Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] Liquid dispensing device with tilting mechanism for bottles
[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The invention, as the title of this specification indicates, is a liquid dispensing device with a tilting mechanism for carafes. This innovation offers advantages previously unknown within current technologies.
[0005] TECHNICAL SECTOR
[0006] The present invention relates to various industrial techniques, transportation in the field that concerns devices for tilting and emptying receptacles, as well as to the corresponding classification of filling with liquids or semi-liquids, or emptying of bottles, jars, cans, vats, barrels or similar containers, not provided for elsewhere.
[0007] STATE OF THE ART
[0008] The present invention arises from the inconvenience many people experience when emptying a large-capacity bottle.
[0009] This is because the weight and size of the jugs make them difficult to handle and transport, and emptying them completely requires physical effort that not everyone can easily perform. Furthermore, having to hold and manipulate a heavy jug for an extended period of time can be uncomfortable and even painful for some people with specific conditions.
[0010] Accordingly, the present invention provides a liquid dispensing device with a tilting mechanism for carafes that allows one to easily and conveniently obtain water or any other liquid contained in the carafe without having to lift or hold it with one's hands.
[0011] Currently, there is no known existence of any liquid dispensing device with a tilting mechanism for bottles that has structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal to or similar to those described in this specification, as claimed.
[0012] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0013] The object of the present invention is the creation of a liquid dispensing device with a tilting mechanism for carafes, which provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.
[0014] The present invention relates to a liquid dispensing device with a tilting mechanism for bottles, which comprises a structure that has a support on which a bottle is placed, which, by means of a tilting mechanism, allows said bottle to be tilted in order to facilitate the discharge of the liquid contained in said bottle.
[0015] This solves the problem of having to lift heavy carafes to pour the liquid inside, which can be difficult and potentially dangerous for older adults and people who cannot lift heavy objects.
[0016] This dispensing device makes it possible to place the bottle on a vertical stand and control the liquid pouring safely and effortlessly, facilitating the distribution of the liquid without major difficulties.
[0017] To achieve this, the dispensing device consists of a structure with a support where the bottle is placed, holding it in a vertical position. Using the tilting mechanism, it allows the bottle to be tilted and the liquid to be poured in a comfortable, controlled and effortless manner, which contributes to making this task easier and safer for distributing the liquid.
[0018] To use the dispensing device, the bottle must be placed inside the support, then, activate the tilting mechanism, using the lever that allows the bottle to be tilted and the liquid to be poured in a comfortable, controlled and effortless manner, thus facilitating and ensuring the task of distributing the liquid. EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES
[0019] To complete the description being made and in order to help better understand the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by some figures in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following have been represented.
[0020] Figure 1 corresponds to a perspective view of the liquid dispensing device with tilting mechanism for bottles in disuse.
[0021] Figure 2 corresponds to a perspective view of the liquid dispensing device with tilting mechanism for bottles in use.
[0022] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.
[0023] The liquid dispensing device with tilting mechanism for bottles comprises a structure (1) that has a support (2) connected through a rotation axis on which a bottle (3) is placed, which by means of a tilting mechanism (4) allows said bottle (3) to be tilted in order to facilitate the discharge of the liquid contained in said bottle (3).
[0024] In a preferred embodiment, the structure (1) comprises bases (1.1) that support vertical slats (1.2) parallel and facing each other with a certain distance between them that determine an internal space where the support (2) is coupled and can be freely balanced by means of the tilting mechanism (4).
[0025] In the preferred embodiment, the bases (1.1) are horizontal slats arranged in parallel with a certain separation between them, on whose upper face and in a centered manner, they have coupled to the vertical slats (1.2).
[0026] Preferably, the support (2) is composed of a support piece (2.1) with four vertical slats (2.2) coupled by their lower ends to each of the edges of the support piece (2.1), facing upwards, thus creating a hollow internal space, intended to contain the bottle (3).
[0027] By joining the distal end of the vertical slats (1 .2) transversely, a transversal slat (5) is provided so that the carafe (3) cannot fall when the device is tilted. Generally, the four vertical slats (2.2) have the same width, but one of them has a greater height, determining a lever (2.4) by which the user can activate the tilting mechanism (4).
[0028] Preferably, the tilting mechanism (4) allows an oscillating or pendulum movement that is generated when the user moves the lever (2.4) back and forth, allowing the mouth of the bottle (3) to be tilted forward, facilitating the discharge of the liquid contained in said bottle (3).
[0029] Generally, the carafe (3) is a large capacity container for water or other liquid, commonly used in homes or offices. Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to explain it further so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages derived from it, noting that, within its essential nature, it may be put into practice in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection sought as long as its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
