Micronizer for drying breadcrumbs, line for producing breadcrumbs comprising the micronizer and method for producing breadcrumbs

Abstract

The subject of the application is a micronizer for drying shoe crumbs. The micronizer for drying shoe crumbs comprises a body, inside which is a lower fluidization screen, above which infrared radiators are installed. Above the radiators is an upper fluidization screen, and the fluidization screens separate a micronization chamber within the body. Between the upper fluidization screen and the body cover is a heating chamber. At the end of the upper fluidization screen is an inlet for a conveying line for transporting material to the lower fluidization screen. The micronizer is characterized in that the micronizer's hopper opening houses a feed granulator (2), and inside its housing (2.1) is a horizontal, rotary granulator agitator (2.3) with a drive (2.4). The granulator agitator (2.3) is in the form of a shaft (2.5), on which, along its axis, grinding knives (2.6) are mounted. The bottom of the housing (2.1) is a sieve (2.7) with an arcuate cross-section (2.5).The subject of the application is also a line for producing bread crumbs containing a micronizer and a method for producing bread crumbs on this line.
