Abstract
SUMMARY WARP-LEVEL MECHANISM, TEXTILE PRODUCTION MACHINE, OPERATING METHOD OF THE SAID TEXTILE PRODUCTION MACHINE AND TEXTILE FABRIC. The present invention relates to a warp beam assembly for a textile production machine (1), a textile production machine (1) containing the said warp beam assembly, the method of operation of the said machine and a textile fabric produced by that method. The warp beam assembly comprises multiple first compartments (2) configured to accommodate a warp beam (15), multiple second compartments (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d) each placed on a support (4, 5, 6a, 6b) and multiple warp beams (15) each containing multiple yarn ends positioned parallel to each other and configured to be removable and placed in one of the multiple first compartments (2).In order to increase the efficiency of the textile production machine (1) and its operating process and to improve the quality of the textile fabric produced; the length (L1) of each first compartment (2) in the direction of the relevant rotation axis (3a, 3b, 3c) is identical for all of more than one first compartment (2) and the number of yarn ends on each warp beam (15) is identical.
