[0027] The words expressing the positions and directions described in the present invention are described by taking the drawings as an example , but can be changed according to the needs , and all the changes are included in the protection scope of the present invention .
[0028] Example 1
[0029] As shown in fig . 1 and 2 , the flammable gas diffusing apparatus according to embodiment 1 of the present invention includes a gas diffusing passage 1 , a flame retardant gas passage 2 , a flame arrestor 6 , an on-off valve 3 , a check valve 8 , and a control unit (not shown) .
[0030] The gas diffusing channel 1 comprises a first gas inlet 11 for accessing the combustible gas and a vent 12 for diffusing the combustible gas . The combustible gas can be introduced into the gas diffusing channel 1 through the first gas inlet 11 and is diffused to the outside through the air vent 12 , so that the diffusing of the combustible gas is realized .
[0031] The flame arrester 6 is arranged at the vent end of the gas diffusing channel 1 . When the combustible gas at the vent 12 in the gas diffusing channel 1 burns , the flame arrestor 6 prevents the combustible gas which burns from flowing back into the gas diffusing channel 1 to ignite the combustible gas in the gas diffusing channel 1 . The flame arrestor 6 may be provided at the end of the gas diffusing channel 1 , or upstream of the vent 12 in the gas flow direction and provided adj acent to the vent 12 .
[0032] In order to prevent rainwater, dust particles and other substances from entering the gas diffusing channel 1 from the air vent 12 , a cap body for shielding the rainwater, dust particles and other substances can be arranged at the tail end of the gas diffusing channel 1 . The flame arrester 6 can be provided with a cap type flame arrester 6 with a cap body, and the cap type flame arrester 6 is arranged at the tail end of the gas diffusing channel 1 , so that the cap body of the cap type flame arrester 6 can be used for shielding substances such as rainwater, dust particles and the like , and further the substances such as rainwater, dust particles and the like are prevented from entering the gas diffusing channel 1 from the air discharging opening 12 . In addition, the flame arrester 6 may also adopt a conventional non-cap flame arrester 6 , and the noncap flame arrester 6 may be disposed at the end of the gas diffusing channel 1 , or disposed upstream of the vent 12 along the gas flow direction and adj acent to the vent 12 , and the end of the gas diffusing channel 1 is provided with a protective cap 7 , where the protective cap 7 is used to shield rainwater, dust particles and other substances , and further shield rainwater, dust particles and other substances from entering the gas diffusing channel 1 from the vent 12 . When the non-cap flame arrestor 6 is disposed at the end of the gas discharge channel 1 , the protective cap 7 may be mounted to the non-cap flame arrestor 6 . When the non-cap flame arrestor 6 is disposed upstream of the vent 12 in the gas flow direction and adj acent to the vent 12 , the protective cap 7 is mounted to the end of the gas discharge passage 1 .
[0033] The flame-retardant gas channel 2 comprises a second gas inlet 22 for the access of flame-retardant gas and a gas outlet 21 communicating with the gas diffusing channel 1 . Wherein the air outlet 21 is arranged between the first air inlet 11 and the vent 12 . The flame-retardant gas can be introduced into the flame-retardant gas channel 2 through the second gas inlet 22 and into the gas diffusing channel 1 through the gas outlet 21 , so that the flame- retardant gas is mixed with the combustible gas , the concentration of the combustible gas is reduced, the mixed gas of the flame-retardant gas and the combustible gas forms non-combustible gas , and further, the combustion at the air vent 12 is prevented from continuously taking place .
[0034] The switching valve 3 is installed to the flame retardant gas passage 2 and serves to block or open the flame retardant gas passage 2 . In a non-operating state or a state in which the combustible gas is not combusted at the vent 12 , the switch valve 3 is closed and blocks the flame retardant gas passage 2 to prevent the flame retardant gas from being discharged into the gas discharge passage 1 . In a state where the combustible gas burns at the vent 12 , the on-off valve 3 is opened and the flame-retardant gas passage 2 is caused to pass through the gas outlet 21 into the gas diffusing passage 1 . By controlling the opening and closing of the switch valve 3 , the situation that the flame-retardant gas is introduced into the gas diffusing channel 1 under the condition that the flame-retardant gas is not introduced is avoided, such as under the condition that the flammable gas is not combusted at the non-working state or the vent 12 , and the like, so that the consumption of the flame-retardant gas is further saved . The on-off valve 3 may be a pneumatic valve or an electric valve . A check valve 8 is installed in the flame retardant gas passage 2 upstream or downstream of the on-off valve 3 in the gas flow direction . The check valve 8 is used to prevent the air located downstream of the check valve 8 in the gas flow direction from flowing back, and to prevent the combustible gas , or the mixed gas of the combustible gas and the flame retardant gas , from flowing to the first gas inlet 11 to contaminate the flame retardant gas source .
[0035] The control unit comprises a controller (not shown) and a temperature detecting element 4 . The temperature detecting element 4 is provided adj acent to the vent 12 , and the temperature detecting element 4 is for detecting the temperature at the vent 12 . The temperature detecting element 4 may be disposed upstream or downstream of the flame arrestor 6 in the direction of flow of the combustible gas , and disposed adj acent to the flame arrestor 6 . For example, when the flame arrestor 6 is a cap type flame arrestor 6 , and the flame arrestor 6 is provided to be mounted at the end of the gas discharge passage 1 , the temperature detecting element 4 is provided upstream of the flame arrestor 6 in the flow direction of the combustible gas , and is provided adj acent to the flame arrestor 6 ; the cap body of the cap type flame arrester 6 can reduce the damage of rainwater, dust particles and other substances to the temperature detection unit . When the flame arrestor 6 is a non-cap flame arrestor 6 , the non-cap flame arrestor 6 is disposed upstream of the vent 12 in the gas flow direction and adj acent to the vent 12 , and the protective cap 7 is disposed at the end of the gas discharge passage 1 , the temperature detecting element 4 may be disposed downstream of the flame arrestor 6 in the combustible gas flow direction, between the flame arrestor 6 and the protective cap 7 ; or the temperature detecting element 4 may be disposed upstream of the flame arrestor 6 in the direction of flow of the combustible gas and disposed adj acent to the flame arrestor 6 ; the protective cap 7 can reduce damage of rainwater, dust particles and the like to the temperature detection unit . The temperature detecting element 4 may be a temperature detecting element such as a platinum resistor or a thermocouple . The controller is connected with the temperature detection element 4 and the switch valve 3 , so that the controller can control the on-off of the switch valve 3 according to the information fed back by the temperature detection element 4 . For example, when the temperature detecting element 4 detects that the temperature exceeds the threshold value and feeds back the signal to the controller, the controller may control the on-off valve 3 to start so that the gas-blocking body can enter the gas diffusing passage 1 through the gas outlet 21 of the flameretardant gas passage 2 to prevent the combustion of the combustible gas ; when the temperature detecting element 4 detects that the temperature is lower than the threshold value and feeds back the signal to the controller, the controller may control the on-off valve 3 to close to block the flow of the flame retardant gas toward the gas diffusing passage 1 .
[0036] The controller may be any suitable computing device , such as a personal computer, a server, a programmable controller (Programmable Logic Controller, abbreviated as PLC controller) , a single chip microcomputer, an upper computer, or the like, or may be an integration of a computer device , where the controller may have functions of receiving information and sending a control command, and the controller may control each component to perform a corresponding action by a wired communication or a wireless communication manner, so as to complete a sample preparation operation .
[0037] The threshold value of the temperature may be set according to the temperature at the time of combustion of the combustible gas and the position of the temperature detecting element 4 with respect to the vent 12 . For example, the combustible gas is hydrogen, and the temperature of the hydrogen is about 1400 °C when the hydrogen is burnt ; in this case , if the temperature detecting element 4 and the vent 12 are located relatively close to each other, the temperature threshold may be set to 600 °C, 800 °C, 1000 °C, or the like ; if the temperature detecting element 4 is located adj acent to the vent 12 with a certain gap, the temperature threshold may be set to a temperature of 300 °C, 450 °C, 600 °C, or the like . Through the cooperation of the control unit and the switch valve 3 in the embodiment, when the combustible gas at the vent 12 burns , the control unit can acquire a signal that the temperature of the vent 12 is higher than a threshold value, and control the switch valve 3 to be opened, so that the flame-retardant gas is introduced into the gas diffusing channel 1 to be mixed with the combustible gas , and the combustion at the vent 12 is prevented from continuously occurring; the gas diffusing channel 1 is automatically introduced when the combustible gas burns at the air vent 12 , so that the condition of misj udgment during manual operation is avoided; and, the control unit can also obtain the signal that the temperature of the vent 12 is lower than the threshold value , for example, after the flame retardant gas is introduced into the gas diffusing channel 1 , the flame at the vent 12 is extinguished, and when the temperature gradually drops to be lower than the threshold value , the controller controls the switch valve 3 to be closed, and the introduction of the flame retardant gas is blocked, so that the consumption of the flame retardant gas is saved . Example 2
[0038] As shown in fig . 3 , the gas diffusing device according to embodiment 2 of the present invention is similar to the gas diffusing device according to embodiment 1 in that the gas diffusing channel 1 , the flame retardant gas channel 2 , the flame arrestor 6 , the on-off valve 3 , and the check valve 8 are the same as those of embodiment 1 , and thus will not be described in detail herein .
[0039] The control unit comprises a controller and a pressure detecting element 5 . The controller may be the same as in embodiment 1 . The pressure detecting element 5 may be installed in the gas diffusing channel 1 to detect the pressure in the gas diffusing channel 1 ; and / or is installed in the flame retardant gas passage 2 to detect the pressure in the flame retardant gas passage 2 . The pressure detecting element 5 may be a load cell such as a pressure sensor .
[0040] When the pressure detecting element 5 is installed in the gas diffusing channel 1 , the pressure detecting element 5 may be disposed upstream or downstream of the flame arrestor 6 in the direction of flow of the combustible gas , and the pressure sensor may be disposed adj acent to the flame arrestor 6 or non-adj acent to the flame arrestor 6 . When the pressure detecting element 5 is mounted to the flame-retardant gas passage 2 , the chamber accommodating the pressure detecting element 5 communicates with the gas diffusing passage 1 ; for example, the pressure detecting element 5 is provided between the check valve 8 and the air outlet 21 or between the air outlet 21 and the on-off valve 3 . Specifically, when the check valve 8 is disposed upstream of the on-off valve 3 in the gas flow direction, a portion of the flame-retardant gas passage 2 located between the on-off valve 3 and the gas outlet 21 communicates with the gas diffusing passage 1 through the gas outlet 21 , and the pressure detecting element 5 is preferably disposed between the gas outlet 21 and the on- off valve 3 ; also, the pressure detecting element 5 provided between the gas outlet 21 and the on-off valve 3 may be a pipe wall connected to the flame retardant gas passage 2 , or integrated with the on-off valve 3 , for example, the on-off valve 3 and the pressure detecting element 5 are integrated as a self-standing regulating valve that is self-regulating according to pressure . When the check valve 8 is disposed downstream of the on-off valve 3 in the gas flow direction, a portion of the flame retardant gas passage 2 located between the check valve 8 and the gas outlet 21 communicates with the gas diffusing passage 1 through the gas outlet 21 , and the pressure detecting element 5 is preferably disposed between the check valve 8 and the gas outlet 21 .
[0041] The controller is connected with the pressure detection element 5 and the switch valve 3 , and can control the on- off of the switch valve 3 according to the signal fed back by the pressure detection element 5 . For example , when the combustible gas is introduced into the gas diffusing channel 1 , the pressure in the gas diffusing channel 1 and the part of the flame- retardant gas channel 2 communicated with the gas diffusing channel 1 increases , at this time, the pressure detecting element 5 installed in the gas diffusing channel 1 and / or the pressure detecting element 5 installed in the part of the flame retardant gas channel 2 communicated with the gas diffusing channel 1 sends a pressure increasing signal to the controller, and the controller controls the opening and closing valve 3 to open so as to introduce the flame-retardant gas into the gas diffusing channel 1 , so that the gas diffused at the air vent 12 of the gas diffusing channel 1 is kept as a mixed gas of the flame-retardant gas and the combustible gas , and further, the combustion at the air vent 12 is avoided . When the introduction of the combustible gas into the gas diffusing channel 1 is stopped, the pressure in the gas diffusing channel 1 and the part of the flame-retardant gas channel 2 communicated with the gas diffusing channel 1 is restored to the initial value , at this time , the pressure detecting element 5 arranged on the gas diffusing channel 1 and / or the pressure detecting element 5 arranged on the part of the flame-retardant gas channel 2 communicated with the gas diffusing channel 1 sends a pressure reducing signal to the controller, and the controller controls the switch valve 3 to be closed, so that the flame- retardant gas is prevented from being still introduced into the gas diffusing channel 1 when the combustible gas diffusing device does not work, and the consumption of the flame-retardant gas is saved .
[0042] By matching the control unit with the switch valve 3 , the control unit controls the switch valve 3 to be opened when the flammable gas diffusing device performs diffusing operation, and flame retardant gas is automatically introduced into the gas diffusing channel 1 , so that the condition of manual misoperation is avoided; when the flammable gas diffusing device stops diffusing operation, the control unit controls the switch valve 3 to be closed to block the introduction of the flame retardant gas so as to save the consumption of the flame retardant gas .
[0043] The combustible gas can be specifically selected as hydrogen . While embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood that the above embodiments are illustrative and not to be construed as limiting the invention, and that changes , modifications , substitutions and alterations may be made therein by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, all such changes being within the scope of the appended claims .
