Description

[0001]ASSEMBLY SET / KIT ESPECIALLY FOR FITTED KITCHENS The invention relates to an assembly set / kit for fitted kitchens for connecting to local utilities such as water, sewage, and electricity. The assembly set / kit is carried along by the tradesperson for installing the fitted kitchen, along with the usual tools. We all know the situation: the tradesperson hasn't even really started work and a part is already missing. This usually follows a trip to the nearest hardware store. Larger tradespeople carry a larger range of parts in the delivery van used for the journey. While in the first case the travel time is incurred, in the second case it is the initial effort spent searching for parts. This is because vehicles generally do not have the same order and system as a company warehouse. In addition, every vehicle contains parts that will eventually be used up, thus becoming idle production resources.Even assembly kits supplied by the manufacturer with the fitted kitchen do little to change this situation, as they cannot fully take into account the specific on-site conditions. Nevertheless, such assembly kits offer advantages that can be used. For example, DE 202013009882 U1 specifically names a tool kit that is designed for a supplier's product range and with which the product and all other products can be assembled without additional tools. The number of tools required should be separated by product lines, e.g. small and large furniture, in order to keep the number of tools within manageable limits. DE 602005002957 T2 describes an assembly kit for a shower tray that includes a reference and positioning box or housing with a number of edge strips, a drain, a sleeve and a hose or pipe.DE 102012014130 A1 deals with the signage of vehicles and vehicle parts for assembly. Traditionally, these signs are purchased parts that the vehicle manufacturer purchases from suppliers and attaches to the vehicle at a specified assembly location during vehicle production. Due to the large number of vehicle variants and special equipment, as well as differing legal requirements in the target regions of the vehicles, a multitude of different signs are required, the procurement, storage, and timely provision of which at the assembly site entails significant logistical effort. Changes in signage are associated with long response times and additional costs for scrapping existing stocks. The invention therefore proposes prefabrication of the plate set for identifying the components of a vehicle in such a way that correct and complete signage can be ensured and the logistical effort associated with the procurement, storage, and provision of plate sets for vehicles is reduced. Finally, reference should also be made to DE 102020129513 A1, which provides a kit system for assembling a chassis structure for a group of commercial vehicles. Essential to the invention here is that all parts for completing the chassis structure are prefabricated as a kit and / or the kit is available prefabricated with all parts for completing the chassis structure. The previously known assembly sets or assembly kits of the state of the art are typically incomplete and do not offer an innovative, complete solution that would enable the specialist to connect any kitchen model under any configuration of connections, appliances and geometries in a ready-to-use manner. For example, the flexible hoses of conventional systems, which are typically 30 cm long, are much too short. This means that when an 80 cm sink cabinet is being directly installed, the connection can be compromised by hoses that are too short, to name just one isolated example of a gap in the state of the art. This problem escalates, however, with the combination of each other inadequate component of the known assembly sets or assembly kits. For example, the stove cable is typically also too short, which compromises its connection because changes to the plan during kitchen construction often mean that a junction box is located further away and remains inaccessible.Overall, state-of-the-art installation sets and kits appear to be inadequately thrown together, only partially solving problems and therefore incomplete: For example, the well-known “nobilia elements” kitchen installation set with a siphon connection, flexible hoses and a stove connection cable has at least the following shortcomings: 1. The included flexible hoses are 30 cm long, which is far too short to connect, for example, an 80 cm sink cabinet in any kitchen installation situation. 2. The stove cable is also 2 m long, which is too short to directly reach a distant connection box during installation in the event of plans changes. 3. The 90 degree bend is only present once, and a second bend is missing, for example to route a cable pipe to the front directly during assembly. 4. The included siphon only has one outlet for one appliance.Since the appliance connections are not visible when planning kitchen appliances in common IT planning programs, there would be no additional outlet for a second appliance. 5. Extending the cable using the supplied 3-way power strip is prone to errors. For example, connecting a 3400-watt oven using this simple power strip lacks a separate power fuse, which can lead to overloads and cable fires in the assembled kitchen. 6. Sanitary silicone is not included. One object of the invention is to propose a system / kit, particularly for tradespeople, that enables them to carry out connection work quickly and cost-effectively, particularly in fitted kitchens. This object is achieved with the features of claim 1; advantageous embodiments are the subject of the subclaims.Accordingly, the present invention advantageously provides an assembly set / kit that is ready-to-use for both a specialist and a layperson, allowing any kitchen model on the market to be assembled under any circumstances without loss of time, without problems, and without individual planning and / or procurement, with a guaranteed success rate. Thus, the invention provides an assembly set / kit that is characterized, among other things, by the spatial juxtaposition of individual tool or spare part components that are functionally directly coordinated with one another. The components form a functional unit through targeted use. The components according to the invention therefore exist as a true combination, with the technical effects disclosed herein resulting from their targeted selection and juxtaposition. It is precisely the targeted selection of the numerous inventive components of the kit with the provided dimensions, quantities, materials and their interaction that allows the specialist, but also the layman, to carry out any kitchen assembly with an immediate success guarantee. For example, a preferred targeted selection of a kit according to the invention comprising the components: - 2 x HT pipe bends 87 ° (90 °) D = 40 mm; - 1 x HT pipe straight 400 mm D = 40 mm; - 1 x HT pipe reducer 50 / 40 mm; - 1 x siphon odor trap with 2 drains DN 4; - 1 x sanitary silicone; - 2 x hose clamps 20 - 32 mm; - 6 x appliance screws 40 mm with combination Phillips head; - 2 x flexible hoses 3 / 8 inch extension flexible hose 50 cm; - 1 x stove connection cable H 05VV 5 x 2.5 mm² in lengths selected from 1.5 m; 2.5 m; 3.5 m and 5.0 m; - 2 x cable ties 300 - 500 mm long; - 1 x space-saving bend 400 mm space-saving drain; - 1 x jigsaw blade for panel materials 75 mm, the aforementioned problems, which cannot be inferred from the state of the art in this combination of all components, with dimensions, number, material and their combination. The range of the assembly sets / kits according to the invention solves a fundamental technical problem, namely the reliable guarantee of a complete connection to pipes, particularly in fitted kitchens. Manufacturer products of this kind on the market typically do not fit all conceivable fitted kitchen formats or do not fully match the corresponding pipes. Thus, the prior art does not solve the problem of ensuring a complete connection, particularly in fitted kitchens. The assembly set / kit according to the invention for fitted kitchens for connecting to local utility lines such as water, sewage, and electricity comprises, according to the invention, at least one container containing a cable for a cooker connection, one or more HT pipe connections, a space-saving drain, an odor trap, one or more flexible hoses for a cold and hot water connection, small parts, and sanitary silicone. These components are preferably arranged in one or more containers made of recyclable cardboard and are thus available to the installer on-site. According to the invention, connecting pieces, pipes, fittings and the like of the assembly set / kit are referred to as “fitting(s)”. Components of the fittings are at least two 90° HT pipe bends for water drainage, at least one straight HT pipe, at least one HT reducer from 50 mm to 40 mm diameter straight, at least one siphon trap with at least two drains and at least one space-saving bend. The small parts include device screws, preferably 1 to 10 device screws, more preferably 2 to 8 device screws, most preferably 6 device screws, at least one preferably at least two hose clamps and one or more cable ties. In a preferred embodiment, the assembly set also contains a jigsaw blade for panel materials. The advantage of the assembly set / kit, in addition to the significant reduction in assembly work, is that the sales consultants no longer have to worry about these parts, so coordination problems are significantly reduced. The use of the components of the assembly set is explained below. In a preferred embodiment: - 2 x HT pipe bends 87° (90°) D = 40mm The HT pipe bend is intended for water drainage between the wall connection and the siphon. The set contains two of these, because without a double bend, connection to a fixed pipe siphon is not possible. In order to bring the pipe back up straight with the opening facing forward, two bends are required that are put together. By turning, the height or position of the drain pipe can be changed as needed. This means that almost any connection can be made, as flexibility in height and depth is guaranteed.A fixed connection makes the siphon and pipe construction more stable and does not vibrate when water flows through. In a preferred embodiment: - 1 x HT pipe straight 400 mm D = 40mm The HT pipe is used in the waste system together with the siphon connection in the sink cabinet. To create a high level of flexibility and to extend the pipe construction, a 400 mm straight HT pipe is used. This means that the siphon can be moved and connected on the left or right side of the sink cabinet, regardless of the connection on the wall (position optimisation). In a preferred embodiment: - 1 x HT pipe reducer 50 / 40 mm For a water connection in fitted kitchens, siphons are often sold which do not have the right diameter, i.e. they are not suitable for existing wall connections because these may not be standardized or they are still old cast iron pipes. This is often overlooked in sales consultations. To solve this problem, the installation set includes a pipe reducer. The reducer can be used regardless of the wall connection. If a 40 mm wall connection is available, the reducer is not used and the 40 mm siphon pipe is connected directly. It should be noted that it is often not possible for the measuring technician to record the cross-section details of the pipe connection because the old kitchen cabinets are still present or installed. This means that, with the current state of the art, ill-fitting siphons are increasingly being sold. In a preferred embodiment: - 1 x siphon trap with 2 drains DN 4 A siphon with a fixed connection pipe is more stable in construction than a flexible pipe. When using the sink cabinet, the end user can accidentally knock objects against the siphon. This can cause the pipe construction to twist with a flexible pipe. The fixed connection, on the other hand, remains very stable even in the event of minor impacts. The double connection is sufficiently designed for the drainage of appliances such as dishwashers and washing machines. It should be noted that although many siphons with an appliance connection are typically present when ordering a kitchen, these are not recognized as appliances by the drawing program due to the gap left behind. The kitchen program therefore only shows one connection. Customer-owned appliances such as a washing machine or dishwasher are therefore not recognized. In a preferred embodiment: - 1 x sanitary silicone For sealing water points, it is necessary to use sanitary silicone. Areas around the sink and sealing niche back walls would have to be made with a high level of abrasion resistance. Normal, inexpensive construction silicones from the hardware store are typically not suitable here. The assembly set / kit according to the invention therefore preferably provides sanitary silicone, which offers very high adhesion to melamine-coated surfaces. With a high and long-lasting seal, the sanitary silicone protects against many swelling damages. The sanitary silicone has a resealable cartridge tip and does not dry out while stationary in the vehicle. In a preferred embodiment, the sanitary silicone is supplied in a 200 ml silicone cartridge. The technical advantage of 200 ml cartridges is better dosing and consumption, which promotes sustainability and reduces material costs. In a preferred embodiment: - 2 x hose clamps 20 - 32 mm Hose clamps made of a non-rusting metal are used in the assembly set / kit. The clamp consists of a ring-shaped metal band with an adjusting screw. Turning the adjusting screw reduces the inner diameter of the hose clamp. This presses the underlying hose onto the connector and creates a seal. The clamps are used on one of the drains each and thus prevent the drain hoses from the washing machine and dishwasher from slipping. In a further preferred embodiment, the said hose clamps have a hexagon socket, which prevents the screw from slipping when tightened. Without the sealing of the hose clamps, the drain hoses of the appliances can become detached from the siphon and cause enormous damage or flood the kitchen with escaping wastewater and cause swelling damage. In a preferred embodiment: - 6 x appliance screws 40 mm with combination Phillips head 3 x 40 mm appliance screws with a narrow head are suitable for installing niche backsplashes and sockets. The socket elements (lower part) are removed before the low-voltage panels and reattached after installation. The appliance screw must be long enough to reach the existing flush-mounted box in depth. The head of the appliance screw must be narrow enough that there is no contact between the head of the screw and the frame when screwing on the socket frame. This means that there is no gap between the frame and the low-voltage panels. In a preferred embodiment: - 2 x flexible hoses 3 / 8 inch extension flexible hose 50 cm A hose extension can be used to extend the connection of short fitting hoses. Some angle valves are not standardized, are located at certain heights and are therefore not reachable with the normal hoses from the fittings. The extension hoses are 50 cm long so that the specialist fitter can easily reach every valve in the sink cabinet and make the connection. The connection points of the screw connection and the pinch seals they contain are reinforced to prevent damage during installation due to overtightening. In a preferred embodiment: - 1 x cooker connection cable H 05VV 5 x 2.5mm² Lengths: 1.5 m; 2.5 m; 3.5 m; 5.0 m Another component of the assembly set / kit according to the invention is a 3 m long cooker cable in order to reach the connection points during assembly and in the case of cooker sockets that are placed too far apart, whereby the required length can be adjusted up to 5 m. In a preferred embodiment: - 2 x cable ties 300 - 500 mm long The cable ties stabilize the attachment of the appliance hoses, because when the appliances are drained, the attached hoses swing due to the water flow. To avoid or reduce this, the hoses can be additionally secured in the sink with cable ties. In a preferred embodiment: - 1 x space-saving bend 400 mm space-saving drain The space-saving bend is used to connect the siphon in a space-saving manner and can be used flexibly. Furthermore, waste systems and boilers can be better placed in the sink cabinet. In a preferred embodiment: - 1 x jigsaw blade for panel materials, 75 mm. The jigsaw blade provided in the assembly set / kit according to the invention enables better cutting quality, thus preventing tears in the coated panel materials. Consequently, fewer complaints arise, as well as more satisfied customers and no additional material costs. An old or used saw blade causes greater chipping of the worktop during cutting; especially since the cost of a new worktop is enormous. Ordering, time, storage, delivery, disassembly, and assembly require very high material and cost requirements. In light of the entire above disclosure, the present invention further encompasses the following numbered embodiments: 1.An assembly kit for fitted kitchens for connecting to local utilities such as water, sewage, and electricity, comprising at least one container containing: - a cable for a stove connection, - one or more HT pipes such as bends, straight pipes, and reducers, - an odor trap, - flexible hoses for cold and hot water connections, and - small parts and sanitary silicone. 2.
