Description
[0001] Protective device for an electrical energy storage device and arrangement
[0002] The invention relates to a protective device for an electrical energy storage device for an electrically driven motor vehicle according to the preamble of patent claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement of a protective device on a storage housing of an electrical energy storage device for an electrically driven motor vehicle according to the preamble of patent claim 10.
[0003] DE 102017 128 529 B4 discloses a motor vehicle battery, namely a traction battery of a motor vehicle, comprising a battery housing having an interior defined in sections by a housing frame and a housing base. The motor vehicle battery comprises a plurality of battery modules arranged in the interior of the housing.
[0004] The object of the invention is to provide a protective device for an electrical energy storage device for an electrically driven motor vehicle and an arrangement of a protective device on a storage housing of an electrical energy storage device for an electrically driven motor vehicle, so that safety against damage to the electrical energy storage device can be particularly increased and the electrical energy storage device can be repaired with particularly little effort.
[0005] This object is achieved according to the invention by a protective device for an electrical energy storage device for an electrically driven motor vehicle having the features of patent claim 1 and by an arrangement of a protective device on a storage housing of an electrical energy storage device for an electrically driven motor vehicle having the features of patent claim 10. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent patent claims and the description.
[0006] A first aspect of the invention relates to a protective device, in particular a protective plate, for an electrical energy storage device for an electrically powered motor vehicle. Preferably, the motor vehicle, particularly in its fully manufactured state, comprises the electrical energy storage device, and in particular the protective device. The protective device can be part of the electrical energy storage device, or the protective device can be formed separately from the electrical energy storage device.
[0007] The motor vehicle is preferably designed as a passenger car. An electrically driven motor vehicle can be understood, in particular, as a battery-electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle. In other words, the motor vehicle has at least one electric machine by means of which the motor vehicle can be driven, in particular purely electrically.
[0008] The term "electrical energy storage device" refers, in particular, to a battery or accumulator. The electrical energy storage device is preferably designed as an electrical traction storage device, in particular as a traction battery, of the motor vehicle. This means that the electric motor of the motor vehicle can be or is supplied with energy stored or chemically bound in the electrical energy storage device to drive the motor vehicle. The electrical energy storage device can, in particular, be referred to as a battery storage system.
[0009] In order to be able to realize a particularly high electrical power for electrical, in particular purely electrical, propulsion of the motor vehicle, the electrical energy storage device can have an electrical voltage, in particular an electrical operating or nominal voltage, which is preferably greater than 50 V, in particular above 60 V, and preferably amounts to several 100 V. Accordingly, the electrical energy storage device is preferably designed as a high-voltage component, whereby the electrical energy storage device can be referred to as a high-voltage storage device.
[0010] The electrical energy storage device has at least one storage housing. The electrical energy storage device preferably has at least one receiving space, which is at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, delimited or formed by the storage housing, in particular directly. Preferably, a plurality of storage elements, in particular storage cells, can be arranged or are arranged in the receiving space. The storage cells are preferably battery cells.
[0011] Preferably, the electrical energy storage device, particularly in its installed position in the motor vehicle, is arranged in the vertical direction of the vehicle beneath a floor element, particularly a main floor, of a motor vehicle body. For example, the electrical energy storage device is or is to be held on the floor element via the storage housing and / or via a support structure of the electrical energy storage device formed separately from the storage housing, particularly at least indirectly or directly.
[0012] The protective device has at least one fastening area, via which the protective device is to be or is held, in particular at least indirectly or directly, on an underside of the storage housing of the electrical energy storage device, which is formed separately from the protective device and points downwards in the vertical direction of the motor vehicle, in particular in the installed position of the electrical energy storage device or the protective device in the motor vehicle. In other words, the protective device can be or is fastened via the fastening area from below to the storage housing with respect to the vertical direction of the motor vehicle, in particular at least indirectly or directly. This means that the protective device, in particular in its installed position on the electrical energy storage device or in the motor vehicle, is or can be arranged below or beneath the storage housing in the vertical direction of the vehicle.
[0013] In order to be able to particularly increase safety against damage or destruction of the electrical energy storage device and to be able to repair the electrical energy storage device with particularly little effort, in particular in the event of damage to the electrical energy storage device, the invention provides that the protective device has at least one, in particular exactly one, organic sheet with at least one rib structure. In other words, the protective device has at least one organic sheet which has at least one rib structure. In other words, the protective device is formed at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, by the organic sheet which has the at least one rib structure. This means that, in particular when the protective device is installed on the storage housing or in the motor vehicle, the underside of the storage housing can be covered or is covered at least in part, in particular predominantly or completely, preferably directly, by the organic sheet.
[0014] Under the organic sheet, in particular a, in particular plate-shaped,
[0015] A component is understood to be formed from at least one fiber composite material. The fiber composite material preferably comprises at least one plastic, which is preferably formed as a matrix of the fiber composite material. Furthermore, the fiber composite material preferably comprises fibers, for example, glass fibers. Thus, the fiber composite material preferably comprises a fiber fabric or a fiber layup, wherein the fiber fabric or the fiber layup is embedded in a plastic matrix, for example, a thermoplastic.
[0016] The term "ribbed structure" can be understood, in particular, as meaning that the organic sheet is ribbed at least in some regions, for example, in at least one longitudinal region, meaning that the organic sheet has at least one ribbing. The ribbed structure preferably has a plurality or a multiplicity of ribs. The ribs are, for example, spaced apart from one another at least in some regions.
[0017] The installation position of the protective device on the storage housing can be understood in particular as an installation position of the protective device in which the protective device is held on the storage housing via the fastening area, in particular at least indirectly or directly.
[0018] The invention is based in particular on the following findings and considerations: A conventional electrical energy storage device can usually have a base made of steel or sheet metal, wherein this base can serve as a conventional protective device for the conventional electrical energy storage device downwards or from below in the vertical direction of the vehicle. In contrast, the protective device according to the invention is a protective device for the electrical energy storage device provided in addition to the storage housing or the base of the storage housing, in particular to protect the electrical energy storage device from below in the vertical direction of the vehicle. As a result, the protective device can be acted upon, in particular mechanically, in the event of an accident, intrusion and / or when the motor vehicle drives over an obstacle, whereby the electrical energy storage device, in particular the storage housing and the storage elements, can be particularly well protected. This makes it possible to keep damage to the electrical energy storage device, in particular to the storage housing, to a particularly low level. If the protective device should nevertheless become damaged, the protective device can be replaced with particularly little effort, in particular independently of the storage housing. This makes it possible to repair the electrical energy storage device with particularly little effort, which means that repair costs for the electrical energy storage device, in particular for the motor vehicle, can be kept particularly low. This means that the protective device can be exchanged or replaced to repair the electrical energy storage device, for example if it shows visible damage as a result of an accident, and the rest of the electrical energy storage device, in particular the storage housing, does not have to be repaired or replaced.Replacing the protective device can be understood in particular as replacing the protective device according to the invention with another protective device according to the invention that is designed separately from the protective device according to the invention and is of the same construction.
[0019] Because the protective device comprises the organic sheet with the rib structure, the best possible protection for the electrical energy storage device can be provided with particularly low weight. The rib structure can significantly increase the rigidity of the organic sheet. This can particularly improve the stability and / or acoustics of the protective device, in particular of the electrical energy storage device. Thus, the rib structure in particular has ribs to increase the inherent rigidity of the organic sheet. Overall, it can be seen that by means of the protective device according to the invention, in particular while maintaining a certain ground clearance of the motor vehicle, improved properties with regard to acoustics, in particular aeroacoustics, and / or damping of shocks of the electrical energy storage device, in particular of the motor vehicle, can be achieved.
[0020] Particularly preferably, the protective device is reversibly detachable from the storage housing via the fastening region, in particular at least indirectly or directly, and can be fastened or secured to the storage housing. This means that the protective device can be removed from the storage housing without causing damage. Thus, the protective device is designed as a protective component that can be mounted on the storage housing and removed from the storage housing, in particular without causing damage.
[0021] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the rib structure has at least two ribs extending obliquely or perpendicular to one another. In other words, a main extension direction of at least one first rib of the rib structure runs in a first direction, and a main extension direction of at least one second rib of the rib structure, which is in particular different from the first rib, runs in a second direction running obliquely or perpendicular to the first direction. As a result, the rigidity of the protective device, in particular of the organic sheet, can be particularly increased in a particularly weight-effective manner. Due to the particularly high rigidity, the mechanical load-bearing capacity of the protective device can be particularly increased and / or the acoustic behavior of the protective device can be particularly improved.
[0022] In a further embodiment, it is provided that at least two of the ribs of the rib structure intersect. This means that the rib structure has at least two, in particular different, intersecting ribs. In other words, the at least one first rib, in particular at least one of the first ribs, and the at least one second rib of the rib structure, in particular at least one of the second ribs, intersect. This can particularly increase the rigidity of the organic sheet, in particular of the protective device. The intersecting ribs can be understood in particular as an intersection of the ribs. This means that at least two of the ribs extending obliquely or perpendicular to one another touch each other, in particular directly.
[0023] In a further embodiment, the protective device, in particular the organic sheet, is plate-shaped. In other words, the protective device, in particular the organic sheet, is designed as a plate. This allows the electrical energy storage device to be particularly well protected against damage in a particularly low-cost manner. The plate can be understood, in particular, as a protective plate.
[0024] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the protective device, in particular the organic sheet, has at least one base body by means of which, in particular when the protective device is installed on the storage housing or in the motor vehicle, the underside of the storage housing can be covered or covered at least in part, in particular predominantly or completely, preferably directly. In other words, when the protective device is installed on the storage housing or when installed in the electrical energy storage device, the base body extends below or underneath the storage housing with respect to the vertical direction of the vehicle. This means that the storage housing, in particular when the protective device is installed in the motor vehicle, can be delimited or delimited downwards, in particular directly, by the base body in the vertical direction of the vehicle. This means that the underside of the storage housing is at least partially covered by the base body when the protective device is attached to the storage housing via the fastening area. This allows the electrical energy storage device to be particularly securely protected in the event of a mechanical load acting on it from below in the vertical direction of the vehicle.
[0025] Preferably, the base body has the rib structure. This means that the rib structure is formed at least partially, in particular predominantly or entirely, by the base body.
[0026] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the protective device, in particular the organic sheet, has at least one cover element which, in particular with respect to the installation position of the protective device in the motor vehicle, adjoins the base body at least indirectly, in particular directly, towards the front in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle. In other words, the cover element is arranged in front of the base body in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle. By means of the cover element, a front side of the storage housing, which faces forward in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle, in particular in the installation position of the protective device on the storage housing or in the motor vehicle, can be covered or covered at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely, preferably directly. This means that the front of the storage housing can be or is at least partially covered by the cover element when the protective device is held on the storage housing via the fastening region. In other words, when the protective device is installed on the storage housing or the electrical energy storage device, the front of the storage housing is at least partially overlapped by the cover element towards the front in the vehicle's longitudinal direction. As a result, the electrical energy storage device, in particular the storage housing, can be particularly reliably protected from the front when subjected to mechanical stress in the vehicle's longitudinal direction. In particular, detachment of the protective device, in particular of the base body, from the storage housing caused by the mechanical stress can be particularly reliably prevented. Thus, the mechanical load capacity of the electrical energy storage device, in particular of the protective device, can be increased.
[0027] The cover element can be understood in particular as a front region of the protective device, in particular of the organic sheet, with respect to the vehicle longitudinal direction, which at least partially encompasses or encompasses the storage housing towards the front in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
[0028] Preferably, the base body and the cover element are formed integrally. In other words, the base body and the cover element are formed integrally with each other. This means that the base body and the cover element are formed from a single piece, for example, a monoblock. Thus, in a one-piece construction, the base body and the cover element are not separately formed and interconnected components. Alternatively, the base body and the cover element can be formed separately from each other.
[0029] Preferably, the underside of the storage housing, relative to the base body and the cover element, can be covered or concealed exclusively by the base body, in particular downwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle. Preferably, the front side of the storage housing, relative to the base body and the cover element, can be covered or concealed exclusively by the cover element, in particular forwards in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
[0030] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the cover element has at least two walls extending obliquely or perpendicular to one another. In other words, the cover element has at least one first wall which extends in a first direction of extent, and the cover element has at least one second wall, which is in particular different from the first wall and extends in a second direction of extent extending obliquely or perpendicular to the first direction of extent. It is preferably provided that, in the installed position of the protective device on the storage housing or in the electrical energy storage device, in particular with reference to the installed position of the protective device in the motor vehicle, the walls extend at least partially further forward in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle than the storage housing. In other words, both walls of the cover element are arranged at least partially further forward in the vehicle's longitudinal direction than the storage housing, in particular the front side of the storage housing, when the protective device is secured to the storage housing via the fastening area. This allows for particularly secure protection of the energy storage device, while also allowing for a particularly aerodynamically optimized airflow to the protective device.
[0031] The walls are preferably formed integrally. In other words, the cover element is formed integrally.
[0032] In a further embodiment, it is provided that, in the installed position of the protective device on the storage housing or in the electrical energy storage device, at least one gap is provided between one of the walls, in particular the first wall, by means of which the front of the storage housing can be covered or is covered at least partially, in particular directly, and the storage housing. In other words, one of the walls, in particular the first wall, is spaced from the storage housing, in particular in the vehicle longitudinal direction, forming a free space. The gap is delimited downwards in the vehicle vertical direction by the other of the walls, in particular the second wall, preferably directly. In the event of mechanical stress, in particular deformation, of the first wall, which delimits the gap towards the front in the vehicle's longitudinal direction, in particular directly, the gap can act to dissipate collision energy, i.e., as a crumple zone. This makes it particularly safe to prevent damage to the electrical energy storage device. Furthermore, the gap allows the protective device to be mounted on the storage housing with particularly little effort. Alternatively or additionally, tolerances can be compensated or taken into account by the gap, whereby the manufacturing effort, in particular manufacturing costs, of the protective device and / or the storage housing can be kept particularly low. Tolerances can be understood to mean, in particular, manufacturing tolerances of the storage housing and / or the protective device.
[0033] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the organic sheet, in particular the base body, has at least one air guide surface, by means of which, when the protective device is installed in the motor vehicle, air flowing towards the protective device, in particular the electrical energy storage device, can be guided when the motor vehicle is traveling. In other words, the air guide surface can be supplied with air while the motor vehicle is traveling. The air can be guided in a targeted manner through the air guide surface, as a result of which the aerodynamics, in particular air resistance, of the motor vehicle can be particularly improved. The term “air” can be understood in particular as airflow. The “guiding of the air” can be understood in particular as the air flowing around or along the air guide surface and / or as the air being deflected or diverted by means of the air guide surface. The air guide surface can in particular be referred to as the first air guide surface.
[0034] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the cover element has at least one second air guide surface, which is in particular different from the first air guide surface and by means of which, in the installed position of the protective device in the motor vehicle, the air flowing towards the protective device, in particular the cover element, can be directed, in particular from the second air guide surface, preferably in a targeted manner, to the first air guide surface during or while the motor vehicle is traveling. In other words, the air flowing towards the second air guide surface can be specifically deflected by means of the second air guide surface in order to direct the air from the second air guide surface to the first air guide surface. This can, for example, prevent or reduce flow separation. Alternatively or additionally, negative aeroacoustic effects which can be caused by the airstream can be particularly reliably avoided or reduced.
[0035] A second aspect of the invention relates to an arrangement of at least one protective device on a storage housing of an electrical energy storage device for an electrically powered motor vehicle. Advantages and advantageous embodiments of the first aspect of the invention are to be regarded as advantages and advantageous embodiments of the second aspect of the invention, and vice versa.
[0036] The protective device has at least one fastening region, via which the protective device is held on an underside of the electrical energy storage device pointing downwards in the vertical direction of the motor vehicle, in particular at least indirectly or directly, on the storage housing of the electrical energy storage device formed separately from the protective device.
[0037] In order to be able to particularly increase safety against damage to the electrical energy storage device and to be able to particularly simplify repair of the electrical energy storage device, it is provided according to the invention that the protective device has at least one organic sheet with at least one rib structure.
[0038] Preferably, the organic sheet has at least one outer side facing downwards in the vertical direction of the vehicle, particularly when the protective device is installed in the motor vehicle, and preferably directly facing the surroundings of the motor vehicle. The outer side preferably faces away from the fastening area.
[0039] Further features of the invention emerge from the claims, the figures, and the description of the figures. The features and combinations of features mentioned above in the description, as well as the features and combinations of features mentioned below in the description of the figures and / or shown alone in the figures, can be used not only in the respective specified combination, but also in other combinations or on their own.
[0040] The invention will now be explained in more detail using a preferred embodiment and with reference to the drawings. They show:
[0041] Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of an inventive
[0042] arrangement; and
[0043] Fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of an inventive
[0044] Arrangement according to a further embodiment; and
[0045] Fig. 3 is a schematic partial sectional view of an inventive
[0046] Arrangement.
[0047] In the figures, identical or functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference symbols.
[0048] Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of an arrangement 1 of a protective device 2 on a storage housing 3 of an electrical energy storage device 4 for an electrically powered motor vehicle. The arrangement 1 in Fig. 1 is shown in perspective from below relative to a vertical direction 5 of the motor vehicle. The protective device 2 is designed or provided for, in particular, mechanical protection of the electrical energy storage device 4 of the electrically powered motor vehicle.
[0049] The protective device 2 has at least one fastening area 6, via which the protective device is to be held or is held, in particular at least indirectly or directly, on an underside 7 of the storage housing 3, which is formed separately from the protective device 2 and points downwards in the vertical direction 5 of the motor vehicle. The protective device 2 is thus arranged at least predominantly, in particular completely, on the underside 7 of the storage housing 3. For example, the protective device 2 is screwed or adhesively bonded to the storage housing 3 via the fastening area 6. In particular, when the protective device 2 is screwed to the storage housing 3 via the fastening area 6, the protective device 2 can be detached from the storage housing 3 reversibly and non-destructively with particularly little effort.
[0050] In order to be able to particularly increase the safety of the electrical energy storage device 4 against damage and to be able to carry out any repair of the electrical energy storage device 4 with particularly little effort, it is provided that the protective device 2 has at least one organic sheet 8 with at least one rib structure 9. The rib structure 9 can particularly increase the rigidity of the organic sheet 8, which in particular can enable a particularly advantageous acoustic behavior of the protective device 2, in particular of the electrical energy storage device 4.
[0051] The protective device 2, in particular the organic sheet 8, and the storage housing 3 are preferably formed from different materials. This means that the protective device 2, in particular the organic sheet 8, is formed, for example, from a first material, and that the storage housing 3 is formed, for example, from a second material different from the first material. The storage housing 3 is formed, for example, at least partially, in particular predominantly or entirely, from a metallic material.
[0052] The organic sheet 8 is formed at least predominantly, in particular entirely, from at least one fiber-reinforced, in particular glass-fiber-reinforced, plastic. As a result, the organic sheet 8 can be referred to, for example, as a glass-fiber organic sheet. For example, the organic sheet 8 is formed at least partially, in particular predominantly, from polyamide, in particular polyamide 6, or polypropylene. The organic sheet 8 is preferably free of metal, in particular free of armor steel.
[0053] The rib structure 9 preferably has a plurality of, in particular different, ribs 10, 11. In the exemplary embodiment, the rib structure has a plurality of, for example twelve, first ribs 10 and a plurality of, for example two, second ribs 11. The first ribs 10 run, for example, parallel to one another. The second ribs 11 run, for example, parallel to one another. As shown by way of example in Fig. 1, the first and second ribs 10, 11 extend obliquely or perpendicular to one another. Furthermore, it is provided in the exemplary embodiment that at least two of the ribs 10, 11 of the rib structure 9 intersect. For example, a first of the second ribs 11 crosses a plurality of, for example, six, first ribs 10. For example, the second of the second ribs 11 crosses a plurality of, for example, six, first ribs 10. For example, the first ribs 10 extend at least substantially in the vehicle longitudinal direction 12 of the motor vehicle. For example, the second ribs 11 extend at least substantially in the transverse direction 13 of the motor vehicle. As shown in Fig. 1, the ribs 10, 11 preferably extend at least substantially in a plane spanned, in particular imaginary, by the vehicle longitudinal direction 12 and the vehicle transverse direction 13.
[0054] In the exemplary embodiment, the protective device 2, in particular the organic sheet 8, is plate-shaped. The organic sheet 8 has, for example, a thickness of at least 0.5 mm, in particular at least 1 mm. For example, the maximum thickness of the organic sheet 8 is 3 mm.
[0055] Preferably, the organic sheet 8 has at least one, in particular plate-shaped, base body 14, by means of which the underside 7 of the storage housing 3 can be covered or covered at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely. In the exemplary embodiment shown in Fig. 1, it is provided that the organic sheet 8, in particular the base body 14, projects beyond the storage housing 3 in the vehicle's longitudinal direction 12 toward the front and / or rear.
[0056] Fig. 2 shows the arrangement 1 in a schematic perspective view, in particular from below, according to a further embodiment, in which the protective device 2, in particular the organic sheet 8, has at least one cover element 15 adjoining the base body 14 at least indirectly, in particular directly, towards the front in the longitudinal direction 12 of the motor vehicle, by means of which a front side 16 of the storage housing 3 facing forward in the longitudinal direction 12 of the motor vehicle can be covered or covered at least partially, in particular predominantly or completely. In the exemplary embodiment shown in Fig. 2, the cover element 15 has at least two walls 17, 18 extending obliquely or perpendicular to one another, which, in the installed position 19 of the protective device 2 on the storage housing 3, extend at least partially further forward in the longitudinal direction 12 of the motor vehicle than the storage housing 3.Thus, the cover element 15, in particular the respective wall 17, 18, extends forward in front of the storage housing 3 in the direction of travel of the motor vehicle.
[0057] For example, in the installed position 19 of the protective device 2 on the storage housing 3, at least one gap 20 is provided between a first of the walls 17, by means of which the front side 16 of the storage housing 3 can be or is at least partially covered, and the storage housing 3 or its front side 16, which gap 20 is delimited or formed downwards in the vehicle vertical direction 5, in particular directly, by the second of the walls 18. A main extension direction of the gap 20 runs, for example, in the vehicle transverse direction 13 of the motor vehicle.
[0058] In a further embodiment, the organic sheet 8, in particular the base body 14, has at least one first air guide surface 21, by means of which, in the installed position 19 of the protective device 2 in the motor vehicle, the air flowing toward the protective device 2, in particular the organic sheet 8, can be directed, in particular in a targeted manner, while the motor vehicle is traveling. For example, the air flowing toward the first air guide surface 21 can be directed by means of the first air guide surface 21, in particular along an underbody of the motor vehicle, toward the rear of the motor vehicle.
[0059] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the cover element, in particular at least one of the walls 17, 18, for example the second wall 18, has at least one second air guide surface 22, by means of which, in the installed position 19 of the protective device 2 in the motor vehicle, the air flowing towards the protective device 2, in particular the cover element 15, can be guided, in particular in a targeted manner, to the first air guide surface 21 when the motor vehicle is traveling. For example, the walls 17, 18 are connected to one another via at least one edge 23, in particular directly, wherein the edge 23 is preferably designed as an aerodynamic edge, which can in particular be referred to as an aero edge.
[0060] For example, the walls 17, 18 extend at an angle to one another that is greater than 90 degrees. This allows the air to be directed aerodynamically particularly efficiently to the first air guide surface 21. The first wall 17, for example, runs at least substantially in the vertical direction 5 of the vehicle. In other words, the first wall 17 has a front side, in particular an end face, pointing forward in the vehicle's longitudinal direction 12. The second wall 18, in particular the second air guide surface 22, runs, for example, obliquely to the first air guide surface 21.
[0061] For example, the organic sheet 8, in particular the base body 14, has several, for example four, recesses 24, each of which is provided or designed for a respective jack receptacle of the motor vehicle. This is illustrated in Fig. 2.
[0062] The organic sheet 8, in particular the protective device 2, is formed, for example, in one piece. This means that the organic sheet 8, in particular the protective device 2, is designed, for example, in an integral construction. Alternatively, the organic sheet 8, in particular the protective device 2, is formed, for example, in multiple pieces or multi-parts. The multi-part design is particularly advantageous if the organic sheet 8 has the recesses 24. This can particularly simplify assembly of the protective device 2 and / or the car jack holder. If the organic sheet 8 is formed in multiple parts, the organic sheet 8 is formed, for example, in three parts.
[0063] The protective device 2 is, for example, at least predominantly, in particular completely, free of metal.
[0064] Fig. 3 shows the arrangement 1 in a schematic partial sectional view according to a further embodiment, in which the protective device 2 has at least one fastening aid 25 made of metal, which can in particular be referred to as a metal insert. The fastening aid 25 serves to screw the protective device 2, in particular the organic sheet 8, to the storage housing 3.
[0065] In the exemplary embodiment shown in Fig. 3, the fastening aid 25 has at least one through-opening 26 in which at least one screw element, in particular at least one screw, is arranged or can be arranged for screwing the protective device to the storage housing 3. The fastening aid 25 is arranged between a screw head 28 of the screw element 27 and the storage housing 3. The fastening aid 25 extends at least partially within a through-opening 29 of the protective device 2, in particular of the organic sheet 8. The protective device 2, in particular of the organic sheet 8, can be fastened or attached to the storage housing 3 by means of the screw element 26 with the aid of the fastening aid 25, in particular at least indirectly or directly. The fastening aid 25 is preferably connected to the organic sheet 8 in a form-fitting manner. For example, several of the fastening aids 25 are provided, which are spaced apart from each other by 50 to 100 mm, for example.
