Abstract
Description
heat transfer device
[0001] The present invention relates to a heat transfer device mounted on a mounting object such as a portable gas range.
[0002] Portable gas ranges are generally easy to carry because they are not bulky, so they are often used as cooking tools outdoors, such as for camping.
[0003] A portable gas range may be composed of a burner section that generates combustion heat generated by gas ignition at the upper center of the main body, a piezoelectric switch knob provided on the outside of the main body for controlling the amount of fuel supplied to the burner section and controlling extinguishing, a gas container mounting section provided on one side of the main body, and a cover for opening and closing the mounting section. Before using the portable gas range, a gas container filled with butane gas may be mounted on the gas container mounting section.
[0004] Meanwhile, butane gas, a liquefied petroleum gas primarily composed of butane, is a petroleum-based gas that liquefies when pressurized to approximately 5 atmospheres at room temperature. Butane gas is sold as a fuel for household and camping purposes, pressured into gas containers such as small cylinders.
[0005] However, when the external temperature of the gas container in a conventional portable gas range is lower than the internal temperature of the gas container, the heat of vaporization of the liquefied butane gas cools the gas container, lowering the internal pressure and reducing the amount of gas emitted, which can weaken the firepower. This can lead to a significant drop in firepower or failure to ignite even when a small amount of liquefied butane gas remains inside the gas container.

Furthermore, in describing the present invention, if a detailed description of a related known structure or function is judged to obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed description thereof will be omitted. In addition, although preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below, it should be understood that the technical idea of the present invention is not limited thereto and can be modified and implemented in various ways by those skilled in the art.
[0038] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a state in which a heat transfer device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is mounted on a case body of a portable gas range, FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a state before thermal expansion of a thermal expansion bar according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a mounting portion, an extension portion, a support portion, and an auxiliary support portion according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a support bar and a thermal expansion bar according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[0039] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the heat transfer device of the present invention can be mounted on a case body (80) such as a portable gas range.
[0040] The present invention may include a fixing portion (10), an extension portion (20) extending from the fixing portion (10), a support portion (30) connected to the fixing portion (10), a support bar (41) and a thermal expansion bar (42) accommodated inside the support portion (30), an auxiliary support portion (34) extending from the support portion (30) and supporting a pressure bar (43), and a heat transfer bar (50) whose contact portion (51) with the extension portion (20) falls due to the pressure operation of the pressure bar (43).
[0041] One end of the pressure bar (43) may be configured to face the end (424) of the thermal expansion bar (42). The other end of the pressure bar (43) may be configured to face the heat transfer bar (40) while forming an obtuse angle with the one end.
[0042] The mounting member (10) may be configured in a shape that matches the external shape of the heat transfer target (not shown) so that the heat transfer target (not shown) can be stably mounted. For example, the heat transfer target (not shown) may be a gas container filled with gas inside.
[0043] The mounting portion (10) may be located in a receiving space (81) provided on one side of the interior of the case body (80). The receiving space (81) may be isolated from the heat source (BU) by a partition wall (82). The partition wall (82) may prevent the heat of the heat source (BU) from being directly transferred to a heat transfer target (not shown) mounted in the mounting portion (10).
[0044] A recessed groove (12) may be formed in the mounting portion (10) where the heat transfer target (not shown) is mounted. For example, when a heat transfer material such as water is injected into the mounting portion (10), the heat transfer material may flow into the recessed groove (12) as well as the surface of the mounting portion (10).
[0045] The heat transfer material on the surface of the fixing portion (10) and the recessed groove (12) serves as a medium that transfers the heat of the fixing portion (10) to a heat transfer target (not shown) and maximizes the contact area between the fixing portion (10) and the heat transfer target (not shown) so that the heat of the fixing portion (10) can be smoothly transferred to the heat transfer target (not shown).
[0046] The extension (20) can extend from the mounting portion (10) toward the heat source (BU). For example, the heat source (BU) can be a burner.
[0047] An elastic member (SP) and a support protrusion (22) may be provided in the extension (20). For example, the elastic member (SP) may be a spring.
[0048] The support portion (30) may be provided at a distance (G) from the extension portion (20) and configured to form a right angle with the extension portion (20). The support portion (30) may be provided with a first receiving portion (31) along the inner length direction.
[0049] A heat dissipation fin (32) may be provided on the bottom surface of the support member (30). The heat dissipation fin (32) can release heat to prevent overheating of a heat transfer target (not shown).
[0050] A coupling protrusion (312) may be provided at the end of the first receiving portion (31) of the support portion (30).
[0051] A support bar (41) can be inserted into the first receiving portion (31). A thermal expansion bar (42) can be inserted into the first receiving portion (31) and assembled on the support bar (41).
[0052] The support bar (41) may be provided with a first joining hole (411) and a second joining hole (412) on both sides in the length direction.
[0053] The coupling protrusion (312) of the first receiving portion (31) can be inserted and coupled into the first coupling hole (411). The coupling protrusion (421) provided on one longitudinal side of the thermal expansion bar (42) can be inserted and coupled into the second coupling hole (412) of the support bar (41).
[0054] Insertion grooves (413) may be formed on both sides between the first joining hole (411) and the second joining hole (412) of the support bar (41). Support protrusions (422) provided on both sides of the bottom surface of the thermal expansion bar (42) may be inserted into the insertion grooves (413).
[0055] When the heat of the heat source (BU) transferred to the thermal expansion bar (42) is higher than the set temperature, the thermal expansion bar (42) can expand toward the pressure bar (43) and push the pressure bar (43).
[0056] The thermal expansion bar (42) may be composed of a non-ferrous metal having a higher coefficient of thermal expansion than the support bar (41).
[0057] The thermal expansion bar (42) is coupled to the upper portion of the support bar (41) in the first receiving portion (31) so that it does not bend when thermally expanded, and the end portion (424) can push one end of the pressure bar (43) while thermally expanding in the direction of one end of the pressure bar (43).
[0058] The pressure bar (43) can rotate around the hinge axis (H) by being pushed by the thermal expansion bar (42).
[0059] The pressure bar (43) can rotate around the hinge axis (H) and the other end can push the heat transfer bar (50).
[0060] One end of the support member (30) may be connected to the mounting member (10). The auxiliary support member (34) may be formed to extend in one direction from the other end of the support member (30). The auxiliary support member (34) may have a second receiving member (341) therein that is connected to the first receiving member (31).
[0061] One end of the pressure bar (43) can be connected to the second receiving portion (341) of the auxiliary support portion (34) by a hinge axis (H). The pressure bar (43) can be rotated about the hinge axis (H) by being pushed by the thermal expansion of the thermal expansion bar (42).
[0062] One end of the heat transfer bar (50) may be directed toward the heat source (BU). The heat transfer bar (50) may be placed on the extension (20) so that the other end is elastically supported by an elastic member (SP) provided on the extension (20).
[0063] One end of the heat transfer bar (50) can be connected to the extension (20) by a support shaft (SS). As one end of the pressure bar (43) is pushed by the thermal expansion of the thermal expansion bar (42), the pressure bar (43) rotates around the hinge axis (H), and as the pressure bar (43) rotates around the hinge axis (H), the other end of the pressure bar (43) can push the heat transfer bar (50).
[0064] The heat transfer bar (50) can be pushed and rotated around the support shaft (SS) by the pressurizing operation of the pressure bar (43). As the heat transfer bar (50) rotates around the support shaft (SS), the contact portion (51) of the heat transfer bar (50) that was in contact with the counterpart contact portion (21) of the extension portion (20) can be separated from the counterpart contact portion (21).
[0065] When the contact portion (51) of the heat transfer bar (50) comes into contact with the counterpart contact portion (21) of the extension portion (20), the heat of the heat source (BU) transferred to the heat transfer bar (50) can be transferred to the heat transfer target (not shown) placed on the installation portion (10) through the heat transfer bar (50) and the extension portion (20).
[0066] When the contact portion (51) of the heat transfer bar (50) is separated from the counterpart contact portion (21) of the extension portion (20), the heat of the heat source (BU) transferred to the heat transfer bar (50) is transferred only to the heat transfer bar (50) and not to the extension portion (20).
[0067] For example, the mounting portion (10), extension portion (20), support portion (30), auxiliary support portion (34), and heat transfer bar (50) may be composed of aluminum alloy. The support (70) may be composed of steel. The heat expansion bar (42) may be composed of zinc alloy.
[0068] The contact portion (51) of the heat transfer bar (50) may be the opposite portion of the elastic member (SP). The elastic member (SP) may elastically support the heat transfer bar (50) so that the contact portion (51) of the heat transfer bar (50) contacts the opposite contact portion (21) of the extension portion (20).
[0069] The heat transfer bar (50) can pressurize the elastic member (SP) by rotating around the support shaft (SS) while being pushed by the pressurizing operation of the pressurizing bar (43). The elastic member (SP) can be compressed by the pressurizing of the heat transfer bar (50).
[0070] When the pressing force of the heat transfer bar (50) disappears, the elastic member (SP) can elastically support the heat transfer bar (50) so that the contact portion (51) of the heat transfer bar (50) comes into contact with the counterpart contact portion (21) of the extension portion (20) while extending to its original state.
[0071] A heat transfer plate (52) may be provided at one end of the heat transfer bar (50) facing the heat source (BU). The heat transfer plate (52) may be configured in an arc shape that conforms to the circumference of the heat source (BU).
[0072] The heat transfer plate (52) can be formed in a shape that surrounds a portion of the periphery of the heat source (BU). The heat transfer plate (52) can prevent the flame of the heat source (BU) from being directly transferred to the heat transfer target (not shown) placed in the mounting portion (10). The heat of the heat source (BU) can be smoothly transferred to the heat transfer target (not shown) through the heat transfer bar (50), the extension portion (20), and the mounting portion (10) by the heat transfer plate (52).
[0073] FIG. 5 is a drawing showing a contact projection of a thermal expansion bar according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[0074] As illustrated in Fig. 5, the thermal expansion bar (42) may be provided with at least one contact protrusion (423) on both sides. The contact protrusion (423) may come into contact with the inner wall surface (311) of the first receiving portion (31) when the thermal expansion bar (42) is inserted into the first receiving portion (31). The contact protrusion (423) may minimize the area where the thermal expansion bar (42) comes into contact with the inner wall surface (311).
[0075] FIG. 6 is a drawing showing a state in which a cover is coupled to the upper portion of a support portion and an auxiliary support portion according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[0076] As shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 6, a support bar (41) and a thermal expansion bar (42) are inserted and assembled into the first receiving portion (31) of the supporting portion (30), and a pressure bar (43) is inserted and assembled into the second receiving portion (341) of the auxiliary supporting portion (34), and a cover (60) can be combined on the upper portion of the supporting portion (30) and the auxiliary supporting portion (34).
[0077] The cover (60) can be firmly connected to the upper portion of the support portion (30) and the auxiliary support portion (34) by means of a connecting member such as a bolt or the like. The cover (60) can prevent the support bar (41) and the thermal expansion bar (42) from being separated from the first receiving portion (31). The cover (60) can prevent the pressure bar (43) from being separated from the second receiving portion (341).
[0078] FIG. 7 is a drawing showing the combined state of the support shaft, the first ball, the magnet, and the heat dissipation fin of the support portion according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[0079] As illustrated in Fig. 7, a coupling groove (11) may be provided on the bottom surface of the mounting portion (10). A magnet (MA) may be coupled to the coupling groove (11). As the magnetic force of the magnet (MA) acts on a heat transfer target (not shown) mounted on the mounting portion (10), the heat transfer target (not shown) may be stably mounted on the mounting portion (10).
[0080] A first receiving groove (53) into which a first ball (71) is inserted may be provided on the other side bottom surface of the heat transfer bar (50).
[0081] The first ball (71) can slide in contact with the extension (20) located below the heat transfer bar (50) while being inserted into the first receiving groove (53). The rotational operation of the heat transfer bar (50) can be smoothly performed by the sliding movement of the first ball (71).
[0082] Since the first ball (71) is in the shape of a sphere, contact between the heat transfer bar (50) and the extension (20) can be minimized.
[0083] FIG. 8 is a drawing showing a state in which the other end of the pressure bar is in contact with the second ball according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[0084] As illustrated in Fig. 8, the heat transfer bar (50) may be provided with a second receiving groove (54) in which a second ball (72) is inserted near the support shaft (SS). The second ball (72) may be inserted into the second receiving groove (54) and come into contact with the other end of the pressure bar (43).
[0085] Since the second ball (72) is in the shape of a sphere, contact between the other end of the pressure bar (43) and the heat transfer bar (50) can be minimized.
[0086] FIG. 9 is a drawing showing a state in which a heat blocking cover is coupled to the upper portion of the receiving space of the case body according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[0087] As shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 9, a heat blocking cover (90) can be combined on the upper portion of the receiving space (81). The heat blocking cover (90) can be composed of a double-layer cover of a first cover (91) and a second cover (92).
[0088] The first cover (91) can be coupled to the upper portion of the receiving space (81) of the case body (80). The second cover (92) can be positioned on the upper portion of the first cover (91) so as to form a layer with a gap therebetween. The second cover (92) can be connected to the first cover (91) by a connecting member (93) such as a bolt.
[0089] A heat blocking cover (90) can prevent heat transferred to a large cooking tool from being directly transferred to a heat transfer target (not shown) when the large cooking tool is used. This can prevent overheating of the heat transfer target (not shown).
[0090] The following describes the operation of the present invention.
[0091] FIG. 10 is a drawing showing the operation of the pressure bar and the heat transfer bar during expansion of the thermal expansion bar according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[0092] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 10, when the contact portion (51) of the heat transfer bar (50) is in contact with the counterpart contact portion (21) of the extension portion (20), heat from a heat source (BU) such as a burner can be transferred to a mounting portion (10) where a heat transfer target (not shown), such as a gas container, is mounted via the heat transfer bar (50) and the extension portion (20).
[0093] The heat transferred to the mounting portion (10) can be transferred to a heat transfer target (not shown) such as a gas container placed in the mounting portion (10) and the support portion (30). As the heat of the mounting portion (10) is transferred to the heat transfer target (not shown), the heat transfer target (not shown) can maintain a temperature suitable for gas ignition.
[0094] The heat transferred to the mounting portion (10) can be transferred to the thermal expansion bar (42) via the support portion (30).
[0095] When the heat transferred to the thermal expansion bar (42) is higher than the set temperature, the thermal expansion bar (42) thermally expands in the direction of one end of the pressure bar (43) in the first receiving portion (31) of the support portion (30), and the end portion (424) of the thermal expansion bar (42) can push one end of the pressure bar (43).
[0096] The pressure bar (43) can rotate around the hinge axis (H) by having one end pushed by the thermal expansion of the thermal expansion bar (42). As the pressure bar (43) rotates around the hinge axis (H), the other end of the pressure bar (43) can push the second ball (72).
[0097] As the pressure of the pressure bar (43) is transferred to the heat transfer bar (50) through the second ball (72), the heat transfer bar (50) can rotate around the support shaft (SS).
[0098] As the heat transfer bar (50) rotates around the support shaft (SS), the contact portion (51) of the heat transfer bar (50) that was in contact with the relative contact portion (21) of the extension portion (20) may come off from the relative contact portion (21) of the extension portion (20).
[0099] At this time, the elastic member (SP) can be compressed by being pushed by the heat transfer bar (50) as the heat transfer bar (50) rotates around the support shaft (SS).
[0100] As the contact portion (51) of the heat transfer bar (50) is separated from the counterpart contact portion (21) of the extension portion (20), the heat of the heat source (BU) can be blocked from being transferred to the extension portion (20) via the heat transfer bar (50). As a result, the heat of the heat source (BU) is not transferred to a heat transfer target (not shown), such as a gas container placed on the mounting portion (10), so that overheating of the heat transfer target (not shown) can be prevented.
[0101] When the heat transferred to the thermal expansion bar (42) is at the set temperature, the thermal expansion bar (42) may contract to its original state, causing the pressure of the pressure bar (43) to disappear.
[0102] As the pressing force of the pressing bar (43) that was pressing the heat transfer bar (50) disappears, the elastic member (SP) that was compressed by the pressing of the heat transfer bar (50) can be extended to its original state.
[0103] As the elastic member (SP) is extended to its original state, the heat transfer bar (50) rotates around the support shaft (SS) due to the elastic force of the elastic member (SP), and the contact portion (51) of the heat transfer bar (50) can come into contact with the relative contact portion (21) of the extension portion (20).
[0104] The above description is merely an illustrative description of the technical idea of the present invention, and those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, changes, and substitutions may be made without departing from the essential characteristics of the present invention. Therefore, the embodiments disclosed in the present invention and the accompanying drawings are not intended to limit the technical idea of the present invention, but rather to explain it, and the scope of the technical idea of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments and the accompanying drawings. The scope of protection of the present invention should be interpreted by the following claims, and all technical ideas within a scope equivalent thereto should be interpreted as being included in the scope of the rights of the present invention.
