Abstract
Description
shoes
[0001] The present invention relates to shoes, and more specifically, to shoes that allow the user to fully unzip the shoes to allow sweat and odor to evaporate after wearing them during the day, to easily spray deodorant (deodorizing spray) inside the shoes, to easily wash the inside of the shoes, and to easily dry the shoes after washing.
[0002] Conventionally, techniques such as those described in Patent Documents 1 to 4 have been known.
[0003] <Patent Document 1> Utility Model Registration No. 3038610 Patent Document 1 describes a shoe with the objective of "providing inexpensive shoes that can be easily put on and taken off even by people with foot disabilities," and describes "a shoe having a sole, an upper portion located on the instep that can be opened and closed by rotating around a part of the outer periphery of said portion, and that, when opened, can provide an opening that is larger than the opening in the upper part of the shoe when said portion is closed, and means, provided at a predetermined point along the outer periphery, for fixing said portion in a closed position" (Summary of the document).
[0004] However, because the zipper that opens and closes the instep section 3 of these shoes is made of fabric zippers 7b and 7a, the opening 6 is partially blocked by the fabric zipper 7a. Therefore, even if the zipper is fully opened, it is not suitable for evaporating sweat and odor after wearing the shoes during the day or for spraying deodorant (deodorizing spray) inside the shoes. Furthermore, it is not easy to wash the inside of the shoes, and it is also not easy to dry them after washing.
[0005] <Patent Document 2> Utility Model Registration No. 3040271 Patent Document 2 describes the objective of "providing shoes that can be easily put on and taken off by elderly people, small children, physically disabled people, patients who are temporarily disabled, or their caregivers, while also having an excellent appearance design." It states that "in a shoe (1) having a shoe body (3) consisting of an outer part (4), an inner part (5), and a sole part (6), and a shoe cap part (2) consisting of a heel part (21) and a toe part (22), the shoe cap part (2) is formed separately, and the tip of the shoe cap part (2) and the shoe body (3) are sewn together, and slide fasteners (7) are attached to both sides and the front part of the shoe cap part (2) and the corresponding outer part (4) and inner part (5). Furthermore, the heel part (17) is split vertically, and the slide fastener (7) is attached to the vertical split part (19)." The document states that "by opening the shoe cap (2) and heel section (17), the shoe (1) is laid out flat, and the foot is placed on the inner sole (15) and the shoe (1) is put on so that the foot is wrapped around the outer section (4), inner section (5), and shoe cap (2), making it easy for people with disabilities, small children, and their caregivers to put on and take off the shoes" (Summary of the document).
[0006] However, this shoe has a structure in which the shoe lid (2) is formed separately and the tip of the shoe lid (2) and the shoe body (3) are sewn together, making this junction difficult to wash and dry. Also, the structure requires two slide fasteners (7) on the left and right, making opening and closing the shoe cumbersome.
[0007] In Figures 3 and 4 of the same document 2, a shoe is described as follows: "In a synthetic leather shoe (1) having a shoe body (3) consisting of an outer part (4), an inner part (5), and a sole part (6), and a shoe cap part (2) consisting of a cusp part (21) and a toe part (22), the shoe cap part (2) is separated on a line from the ankle to the little toe and on a line along the toe at the front end, and the separation line is approximately inverted J-shaped when viewed from above. A male hook-and-loop fastener (10) and a female hook-and-loop fastener (11) are sewn to the inner surface of the front part of the shoe cap part (2) and to the outer surface of the standing surface (13) fixed to the sole (6), respectively, and the front part of the toe part (22) is attached so as to cover the standing surface (13)" (paragraph 0012 of the same document).
[0008] However, this shoe has a long connection between the shoe lid (2) and the shoe itself, because "the shoe lid (2) is separated along a line from the ankle to the little toe and along a line at the front end that follows the toe, and the separation line is roughly inverted J-shaped when viewed from above." It is also unclear whether the shoe lid (2) will stay open. Therefore, even if the zipper is fully opened, it is not suitable for evaporating sweat and odor after wearing the shoes during the day or for spraying deodorizers (deodorizing sprays) inside the shoes. Furthermore, the interior of the shoes is not easy to wash, nor is it easy to dry after washing.
[0009] <Patent Document 3> Utility Model Registration No. 3199079 Patent Document 3 states that the objective of the invention is to "provide shoes that are extremely easy to put on and take off for elderly people and people with disabilities who have difficulty putting their feet through the openings of shoes." The document describes a shoe that "has a series of zippers 4 that have two ends on the left and right near the center of the upper heel portion 12, pass near the soles of the left and right side uppers, and go around the upper toe portion 15; by opening the zippers, the upper portion separates from the sole 2. When closed, the zipper has two sliders 6, one at each end, and by sliding the two sliders to the vicinity of the upper toe portion, the zipper opens, and the upper is released from the sole, leaving only a part of the upper toe portion. In this state, the user can put on the shoe simply by placing their foot on the sole and closing the zipper. When closed, the zipper is completely released by sliding only one of the two sliders located at the ends 2 around the upper toe portion and sliding it to the other end, and the upper is completely separated from the sole" (abstract of the document).
[0010] As shown in Figure 6 of the document, this shoe allows the upper 1 and sole 2 to be completely separated, which is thought to enable all of the following: sweat and odors to evaporate after wearing the shoe during the day, it is easy to spray deodorant (deodorant spray) inside the shoe, it is easy to wash the inside of the shoe when washing, and it is easy to dry after washing.
[0011] However, since the upper 1 and the sole 2 of this shoe are completely separable, there is a risk that either the upper 1 or the sole 2 may be lost.
[0012] <Patent Document 4> JP 2017-170191 A Patent Document 4 describes the objective of "providing shoes that the wearer can put on without their feet coming into contact with the fasteners," and states that "shoe 1 comprises a sole 2, an upper 3, and a fastener 4 as its main components. A lower element 4B of fastener 4 is provided on the periphery of sole 2, and an upper element 4A of fastener 4 is provided on the lower edge of upper 4. Sole 2 and upper 3 are separably joined by fastener 4. Sole 2 has a coating layer on its upper surface, and a convex portion is formed on all or part of its periphery to avoid contact with fastener 4" (abstract of the document).
[0013] These shoes have a sole 2 and an upper 3 that can be completely separated by a zipper 4, which allows sweat and odors to evaporate after wearing them during the day, makes it easy to spray deodorant (deodorant spray) inside the shoes, makes it easy to wash the inside of the shoes, and makes it easy to dry them after washing.
[0014] However, since the sole 2 and the upper 3 of this shoe are completely separable, there is a risk that either the sole 2 or the upper 3 may be lost.
[0015] Utility Model Registration No. 3038610 Utility Model Registration No. 3040271 Utility Model Registration No. 3199079 JP 2017-170191 A
[0016] The problem that this invention aims to solve is to provide shoes that can be fully unzipped to allow sweat and odor to evaporate after wearing them during the day, that can easily spray a deodorant (deodorant spray) inside the shoes, that can easily wash the inside of the shoes when washing them, and that can easily dry them after washing, without any of the components being lost.
[0017] In order to solve the above problems, the shoe of the present invention comprises an opening for inserting the foot, a sole portion located on the bottom of the foot inserted through the opening, a medial portion and an lateral portion rising from the left and right sides of the sole portion, an instep portion connecting the medial portion and the lateral portion and covering the instep of the foot, a toe portion covering the toes of the foot, and a slide fastener for opening and closing at least the instep portion, wherein one end of the slide fastener is located at the intersection of the opening and the connecting portion between one of the medial portion or the lateral portion and the instep, and the opening, and the other end is located at the connecting portion between the other of the medial portion or the lateral portion and the instep, and is located near the edge of the opening, and the portion between the one end and the other end is located along the connecting portion between the medial portion, the lateral portion and the instep and along the tip of the toe, In the shoe, the area between the other end and the edge of the opening constitutes an open maintaining section that uses the elasticity of the area itself to maintain the instep and toe sections opened by the slide fastener in an open state, the other end is located lower than the edge of the opening towards the sole of the shoe, and the open maintaining section is constituted by the area between the edge of the opening and the other end, and the open maintaining section opens the instep and toe sections outward and backward around the open maintaining section.
[0018] This shoe offers the following advantages: it is equipped with an opening for inserting the foot, a sole portion that is positioned on the bottom of the foot inserted through the opening, an inner and outer portion rising from the left and right sides of the sole portion, an instep portion that connects the inner and outer portions and covers the instep of the foot, a toe portion that covers the toes, and a slide fastener that allows at least the instep portion to be opened and closed, so that at least the instep portion can be opened and closed by operating the slide fastener.
[0019] The slide fastener has one end located at the intersection of the opening and the connecting portion between one of the inner and outer portions and the instep, and the other end located at the connecting portion between the other of the inner and outer portions and the instep, near the edge of the opening. The portion between the one end and the other end is located along the connecting portion between the inner and outer portions and the instep, and along the tip of the toe, so that the instep and toe can be opened widely by opening it from one end to the other.
[0020] Furthermore, the area of the shoe between the other end and the edge of the opening serves as an open-keeping section that maintains the upper and toe sections open by the slide fastener, due to its elasticity. This allows sweat and odors to evaporate while the upper and toe sections remain open, making it easy to spray deodorant (deodorizing spray) inside the shoe and wash the interior of the shoe. Furthermore, even after washing, the upper and toe sections can be dried in the open state, making it easy to dry the interior of the shoe. Furthermore, because the shoe body and the open upper and toe sections are connected by the open-keeping section, there is no risk of losing either one.
[0021] As described above, the shoe of the present invention achieves the following effects: the zipper can be fully opened to allow sweat and odors to evaporate after wearing the shoe during the day, it is easy to spray deodorant (deodorizing spray) on the inside of the shoe, the interior of the shoe is easy to wash, and it is easy to dry after washing, all without losing any of the components. Furthermore, when the upper and toe sections are opened, the twisting action of the openness maintaining section allows the upper and toe sections to open wider. In other words, the upper and toe sections open outward and backward around the openness maintaining section, so the interior of the shoe, the upper and toe sections, and the toe sections are widely exposed.
[0022] In order to solve the above problems, the shoe of the present invention comprises an opening for inserting the foot, a sole portion located on the bottom of the foot inserted through the opening, a medial side and an lateral side rising from the left and right sides of the sole portion, an upper portion connecting the medial side and the lateral side and covering the instep of the foot, a toe portion covering the toes, and a slide fastener for opening and closing at least the upper portion, wherein one end of the slide fastener is located at the intersection of the connecting portion between the medial side and the upper portion and the opening, and the other end is located at the connecting portion between the lateral side and the upper portion and is located near the edge of the opening, the portion between the one end and the other end is located along the connecting portion between the medial side, the lateral side and the upper portion and along the tip of the toe portion, and the portion of the shoe between the other end and the edge of the opening constitutes an open maintaining portion that maintains the upper portion and toe portion opened by the slide fastener by the elasticity of the portion itself, The other end is located lower than the edge of the opening toward the sole, and the open-keeping portion is formed by the area between the edge of the opening and the other end, and the open-keeping portion is an open-keeping portion that opens the instep and toe portions outward and backward around the open-keeping portion.
[0023] This shoe offers the following advantages: it is equipped with an opening for inserting the foot, a sole portion that is positioned on the bottom of the foot inserted through the opening, an inner and outer portion rising from the left and right sides of the sole portion, an instep portion that connects the inner and outer portions and covers the instep of the foot, a toe portion that covers the toes, and a slide fastener that allows at least the instep portion to be opened and closed, so that at least the instep portion can be opened and closed by operating the slide fastener.
[0024] The slide fastener has one end located at the intersection of the connecting part between the medial part and the instep and the opening, and the other end located at the connecting part between the lateral part and the instep, near the edge of the opening. The portion between the one end and the other end is located along the connecting part between the medial part, the lateral part and the instep, and along the tip of the toe, so that by opening it from one end to the other, the instep and toe can be opened widely outward (towards the lateral part).
[0025] Furthermore, the area of the shoe between the other end and the edge of the opening serves as an open-keeping section that maintains the upper and toe sections open by the slide fastener, due to its elasticity. This allows sweat and odors to evaporate while the upper and toe sections remain open, making it easy to spray deodorant (deodorizing spray) inside the shoe and wash the inside of the shoe. Furthermore, even after washing, the upper and toe sections can be dried while still open to the outside, making it easy to dry the insides of the shoes with the left and right shoes aligned. Furthermore, because the shoe body and the open upper and toe sections are connected by the open-keeping section, there is no risk of losing either one.
[0026] As described above, the shoe of the present invention achieves the following effects: the zipper can be fully opened to allow sweat and odors to evaporate after wearing the shoe during the day, the deodorizer (deodorizing spray) can be easily sprayed inside the shoe, the interior of the shoe can be easily washed, and the shoe can be easily dried after washing, all without losing any of the components. Moreover, after washing, the left and right shoes can be dried in an aligned state. Furthermore, when the upper and toe portions are opened, the twisting action of the openness maintaining portion allows the upper and toe portions to open more widely. In other words, the upper and toe portions open outward and backward around the openness maintaining portion, thereby providing a wide opening to the interior of the shoe, the upper, and toe portions. These are the effects achieved.
[0027] In this shoe, one end of the slide fastener can be configured as the sliding start end of the slider when opening the slide fastener, and the other end as the sliding end. With this configuration, an open-keeping part can be easily formed between the other end and the edge of the shoe opening.
[0028] The shoe is provided with an upper lining, which may be made of soft fabric and positioned as the outermost layer of the open-keeping part when the instep and toe are open. This configuration improves the feel of the shoe against the skin, while also making it easier for the open-keeping part to keep the instep and toe open to an appropriate degree.
[0029] In this shoe, the other end is located lower than the edge of the opening toward the sole, and the area between the edge of the opening and the other end can form the open-keeping portion. With this configuration, the twisting action of the open-keeping portion allows the instep and toe sections to open wider.
[0030] In this application, the "near the edge of the opening" where the other end is located means a position close enough to the edge of the opening that the instep and toe can be kept open by the open maintaining section formed by the area between the "near the edge of the opening" position and the edge.
[0031] 1A is a front view of a shoe according to an embodiment of the present invention, (b) is a view from the right oblique angle, and (c) is a view from the left oblique angle. 2A is a front view of a shoe according to an embodiment of the present invention, (b) is a view from the right oblique angle, and (c) is a view from the left oblique angle. 3A shows the upper and toe parts in an open state, (b) is a front view of a shoe according to an embodiment of the present invention, (c) is a view from the left oblique angle.
[0032] Hereinafter, an embodiment of a shoe according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, the same or corresponding parts are designated by the same reference numerals. The drawings should be viewed in the direction of the reference numerals.
[0033] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, shoe 1 of this embodiment comprises: an opening 10 for inserting a foot; a sole portion 20 located at the bottom of a foot (not shown) inserted through opening 10; an inner portion 30 and an outer portion 40 rising from the left and right sides of sole portion 20; an upper portion 50 connecting inner portion 30 and outer portion 40 and covering the instep of the foot; a toe portion 60 covering the toes of the foot; and a slide fastener 70 for opening and closing at least upper portion 50, wherein slide fastener 70 has one end 71 located at the intersection (71) of connecting portion 31 between inner portion 30 and upper portion 50 and opening 10, and the other end 72 located at connecting portion 41 between outer portion 40 and upper portion 50, near edge 11 of opening 10, A portion 73 between one end 71 and the other end 72 is arranged along the connecting portions 31, 41 between the medial portion 30, the lateral portion 40, and the upper portion 50, and along the tip portion 61 of the toe portion 60, and a portion 80 between the other end 72 and the rim 11 of the opening 10 of the shoe 1 constitutes an open-keeping portion 80 that maintains the upper portion 50 and toe portion 60 open by the slide fastener 70 due to the elasticity of the portion 80 itself. Furthermore, the other end 72 is arranged lower than the rim 11 of the opening 10 toward the sole portion 20, and the portion 80 between the rim 11 of the opening 10 and the other end 72 constitutes the open-keeping portion 80, and the open-keeping portion 80 opens the upper portion 50 and toe portion 60 outward and backward around the open-keeping portion 80.
[0034] This shoe 1 provides the following effects: It comprises an opening 10 for inserting the foot, a sole 20 located on the bottom of the foot inserted through the opening 10, an inner section 30 and an outer section 40 rising from the left and right sides of the sole 20, an upper section 50 connecting the inner section 30 and the outer section 40 and covering the instep of the foot, a toe section 60 covering the toes, and a slide fastener 70 for opening and closing at least the upper section 50, and one end 71 of the slide fastener 70 is located at the intersection (71) of the connecting section 31 between the inner section 30 and the upper section 50 and the opening 10, and the other end 72 is located at the connecting section 41 between the outer section 40 and the upper section 50, near the edge 11 of the opening 10, The portion 73 between one end 71 and the other end 72 is provided along the connecting portions 31, 41 between the medial portion 30, the lateral portion 40, and the instep portion 50, and along the tip portion 61 of the toe portion 60. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, by opening the portion from one end 71 to the other end 72, the instep portion 50 and the toe portion 60 can be opened widely outward (toward the lateral portion 40 (the right side in FIG. 2(a))).
[0035] Furthermore, the region 80 between the other end 72 and the lip 11 of the opening 10 of the shoe 1 constitutes an open-keeping member 80 that maintains the upper 50 and toe 60 open by the slide fastener 70, due to its elasticity. This allows sweat and odors to evaporate while the upper 50 and toe 60 remain open, making it easy to spray deodorant (deodorizing spray) on the shoe interior 1b and wash the shoe interior 1b. Furthermore, since the upper 50 and toe 60 can be dried while remaining open to the outside, the left and right shoe interiors 1b can be easily dried with both shoes aligned (only the right shoe is shown in FIG. 2(a)). Furthermore, because the shoe itself and the open upper 50 and toe 60 are connected by the open-keeping member 80, there is no risk of losing either one.
[0036] As described above, the shoe of this embodiment allows the slide fastener 70 to be fully opened to allow sweat and odors to evaporate after wearing the shoe during the day, makes it easy to spray deodorant (deodorizing spray) on the shoe interior 1b, makes the shoe interior 1b easy to wash, and simplifies drying after washing, all without losing any of the components. Furthermore, after washing, the left and right shoes can be dried in an aligned state. Furthermore, when the upper 50 and toe 60 are opened, the twisting action of the openness maintaining portion 80 allows the upper 50 and toe 60 to open wider. In other words, the upper 50 and toe 60 are opened outward and backward around the openness maintaining portion 80, resulting in a wide opening of the shoe interior 1b, the upper 50, and the toe 60. These are the effects achieved.
[0037] One end 71 of the slide fastener 70 is the sliding start end of the slider 75 when the slide fastener 70 is opened, and the other end 72 is the sliding end.
[0038] With this configuration, the open-keeping portion 80 can be easily formed in the area 80 between the other end 72 and the edge portion 11 of the shoe opening 10 .
[0039] The shoe 1 is provided with an upper lining 1c, which is made of soft cloth and is positioned as the outermost layer of the open-keeping section 80 when the instep 50 and toe 60 are open. The shoe 1 itself can be made of any suitable known material, and the upper lining 1c can also be made of any known material.
[0040] With this configuration, the shoe can be made to feel good against the skin, and the open-keeping portion 80 can easily keep the upper portion 50 and the toe portion 60 in a moderately open state.
[0041] As shown primarily in Figure 1(b), the other end 72 is located lower than the edge 11 of the opening 10 toward the sole 20, and the area 80 between the edge 11 of the opening 10 and the other end 72 forms an open maintenance portion 80.
[0042] 2(a), when the upper portion 50 and the toe portion 60 are opened, the torsional action of the open-retaining portion 80 allows the upper portion 50 and the toe portion 60 to be opened wider. In other words, the upper portion 50 and the toe portion 60 are opened outward and rearward around the open-retaining portion 80, so that the inside of the shoe 1b, the upper portion 50, and the toe portion 60 are opened wider.
[0043] The length L between the rim 11 of the shoe opening 10 and the other end 72 can be set appropriately within the range of 1 cm to 4 cm depending on the shape and material of the shoe.
[0044] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the gist of the present invention. For example,
[0045] In the above embodiment, as described above, one end 71 of the slide fastener 70 is provided at the intersection (71) of the opening 10 and the connecting portion 31 between the medial portion 30 and the upper portion 50, and the other end 72 is provided at the connecting portion 41 between the lateral portion 40 and the upper portion 50, near the edge 11 of the opening 10; however, one end 71 may also be provided at the intersection of the opening 10 and the connecting portion 41 between the lateral portion 40 and the upper portion 50, and the other end 72 may also be provided at the connecting portion 31 between the medial portion 30 and the upper portion 50, near the edge 11 of the opening 10.
[0046] In this case, the opening direction of the slide fastener 70 in a plan view is counterclockwise, the open maintaining portion 80 is formed on the inside of the shoe (for example, the portion indicated by the symbol 82 in Figure 1(c)), and the upper portion 50 and toe portion 60 open to the inside (left side) in Figure 2(a).
[0047] In the above embodiment, the case where the present invention is applied to sneaker-type shoes is shown, but the present invention can also be applied to other types of shoes.
