[0041] The present invention relates to a pollution-free power generation device using solar energy, and is characterized in that the device is a power generation device that produces electricity based on a turbine that rotates using steam as a power source, and further comprises a plurality of lenses for concentrating solar energy, a heat collecting means positioned below the lenses, which absorbs the high heat of the sunlight collected through the lenses and transmits the absorbed heat source to a steam generating unit, and a steam generating means that receives the heat source from the heat collecting means and produces steam to be supplied to the turbine based on the transmitted heat source.

[0042] A pollution-free power generation device utilizing solar energy according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. Detailed descriptions of well-known functions and components that may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention are omitted.

[0043] FIGS. 1 to 8 illustrate an emission-free power generation device using solar energy according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an emission-free power generation device using solar energy according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the emission-free power generation device using solar energy illustrated in FIG. 1, FIGS. 3, 4, and 5 are diagrams illustrating a state of use of the emission-free power generation device using solar energy illustrated in FIG. 1, FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an emission-free power generation device using solar energy according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an emission-free power generation device using solar energy according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a lens of an emission-free power generation device using solar energy according to a third embodiment of the present invention, respectively.

[0044] As shown in the above drawing, the pollution-free power generation device (100) using solar energy according to the embodiment of the present invention is a power generation device that produces electricity based on a turbine (1) that rotates steam as a power source.

[0045] It further includes a lens (10), a heat collecting means (20), and a steam generating means (30).

[0046] As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the lenses (10) are installed in multiple numbers to focus sunlight.

[0047] Here, the lens (10) is a medium that focuses sunlight to generate high heat, and can be installed in various sizes and numbers, taking into consideration the power generation demand to be produced through the power generation device, the installation conditions at the site, etc.

[0048] The lens (10) as described above may be formed by a combination of one or more selected from among a convex lens, a Fresnel lens, a disk lens, a microlens array, and a holographic lens.

[0049] In the solar power-using pollution-free power generation device (100) of the present invention, the lens (10) is described as being implemented as the convex lens widely used to focus light, but it is not limited to such a convex lens, and any lens capable of focusing sunlight, as well as the Fresnel lens as shown in FIG. 8 or the various lenses mentioned above, can be implemented without limitation.

[0050] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the heat collecting means (20) is positioned below the lens (10), absorbs the high heat of sunlight collected through the lens (10), and transmits the absorbed heat source to the steam generating unit (30) to be installed.

[0051] It is configured to include a heat collecting block (21) located at the lower part of the lens (10) and located at the upper part of the focal point where sunlight is collected through the lens (10) and receives high heat from sunlight collected through the lens (10), a heat source conducting pipe (22) that connects the heat collecting blocks (21) to each other to collect the high heat of sunlight transferred to the heat collecting block (21) and guide and supply it toward the steam generating means (30), a heat dissipation cover (23) that wraps the outer side of the heat collecting block (21) and the heat source conducting pipe (22) to prevent the high temperature heat source transferred to the heat collecting block (21) and the heat source conducting pipe (22) from escaping to the outside and being wasted, and a light confinement part (24) located at the upper part of the heat collecting block (21) and confines sunlight collected in the upper part of the heat collecting block (21) to induce the heat source of sunlight to be easily transferred to the heat collecting block (21).

[0052] That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper portion of the heat collecting block (21) of the heat collecting means (20) is located at a focal point where sunlight is collected through the lens (10) and formed at a very high temperature, so that the heat collecting block (10) very effectively receives a high-temperature heat source from the sunlight collected through the lens (10), and at this time, the heat source conducting pipe (22) is connected to each of the heat collecting blocks (21) that effectively receive the high-temperature heat source as described above, so that the collected high-temperature heat source is transmitted to all of the heat collecting blocks (21).

[0053] The heat source collected and transmitted to the heat source conductor (22) is then conducted to the steam generation unit (30) and used as power to produce steam through the steam generation unit (30), which will be described in detail below.

[0054] Here, it is preferable that the above-mentioned heat collection block (21) and heat source conductor (22) are manufactured from a material such as a metal with excellent thermal conductivity, such as copper (Cu), or a ceramic, but it is not limited to manufacturing them from such materials.

[0055] In addition, the above-mentioned heat collection block (21) and heat source conductor (22) block the heat source from being emitted to the outside through the heat dissipation cover (23) having excellent heat dissipation performance, thereby ensuring that the heat source collected through sunlight is stably supplied to the steam generation unit (30).

[0056] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the light confinement member (24) is formed on the upper portion of the heat collection block (21) and comprises a convex curved piece (241) that curves sunlight collected on the upper portion of the heat collection block (21) toward the periphery, a reflective piece (242) that wraps around and closes the upper portion of the heat collection block (21), has a through hole (242a) formed on the upper portion so that sunlight collected from the lens (10) can be guided to the heat collection block (21), and has a mirror (242b) formed on the inner surface that reflects sunlight bent through the curved piece (241), and a heat collecting wing (243) that extends upward from the upper edge of the heat collection block (21) and contacts sunlight reflected through the reflective piece (242) to transmit the heat source of sunlight to the heat collection block (21).

[0057] That is, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the light confinement member (24) confines the sunlight collected toward the upper portion of the heat collection block (21) to induce the heat source of the sunlight to be more effectively transferred to the heat collection block (21). Specifically, the sunlight collected toward the upper portion of the heat collection block (21) is bent through the bending member (241) and bent toward the heat collection blade (243) or the mirror (242b) of the reflecting member (242). At this time, a portion of the sunlight heat source bent toward the heat collection blade (243) is directly transferred to the heat collection block (21), and a portion of the sunlight bent toward the mirror (242b) of the reflecting member (242) is reflected toward the surroundings, and the reflected portion of the sunlight is guided to the heat collection block (21) or the heat collection blade (243) to receive the heat source of the sunlight.

[0058] Therefore, the above light confinement member (24) confines the sunlight concentrated on the upper portion of the heat collection block (21) as much as possible so that the heat source of the sunlight is effectively transferred to the heat collection block (21).

[0059] Here, it goes without saying that the sunlight confined to the above light confinement member (24) flows out through the through hole (242a) of the reflector (242) over time.

[0060] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the steam generating means (30) receives a heat source from the heat collecting means (20) and produces steam to be supplied to the turbine (1) based on the transferred heat source.

[0061] A preheating box (31) having a space inside and a communication port (31a) provided at the bottom, a heating box (32) surrounding the preheating box (31) but having a space formed inside and spaced apart from the preheating box (31) and having a discharge port (32a) provided at the top, a water supply pipe (33) for supplying external water into the preheating box (31), a plurality of preheating partitions (34) formed inside the preheating box (31) so that a preheating path can be established that induces water supplied through the water supply pipe (33) to circulate in a zigzag pattern inside the preheating box (31), and a heating partition (35) formed long and spirally inside the heating box (32) so that a heating path can be established that induces water discharged through the communication port (31a) of the preheating box (31) to rise and fall in a spiral pattern from the bottom to the top of the heating box (32),

[0062] The end of the heat source conductor (22) is introduced into the heating box (32) through the upper part of the heating box (32) where the discharge port (32a) is formed, and then descends downward along the heating path, and then is introduced into the preheating box (31) through the lower part of the preheating box (31) where the communication port (31a) is formed, and moves to the water supply pipe (33) side along the preheating path.

[0063] That is, as shown in Fig. 5, water supplied to the preheating box (31) through the water supply pipe (33) of the steam generation means (30) is preheated while primarily exchanging heat with the heat source emitted from the heat source conducting pipe (22) located on the preheating path while circulating in a zigzag manner along the preheating path formed in the preheating box (31).

[0064] Here, the water supplied to the preheating box (31) is distributed in a zigzag pattern along the preheating path, so that the residence time in the preheating box (31) is naturally extended, thereby effectively preheating the water.

[0065] After that, the water discharged to the lower part of the heating box (32) through the communication port (31a) by passing through the preheating path of the preheating box (31) rotates in a spiral along the heating path and slowly rises upward while secondarily exchanging heat with the heat source emitted from the heat source conducting pipe (22) to be heated to a high temperature, and the steam generated from the water heated to a high temperature in this way is discharged through the discharge port (32a) and supplied to the turbine (1).

[0066] In summary, the water supplied to the steam generation means (30) is preheated to a predetermined temperature while passing through the preheating box (31), and the preheated water is supplied to the heating box (32), so that the water passing through the heating box (32) can be easily heated to a high temperature enough to generate steam, thereby inducing very effective and stable steam production.

[0067] Moreover, the heat source conducting pipe (22) located at the upper part of the heating box (32) has a structural characteristic of maintaining a high temperature compared to the heat source conducting pipe (22) located at the lower part of the heating box (32) or the preheating box (31), so that water distributed to the upper part of the heating box (32) is more effectively heated to a high temperature due to the heat source emitted from the heat source conducting pipe (22).

[0068] Meanwhile, as shown in Fig. 6, it is configured to further include a steam control means (40) formed on the discharge port (32a) of the heating box (32) and controlling a constant amount of steam to be supplied through the discharge port (32a).

[0069] The above steam control means (40) is configured to include a control pipe (41) which is connected to the discharge port (32a) so as to supply steam discharged through the discharge port (32a) to the turbine (1), and has a slope (41a) formed therein that becomes sharper as it extends upwards through which steam is discharged, a cone-shaped control block (42) positioned at the center of the slope (41a) of the control pipe (41), a guide piece (43) which is fixedly positioned on the slope (41a) of the control pipe (41), and has a plurality of holes (43a) formed therein through which steam circulated to the control pipe (41) is circulated, and a guide rod (43b) formed at the center for guiding the vertical ascent and descent of the control block (42), and an elastic spring (44) which is formed on the guide rod (43b) of the guide piece (43) and elastically supports the control block (42) downwards.

[0070] That is, when a large amount of steam is produced through the steam generating means (40) and the amount of steam discharged through the discharge port (32a) increases, the frictional force between the steam circulated through the control pipe (41) and the control block (42) increases, and by the frictional force, the control block (42) is slowly moved upwards under the guidance of the guide rod (43b). At this time, when the control block (42) is raised upwards, the gap (D) between the control block (42) and the ramp (41a) narrows, and the overall capacity of the steam passing through the control pipe (41) is substantially reduced.

[0071] Conversely, when the amount of steam circulated through the control pipe (41) decreases, the friction between the steam and the control block (42) naturally decreases, and the control block (42) is gradually transported downward by the elastic restoring force of the elastic spring (44), thereby widening the gap (D) between the control block (42) and the ramp (41a), thereby substantially increasing the capacity of the steam passing through the control pipe (41), thereby automatically discharging a constant capacity (fixed amount) of steam regardless of the amount of steam produced by the steam generating means (30).

[0072] Here, it is preferable to set an appropriate quantity of steam to be discharged in a fixed amount through the steam control means (40) by adjusting the inclination angle of the ramp (41a) or the size of the control block (42), etc., taking into account the type, capacity, environment, etc. of the generator, and the optimal rpm that can induce the optimal power generation efficiency.

[0073] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 7, the lens (10) is configured to include a base lens (11) for concentrating sunlight, and at least one auxiliary lens (12) positioned below the base lens (11) but formed to be smaller than the size of the base lens (11) to reconcentrate sunlight collected by the base lens (11).

[0074] Here, if the size (diameter) of the lens (10) is formed large, a large amount of sunlight can be collected to increase power generation efficiency, but since the focus of the collected sunlight is formed too far away, there is a difficulty in that the height of the lens (10) must be installed very high.

[0075] In order to overcome these difficulties, the lens (10) can be made thicker to increase the radius of curvature of the lens (10) and thereby increase the angle of refraction of light, thereby inducing the focal point to be formed closer. However, making the center of a large lens thicker has the problem that too much material is consumed and the weight of the lens is greatly increased, making it somewhat difficult to realistically manufacture or install and use it.

[0076] That is, by constructing the lens (10) by dividing it into a base lens (11) and at least one auxiliary lens (12), a large amount of sunlight is collected by the base lens (11) and the collected sunlight is repeatedly collected through the auxiliary lens (12), thereby inducing a large amount of sunlight to be collected very efficiently at a low height, and since a heavy lens is not used, it can be installed and used realistically easily, thereby ensuring excellent usability of the device.

[0077] Here, the lens (10) is implemented so that two auxiliary lenses (12) are sequentially arranged below the base lens (11), but the number of auxiliary lenses (12) used is not limited to this number.

[0078] The solar power-using pollution-free power generation device (100) of the present invention, which is composed of the above components, uses the heat source of sunlight collected through the lens (10) to produce steam in the steam generation means (30), and produces electricity by rotating the turbine (1) based on the produced steam, thereby inducing stable power generation through solar power, and at the same time, since the structure of the heat collection means (20) and the steam generation means (30) is simple, together with the lens (10) having a low unit price, the cost consumed for construction can be significantly reduced, thereby securing the excellent price competitiveness of the device.

[0079] In addition, since the lens (10), heat collecting means (20), and steam generating means (30) have a very simple structure and do not require separate operations during device operation, various device failures that may occur during device operation can be eliminated, and thus, it is expected that the device can be used very stably for a long period of time.

[0080] Additionally, since electricity is produced using solar energy, which is an infinite clean energy source, no harmful substances such as carbon dioxide are generated during the power generation process, which has the effect of inducing very eco-friendly electricity production.

[0081] The pollution-free power generation device (100) using solar energy according to the embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration generates power as follows.

[0082] First, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a large amount of sunlight is focused toward the heat collecting means (20) through a plurality of lenses (10) so that the heat collecting means (20) absorbs (receives) a high-temperature heat source from the sunlight.

[0083] Then, as shown in Fig. 5, the high temperature heat source absorbed in the heat collection means (20) is supplied to the steam generation means (30) and used as a medium to heat water to a high temperature, and at this time, the steam generated from the water heated to a high temperature is supplied to the turbine (1) and used as a power source to rotate the turbine (1).

[0084] Then, a large amount of electricity is produced through a generator (2) that generates electricity based on the rotational power of the turbine (1).

[0085] Here, it goes without saying that the lens (10) may be equipped with a conventional illumination system (not shown) to enable the lens (10) to track sunlight, thereby inducing more effective power generation.

[0086] While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings, these are merely illustrative and are not limited to the above-described embodiments. Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that various modifications and equivalent embodiments are possible. Furthermore, it should be understood that modifications are possible by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
