[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0002] This application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 202322343188.7 filed on August 30, 2023, entitled “Water tank assembly and floor scrubber”, and No. 202322342982.X filed on August 30, 2023, entitled “Box assembly, disinfection module and floor scrubber”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0003] The present application relates to the technical field of floor scrubbers, and in particular to a water tank assembly, a box assembly, a disinfection module, and a floor scrubber. Background Art
[0004] Currently, some floor scrubbers on the market are equipped with water electrolysis capabilities, which are effective in sterilizing floors. Specifically, the scrubber includes an electrolysis module that electrolyzes the clean water used for scrubbing to produce highly oxidizing substances (such as hypochlorous acid and reactive oxygen species). When the clean water comes into contact with the floor, the highly oxidizing substances mixed in the water come into contact with bacteria on the floor, thereby killing them.
[0005] However, due to factors such as local water quality and user habits, some users may inject water with low chlorine content or pure water into the scrubber, resulting in water with low conductivity. Low conductivity reduces the electrolysis efficiency of the water electrolysis module, requiring users to wait longer for the scrubber to complete electrolysis.

[0086] FIG1 shows a water tank assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present application, and FIG3 shows the water tank assembly 100 from another perspective. Referring to FIG1 , the water tank assembly 100 includes a water tank 101, which includes a first shell 103, a second shell 104, and a top cover 102 that are detachably connected to each other. The first shell 103 is connected to the rear side of the second shell 104, and the top ends of the first shell 103 and the second shell 104 are both connected to the top cover 102. FIG4 and FIG5 show the state of the water tank assembly 100 in FIG1 after the second shell 104 and the top cover 102 are removed. FIG6 is a cross-sectional view of the water tank assembly 100 in FIG5 along section AA. In conjunction with FIG1 and FIG4 , the water tank 101 has a first chamber 109, which is formed by the first shell 103, the second shell 104, and the top cover 102. The first chamber 109 is used to hold water to be electrolyzed. The water in the first chamber 109 is not specifically shown. The water added to the first chamber 109 may be tap water, pure water, or the like.
[0087] Referring to FIG4 , the water electrolysis module 120 is connected to the water tank 101, and at least a portion of the water electrolysis module 120 is disposed in the first chamber 109. The water electrolysis module 120 is used to electrolyze the water in the first chamber 109. More specifically, as shown in FIG6 , the water electrolysis module 120 includes an electrode 122. The electrode 122 is disposed in the first chamber 109 and is capable of contacting the water in the first chamber 109. When the electrode 122 is energized, the electrode 122 electrolyzes the water, and the electrolyzed water contains a large amount of strong oxidizing substances. The water tank 101 is also provided with a clean water outlet, which is not shown in the figure. The clean water outlet can be disposed at the bottom of the water tank 101, and the water after electrolysis can leave the first chamber 109 from the clean water outlet.
[0088] As shown in FIG6 , the water tank assembly 100 further includes a solution container 108 having a second chamber 110 and a solution outlet 112 (the solution outlet 112 is shown in FIG7 ). As shown in FIG7 , the second chamber 110 is configured to contain a saline solution 123. The saline solution 123 can exit the second chamber 110 through the solution outlet 112 and then enter the first chamber 109. The flow path of the saline solution 123 can be seen with reference to the dotted arrows in FIG7 .
[0089] It should be noted that the "salt" in this application is a salt in the chemical sense, and the "salt" in this application refers to a compound formed by the combination of a metal ion or an ammonium ion and an acid ion. The salt solution 123 refers to a solution formed after the salt is dissolved in a certain solvent. The solvent can be an organic solvent or an inorganic solvent, and the salt can be an organic salt or an inorganic salt. The ion concentration of the salt solution 123 in the second chamber 110 is higher than the ion concentration of the water in the first chamber 109. Among them, the ion concentration of the salt solution 123 refers to the sum of the concentrations of anions and cations in the salt solution 123, and the ion concentration of the water in the first chamber 109 refers to the sum of the concentrations of anions and cations in the water.
[0090] The working principle of the water tank assembly 100 is briefly described below. As shown in Figure 7, when the first chamber 109 is filled with water and the second chamber 110 is filled with a salt solution 123, the salt solution 123 can enter the first chamber 109 through the solution outlet 112 and then mix with the water in the first chamber 109. After the water and the salt solution 123 mix, the ion concentration of the water increases. Generally speaking, the higher the ion concentration in a solution, the higher the conductivity of the solution. Accordingly, after the water and the salt solution 123 mix, the conductivity of the water will also increase, and the electrolysis efficiency of the water electrolysis module 120 when it subsequently electrolyzes the water in the first chamber 109 is improved.
[0091] In summary, the water tank assembly 100 of the present application increases the ion concentration of water by mixing the salt solution 123 in the solution container 108 with the water in the water tank 101, thereby improving the electrolysis efficiency of water by the water tank assembly 100.
[0092] In some embodiments, the salt used in the salt solution 123 is an inorganic salt. Inorganic salts produce more ions when dissolved in water, and the ion concentration of the inorganic salt solution is higher, which is more conducive to improving the conductivity of the water. The inorganic salt selected for the salt solution can include one or more of sodium chloride, sodium nitrate, and sodium sulfate. If the salt solution 123 uses an organic solvent, then the organic solvent can be a surfactant commonly used in detergents, and the surfactant should be non-toxic to the human body and will not stain the floor. In addition, in the present application, since the ions of the salt solution 123 will enter the water in the first chamber 109, even if the water added to the first chamber 109 is pure water, after the electrolysis module 120 performs electrolysis, the water in the first chamber 109 can also contain a large amount of active substances with strong oxidizing properties. For example, if the salt is sodium chloride, after the chloride ions are mixed into the water, the water is electrolyzed to produce chlorate ions.
[0093] In the prior art, one method for increasing water electrolysis efficiency is to place silver ion balls on the electrodes 122 of the water electrolysis module 120. The silver ions released by the silver ion balls during electrolysis increase the ion concentration and conductivity of the water. However, silver ions can affect the lifespan of the coating on the electrodes 122. The present application, however, eliminates the need for silver ion balls and utilizes a salt solution 123, a mixture of silver-free salt and solvent, to increase water electrolysis efficiency. This application can extend the service life of the electrodes 122.
[0094] 7 , in one embodiment, the water tank assembly 100 further includes a slow-release component 111, which is mounted at the solution outlet 112 and configured as a porous ceramic body. The porous ceramic body allows saline solution 123 to pass through, and the porous ceramic body itself has pores 113, through which the saline solution 123 can penetrate into the first chamber 109. Due to the provision of the slow-release component 111 at the solution outlet 112, the speed at which the saline solution 123 enters the first chamber 109 is relatively slow (relative to a case where the solution outlet 112 is not provided with the slow-release component 111), and the saline solution 123 is not easily fully entered into the first chamber 109 at one time. Therefore, the saline solution 123 can be used for a long time, and the user does not need to frequently replenish the saline solution 123 to the second chamber 110. For example, after the water in the first chamber 109 is used up, a part of saline solution 123 can also be retained in the solution container 108, and this part of saline solution 123 can be used for mixing with the water added to the first chamber 109 next time. For the convenience of explaining the principle, the pore 113 in Fig. 7 is drawn larger. In order to enable the saline solution 123 to be released into the first chamber 109 at a slower speed, the pore size of the pore 113 can be set to micron level, that is, the pore size of the pore 113 is less than or equal to 1000 microns. In addition, because the porous ceramic body is harder and has a longer service life, during the use of the water tank assembly 100, the user does not need to frequently repair or replace the slow-release component 111, which helps save the use cost of the water tank assembly 100.
[0095] In another embodiment, the slow-release component 111 may be configured as a permeable membrane, which also has pores 113 that allow the saline solution 123 to pass through. The permeable membrane can also achieve the slow-release function of the saline solution 123. The slow-release component 111 can also be configured as other objects besides permeable membranes and porous ceramics, as long as the slow-release component 111 has micron-level pores and the pores 113 allow the saline solution 123 to pass through.
[0096] In one embodiment, the slow-release component 111 is configured as a porous ceramic body. The pores 113 of the porous ceramic body have a diameter smaller than that of a water molecule, but larger than that of the ions in the salt solution 123. With this configuration, ions in the salt solution 123 can still pass through the slow-release component 111 and enter the first chamber 109. At the same time, the slow-release component 111 prevents water from transferring from the first chamber 109 to the second chamber 110. Water in the first chamber 109 does not pass through the slow-release component 111 and enter the second chamber 110. The salt solution 123 in the second chamber 110 is not diluted by water, nor is it contaminated or deteriorated by impurities in the water in the first chamber 109. Consequently, the quality of the salt solution 123 remains highly stable over the long term use of the water tank assembly 100, and the water electrolysis efficiency of the water tank assembly 100 remains relatively stable.
[0097] Of course, in order to prevent water from transferring from the first chamber 109 to the second chamber 110 , the slow-release component 111 may also be configured as a selectively permeable membrane, as long as the membrane can prevent water from passing through and allow ions in the salt solution 123 to pass through.
[0098] When the slow-release component 111 is provided, the water tank assembly 100 can achieve the slow release of the saline solution 123 without using a complicated circuit system or valves.
[0099] 6 , the solution container 108 is cylindrical and extends vertically, with the bottom end of the solution container 108 located above the electrolytic water module 120. As shown in FIG7 , the solution outlet 112 is provided at the bottom end of the solution container 108, and accordingly, the slow-release component 111 is also installed at the bottom end of the solution container 108. This arrangement has the advantage that, even if the water tank assembly 100 is tilted relative to the vertical direction during use of the floor scrubber, the saline solution 123 in the second chamber 110 can flow to the solution outlet 112 or the slow-release component 111 under the action of its own gravity, thereby smoothly entering the first chamber 109.
[0100] As shown in Figure 7, the water electrolysis module 120 and the slow-release component 111 are arranged opposite to each other and spaced apart. This arrangement is conducive to improving the electrolysis efficiency of the water electrolysis module 120 on the water in the first chamber 109. Specifically, the spacing between the water electrolysis module 120 and the slow-release component 111 means that the two are not in close contact with each other, and the saline solution 123 passing through the slow-release component 111 can smoothly enter the first chamber 109. Since the saline solution 123 entering the first chamber 109 through the slow-release component 111 is mainly concentrated near the slow-release component 111 and the water electrolysis module 120 and the slow-release component 111 are arranged opposite to each other, the ion concentration of the water around the water electrolysis module 120 is higher, the electrolysis rate of the water in this area is higher, and the electrolysis efficiency of the water electrolysis module 120 when electrolyzing water is higher.
[0101] With reference to Fig. 7, if the distance between electrolysis water module 120 and the slow-release component 111 is recorded as D, so in some embodiments, D ≥ 5mm.More specifically, in Fig. 7, the distance between electrolysis water module 120 and the slow-release component 111 refers to the distance between the top surface of electrolysis water module 120 and the bottom surface of slow-release component 111.In the electrolysis process of water, some gases (such as oxygen) can be produced, and these gases can form bubbles in water.The distance between electrolysis water module 120 and the slow-release component 111 is not less than 5mm so that larger spacing is arranged between electrolysis water module 120 and the slow-release component 111, which is conducive to reducing the impact of the speed that above-mentioned gas or bubble are transferred to first chamber 109 by slow-release component 111 to saline solution 123. And, when electrolytic reaction was comparatively violent, the throughput of gas was larger, if the distance between electrolysis water module 120 and the slow-release component 111 satisfied above-mentioned conditions, so because the spacing between electrolysis water module 120 and the slow-release component 111 can not be too little, gas or bubble are less to the impact of slow-release component 111, and the risk that slow-release component 111 is damaged is less.In addition, in order to reduce the gas that electrolysis produces or the influence of bubble on slow-release component 111, the electrode 122 of electrolysis water module 120 and slow-release component 111 can be spaced apart in the horizontal direction.Such as, with reference to Fig. 6, electrode 122 is positioned at the below of slow-release component 111 and is positioned at the front of slow-release component 111, and electrode 122 and slow-release component 111 stagger mutually.
[0102] In one embodiment, at least a portion of the water tank 101 is transparent along its height, allowing the user to easily observe the remaining amount of water in the first chamber 109 and thereby determine whether the first chamber 109 needs to be refilled with water. Similarly, in one embodiment, at least a portion of the solution container 108 is transparent along its height, allowing the user to observe the remaining amount of saline solution 123 in the second chamber 110 and thereby determine whether the second chamber 110 needs to be refilled with saline solution 123.
[0103] Referring to Figure 6 , in one embodiment, the solution container 108 is entirely disposed within the first chamber 109. This arrangement has the advantage of reducing the space occupied by the water tank assembly 100. The solution container 108 and the water tank 101 can be of a separate design or an integrated design. A separate design for the solution container 108 and the water tank 101 means that the solution container 108 and the water tank 101 are two detachable components; an integrated design for the solution container 108 and the water tank 101 means that the solution container 108 and the water tank 101 are integrally formed and cannot be disassembled. In Figures 4 to 7 , the solution container 108 and the water tank 101 are of an integrated design. This eliminates the need to assemble the solution container 108 and the water tank 101 during the production of the water tank assembly 100 or the floor scrubber, making assembly of the water tank assembly 100 and the floor scrubber more convenient.
[0104] When the solution container 108 is disposed in the first chamber 109, both the solution container 108 and the water tank 101 can be transparent. This arrangement allows the user to observe the remaining amount of saline solution 123 in the second chamber 110 and, without disassembling the water tank assembly 100, to determine whether the second chamber 110 needs to be replenished with saline solution 123. More specifically, the solution container 108 and the water tank 101 can be made of transparent glass or transparent plastic.
[0105] Furthermore, if the solution container 108 is located in the first chamber 109 and both the solution container 108 and the water tank 101 are transparent, the solution container 108 can be connected to the side wall of the first chamber 109. If the solution container 108 is located in the center of the water tank 101 and is spaced apart from any side wall of the first chamber 109, then when the water level in the water tank 101 is high, the water in the first chamber 109 may obstruct the user's ability to observe the remaining amount of saline solution 123 in the solution container 108. However, connecting the solution container 108 to the wall of the first chamber 109 brings the solution container 108 closer to the outer surface of the water tank 101, making it easier for the user to observe the solution container 108 and the saline solution 123 therein.
[0106] It should be noted that the water tank 101 and the solution container 108 may be entirely transparent or only partially transparent. For example, if the lower half of the water tank 101 and the lower half of the solution container 108 are transparent, if the user cannot see the water level from the lower half of the water tank 101, then there is a lot of water in the water tank 101 and it is not necessary to refill the first chamber 109. If the user cannot see the level of the saline solution 123 from the lower half of the solution container 108, then there is a lot of saline solution 123 in the solution container 108 and it is not necessary to refill the second chamber 110.
[0107] The following briefly describes how to add water to the water tank 101 and how to add saline solution 123 to the solution container 108. Referring to FIG2 , the water tank 101 is provided with a fresh water inlet 106 located on the top cover 102 and communicating with the first chamber 109. A user can add water to the first chamber 109 through the fresh water inlet 106. In conjunction with FIG1 and FIG2 , the water tank assembly 100 further includes a first sealing cover 105 connected to the water tank 101. After the water is fully replenished, the user can cover the fresh water inlet 106 with the first sealing cover 105 to prevent water leakage from the water tank 101 and to prevent dust and other debris from entering the water tank 101. In conjunction with FIG3 and FIG4 , the solution container 108 is provided with a solution inlet 107 located on the outer surface of the water tank 101. A user can add saline solution 123 to the second chamber 110 through the solution inlet 107. The water tank assembly 100 further includes a second sealing cover (not shown). After the saline solution 123 is replenished, the user can use the second sealing cover to cover the solution inlet 107 to prevent the saline solution 123 from leaking and to prevent dust and other debris from entering the solution container 108.
[0108] Referring to Figures 2 and 3 , the clean water inlet 106 and the solution inlet 107 can be located on opposite sides of the water tank 101 assembly 100. This allows for a relatively large distance between the clean water inlet 106 and the solution inlet 107. Even if water is added to the clean water inlet 106 and the saline solution 123 is added to the liquid inlet simultaneously, the addition of water and the addition of saline solution 123 will not interfere with each other. Furthermore, since the clean water inlet 106 and the solution inlet 107 are located on different sides of the water tank 101 assembly 100, users are less likely to confuse the clean water inlet 106 with the solution inlet 107, reducing the risk of users adding the desired liquid to the incorrect location. Furthermore, when the water tank 101 assembly 100 is connected to the scrubber body, the clean water inlet 106 faces the body, while the solution inlet 107 faces away from the body. This positions the solution container 108 in an easily accessible position, allowing the user to check the remaining amount of saline solution 123.
[0109] 6 , in some embodiments, the water tank 101 assembly 100 further includes a movable member 117 and an elastic member 119. The movable member 117 is slidably connected to the water tank 101 and can be raised and lowered relative to the water tank 101. The movable member 117 includes a pressing portion 115 and a locking portion 116 fixed to each other, with the pressing portion 115 disposed below the locking portion 116. The top end of the elastic member 119 is connected to the pressing portion 115, and the bottom end of the elastic member 119 is connected to the first shell 103 of the water tank 101. The elastic member 119 is in a compressed state. Referring also to FIG3 , the pressing portion 115 is exposed outside the water tank 101 so that a user can contact the pressing portion 115, and the locking portion 116 protrudes relative to the top surface of the water tank 101. More specifically, the first shell 103 is provided with an avoidance hole 118, and the pressing portion 115 is arranged in the avoidance hole 118 so as to be exposed outside the water tank 101; the top surface of the top cover 102 serves as the top surface of the water tank 101, and the locking portion 116 passes through the top surface of the top cover 102.
[0110] The pressing portion 115 can be touched and pressed by the user, and the locking portion 116 can be connected to the body of the scrubber. More specifically, a plug hole is provided on the body of the scrubber corresponding to the locking portion 116 (the body and its plug hole are not shown). When the locking portion 116 is inserted into the plug hole, the water tank 101 assembly 100 and the body of the scrubber are fixed to each other. When the locking portion 116 is released from the plug hole, the user can remove the water tank 101 assembly 100 from the body.
[0111] When the user needs to install the water tank 101 assembly 100 on the fuselage, the user can press the pressing portion 115 to move the movable member 117 downward, thereby reducing the protrusion distance of the locking portion 116 relative to the top surface of the water tank 101, so that the water tank 101 assembly 100 can be placed in the fuselage. After the water tank 101 assembly 100 is placed in the fuselage, the user can release the pressing portion 115, and the movable member 117 moves upward under the elastic force of the elastic member 119 and inserts into the plug hole of the fuselage, thereby connecting the water tank 101 assembly 100 to the fuselage. When the user needs to remove the water tank 101 assembly 100 from the fuselage (for example, to remove the water tank 101 assembly 100 and add water to the first chamber 109), the user can press the pressing portion 115 again to move the locking portion 116 downward and disengage the plug hole, and then the user can pull the water tank 101 assembly 100 out of the fuselage. When the water tank 101 assembly 100 is provided with the movable member 117 and the elastic member 119 , the assembly and disassembly between the water tank 101 assembly 100 and the body are more convenient.
[0112] In one embodiment, the outer surface of the water tank 101 is provided with a groove 114 into which the user's hand can be inserted, and the top wall of the groove 114 is spaced apart below the pressing portion 115. The water tank 101 is provided with the groove 114 to facilitate the user to install the water tank 101 assembly 100 on the fuselage or remove the water tank 101 assembly 100 from the fuselage. Specifically, when the user presses the pressing portion 115, the user can place the thumb on the pressing portion 115 and press other fingers such as the index finger and middle finger on the top wall of the groove 114. In this way, the user can move the pressing portion 115 downward through a "pinching" action. The top wall of the groove 114 provides a convenient position for the user to apply force when pressing the pressing portion 115 and taking the water tank 101 assembly 100 out.
[0113] In order to facilitate the user to access the solution inlet 107 and add the saline solution 123 to the solution container 108, the solution inlet 107 of the solution container 108 can be set on the side wall or bottom wall of the groove 114, or in other words, the solution inlet 107 is set on a wall surface other than the top wall of the groove 114. In the prior art, a salt box is placed in the water tank 101 to improve the conductivity of the water. After the salt (solid state) in the salt box contacts and dissolves with the water, the ion concentration and conductivity of the water can be increased. However, the salt box is installed inside the water tank 101, which is inconvenient to replace. The solution inlet 107 of the present application is set on the side wall or bottom wall of the groove 114. The user does not need to disassemble the water tank 101 to replenish the saline solution 123, which is more convenient for the user to replenish the saline solution 123 to the second chamber 110.
[0114] According to the water tank assembly of the embodiment of the first aspect of the present application, the salt solution can enter the first chamber through the solution outlet and then mix with the water in the first chamber. After the water and the salt solution are mixed, the ion concentration of the water increases. Generally speaking, the higher the ion concentration in a solution, the higher the conductivity of the solution. Correspondingly, after the water and the salt solution are mixed, the conductivity of the water will also increase, and the electrolysis efficiency of the water electrolysis module when it subsequently electrolyzes the water in the first chamber is improved. In summary, the water tank assembly of the present application increases the ion concentration of the water by mixing the salt solution in the solution container with the water in the water tank, thereby improving the electrolysis efficiency of the water tank assembly on the water.
[0115] The present application also provides a floor scrubber, comprising the water tank assembly 100 of any of the aforementioned embodiments, wherein the water in the first chamber 109 of the water tank assembly 100 serves as "clean water" for cleaning the floor. Because the water tank assembly 100 has a high electrolysis efficiency for water, the user spends less time waiting for the floor scrubber to electrolyze the water, resulting in a better user experience.
[0116] 8-23 , a box assembly 200 provided according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present application is used for a disinfection module 300 . The box assembly 200 includes a first shell 210 and a second shell 220 .
[0117] 8-10 , the first housing 210 defines a first cavity 211 for storing liquid. The first housing 210 has a first opening 212 communicating with the first cavity 211. It will be appreciated that the inner circumferential wall of the first housing 210 can be used to define the first cavity 211, and the first housing 210 has the first opening 212 to enable the first cavity 211 to communicate with the outside of the first housing 210. In some embodiments, the first opening 212 can be used to introduce liquid to be electrolyzed into the first cavity 211; furthermore, the first opening 212 can also be used to introduce solutes that participate in the liquid electrolysis reaction or solutes that can enhance the conductivity of the liquid into the first cavity 211.
[0118] 8-10 , the second shell 220 is disposed in the first cavity 211 and is connected to the first shell 210. The second shell 220 defines a second cavity 221 for storing solutes. It is understood that the second shell 220 is disposed in the first cavity 211 and is capable of storing solutes, so the first cavity 211 is also considered to be capable of storing solutes. In addition, in some embodiments, the second cavity 221 can also be used to store liquids. The solute is at least partially soluble in the liquid and increases the conductivity of the liquid. It is understood that when the solute dissolves in the liquid, the chemical composition of the solute can increase the conductivity of the liquid (solution) after the dissolution reaction. Depending on the type of liquid and the requirements for electrolysis, the solute can have different components. For example, in some embodiments, the solute can include one of sodium chloride, sodium nitrate, or sodium sulfate, or the solute can also be composed of a variety of inorganic salts and organic polymers.
[0119] The second housing 220 has a second opening 222 that communicates with the second cavity 221. It will be appreciated that the second opening 222 can be used to introduce a solute or liquid into the second cavity 221. Furthermore, the second opening 222 faces the first opening 212. It should be noted that in embodiments where the second opening 222 and the first opening 212 coincide or are located on the same plane, the second opening 222 can also be considered to face the first opening 212.
[0120] In various embodiments, the first shell 210 and the second shell 220 may have outer shapes such as cylindrical, conical, or rectangular. Furthermore, the cross-sections of the first cavity 211 and the second cavity 221 may also be cylindrical, conical, or rectangular. For ease of description, the following description uses an embodiment in which both the first shell 210 and the second shell 220 are cylindrical, and the cross-sections of the first cavity 211 along the axis perpendicular to the first opening 212 and the cross-sections of the second cavity 221 along the axis perpendicular to the second opening 222 are both circular. Various embodiments may be combined with various technical solutions.
[0121] Referring to Figures 8 or 10 , the second housing 220 further includes a liquid-conducting structure 223. In some embodiments, the liquid-conducting structure 223 can be used to drain liquid or solutes from the second cavity 221. Specifically, in various embodiments, the liquid-conducting structure 223 can include a liquid-conducting through-hole for conducting liquid (see Figure 3 ); and / or, the liquid-conducting structure 223 can include a permeable membrane (see Figure 4 ). Regarding the location of the liquid-conducting structure 223, in some embodiments, the liquid-conducting structure 223 can be located at the lower end of the second housing 220. In other words, the liquid-conducting structure 223 can be located on the bottom surface of the second housing 220. In this case, the second opening 222 can be located on the sidewall or top surface of the second housing 220. This arrangement in this embodiment facilitates the drainage of liquid from the second cavity 221 under the action of gravity, without the need for additional means to drive the liquid to flow. Referring to Figure 5 , in other embodiments, the liquid-conducting structure 223 can also be located on the sidewall of the second housing 220. In addition, in some other embodiments, the second shell 220 may be disposed on the top surface of the second shell 220 .
[0122] Regarding the above-mentioned arrangement of the first opening 212 and the second opening 222, since the second shell 220 is arranged in the first cavity 211, see Figure 10. In some embodiments, the first opening 212 can coincide with the second opening 222, that is, the first cavity 211 and the second cavity 221 can share one opening; in addition, see Figure 13, in other embodiments, the first opening 212 can be larger than the second opening 222; or the first opening 212 can be smaller than the second opening 222.
[0123] 13-14 , in different embodiments, the first opening 212 may be an independent opening or a collection of multiple openings; similarly, in different embodiments, the second opening 222 may be an independent opening or a collection of multiple openings.
[0124] 10-16 , along a direction parallel to the axis of the first opening 212, the first opening 212 at least partially overlaps with the second opening 222, so that at least a portion of the liquid introduced into the first cavity 211 via the first opening 212 can be introduced into the second cavity 221 via the second opening 222, and the liquid introduced into the second cavity 221 can be guided out of the second cavity 221 via the liquid guiding structure 223 after at least a portion of the solute is dissolved. It can be understood that, along a direction parallel to the axis of the first opening 212, the orthographic projection of the orifice edge of the first opening 212 on a plane perpendicular to the axis of the first opening 212 is the first projection, and the orthographic projection of the orifice edge of the second opening 222 on a plane perpendicular to the axis of the second opening 222 is the second projection. When viewed along a direction parallel to the axis of the first opening 212, the first projection at least partially overlaps with the second projection. Therefore, the configuration of this embodiment facilitates guiding at least a portion of the liquid introduced into the first cavity 211 via the first opening 212 to the second cavity 221 via the second opening 222. In different embodiments, the liquid may be introduced through the first opening 212 by manually pouring the liquid or by delivering the liquid through a liquid inlet device.
[0125] To facilitate liquid transportation, in some embodiments, the first opening 212 can be connected to a pipeline or a liquid pump device, so as to facilitate the introduction of liquid or solute into the first cavity 211; the second opening 222 can also be connected to a pipeline or a liquid pump device.
[0126] It is understandable that the liquid introduced into the second cavity 221 in the present application can be a liquid to be electrolyzed, and the liquid can have a low electrical conductivity, or a conductivity of zero, and the solute in the second cavity 221 can improve the conductivity of the liquid in the second cavity 221 after dissolving in the liquid. Exemplarily, in some specific embodiments, the liquid to be electrolyzed can be water (including tap water, pure water, etc.), and correspondingly, the solute can be sodium chloride. After the water is introduced into the first cavity 211, at least part of the water can enter the second cavity 221, and the sodium chloride in the second cavity 221 can at least partially dissolve in water to form a sodium chloride aqueous solution. Thereafter, the sodium chloride aqueous solution (which can include water that does not participate in the dissolution and sodium chloride) can be led out of the second cavity 221 by the liquid-conducting structure 223.
[0127] In different embodiments, after the liquid is discharged from the second cavity 221, it can be directly stored in the first cavity 211 and located outside the second cavity 221. Therefore, in some embodiments, an electrolysis device can also be provided in the first cavity 211 of the box assembly 200, and the liquid can react with the electrolysis device in the first cavity 211 after being discharged from the second cavity 221; or in other embodiments, the electrolysis device can be provided in the second cavity 221, so that after the liquid dissolves the solute and increases the conductivity, it can quickly participate in electrolysis; or in other embodiments, the liquid can be further guided to the electrolysis device by the infusion structure, so the electrolysis device can also be provided outside the first cavity 211 of the box assembly 200.
[0128] To facilitate cleaning and maintenance of the box assembly 200, or access to box parts and solutes, as shown in FIG17 , in some embodiments, the first housing 210 can be further split into an upper housing and a lower housing. The upper housing can be detachably connected to the lower housing, making it easier for the user to disassemble the box assembly 200 while leaving sufficient space for the user to operate.
[0129] According to the combination of the above embodiments, the box assembly 200 can be suitable for the user to introduce liquid into the first cavity 211 through the first opening 212, and introduce at least part of the liquid into the second cavity 221 through the second opening 222; the solute in the second cavity 221 can at least partially dissolve in the liquid and increase the conductivity of the liquid in the second cavity 221. Furthermore, the liquid in the second cavity 221 can be discharged from the second cavity 221 through the liquid guide structure 223 and can be used for electrolysis. Compared to the electrolysis device of the related art, in which the liquid and the ion slow-release agent are immersed or a permeable membrane is set between the two to produce a dissolution reaction and improve the liquid electrolysis efficiency, thanks to the improvement of the solution of the present application, the box assembly 200 of the present application can be pre-set with a solute in the second cavity 221. When the user needs to electrolyze the liquid and needs to increase the conductivity of the liquid in a short time, the liquid to be electrolyzed can be introduced into the first cavity 211 and the second cavity 221 at the same time. The liquid in the second cavity 221 can dissolve at least part of the solute, and then the liquid in the second cavity 221 can be guided out of the second cavity 221 by the liquid guide mechanism. In addition, due to the influence of the force of the liquid introduced from the outside, the liquid is in a flowing state when it is introduced into the second cavity 221, and the liquid can be guided out of the second cavity 221 after dissolving the solute. This setting can enable the liquid to quickly and fully contact the solute, which is conducive to improving the dissolution efficiency of the liquid and can effectively reduce the phenomenon of uneven liquid dissolution. Therefore, the box assembly 200 of the present application can improve the efficiency of liquid dissolving solutes and the uniformity of dissolution, which is conducive to quickly improving the conductivity of the liquid.
[0130] Regarding the positioning of the first opening 212 and the second opening 222, in order to facilitate the liquid to be directed to the second cavity 221, referring to FIG18 , in some embodiments, the second shell 220 may cover the first opening 212, so that the liquid introduced into the first cavity 211 through the first opening 212 is also introduced into the second cavity 221 through the second opening 222. The phrase "the second shell 220 covers the first opening 212" is defined as follows: the orthographic projection of the orifice edge of the first opening 212 on a plane perpendicular to the axis of the first opening 212 is the first projection, and the orthographic projection of the outer contour of the second shell 220 on a plane perpendicular to the axis of the second opening 222 is the second projection. In this embodiment, when viewed in a direction parallel to the axis of the first opening 212, the area range of the first projection is within the area range of the second projection, or the area range of the first projection coincides with the area range of the second projection. It can be understood that, because the second shell 220 covers the first opening 212, all liquids entering the first cavity 211 from the first opening 212 can flow through the second cavity 221 from the second opening 222, thereby enabling the liquid introduced into the first opening to dissolve the solute and form a liquid with higher efficiency.
[0131] To facilitate access to the solute, as shown in FIG16 , in some embodiments, the solute can be adapted to be removed from or placed into the second cavity 221 via the second opening 222, and to be removed from or placed into the first cavity 211 via the first opening 212. To further enhance the conductivity of the liquid, in some embodiments, a portion of the solute can be disposed within the first cavity 211, outside the second cavity 221. Specifically, in some embodiments, the second housing 220 can be adapted to be separated from the first housing 210 and adapted to be removed from or placed into the first housing 210 via the first opening 212. For details on implementation, please refer to the following. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the second housing 220 can be connected to a lifting mechanism that enables the second housing 220 to at least partially extend from the first cavity 211. Therefore, in this embodiment, the provision of the second opening 222 or the first opening 212 facilitates the removal or placement of the solute, making it easy for the user to replace the solute at any time, effectively improving user convenience.
[0132] Regarding the connection method between the first shell 210 and the second shell 220. Referring to Figures 10-15, in some embodiments, the second shell 220 and the first shell 210 can be fixedly connected. Alternatively, referring to Figure 9, in other embodiments, the second shell 220 and the first shell 210 can be detachably connected, and the second shell 220 is suitable for being taken out of or placed into the first shell 210 through the first opening 212. Specifically, to achieve the purpose of the above-mentioned detachable connection, referring to Figure 9, in some embodiments, the first shell 210 can have a groove, and the side of the groove away from the second opening 222 can define the first opening 212, and the side of the groove close to the second opening 222 is used to connect the second shell 220, and the side wall of the second shell 220 defining the second opening 222 can be snap-fitted with the groove, or the second shell 220 can be supported and connected by the end face of the first shell 210 or the upper side wall of the groove. In this embodiment, the second shell 220 can be removed or assembled separately from the first shell 210, so this arrangement can facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the second shell 220, and at the same time can facilitate the solute to be removed from the second opening 222 or placed into the second cavity 221, and to be removed from the first opening 212 or placed into the first cavity 211.
[0133] Referring to Figure 10, in some embodiments, the orifice edge of the first opening 212 can be connected to a peripheral wall plate 213 extending into the first cavity 211. Based on the above arrangement, the end of the peripheral wall plate 213 facing away from the first opening 212 can be connected to the orifice edge of the second opening 222. It can be understood that in this embodiment, the liquid introduced by the first opening 212 can flow from the first opening 212 to the peripheral wall plate 213, and the liquid flowing through the peripheral wall plate 213 can flow to the second opening 222 and enter the second cavity 221. Thus, this arrangement enables the peripheral wall plate 213 to drain the liquid, thereby improving the flow efficiency of the liquid. In different embodiments, the peripheral wall plate 213 can be an annular peripheral wall arranged around the axis of the first opening 212, or a rectangular peripheral wall, or a peripheral wall extending in other shapes.
[0134] Referring to Figure 11, in an embodiment in which the peripheral wall plate 213 is an annular peripheral wall, the diameter of the annular peripheral wall can gradually decrease along the direction from the first opening 212 to the second opening 222. That is, in this embodiment, the annular peripheral wall is an annular conical surface, and is convenient for directing the liquid to the second opening 222. In addition, in some embodiments, the peripheral wall plate 213, the orifice edge of the first opening 212, and the orifice edge of the second opening 222 can jointly define a liquid inlet cavity. The liquid inlet cavity can be used to store liquid, or to buffer the liquid, or to install and connect the second shell 220. In other embodiments, the diameter of the annular peripheral wall can gradually increase along the direction from the first opening 212 to the second opening 222.
[0135] Referring to Figures 8 and 19, in some embodiments, the box assembly 200 may further include a cover. The cover may have a closed state and an open state. Specifically, in some embodiments, in the closed state, the cover is connected to the first shell 210 and covers the first opening 212; in the open state, the cover is connected to or separated from the first shell 210 and opens the first opening 212. It will be understood that based on the above-mentioned cover arrangement, the cover can close the first opening 212 during solute dissolution or liquid electrolysis, so that the closed state of the cover can reduce the impact of the external environment (including temperature, air pressure, air, impurities, etc.) on the function of the box assembly 200. In addition, the open state of the cover makes it easier for users to remove solutes, introduce liquids, or clean or repair the box assembly 200. When the cover is in the open state, the user can intuitively observe the consumption of the slow-release solute, and the solute replacement operation is more convenient.
[0136] In embodiments where the housing assembly 200 further includes a lid, to enhance the sealing performance of the lid when in the closed state, as shown in Figures 19-20 , in some embodiments, an annular end surface 2131 facing the first opening 212 may be provided within the peripheral wall plate 213 on a side facing away from the first opening 212. To this end, the lid may include a sealing portion 231. When in the closed state, the sealing portion 231 may extend into the peripheral wall plate 213 and abut the annular end surface 2131. To ensure that the sealing portion 231 abuts the annular end surface 2131 and provides good sealing performance, in some embodiments, the diameter of the annular end surface 2131 may be greater than the diameter of the second opening 222. In other words, the annular end surface 2131 may be stepped relative to the second opening 222, thereby facilitating abutment and positioning of the sealing portion 231. Specifically, the sealing portion 231 may be a sealing ring, a sealing strip, a sealing gasket, or the like. The sealing portion 231 may be made of a material suitable for sealing or waterproofing, such as rubber or sponge.
[0137] See Figure 10 for the location of the first opening 212. In some embodiments, the first housing 210 may include an upper wall plate 214 located at the upper end. Based on this, in some embodiments, the first opening 212 may be located on the upper wall plate 214, and the second housing 220 may be connected to the upper wall plate 214. It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, the first opening 212 is located at the upper end of the first housing 210. This allows liquid to be easily introduced into the first opening 212 from the upper end and, under the influence of gravity, flow toward the lower end of the housing assembly 200, thereby facilitating smoother liquid flow and eliminating the need for additional force to drive the liquid. It will be appreciated that the upper end in this application refers to the end facing away from the bottom surface of the housing assembly 200, in the opposite direction of gravity. The same applies to the lower end. This corresponds to different component configurations and user needs. Referring to Figure 21, in other embodiments, the first opening 212 may be located on the side wall of the first housing 210. Referring to Figure 22, in other embodiments, the first opening 212 may be located on the bottom surface of the first housing 210.
[0138] Referring to FIG. 10 , in some embodiments, the first housing 210 may include a first lower wall plate 215 at the lower end, and the second housing 220 may include a second lower wall plate 224 at the lower end. The first lower wall plate 215 and the second lower wall plate 224 may be spaced apart in a direction parallel to the axis of the first opening 212. The first lower wall plate 215 may be arranged opposite the upper wall plate 214 of the first housing 210. It will be appreciated that the spaced-apart arrangement of the first lower wall plate 215 and the second lower wall plate 224 allows the liquid to flow downward under gravity after being discharged from the second chamber 221, thereby preventing the liquid from dissolving the solute from accumulating around the solute, thereby reducing stratification of the liquid discharged from the second chamber 221 within the first chamber 211. At the same time, the second lower wall plate 224 at the lower end of the second shell 220 and the first lower wall plate 215 at the lower end of the first shell 210 are spaced apart, which can be understood as the second shell 220 for storing and dissolving solutes being located above the bottom surface (first lower wall plate 215) of the first shell 210 storing liquid. Therefore, when the height of the liquid in the first shell 210 is lower than the second lower wall plate 224, the liquid discharged from the second cavity 221 through the liquid guide structure 223 will not contact the solute again, thereby preventing supersaturation. Correspondingly, referring to FIG22 , in other embodiments, the first lower wall plate 215 can be located in the same plane as the second lower wall plate 224, so as to facilitate the liquid discharged from the second cavity 221 to reach the bottom surface (around the first lower wall plate 215) of the first cavity 211.
[0139] In order to evenly release the liquid from the second cavity 221 , as shown in FIG15 , in some embodiments, along the circumferential direction of the axis of the first opening 212 , the distance between the outer circumferential wall of the first shell 210 and the inner circumferential wall of the second shell 220 may be the same.
[0140] In combination with the solute dissolution and liquid release process in the second cavity 221 described in the above embodiments, in some specific embodiments, the solute satisfies at least one of the following conditions a) to e):
[0141] a) The solute includes a matrix and a dissolving part, wherein the matrix is made of a non-dissolving material and the dissolving part is attached to the matrix;
[0142] b) the solute is configured to dissolve in the liquid and the liquid can generate a bactericidal substance after ionization;
[0143] c) The solute material is a slow-release solid material;
[0144] d) The solute is in bulk or granular form;
[0145] e) The solute is wrapped with a net bag.
[0146] The following describes conditions a) to e) one by one.
[0147] Condition a) indicates that the solute includes an insoluble matrix and a soluble dissolving portion, and the matrix can be used to wrap the undissolved dissolving portion to form a whole solute; the dissolving portion can be partially or completely dissolved in the liquid. After contacting the liquid, the dissolving portion can be released from the matrix and increase the conductivity of the liquid.
[0148] Condition b) indicates that, after ionization, the liquid containing the dissolved solute can generate chemical components with bactericidal properties. These chemical components impart bactericidal properties to the liquid, enabling users to use the liquid for disinfection and cleaning. It should be noted that, to achieve the above objectives, in one embodiment, the dissolved solute can increase the conductivity of the liquid, facilitating ionization and the generation of bactericidal substances. In another embodiment, the dissolved solute can also separate and generate bactericidal substances, and the ionized liquid also contains bactericidal substances.
[0149] The sustained-release solid material in condition c) refers to a solid material capable of continuously releasing its ingredients over an extended period of time to achieve a long-lasting effect. Methods for achieving slow solute release may include controlling the dissolution rate, controlling the diffusion rate, utilizing corrosion, utilizing osmosis, and employing ion exchange. Specific implementations of each of these methods can be referenced to prior art sustained-release preparations and will not be further elaborated here.
[0150] Condition d) indicates that the solute is solid and in a block or granular form, thereby facilitating the transportation or storage of the solute. Furthermore, solid solutes are more easily controlled in terms of the amount and rate of dissolution and release. Corresponding to condition d), in other embodiments, the solute may also be liquid.
[0151] Condition e) indicates that the solute is wrapped by a mesh bag. Similar to the above condition a), the mesh bag can be used to wrap the undissolved dissolved part to make the solute form a whole; after contacting the liquid, the solute can be released from the mesh bag and improve the conductivity of the liquid.
[0152] It should be noted that, in different embodiments, the solute may satisfy any one or more of the above conditions a)-e) or may satisfy all of the conditions a)-e).
[0153] The third embodiment of the present application further provides a box assembly 400 for a disinfection module. The box assembly 400 includes a first shell 410 and a second shell 420 .
[0154] 23-24 , the second housing 420 is connected to the first housing 410 and, together with the first housing 410, defines a first cavity 430 for storing liquid. The second housing 420 further defines a second cavity 421 for storing solutes. Specifically, referring to FIG23 , in some embodiments, the inner circumferential wall of the first housing 410 and the outer circumferential wall of the second housing 420 may collectively define the first cavity, while the inner circumferential wall of the second housing 420 may define the second cavity 421. Referring to FIG24 , in other embodiments, the inner circumferential wall of the first housing 410 and the bottom surface or opening edge of the second housing 420 near the first housing 410 may collectively define the first cavity 430, while the inner circumferential wall of the second housing 420 may define the second cavity 421. In this embodiment, the second cavity 421 may be entirely or partially located within the first housing 410.
[0155] According to the technical solution of the present application, the box assembly can be suitable for users to introduce liquid into the first cavity from the first opening, and introduce at least part of the liquid into the second cavity from the second opening; the solute in the second cavity can at least partially dissolve in the liquid and improve the conductivity of the liquid in the second cavity. Furthermore, the liquid in the second cavity can be led out of the second cavity through the liquid guide structure and can be used for electrolysis. Compared with the electrolysis device of the related art, the liquid and the ion slow-release agent are immersed or a permeable membrane is set between the two to produce a dissolution reaction and improve the efficiency of liquid electrolysis. Thanks to the improvement of the solution of the present application, the box assembly of the present application can be pre-set with solutes in the second cavity. When the user needs to electrolyze the liquid and needs to improve the conductivity of the liquid in a short time, the liquid to be electrolyzed can be introduced into the first cavity and the second cavity at the same time. The liquid in the second cavity can dissolve at least part of the solute, and then the liquid in the second cavity can be led out of the second cavity by the liquid guide mechanism. Furthermore, due to the influence of the force of the liquid introduced from the outside, the liquid is in a flowing state when introduced into the second cavity, and can be discharged from the second cavity after the liquid dissolves the solute. This arrangement allows the liquid to quickly and fully contact the solute, which is conducive to improving the dissolution efficiency of the liquid and effectively reducing the phenomenon of uneven liquid dissolution. Therefore, the box assembly of the present application can improve the efficiency of liquid dissolution of solutes and the uniformity of dissolution, which is conducive to quickly improving the conductivity of the liquid.
[0156] Referring to Figures 23-24, the second housing 320 includes a liquid-conducting structure 422 located between the first cavity 430 and the second cavity 421. Similar to the above embodiment, the liquid-conducting structure 422 in this embodiment may include a liquid-conducting through-hole for conducting liquid; or the liquid-conducting structure 422 may also include a permeable membrane that is permeable to liquid. The second housing 420 has a second opening 423 communicating with the second cavity 421. The housing assembly 400 is configured such that liquid is introduced into the second cavity 321 through the second opening 423, dissolves at least a portion of the solute, and is then introduced into the first cavity through the liquid-conducting structure 322. Unlike the embodiment of the first aspect, in the first aspect, the liquid is already in the first cavity when it is in the second cavity 421, and the liquid discharged from the second cavity 421 can be further directed to other locations. In this embodiment, however, after the liquid dissolves the solute in the second cavity 421, it is then introduced into the first cavity from the second cavity 421.
