The subject of the application is a prefabricated base (1) for securing terrain, in particular slopes, embankments, and riverbeds. The prefabricated base (1) comprises at least one sheet of synthetic material (2) and a concrete part. The sheet of synthetic material (2) forms a base that is connected to the concrete part. Furthermore, the sheet of synthetic material (2) is integrally connected to the concrete part formed by individual and unconnected modular concrete elements (4).
