Abstract

The present invention discloses an exercise management method and an exercise management system that provide personalized exercise to a user. Specifically, the exercise management method determines residual information regarding the exercise based on pre-set goal information for the exercise performed by the user, and then provides multiple recommended paths having at least one of a destination, path, and theme personalized to the user based on big data of other users to complete the determined residual information.
