support plate member 31, the reference line L can be checked from above the anchor support portion 30 through the hole. The anchor reference portion 35 may also be configured as a depression or an engraved mark. The anchor reference portion 35 allows the anchor 8 to be installed in accordance with the reference line L.

[0031] An anchor 8 is attached to the anchor support portion 30 of the anchor support 10 that has been placed in a predetermined position. The anchor 8 is inserted into the anchor hole 34 of the anchor attachment portion 33 and fixed to the anchor support portion 30 with a nut 8C. Because the anchor support 10 is placed in a predetermined position relative to the foundation 1, the anchor 8 can be placed in the predetermined position of the foundation 1 simply by inserting the anchor 8 into the anchor support portion 30.

[0032] 3 to 5 , the adjustment unit 40 adjusts at least one of the first angle and the second angle of the anchor support part 30 relative to the formwork 4. In this embodiment, the adjustment unit 40 adjusts both the first angle and the second angle of the anchor support part 30 relative to the formwork 4. The adjustment unit 40 also adjusts the in / out position of the anchor support part 30 relative to the formwork 4. The in / out position is the position of the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting part 20 relative to the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4. The in / out position is defined by, for example, the distance P1 from the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 to the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting part 20.

[0033] The first angle is the angle of the anchor support portion 30 relative to the formwork 4 in the vertical direction. The first angle is the angle between the top surface 4X of the formwork 4 and the center line CL of the anchor support plate member 31. As shown in FIG. 3 , the first angle is the angle in the first direction A1 in the vertical direction. The second angle is the angle of the anchor support portion 30 relative to the formwork 4 in the horizontal direction. The second angle is the angle between the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the center line CL of the anchor support plate member 31 in a plan view, for example. As shown in FIG. 5 , the second angle is the angle in the second direction A2 in the horizontal direction. The center line CL of the anchor support plate member 31 is a line passing through the center of the anchor support plate member 31. In a plan view, the center line CL of the anchor support plate member 31 passes through the anchor reference portion 35. In a plan view, the center line CL of the anchor support plate member 31 extends so as to intersect with the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4.

[0034] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the adjustment unit 40 has a mounting member 41, a first adjustment member 42, and a second adjustment member 43. The mounting member 41 is inserted into the mounting hole 22 of the formwork mounting unit 20 and engages with the formwork 4 so as to mount the formwork mounting unit 20 to the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4. The mounting member 41 is, for example, a screw. The screw of the mounting member 41 may be fully threaded or partially threaded. The mounting member 41 engages with the formwork 4 when the screw of the mounting member 41 is screwed into the frame plate 5 of the formwork 4. The mounting member 41 does not engage with the mounting plate-shaped member 21 of the formwork mounting unit 20. Because the mounting member 41 does not engage with the mounting plate-shaped member 21 of the formwork mounting unit 20, the mounting plate-shaped member 21 can move slightly relative to the mounting member 41 while the mounting member 41 is inserted through the mounting hole 22.

[0035] The first adjustment member 42 is disposed between the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the rear surface 20A of the formwork mounting part 20. The first adjustment member 42 is configured to be inserted into a gap G between the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the rear surface 20A of the formwork mounting part 20. By adjusting the insertion amount of the first adjustment member 42 into the gap G, the first angle, the second angle, and the in / out position of the anchor support part 30 relative to the formwork 4 are adjusted. In the example of FIG. 2 , four first adjustment members 42 are disposed, but the number and locations of the first adjustment members 42 may be changed as appropriate depending on the first angle, the second angle, and the in / out position of the anchor support part 30 relative to the formwork 4.

[0036] As shown in FIG. 5 , the first adjustment member 42 has an inclined surface 42A. The inclined surface 42A is inclined so that the thickness of the first adjustment member 42 increases in a direction along the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4. The first adjustment member 42 is configured to taper toward its tip. The first adjustment member 42 has a base surface 42B opposite the inclined surface 42A. The inclined surface 42A is inclined so that it approaches the base surface 42B toward its tip. The first adjustment member 42 is inserted into the gap G so that one of the inclined surface 42A and the base surface 42B contacts the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the other of the inclined surface 42A and the base surface 42B contacts the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting portion 20. By inserting the first adjustment member 42 into the gap G, the anchor support 10 is stably fixed to the formwork 4.

[0037] The first adjustment member 42 is, for example, a wedge. The first adjustment member 42 is made of, for example, wood, a resin material, metal, or the like. A plurality of first adjustment members 42 with different thicknesses may be prepared in advance. Alternatively, the first adjustment member 42 of a desired thickness may be formed by shaving wood with a plane at the construction site of the foundation 1.

[0038] As shown in FIG. 3 , the second adjustment member 43 engages with the adjustment hole 23 provided in the formwork mounting portion 20. The second adjustment member 43 protrudes from the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting portion 20 toward the formwork 4. The second adjustment member 43 engages with the adjustment hole 23 of the formwork mounting portion 20 so as to adjust the amount of protrusion PA toward the formwork 4. The second adjustment member 43 is, for example, a bolt. The bolt engages with the female thread of the adjustment hole 23. The tip of the mounting member 41 contacts the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4. Because the second adjustment member 43 engages with the adjustment hole 23, the greater the protrusion amount PA of the second adjustment member 43, the further away from the formwork 4 the portion of the mounting plate member 21 that forms the adjustment hole 23 with which the second adjustment member 43 engages. By adjusting the protrusion amount PA of the second adjustment member 43, the first angle, the second angle, and the in / out position of the anchor support portion 30 relative to the formwork 4 can be adjusted.

[0039] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 , the adjustment unit 40 has three second adjustment members 43. The three second adjustment members 43 are disposed in the first adjustment hole 23A, the second adjustment hole 23B, and the third adjustment hole 23C, respectively. The adjustment unit 40 of this embodiment has four second adjustment members 43. The four second adjustment members 43 include a first angle adjustment member 43A, a second angle adjustment member 43B, a third angle adjustment member 43C, and a fourth angle adjustment member 43D. The first angle adjustment member 43A is disposed in the first adjustment hole 23A. The second angle adjustment member 43B is disposed in the second adjustment hole 23B. The third angle adjustment member 43C is disposed in the third adjustment hole 23C. The fourth angle adjustment member 43D is disposed in the fourth adjustment hole 23D.

[0040] The head of the bolt of the second adjustment member 43 is configured to the same standard as, for example, the head of the screw of the mounting member 41. The tool for rotating the screw of the mounting member 41 may be the same as the tool for rotating the bolt of the second adjustment member 43. By using a common tool, the number of tools used in the anchor installation method using the anchor support 10 can be reduced, thereby making the work of installing the anchor 8 more efficient.

[0041] <Main body support portion> As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the anchor support 10 includes a main body support portion 50. The main body support portion 50 is provided on the lower surface 30Y of the anchor support portion 30 so as to support the anchor support portion 30. The main body support portion 50 is arranged on the upper surface 4X of the formwork 4. The main body support portion 50 is configured so that the anchor support 10 can stand on its own on the upper surface 4X of the formwork 4 by being arranged on the upper surface 4X of the formwork 4. The main body support portion 50 supports the anchor support portion 30 so that the anchor support portion 30 is positioned above the foundation 1 so that a worker can level the surface of the concrete 2 that forms the foundation 1.

[0042] 4 , the main body support portion 50 has a first main body support portion 51 and a second main body support portion 52. The first main body support portion 51 and the second main body support portion 52 are provided on the lower surface 30Y of the anchor support portion 30 and are configured to be disposed on the upper surface 4X of the formwork 4. The second main body support portion 52 is provided away from the first main body support portion 51. The first main body support portion 51 and the second main body support portion 52 are provided at both ends of the lower surface 30Y of the anchor support portion 30 in the extension direction of the formwork 4.

[0043] The first main body support portion 51 has a first support plate member 53 extending in the vertical direction. The second main body support portion 52 has a second support plate member 54 extending in the vertical direction. The first support plate member 53 and the second support plate member 54 are formed integrally with the mounting plate member 21. The first support plate member 53 and the second support plate member 54 are formed integrally with the anchor support plate member 31.

[0044] <Anchor Installation Method> The anchor installation method will be described with reference to Figures 1, 3, and 6 to 8. The anchor installation method is a method of installing an anchor 8 in a formwork 4 using an anchor support 10 including a formwork mounting portion 20 and an anchor support portion 30. The anchor installation method is used in the construction of a foundation 1.

[0045] As shown in Fig. 1 , before the anchor 8 is installed in the foundation 1, a trench 6A is formed in the ground 6. A formwork 4 is installed so as to surround the foundation 1 to be constructed. The formwork 4 is arranged outside the trench 6A so as to follow the trench 6A. Reinforcement bars 3 are provided along the trench 6A. The reinforcing bars 3 are arranged over the entire surface of the ground 6 on which the foundation 1 is to be provided. The anchor support 10 is installed in the foundation 1 after the formwork 4 has been installed in the ground 6 and before the concrete 2 is poured.

[0046] Figure 3 and Figures 6 to 8 show the steps of the anchor installation method. The anchor installation method includes a first step, a second step, and a third step. In the first step, the formwork mounting part 20 is attached to the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 using the mounting member 41 so that a gap G is provided between the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting part 20. In the second step, the first adjustment member 42 is placed in the gap G. In the third step, the second adjustment member 43 is caused to protrude from the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting part 20 toward the formwork 4, and the angle of the anchor support part 30 relative to the formwork 4 is adjusted by adjusting the amount of protrusion PA toward the formwork 4.

[0047] The anchor installation method includes a preparation step. The preparation step is carried out before the first step. In the preparation step, the anchor support 10 is placed on the upper surface 4X of the formwork 4 by placing the main body support portion 50 of the anchor support 10 on the upper surface 4X of the formwork 4. When the anchor support 10 is placed on the upper surface 4X of the formwork 4, the height in the vertical direction of the upper surface 4X of the formwork 4 is confirmed. When the anchor support 10 is placed on the upper surface 4X of the formwork 4, the in / out position of the anchor support 10 is adjusted so that the anchor mounting portion 33 of the anchor support portion 30 is positioned approximately above the reference line L.

[0048] 6 , in the first step, the formwork mounting part 20 is attached to the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 by the mounting member 41 so that a gap G is provided between the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting part 20. The formwork mounting part 20 is attached to the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 by inserting the mounting member 41 through the mounting hole 22 and engaging with the formwork 4. Because the mounting member 41 does not engage with the mounting hole 22, the mounting plate-like member 21 can move relative to the mounting member 41.

[0049] As shown in Figure 7, in the second step, the first adjustment member 42 is placed in the gap G to determine the approximate position of the anchor support 10 relative to the formwork 4. In the example of Figure 7, the first adjustment member 42 is inserted into the gap G from the back of the page toward the front of the page, along the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4. The first adjustment member 42 may also be inserted into the gap G from bottom to top, along the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4. Because the first adjustment member 42 has an inclined surface 42A, the further the first adjustment member 42 is inserted into the gap G, the more the mounting plate member 21 of the formwork mounting part 20 is pushed outward from the formwork 4 toward the foundation 1. As the first adjustment member 42 moves the mounting plate member 21 of the formwork mounting part 20 outward from the formwork 4 toward the foundation 1, the inward / outward position of the anchor support part 30 relative to the formwork 4 is adjusted. In addition, the first angle and second angle of the anchor support 10 relative to the formwork 4 are adjusted by inserting multiple first adjustment members 42 of different thicknesses into the gap G so that they are lined up along the edge of the mounting plate-shaped member 21.

[0050] As shown in Figures 3, 4, and 8, in the third step, the second adjustment members 43 are caused to protrude from the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting portion 20 toward the formwork 4, and the angle of the anchor support portion 30 relative to the formwork 4 is adjusted by adjusting the amount of protrusion PA toward the formwork 4. In this step, the first and second angles of the anchor support 10 relative to the formwork 4 are adjusted by adjusting the amount of protrusion PA of each of the four second adjustment members 43. For example, the first angle is adjusted by making the amount of protrusion PA of the first angle adjustment members 43A and the second angle adjustment members 43B larger or smaller than the amount of protrusion PA of the third angle adjustment members 43C and the fourth angle adjustment members 43D. The second angle is adjusted by making the amount of protrusion PA of the first angle adjustment members 43A and the third angle adjustment members 43C larger or smaller than the amount of protrusion PA of the second angle adjustment members 43B and the fourth angle adjustment members 43D. In this step, to adjust the first angle and the second angle, a first adjustment member 42 may be additionally disposed in the gap G, or at least one of the first adjustment members 42 may be removed from the gap G. Alternatively, in this step, to adjust the first angle and the second angle, the amount by which the mounting member 41 is screwed into the formwork 4 may be adjusted.

[0051] The anchor installation method includes a fourth step. As shown in Fig. 3, in the fourth step, the anchor 8 is attached to the anchor attachment portion 33 of the anchor support portion 30. The anchor 8 is fastened to the anchor support plate member 31 by a nut 8C.

[0052] The anchor installation method includes a fifth step. As shown in Fig. 1, after the anchor 8 is placed in the foundation 1, concrete 2 is poured into the trench 6A in the ground 6. The upper surface 2X of the concrete 2 is leveled with a drill bit or a trowel. The portion of the upper surface 2X of the concrete 2 below the anchor support portion 30 is leveled using, for example, a trowel.

[0053] <Operation of this embodiment> The operation of this embodiment will be described. By attaching the anchor 8 to the anchor support 10 installed in the formwork 4, the anchor 8 is positioned so that the anchor 8 is aligned with the reference line L. However, it is difficult to install the formwork 4 in the ground 6 so that the formwork 4 is aligned precisely with the reference line L. Even if the formwork 4 can be installed precisely, distortion may occur in the frame plate 5 of the formwork 4 due to the influence of weather, etc., after the formwork 4 is installed and before the anchor support 10 is installed on the formwork 4. Furthermore, foreign matter such as soil or concrete may adhere to the formwork 4, causing unevenness on the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4. The unevenness that occurs on the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 may cause the anchor support 10 installed on the formwork 4 to tilt with respect to the reference line L.

[0054] The anchor support 10 includes an adjustment unit 40. The formwork mounting portion 20 is attached to the formwork 4 by the mounting member 41 of the adjustment unit 40. After the formwork mounting portion 20 is attached to the formwork 4 by the mounting member 41, the position of the anchor support portion 30 relative to the formwork 4 can be adjusted by adjusting the insertion amount of the first adjustment member 42 into the gap G and the protrusion amount PA of the second adjustment member 43. The insertion amount of the first adjustment member 42 into the gap G can be adjusted by an operator moving the first adjustment member 42 from the edge of the mounting plate member 21 along the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4. The protrusion amount PA of the second adjustment member 43 can be adjusted by an operator rotating the bolt of the second adjustment member 43. Because the first angle, second angle, and in / out position of the anchor support 10 relative to the formwork 4 can be adjusted in this manner, it is easier to fine-tune the angle of the anchor support 10 than when an operator directly holds the mounting plate member 21 or the anchor support plate member 31 and moves it. In this way, the anchor support 10 can be installed in the formwork 4 so that the anchor support 10 is aligned with the reference line L.

[0055] <Effects of this embodiment> The effects of this embodiment will be described. (1) The anchor support 10 is an anchor support 10 that supports an anchor 8 installed in a foundation 1. The anchor support 10 includes a formwork mounting portion 20, an anchor support portion 30, and an adjustment portion 40. The formwork mounting portion 20 is mounted to the outer surface 4A of a formwork 4 of the foundation 1. The anchor support portion 30 extends from the formwork mounting portion 20 and supports the anchor 8. The adjustment portion 40 adjusts a first angle in the vertical direction or a second angle in the horizontal direction of the anchor support portion 30 relative to the formwork 4. The formwork mounting portion 20 has a mounting hole 22 and an adjustment hole 23. The adjustment portion 40 has a mounting member 41, a first adjustment member 42, and a second adjustment member 43. The mounting member 41 is inserted into the mounting hole 22 of the formwork mounting part 20 so as to mount the formwork mounting part 20 to the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4, and engages with the formwork 4. The first adjustment member 42 is disposed between the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting part 20. The second adjustment member 43 protrudes from the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting part 20 toward the formwork 4, and engages with the adjustment hole 23 of the formwork mounting part 20 so as to be able to adjust the amount of protrusion PA toward the formwork 4.

[0056] According to this configuration, by adjusting the insertion amount of the first adjustment member 42, it is possible to adjust the insertion / retraction position of the first adjustment member 42 relative to the formwork 4. By adjusting the thickness of the portion of the first adjustment member 42 that is located between the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting portion 20, it is possible to adjust the first angle and the second angle of the anchor support 10 relative to the formwork 4. Furthermore, by adjusting the protrusion amount PA of the second adjustment member 43 into the formwork 4, it is possible to adjust the first angle and the second angle of the anchor support 10 relative to the formwork 4. In this way, the position of the anchor support 10 relative to the formwork 4 can be easily adjusted.

[0057] In this embodiment, the mounting member 41 is a screw, the first adjustment member 42 is a wedge, and the second adjustment member 43 is a bolt. All of the parts that make up the adjustment part 40 are easy to obtain, so the adjustment part 40 of the anchor support 10 can be easily configured. When the anchor support 10 is not in use, the bolt of the second adjustment member 43 is left engaged with the female thread of the adjustment hole 23, which makes it less likely for the female thread of the adjustment hole 23 to become dirty when the anchor support 10 is stored.

[0058] (2) The first adjusting member 42 has an inclined surface 42A that is inclined so that the thickness of the first adjusting member 42 increases in a direction along the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4. This configuration makes it possible to suitably adjust the thickness of the portion of the first adjusting member 42 that is located between the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting portion 20. By moving the first adjusting member 42 along the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4, it is possible to adjust the insertion amount of the first adjusting member 42 into the gap G between the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting portion 20. Because the inclined surface 42A is formed on the first adjusting member 42, the thickness of the portion that is located between the outer surface 4A and the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting portion 20 can be easily adjusted by adjusting the insertion amount of the first adjusting member 42 into the gap G.

[0059] (3) The adjustment holes 23 include a first adjustment hole 23A, a second adjustment hole 23B, and a third adjustment hole 23C. The adjustment unit 40 includes three second adjustment members 43. The three second adjustment members 43 are respectively disposed in the first adjustment hole 23A, the second adjustment hole 23B, and the third adjustment hole 23C. The first adjustment hole 23A is disposed higher in the vertical direction than the second adjustment hole 23B or the third adjustment hole 23C. The first adjustment hole 23A is disposed at a position distant from the second adjustment hole 23B or the third adjustment hole 23C in the horizontal direction. With this configuration, the angle of the formwork mounting portion 20 relative to the formwork 4 can be suitably adjusted by adjusting the protrusion amount PA of each of the three second adjustment members 43. The angle of the anchor support 10 relative to the formwork 4 can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the formwork mounting portion 20 relative to the formwork 4. The first angle and the second angle can be adjusted by adjusting the protrusion amount PA of the second adjustment member 43 placed in the first adjustment hole 23A and the protrusion amount PA of the second adjustment member 43 placed in the second adjustment hole 23B or the third adjustment hole 23C. The protrusion amount PA of the second adjustment member 43 can be adjusted by rotating the bolt of the second adjustment member 43, so the protrusion amount PA can be easily adjusted.

[0060] (4) The anchor support 10 includes a main body support part 50. The main body support part 50 is provided on the underside 30Y of the anchor support part 30 so as to support the anchor support part 30. The main body support part 50 is disposed on the top surface 4X of the formwork 4. With this configuration, the anchor support part 30 is supported on the top surface 4X of the formwork 4 by the main body support part 50, so that the anchor 8 is suitably supported relative to the formwork 4. When the anchor support 10 is freestanding on the top surface 4X of the formwork 4 by the main body support part 50, the anchor support 10 can be installed on the formwork 4 in a freestanding state. When a worker attaches the formwork mounting part 20 to the formwork 4 and adjusts the position of the anchor support 10 using the adjustment part 40, the anchor support 10 can easily be installed because the anchor support 10 can freestanding.

[0061] (5) The formwork mounting portion 20 has a mounting plate-like member 21. The mounting plate-like member 21 is arranged to extend in the vertical direction along the formwork 4. The anchor support portion 30 has an anchor support plate-like member 31. The anchor support plate-like member 31 intersects with the mounting plate-like member 21. The anchor support plate-like member 31 is formed integrally with the mounting plate-like member 21. With this configuration, the mounting plate-like member 21 is formed integrally with the anchor support plate-like member 31, making the anchor support 10 easy to handle. In this embodiment, the formwork mounting portion 20, the anchor support portion 30, and the main body support portion 50 of the anchor support 10 are formed from a single part, resulting in a simple configuration of the anchor support 10. For example, the anchor support 10 can be formed from a single metal plate. This results in excellent productivity of the anchor support 10. Furthermore, because the anchor support 10 has a simple configuration, tasks related to storage, transportation, and placement can be performed by a small number of workers.

[0062] If the mounting plate member 21 were formed separately from the anchor support plate member 31, there is a risk that foreign matter such as soil or concrete may get in between the mounting plate member 21 and the anchor support plate member 31, reducing the positional accuracy of the anchor support 10 in the formwork 4. With this configuration, the mounting plate member 21 is formed integrally with the anchor support plate member 31, thereby suppressing the effect of foreign matter on the positional accuracy.

[0063] (6) The anchor installation method is a method of installing an anchor 8 in a formwork 4 using an anchor support 10 including a formwork mounting portion 20 and an anchor support portion 30. The anchor support portion 30 supports the anchor 8. The formwork mounting portion 20 is attached to the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 of the foundation 1. The anchor installation method includes a first step, a second step, and a third step. In the first step, the formwork mounting portion 20 is attached to the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 using a mounting member 41 so that a gap G is provided between the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting portion 20. In the second step, a first adjustment member 42 is placed in the gap G. In the third step, a second adjustment member 43 is caused to protrude from the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting portion 20 toward the formwork 4, and the angle of the anchor support portion 30 relative to the formwork 4 is adjusted by adjusting the protrusion amount PA toward the formwork 4. The second adjustment member 43 engages with the adjustment hole 23. The adjustment hole 23 is provided in the formwork mounting portion 20. According to this configuration, the angle of the anchor support 10 relative to the formwork 4 can be suitably adjusted by the first adjustment member 42 and the second adjustment member 43, so that the position of the anchor support 10 relative to the formwork 4 can be easily adjusted.

[0064] <Modifications> The above-described embodiments are examples of forms that the anchor support 10 and the anchor installation method can take, and are not intended to limit the forms. The anchor support 10 and the anchor installation method can take forms that are different from those exemplified in the above-described embodiments. Examples of such forms include forms in which part of the configuration of the embodiment is replaced, changed, or omitted, or forms in which a new configuration is added to the embodiment. Modifications of the embodiments are shown below.

[0065] The number of mounting holes 22 may be one or may be three or more. The mounting holes 22 may be arranged at positions away from the center of the mounting plate member 21 in the horizontal direction. The number and arrangement of the mounting holes 22 may be set according to the shape and weight of the anchor support 10.

[0066] The number of adjustment holes 23 may be two, three, five or more, as long as the first angle or the second angle of the anchor support portion 30 relative to the formwork 4 can be adjusted. When the number of adjustment holes 23 is three, the fourth adjustment hole 23D may be omitted from the adjustment holes 23.

[0067] The adjustment unit 40 may be configured to adjust only the first angle. In this modification, the second adjustment hole 23B and the fourth adjustment hole 23D may be omitted from the adjustment hole 23. The adjustment unit 40 may be configured to adjust only the second angle. In this modification, the third adjustment hole 23C and the fourth adjustment hole 23D may be omitted from the adjustment hole 23.

[0068] The first adjustment member 42 does not have to have the inclined surface 42A. The first adjustment member 42 in this modified example is, for example, a flat plate-like member. The first angle and the second angle of the anchor support 10 relative to the formwork 4 may be adjusted by changing the number of flat plate-like members arranged between the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4 and the back surface 20A of the formwork mounting portion 20. In this modified example, the thickness of the first adjustment member 42 can be changed by changing the number of flat plate-like members.

[0069] 9, the first adjusting member 42 may have a plurality of step surfaces 60. The plurality of step surfaces 60 increases the thickness of the first adjusting member 42 in the direction along the outer surface 4A of the formwork 4. In the adjusting section 40, both a first adjusting member 42 having a plurality of step surfaces 60 and a first adjusting member 42 having an inclined surface 42A may be used.

[0070] The main body support portion 50 may be omitted. In this modification, the first support plate member 53 and the second support plate member 54 are omitted, so that the anchor support 10 can be configured more simply.

[0071] The anchor support plate member 31 may be formed separately from the mounting plate member 21. The anchor support plate member 31 of this modified example may be attached to the mounting plate member 21 with, for example, bolts and nuts.
