AI Technical Summary
Existing centralized heat supply systems with hydraulic turbines experience unstable power output due to dependence on the temperature schedule of the heating system, affecting the efficiency and reliability of the boiler room operation.
Incorporating a water heating boiler connected to a hydraulic turbine with a three-way valve that redirects heated water to a second-stage heat exchanger, a steam-water separator, and a condensate pump, allowing for stable power generation independent of network water temperature, and enabling partial or complete redirection of boiler water to the heat exchanger circuit.
This configuration ensures stable power generation from the hydraulic turbine, unaffected by network water temperature, enhancing operational reliability and efficiency by regulating temperature through the three-way valve and bypass pipeline.

Abstract
Description
[0001] BOILER HOUSE WITH HYDROSTEAM TURBINE
[0002] The invention relates to equipment used in centralized heat supply systems.
[0003] An autonomous heat supply system is known from the existing level of technology, comprising a hot water boiler with auxiliary equipment and connecting pipelines, a network pump with a heat consumption system, characterized in that the installation additionally comprises a hydro-steam turbine with an electric generator, a condensation unit, wherein the water outlet from the hot water boiler is connected to the heat consumer and to the input of the hydro-steam turbine, and the outlet from it is connected in series to the condensation unit and the pump, and the outlet of the latter is connected to the input of the network pump, wherein the electric generator is connected to an electric cable, a network pump and to the auxiliary equipment (RU 19305 U1 Published 20.08.2001).
[0004] The disadvantage of this solution is the dependence of the water temperature at the inlet to the hydro-steam turbine, and, as a consequence, the power of this unit on the temperature schedule of the heating network.
[0005] The task for which the claimed invention is intended to solve is to ensure stable power of a hydro-steam turbine regardless of the temperature schedule of the network for which the boiler operates.
[0006] This problem is solved due to the fact that the boiler house with a hydro-steam turbine includes: a hot water boiler, from which the heated water of the boiler circuit is fed to the inlet of the hydro-steam turbine and through a three-way valve to the inlet of the second stage heat exchanger for heating the network water; a hydro-steam turbine, which is the drive of the electric generator, from the outlet of which the steam-water mixture is fed to the separator; a heat exchanger of the first stage of heating the network water, heated by steam coming from the separator of the hydro-steam turbine; a condensate pump feeding condensate from the separator to the inlet of the boiler circuit pump, which feeds water to the inlet of the hot water boiler, while the network water is sequentially fed to the heat exchangers of the first and second stages of heating, and the three-way valve is connected to a bypass pipeline through which the flow

[0009] The technical result provided by the given set of features is the stable power of the hydro-steam turbine, independent of the temperature of the network water.
[0010] The essence of the invention is explained by the drawing (Figure 1), which shows a boiler room with a hydro-steam turbine with the following positions:
[0011] Hot water boiler - 1;
[0012] Hydro steam turbine - 2;
[0013] Three-way valve - 3;
[0014] Second stage heating heat exchanger - 4;
[0015] First stage heating heat exchanger - 5;
[0016] Separator - 6;
[0017] Condensate pump - 7;
[0018] Boiler circuit pump - 8; Bypass pipeline - 9.
[0019] A boiler house with a hydro-steam turbine operates as follows.
[0020] The water of the boiler circuit heated in the hot water boiler 1 is fed to the input of the hydro-steam turbine 2 and through the three-way valve 3 to the input of the second-stage heat exchanger 4. In the hydro-steam turbine 2, the water boils. The water-steam mixture expands, generating mechanical power, which is converted into electrical power in the generator. From the output of the hydro-steam turbine 2, the steam-water mixture is fed to the separator 6, where the steam and water flows are separated. The steam flow is directed to the first-stage heat exchanger 5 for heating the network water, and the water to the input of the condensate pump 7. The condensate from the output of the heat exchanger 5 is also drained to the input of the pump 7, which pumps the condensate to the input of the boiler circuit pump 8, which feeds water to the input of the hot water boiler 1, ensuring the circulation of water along the boiler circuit. Network water is heated by sequentially feeding it into the heat exchangers of the first 5 and second heating stages 4.The temperature of the network water at the outlet of heat exchanger 4 is regulated by changing the flow rate of boiler water through.
