Description

[0001]SPECIFICATION HEAT-INSULATED LIGHT-WEIGHT ROCK WOOL LINTEL Technical Area The invention is a composite, light-weight architectural block that can be cut and is designed as lintel used on the door and window openings and for construction of walls in the construction industry, is capable of providing sound and heat insulation, and has A1 reaction to fire under load. In particular, the invention is an architectural block that is placed horizontally over the doors, windows and other vertical spaces in the construction industry to ensure that wall stands upright, is used for the building to allow to form such spaces. It makes a substantial contribution to thermal, sound and fire strength properties of walls, and largely prevents formation of heat bridges. It has A1 reaction to fire. State of the Art Today, the techniques used for the construction industry are frequently upgraded. It is one of the largest industries of our country and imports services and products, accelerating the activities in this field. Currently, long beams called "lintels" are used in buildings, placed over the doors and windows. In this way, loads can be placed on the door and window openings. Among the currently used methods, concrete lintels are frequently made and difficulties are encountered in terms of construction process and applicability. Shortcomings of the available technique include the moving the lentils into the building; inability to apply it with one person as it is heavy; loss of time; involving factors that pose risks for occupational health and safety; posing risks for occupational health and safety; inability to cut; lack of thermal insulation; resulting in heat bridges; long production time due to manufacturing in molds; and increasing the earthquake load as it puts additional loads. In addition to the concrete lintel, lintels made of different materials such as aerated concrete, pumice, and wood are also available. However, conventional lintel products do not provide the properties that will make a difference such as lightness, heat and sound insulation, ergonomic structure and easy to use as the present invention provides. A Turkish application (number: 2016 / 12145) for patent describes that lintel is manufactured as pumice or brick blocks, and manufactured blocks are arranged and compressed on a profile of desired length in order to practically make a one-piece lentil of desired length. However, the problems such as the inability of one person to apply and being a time-consuming procedure remain unresolved during the presentation of the product. A Turkish application (number: 2015 / 08417) for patent describes multi-hole cement- based building blocks that are designed to be used for lintel and hollow-tile floor slab applications, and a method that is developed to manufacture these blocks. It can be cited as one of the best examples for existing applications. In this application, due to the gaps in the lintel, the building will not be able to bear the loads on it and there is a danger of forming thermal bridges. Furthermore, it is insufficient to provide the desired benefit because it will be difficult to manufacture the molds for the building block and to use it widespread. As a result, it is deemed necessary to make improvements to the relevant technical field due to the problems described above and the inadequacy of the existing solutions to the problems. Purpose of the Invention Unlike the methods used for the available technique, the invention is intended to present a structure with different technical features that brings a new perspective in this field. The fundamental purpose of the invention is that wall load is reduced at the same time; it can be cut in case of possible dimensional problems in the construction site; the homogeneity and the formation of thermal bridges are largely prevented; thermal insulation and sound insulation are provided; a contribution is made to the fire resistance; and the plaster is easily applied with top coating layer. The purpose of the invention is to provide strength to the architectural block with the coating materials it contains, to bear the loads that will be put on the openings in the building and to enhance the strength. Another purpose of the invention is to make a high contribution to the sound and thermal insulation in the building with the mineral-based insulation materials it contains. Another purpose of the invention is to lighten the architectural block with insulating members used instead of concrete in the lintel structure, and thus to enable minimum one person or maximum two persons to carry the structure easily. To achieve the purposes above, the invention consists of a coating member, insulating member and support member. Description of Figures Figure 1. Coating member Detailed Description of the Invention This detailed description provides the preferred embodiments of the invention only for a better understanding of the subject and without allowing any limiting effects. The products used in the design of architectural block are light-weight products that serve as heat and sound insulation with higher fire resistance, and it is aimed to directly solve the problem of weight, the problem of sound and thermal insulation, and the problem of loss of functionality of the product. The support member (a) is an insulating material whose surfaces are covered with special adhesives in order to prevent deformation or crushing on the architectural block. Preferentially, coating materials, such as PVC, Foil, Plasterboard, Gypsum, Betopan, and Boardex, are used to provide strength, or materials reinforced with adhesives are used. These materials give strength to the block in addition to their stated functions. The insulating member (b) forms the main body of the structure. While concrete is normally preferred, mineral-based insulation materials preferably rock wool and glass wool are used in the present invention. The insulating member provides thermal insulation, sound insulation and fireproofing. The coating member (c) is an additive that provides a high contribution to fire resistance for products by being applied to the material surface or added to the bill of materials. The designed architectural block performs fireproof, which is one of its basic functions, thanks to the insulating member (b) and the coating element (c). Since both the insulating member (b) and the coating member (c) in the architectural block give strength and resistance, insulating materials can be used instead of using concrete. In this way, the weight is reduced. It is possible for minimum one person and maximum two persons to easily lift and lower the block. In addition, it performs well above the existing products in terms of thermal and sound insulation. It weighs 300-350 kg per M3of material. It is very light-weight as compared to the products that are available in the market. A regular rock wool may not provide the same effect in this structure. Therefore, there is no such use at present because the rock wool will break by the loads placed on it. The available products gain strength by passing through a profile in the center of the product. The fundamental difference is that there is a product that shows the required strength without passing any support member through the product. A soft product such as rock wool is bonded to the support member (a) by a chemical adhesive to form a composite material. The insulating member (b) in the center of the rock wool with high compressive strength and tensile strength performs its function without the need for any profile. In general, the product can be easily transported and applied, it eliminates such factors that would endanger occupational health and safety, and at the same time, it is possible to apply the architectural block, which has sound insulation, thermal insulation and fireproofing properties, in a faster and easier way. At the same time, the loss of time in the drying and transportation of the lintels manufactured in the construction site conditions will be prevented. Through mass production, it can be manufactured in the desired size and dimensions and trimmed in the site to obtain the desired size. It is one of the important features of the product that it can be applied quickly and practically. This invention, which eliminates the occupational health and safety risks, will also reduce the additional earthquake load to occur thanks to its light-weight. Steel concrete and gas concrete are used as a load-bearing member in equivalent products in the market. This is the case all over the world. The main difference of the said invention is that the rock wool, which is not used as a load-bearing member but used as an insulation material, is strengthened to fulfill the role of steel and concrete and transformed into a load-bearing rock wool. In this way, while the weight of the equivalent products ranges 500 to 900 kg / m3, a load-bearing constructional component is obtained with 300-350 kg / m3. In addition, as the product is light-weight, the transportation costs are reduced and the amount of fuel used by the vehicles while transporting the products is reduced, with decreased carbon emissions. Another advantage of the present invention is that the strength of the product does not decrease despite the lengthening of the product. For example, this product can be used up to 2.5 meters. A product of this length is not available in the market without adding any reinforcement. In addition, materials such as MDF-OSB and plywood can also be used to manufacture the support member (a) where the fire class is not A1.
