Abstract
Description
POWER GENERATOR WITH SYNERGIC COILS DESCRIPTIVE REPORT FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a power generator that utilizes the unused energy in coils in the form of uncaptured fields, which are enhanced by the use of specific materials to strengthen the harnessed fields of adjacent coils. Thus, by using two rotors, the power generation capacity of each field is maximized, increasing the generator's energy efficiency. PREVIOUS EVENTS
[0002] Energy production is one of humanity's greatest challenges. To achieve this, we have relied on power generators powered by fossil fuels, nuclear energy, hydropower, wind, solar energy, and others. All known power generation systems are inefficient energy transformation systems, as they consume energy in one form, such as fossil fuels, and deliver a smaller amount of mechanical and electrical energy. The challenge is to increase the efficiency of this transformation process and, if possible, ensure the indefinite generation of energy ready for human consumption.
[0003] The invention, filed under number US2006087187A1 and titled "Multivariable Generator and Method of Using the Same," in 2006, deals with a process for generating power from permanent magnets, rotors, and stators, the latter being an odd number. This invention, however, does not add significant efficiency gains to the power generation process.
[0004] The invention, filed under number US20120235528A1 and titled "Toroidal Inductance Generator," discloses a technique based on the use of multiple magnetic fields and circularly wound coils to produce energy from electromagnetism. The invention, however, does not add significant efficiency gains to power generation processes.
[0005] The invention, filed under number WO2016123638A1 and titled "Efficient Electric Generator," proposes a power generator characterized by reduced losses from generated electromagnetic fields. This invention, however, is still based on a simple, common stator for all coils. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
[0006] In view of the gaps found in the state of the art, it is necessary to develop a new technique such as the one revealed below.
[0007] The losses or inefficiencies that occur in reactors with a central rotor are largely due to losses in the use of the fields generated by each coil, in addition, naturally, to losses due to the material from which they are made.
[0008] This invention reveals a product and process for maximizing the fields generated by coils. This is achieved through a combination of three factors:
[0009] 1. Positioning of the coils.
[0010] 2. The material used to make the coils.
[0011] 3. The variation in the distance between coils and magnets.
[0001] Thus, this invention reveals a product and a process for generating energy characterized by:
[0013] Product: Energy generator by synergic coils
[0014] The positioning of the coils is illustrated in Figure 1. Unlike other existing generators, this invention positions the coils adjacently. This way, the counterfield generated at the back of the coil (the part not facing the magnets) adds to the field of the adjacent coil, maximizing, in accordance with Lens's law, power generation.
[0015] From the perspective of coil materials, following the same principle of field maximization, materials with better conductivity were used, such as new iron-silicon alloys, graphene, borophene, copper, and combinations of these materials. To direct the fields, the coils are wrapped in resistive materials such as graphite, fullerene, resistive metal alloys, and others.
[0016] Spacing between coils and magnets: According to Lens's law, coils can lose efficiency with use as heat is generated. In this case, to maintain the spacing to maximize energy generation, the distance between magnets and coils must be variable. To this end, a floating shaft was used on the actuator to adjust the distance between the coils and the magnets. The distance that maximizes energy generation is calculated by software and can be processed locally or calculated remotely.
[0017] Power generation process by generator with synergistic coils.
[0018] From the point of view of the positioning of the coils, the process begins with the energization of the coils and they will generate their fields, but as they are positioned adjacently, the counterfields are added to the fields of the adjacent coils, increasing the fields generated.
[0019] These fields are positioned opposite magnets, one on each side of the coil assembly (Figure 3). The coil's structure is an important determinant of generating capacity. Upon contact with the fields generated by the magnets, according to Lens's law, the coils initiate the process of generating energy. Since some of the generated energy can be dissipated as heat, the process of maximizing the energy generated by varying the distance between the magnet and the coil begins.
[0020] The generator can generate both direct current and alternating current, depending on how the coils are connected. For example, by connecting the north field coils and the south field coils in a different connection, direct current power is generated.
[0021] Alternating energy is created when a 120-degree phase shift is created between sets of coils, thus creating three-phase alternating energy, for example.
[0022] The two-rotor arrangement is actually crucial because it harnesses the fields generated in the direction of the two "faces" of each coil to generate power. A simplified model could have just one row of coils with two rotors, one on each side. What we've found in practice is that this version doesn't produce field summation and thus doesn't maximize the generated fields and the power generation potential.

[0028] In a first preferred embodiment of the invention, the coil array consists of pairs of coils positioned adjacently (one against the other) with rotors positioned externally to each circular coil array. The coils are made of graphene and copper wires, maximizing the generated field and therefore power generation. The rotors can rotate in either direction but must always be at the same speed.
[0029] In a second preferred embodiment, the coils and magnets are encapsulated with a resistive material. This, while not eliminating energy loss from the simultaneous generation of antagonistic fields, directs the fields toward the magnet facing the coil (and vice versa), maximizing energy generation. The losses, that is, the antagonistic field that will still be generated by the coil, will still be utilized, adding to the field generated by the adjacent coil.
[0030] In a third preferred embodiment, the magnets of each rotor are encapsulated with a resistor material chosen from among the known materials with the best resistor properties. In this case, graphite and fullerene were used.
[0031] In a fourth preferred embodiment, the magnets of each rotor are encapsulated with a resistor material chosen from among the known materials with the best resistor properties. In this case, silicon was used.
[0032] In a fifth preferred embodiment, the distance between stator and rotor can be variable and calculated according to a series of parameters such as temperature and geolocation (influence of the planet's magnetic field).
[0033] In a sixth preferred embodiment, the software that calculates and sends the distance between rotor and stator for each generator is resident on a cloud server.
[0034] In a seventh preferred embodiment, the rotors are allowed to rotate in any direction as long as they are always at the same speed and direction. This can benefit the generation process, for example, when installing generators in the northern or southern hemispheres.
[0035] In an eighth preferred embodiment, the generator has its north pole coils interconnected, and in another interconnection, the south pole coils. This generates direct current power.
[0036] In a ninth preferred embodiment, the invention has its coils 1, 4, 7 and 10 (generator x+3 starting from the first coil) interconnected, coils 2, 5, 8 and 11 (generator x+3 starting the series of the second) interconnected and coils 3, 6, 9 and 12 (generator x+3 with the series starting at 3). In this case, there is three-phase alternating current. The more coils you put in the generator, the principle remains the same, but less speed is needed to reach the desired hertz (typically 50hz or 60hz).
[0037] In a tenth preferred embodiment the bios of each coil are encapsulated with graphite or even more insulating material.
