Abstract
This utility model relates to the production of biopolymer materials. Its primary application is the development of environmentally friendly packaging and film materials based on natural polysaccharides. Increased strength is achieved by the fact that biodegradable packaging material is obtained on the basis of natural polysaccharides, using corn starch dispersed in distilled water, bacterial cellulose in the form of an aqueous suspension, glycerin as a plasticizer and laponite in the form of a pre-dispersed suspension, Heat treatment is carried out at 80–90°C until the starch gelatinizes, forming a homogeneous viscous mass, followed by molding and drying to produce a film material. The technical result consists of increasing the mechanical strength of the biodegradable packaging material, as well as improving its barrier properties and structural stability, while maintaining environmental friendliness and simplifying the manufacturing process.
