Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to an outdoor fixed chair, in particular to a seat spreading member for an outdoor fixed chair, and an outdoor fixed chair having this spreading member.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The outdoor fixed chair includes a seat assembly and a leg assembly. The leg assembly is fixed on the ground, and the seat assembly is assembled and fixed with the leg assembly. The seat assembly includes a seat, and fixed parts which are connected and fixed on two sides of the seat. The outdoor fixed chair can be repaired by replacing the whole seat assembly. In order to facilitate the separate storage and transportation of the seat assembly and reduce the size of the seat assembly during storage, the tube-type fixed parts on two sides of the seat are generally independent and not connected to each other, and no connecting tubes or other components are welded or bolted between the tube-type fixed parts on two sides, so that it is difficult to adjust the tension of the seat to the set value.

[0003] Chinese Patent Application 202221335575.5 disclosed an outdoor fixed chair, including a seat assembly and a leg assembly, wherein the seat assembly includes side tubes on two sides and a seat body connected between the side tubes; the seat assembly further includes a seat spreading member; the seat spreading member includes a spreading tube and an external expanding member; an butt-joint end matched with an butt-joint hole on the side tube on one side is provided at one end of the spreading tube, and the other end of the spreading tube is an assembling end and is matched with the external expanding member in a threaded manner. By axially moving the external expanding member along the spreading tube to contact with the side tube on the other side, the distance between the two side tubes to the set value, thereby realizing the spreading and tension adjustment of the seat.

[0004] During assembling the seat spreading member in the above solution, the assembler needs to limit the rotation of the spreading tube with one hand and then rotate the external expanding member with the other hand, and is hard to hold the spreading tube and the external expanding member, so that it is troublesome and labor-consuming to assemble. If nut structures are arranged on both the spreading tube and the external expanding member, the assembler also needs to use tools such as a wrench during assembling.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The object of the present invention is to provide a seat spreading member for an outdoor fixed chair, which is convenient to adjust the distance between fixed parts on two sides of a seat to a set value and convenient to tension the seat.

[0006] To achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following technical solutions. A seat spreading member for an outdoor fixed chair is provided, including butt-joint ends which are located on two sides and used for supporting and contacting fixed parts on two opposite sides of a seat, wherein the two butt-joint ends are arranged at one end of a first individual spreading member and one end of a second individual spreading member, respectively; the other end of the first individual spreading member is connected to the deviating end of the second individual spreading member in a rotatable manner; and, locking structures which cooperate with each other to maintain the relative position between the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member are provided at the other end of the second individual spreading member and the deviating end of the first individual spreading member.

[0007] Before the seat assembly is assembled with the leg assembly, the seat assembly may be unfolded first, and two ends of the spreading member of the present invention are butt-jointed with the fixed parts of the seat assembly, respectively, so that the butt-joint end of the first individual spreading member and the butt-joint end of the second individual spreading member are butt-jointed with the fixed parts, respectively. By pressing the overlap of the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member, the relative rotation of the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member is realized. When the locking structures can be matched with each, it indicates that the adjustment is in place. Finally, the locking structures are locked. Thus, the spreading member can be mounted in place at one time. Without professional assemblers, even an ordinary person can mount the spreading member. Moreover, it is convenient to adjust the distance between the fixed parts on two sides of the seat to the set value, and it is convenient to tension the seat.

[0008] The first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member in the present invention may be made of rod-shaped members or tubular members. During the relative rotation of the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member, since it is necessary to press the overlap of the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member, it is unnecessary to rotate the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member, so that it is more convenient and labor-consuming to assemble the spreading member.

[0009] Moreover, since it is unnecessary to hold the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member all the time and the middle part of the spreading member in the present invention is closer to the seat and allows fingers to extend therein when the first individual spreading member is overlapped with the second individual spreading member, in the present invention, the assembled spreading can be closer to the seat under the condition of ensuring easy assembling, there is no need for fingers to pass through the distance between the assembled spreading member and the seat, so that it can be applied to the seat assembly with thinner fixed parts and smaller size.

[0010] The butt-joint mode of the spreading member of the present invention and the fixed parts of the seat assembly may adopt the plug-in connection of the conventional outdoor fixed chair. That is, a hole or groove is formed on one component, an end bump for extending into the hole or groove is formed on another component. Any existing structure for realizing the alignment and positioning between two components of the outdoor fixed chair can also be adopted.

[0011] The locking structure in the present invention may be a conventional locking structure, or may be a bolt locking structure, a snap locking structure or other structures capable of realizing detachable fixation between two components.

[0012] Preferably, the locking structures include a locking hole formed on the first individual spreading member and a locking pin arranged on the second individual spreading member, and the locking pin is matched with a locking nut or thread structures matched with each other are provided on the outer wall of the pin and the wall of the locking hole.

[0013] In the present invention, by using the bolt locking structure, the product cost can be lower under the condition of ensuring easy assembling, and the stability after assembly can be ensured. Moreover, the locking pin and the locking hole are more convenient for alignment. It is possible to use a bolt-like locking pin and machine a threaded hole on the hole of the locking hole; or, the length of the locking pin is increased, so that the locking pin can pass through the locking hole to be fitted with the locking nut. An included angle is formed between the direction of axial movement of the locking pin and the spreading member, the rotation of the locking pin does not affect the rotation between the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member, and the locking pin only needs to extend into the locking pin, so that the force required to rotate the locking pin is smaller.

[0014] Preferably, a tapered section is provided at the end of the locking pin that is used for extending into the locking hole, or the end of the locking hole is in an open-mouthed shape.

[0015] By machining a taper at one end of the locking pin or machining an open-mouthed shape at the end of the locking hole, the self-adaptive alignment can be realized only by roughly aligning the locking pin with the locking hole and then rotating the locking pin, so that it is more convenient to assemble the spreading member of the present invention.

[0016] Preferably, a knob is provided at the end of the locking pin that is not used for extending into the locking hole.

[0017] By providing a knob at the other end of the locking pin, it is convenient for the assembler to rotate the locking pin, and it is convenient for locking and fitting.

[0018] Preferably, a fixed block is provided at a position on the second individual spreading member away from its own butt-joint end; and, when the locking structures of the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member are fitted, the fixed block gets close to the first individual spreading member or the fixed block comes into contact with the first individual spreading member.

[0019] By allowing the fixed block to come into contact with or get close to the first individual spreading member, the angle of rotation between the first individual spreading member and the first individual spreading member is limited, and it is convenient for the fitting of the locking structures. The alignment of the locking structures can be realized only by rotating the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member to the angle limit.

[0020] Preferably, each of the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member includes a first straight section, a connection section and a second straight section; the connection section is located between the first straight section and the second straight section, and the extension direction of the first straight section and the extension direction of the second straight section are not in a same straight line; the butt-joint end is arranged on the first straight section; and, the second straight section of the first individual spreading member is connected to the second straight section of the second individual spreading member in a rotatable manner.

[0021] By inclining or bending the connection section, the front and rear ends of the connection section are connected to the first straight section and the second straight section, respectively. After the spreading member and the seat assembly are assembled, the first straight section is closer to the seat, while the second straight section is farther away from the seat, so that the overlap of the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member is farther away from the seat when the fixed parts are thinner, it is more convenient for the assembler to hold and mount, and it is more convenient to assemble the spreading member.

[0022] The present invention further discloses a fixed chair having the above seat spreading member for an outdoor fixed chair, including a seat, wherein the seat is located between two fixed parts which are arranged oppositely; the seat includes a cushion part and a backrest part; and, matching structures used for matching with the butt-joint ends of the seat spreading member for the outdoor fixed chair are provided at positions of the fixed parts corresponding to the lower side of the cushion part or corresponding to the rear side of the backrest part.

[0023] The spreading member of the present invention may be provided on the lower end of the cushion part of the seat or on the rear side of the backrest part according to actual needs. Since the space on the lower side of the cushion part of the seat is small, by using the solution of the present invention, the time for the assembler to lie down or squat when assembling the seat assembly and the leg assembly is shorter, and it is more convenient to assemble the outdoor fixed chair. If the spreading member of the present invention is arranged at the position where the backrest part deviates from the leg assembly, the connection of the fixed parts at the backrest part can be realized by the spreading member, thereby improving the structural strength of the seat assembly. The outdoor fixed chair of the present invention can adopt the spreading member of the present invention, or can also be matched with any spreading member for the existing outdoor fixed chair to spread the seat and connect the fixed parts of the seat assembly.

[0024] Preferably, the matching structures are provided at positions of the fixed parts corresponding to the lower side of the cushion part and the rear side of the backrest part.

[0025] The spreading member of the present invention is arranged on both the lower side and the rear side of the seat of the outdoor chair of the present invention, so that the seat can be spread everywhere, and the structural strength of the seat assembly of the present invention can also be improved.

[0026] Preferably, the matching structures are laterally-opened connecting holes formed on the fixed parts; and, when the seat spreading member for the outdoor fixed chair is matched with the fixed parts, the butt-joint end of the first individual spreading member and the butt-joint end of the second individual spreading member extend into the connecting holes of the fixed parts, respectively.

[0027] By fitting the butt-joint holes with the butt-joint ends in an insertion manner, the production cost of the seat assembly of the outdoor fixed chair of the present invention is lower, and the stability of two ends of the spreading member can be well ensured, thereby preventing the spreading member from deviating from the rotation direction of the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member, and ensuring the assembly stability.

[0028] Preferably, limiting bumps are provided on the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member close to the butt-joint ends; and, when the butt-joint ends extend into the connecting holes, the limiting bumps come into contact with or get close to the fixed parts.

[0029] By providing limiting bumps, excessive rotation of the first individual spreading member and the second individual spreading member can be avoided, the distance between two ends of the spreading member after adjustment can be ensured, thereby ensuring the distance between two fixed parts of the seat assembly to be the set value and making the tension of the seat satisfy the set requirement.

[0030] The present invention has the following advantages: it is easy to assemble, it is convenient to adjust the distance between the fixed parts on two sides of the seat to the set value, and it is convenient to tension the seat.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
