Abstract
Description
display device
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a display device, and more particularly, to a display device having an improved internal structure.
[0002] Due to the recent miniaturization and integration of various electronic devices, heat generation per square centimeter is reaching hundreds of watts. To effectively dissipate this heat and eliminate localized hot spots, a cooling device with high thermal conductivity is required. Cooling methods can be categorized into single-phase liquid cooling methods, which do not involve a phase change in the coolant, and two-phase liquid cooling methods, which involve a phase change in the coolant, depending on the temperature range of the heat-generating area. Two-phase cooling methods can handle a wider range of heat generation than single-phase cooling methods.
[0003] Among various cooling devices, heat pipes are widely used due to their extremely high thermal conductivity. These characteristics stem from their internal wick structure, but the manufacturing process for forming this wick structure is complex, making miniaturization and integration difficult.

[0005] A display device according to an example may include a heating device disposed between the display panel and the rear chassis and having a heating portion having a first width along a first direction.
[0006] A display device according to an example may include a heat pipe disposed between the rear chassis and the heat generating device, the heat pipe having a second width exceeding the first width along the first direction.

[0026] Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0027] Figure 1 is a front perspective view of a display device according to an example.
[0028] Referring to FIG. 1, a display device (1) is a device that processes an image signal received from the outside and can visually display the processed image. In the following, the display device (1) is exemplified as a television (TV), but is not limited thereto. For example, the display device (1) can be implemented in various forms such as a monitor, a portable multimedia device, a portable communication device, etc., and the form of the display device (1) is not limited as long as it is a device that visually displays an image.
[0029] In addition, the display device (1) may be a large format display (LFD) installed outdoors, such as on a building rooftop or a bus stop. Here, the outdoors is not necessarily limited to outdoors, and the display device (1) according to one embodiment may be installed in any indoor location where a large number of people may enter and exit, such as a subway station, shopping mall, movie theater, company, or store.
[0030] The display device (1) can receive content including video signals and audio signals from various content sources, and output video and audio corresponding to the video signals and audio signals. For example, the display device (1) can receive content data via a broadcast reception antenna or a wired cable, receive content data from a content playback device, or receive content data from a content provider's content provision server.
[0031] In the following description, the first direction (X) means one of the directions parallel to the upper surface of the display device (1), for example, the width direction of the display device (1). The second direction (Y) means a direction orthogonal to the first direction (X) among the directions parallel to the upper surface of the display device (1), for example, the length direction of the display device (1). The third direction (Z) means the thickness direction of the display device (1). Rear means the third direction (Z).
[0032] Fig. 2 is a rear perspective view of a display device according to an example. Fig. 3 is a plan view of a rear chassis, a heat generating device, and a heat pipe according to an example.
[0033] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, a display device (1) according to one embodiment may include a display panel (10), a front chassis (20) that extends along the periphery of the display panel (10) and covers a side surface of the display panel (10), a rear chassis (30) that covers a rear surface of the display panel (10), a heat generating device (40) that is disposed at the rear of the rear chassis (30), a rear cover (50) that is disposed at the rear surface of the rear chassis (30), and a heat pipe (100) that is disposed at the heat generating device (40).
[0034] The display panel (10) may be referred to as a display. According to one example, the display panel (10) may extend along a plane (XY plane) corresponding to the upper surface of the display device (1). The display panel (10) may include a self-luminous panel (11) configured to emit light by itself and display an image, and a heat dissipation sheet (12) attached to the rear surface of the self-luminous panel (11) and arranged to dissipate heat.
[0035] The self-luminous panel (11) may be configured to display images using an organic light emitting device (OLED). The self-luminous panel (11) may have a thinner thickness than the light-receiving panel because it does not include a backlight unit at its rear. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the self-luminous panel (11) may be replaced with an LCD panel equipped with a backlight.
[0036] The heat dissipation sheet (12) may be provided in a size corresponding to that of the self-luminous panel (11). According to an example, the heat dissipation sheet (12) may be attached to the rear surface of the self-luminous panel (11) by an adhesive such as an adhesive or a double-sided tape. The heat dissipation sheet (12) may be provided to be attached to the rear surface of the self-luminous panel (11) to release heat. The heat dissipation sheet (12) may increase the contact area with the self-luminous panel (11) so as to effectively absorb heat from the self-luminous panel (11). To this end, the heat dissipation sheet (12) and the self-luminous panel (11) may be combined by an adhesive. The heat dissipation sheet (12) may include at least one of graphite, aluminum, and copper.
[0037] The front chassis (20) may be referred to as an external frame. According to one example, the front chassis (20) may be provided to cover the side of the display panel (10). The front chassis (20) may be formed to extend along the perimeter of the display panel (10). Accordingly, the front chassis (20) may be provided in an approximately square ring shape.
[0038] The rear chassis (30) may be provided in a size corresponding to the display panel (10). The rear chassis (30) may be provided to cover the rear surface of the display panel (10). According to one example, the rear chassis (30) may form the rear exterior of the display device (1) together with the rear cover (50).
[0039] The rear cover (50) may be coupled to the rear of the rear chassis (30). In one example, the rear cover (50) may be coupled to the rear of the rear chassis (30) to form an internal space. In the internal space formed between the rear cover (50) and the rear chassis (30), a heat generating device (40) that emits heat may be placed. As an example, the heat generating device (40) may include at least one of a printed circuit board or a power input device. When the heat generating device (40) includes a plurality of printed circuit boards, the plurality of printed circuit boards may include at least one of a T-con board (timing controller), a main board for controlling components of the display device (1), and a power board. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, a plurality of printed circuit boards include a first heat generating device (41) to a sixth heat generating device (46), wherein the first heat generating device (41) to the sixth heat generating device (46) may be any one of a T-con board (timing controller), a main board, and a power board. In addition, according to an example, the first heat generating device (41) to the sixth heat generating device (46) may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other at the rear and / or back of the rear chassis (30).
[0040] The heat pipe (100) can absorb heat generated from the heat generating device (40) and release it to the outside. According to an example, the heat pipe (100) is arranged in the heat generating device (40), and when the heat generating device (40) is provided in multiple numbers, the heat pipe (100) may also be arranged in multiple numbers to correspond to each of the multiple heat generating devices (40). For example, when the heat generating device (40) includes the first heat generating device (41) to the sixth heat generating device (46), the heat pipe (100) may also include the first heat pipe (100-1) to the sixth heat pipe (100-6).
[0041] A heat pipe (100) according to an example can convert heat into the kinetic energy of a fluid and release the heat through the fluid movement. The heat pipe (100) has a simple structure in which a refrigerant, which will be described later, is sealed within a plurality of cooling channels, and can be miniaturized and lightweight by being manually operated. Hereinafter, a heat pipe (100) disposed in a heating device (40) will be described.
[0042] Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a heat pipe according to an example. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the heat pipe taken along line AA of Fig. 4. Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the heat pipe taken along line BB of Fig. 4.
[0043] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6, a heat pipe (100) according to an example may include a plurality of cooling channels (110) and a coolant (W) moving along the plurality of cooling channels (110). As an example, the plurality of cooling channels (110) may be maintained in a sealed state that is isolated from the outside. For example, the heat pipe (100) may include an upper surface (101) and a lower surface (102) extending along one plane (XY plane), and a side portion (103) disposed between the upper surface (101) and the lower surface (102). At this time, the plurality of cooling channels (110) may be disposed in a receiving space provided between the upper surface (101), the lower surface (102), and the side portion (103).
[0044] According to an example, a heat pipe (100) may include one or more materials having relatively high thermal conductivity, for example, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel. When the heat pipe (100) is provided in a plate-like shape having an upper surface (101), a lower surface (102), and a side portion (103), the heat pipe (100) may be formed by an extrusion method. In this case, the upper surface (101), the lower surface (102), the side portion (103), and the plurality of cooling channels (110) included in the heat pipe (100) may be integral. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the heat pipe (100) may also be provided in a form in which the upper surface (101), the lower surface (102), the side portion (103), and the plurality of cooling channels (110) manufactured in different ways are combined.
[0045] When the heat generating device (40) has a first width (L1) along the first direction (X), the heat pipe (100) may have a second width (L2) that exceeds the first width (L1) along the first direction (X). In other words, the area in which the coolant (W) moves may exceed the heat generating area (F) of the heat generating device (40). Accordingly, the plurality of cooling channels (110) in which the coolant (W) moves may extend beyond the heat generating area (F) along the first direction (X).
[0046] According to an example, a plurality of cooling channels (110) may be aligned along a second direction (Y) perpendicular to a first direction (X). As an example, the plurality of cooling channels (110) may include first cooling channels (111) to fifth cooling channels (115) having a second width (L2) along the first direction (X). The first cooling channels (111) to fifth cooling channels (115) may be aligned along a second direction (Y) perpendicular to the first direction (X) with partition walls (121-124) therebetween.
[0047] Among the plurality of cooling channels (110), at least one of both ends of adjacent cooling channels may be connected to be in fluid communication. For example, a first cooling channel (111) and a second cooling channel (112) may be arranged adjacent to each other with a first partition wall (121) therebetween. At this time, by removing one end of the first partition wall (121), for example, the right end (131), the first cooling channel (111) and the second cooling channel (112) may be connected to be in fluid communication. In addition, a second cooling channel (112) and a third cooling channel (113) may be arranged adjacent to each other with a second partition wall (122) therebetween. At this time, by removing one end of the second partition wall (122), for example, the left end (132), the second cooling channel (112) and the third cooling channel (113) may be connected to be in fluid communication. In the same manner, the third cooling channel (113) and the fourth cooling channel (114) can be connected to be in fluid communication by removing one end of the third bulkhead (123), for example, the right end (133). In addition, the fourth cooling channel (114) and the fifth cooling channel (115) can be connected to be in fluid communication by removing one end of the fourth bulkhead (124), for example, the left end (134).
[0048] As described above, as one end of the first to fourth bulkheads (121-124) is removed, the first cooling channel (111) to the fifth cooling channel (115) can be connected to a single channel. At this time, the refrigerant (W) can circulate through the first cooling channel (111) to the fifth cooling channel (115) and absorb heat generated from the heat generating device (40) and release it to the outside.
[0049] According to an example, the refrigerant (W) may be determined according to the operating temperature of the heating device (40). As an example, the refrigerant (W) may include one or more of refrigerant R-245fa, refrigerant R-1233zd, 3M Novec series, Chemours Opteon SF33, acetone, and distilled water. The operating temperature range of the heating device (40) in which vapor pressure can be generated under atmospheric pressure conditions may be 15 degrees for refrigerant R-245fa, 19 degrees for refrigerant R-1233zd, and 100 degrees for distilled water. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and a refrigerant (W) not included in the operating temperature range of the heating device (40) may also be used.
[0050] According to an example, a refrigerant (W) may be filled in an arbitrary ratio after a plurality of cooling channels (110) are made into a vacuum state. As described above, the plurality of cooling channels (110) may include a structure in which a single long cooling channel that is interconnected forms a plurality of turns. At this time, the plurality of cooling channels (110) may be provided in a tubular shape having a predetermined cross-sectional shape. Accordingly, the interior of the plurality of cooling channels (110) may be formed into a liquid slug (W) due to capillary pressure. f ) and vapor plug (W v ) can be filled with a structure (slug-train unit) that intersects repeatedly.
[0051] As an example, each of the cooling channels included in the plurality of cooling channels (110) may have a rectangular cross-section perpendicular to the first direction (X). For example, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the first cooling channel (111) to the fifth cooling channel (115) may have a rectangular cross-section having a predetermined width (T) and height (H). For example, the height (H) of the rectangular shape along the second direction (Y) perpendicular to the first direction (X) may be 2 mm or more and 4 mm or less. In addition, the width (T) of the rectangular shape along the third direction (Z) perpendicular to the first direction (X) may be 0.5 mm or more and 4 mm or less. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and each of the cooling channels included in the plurality of cooling channels (110) may have a circular cross-section having a predetermined diameter perpendicular to the first direction (X). For example, the diameter of the cross-section of a circular shape may be 1 mm or more and 4 mm or less.
[0052] As described above, in a state where heat is not transferred from the heating device (40) to the heat pipe (100), the refrigerant (W) placed inside the plurality of cooling channels (110) is in a liquid state (liquid slug) (W f ) and vapor plug (W v ) can be filled with a structure (slug-train unit) that is repeatedly crossed. Nucleate boiling can occur by the amount of heat applied from the heating device (40) in the heating area (F). As the bubbles generated by nucleate boiling merge, gas-liquid slugs (W vs , slug flow) can be formed.
[0053] Liquid slug type (W vs, slug flow) is formed, a pressure wave may be generated in the plurality of cooling channels (110) and a fluid flow accompanied by bidirectional vibration may be generated. Accordingly, the refrigerant (W) disposed in the heat-generating area (F) may move to both ends of the heat-generating area (F), for example, the first cooling area (C1) disposed at one end side of the heat-generating area (F) and the second cooling area (C2) disposed at the other end side of the heat-generating area (F). The refrigerant (W) that has moved to the first cooling area (C1) and the second cooling area (C2) may release heat to the outside through convective heat transfer and latent heat transport. In addition, at this time, pressure may be applied to the refrigerant (W) disposed in the first cooling area (C1) and the second cooling area (C2). Accordingly, the refrigerant (W) disposed in the first cooling area (C1) and the second cooling area (C2) may move to the heat-generating area (F).
[0054] As described above, nucleate boiling can occur in the refrigerant (W) by the amount of heat applied from the heating device (40) in the heating area (F). As the bubbles generated by nucleate boiling merge, gas-liquid slugs (W vs , slug flow) is formed, and accordingly, the positions of the refrigerant (W) arranged in the heating zone (F) and the refrigerant (W) arranged in the first cooling zone (C1) and the second cooling zone (C2) can be swapped. At this time, the amount of heat transferred from the heating zone (F) to the refrigerant (W) can be released to the outside in the first cooling zone (C1) and the second cooling zone (C2).
[0055] The amount of heat transferred from the heating area (F) to the refrigerant (W) may vary depending on the temperature of the heating device (40) and the first width (L1) of the heating device (40) along the first direction (X) in which the heating device (40) and the plurality of cooling channels (110) come into contact. In order to reduce the temperature deviation of the entire area along the first direction (X) of the plurality of cooling channels (110), the second width (L2) along which the plurality of cooling channels (110) extend along the first direction (X) may be determined differently depending on the temperature of the heating device (40) and the first width (L1) of the heating device (40).
[0056] As an example, the amount of heat transferred from the heating zone (F) to the refrigerant (W) must be released to the outside in the first cooling zone (C1) and the second cooling zone (C2). The refrigerant (W) that has moved to the first cooling zone (C1) and the second cooling zone (C2) can release heat to the outside through convective heat transfer and latent heat transport. Accordingly, when the temperature of the heating device (40) and the first width (L1) of the heating device (40) increase and the amount of heat transferred from the heating area (F) to the refrigerant (W) increases, the first cooling area (C1) and the second cooling area (C2) must increase. On the other hand, when the temperature of the heating device (40) and the first width (L1) of the heating device (40) decrease and the amount of heat transferred from the heating area (F) to the refrigerant (W) decrease, the first cooling area (C1) and the second cooling area (C2) must decrease. Therefore, the length along which the plurality of cooling channels (110) extend in the first direction (X) can be determined according to the length in the first direction (X) of the heating area (F) in contact with the heating device (40). As an example, the first width (L1) of the heating device (40) with respect to the second width (L2) extending along the first direction (X) of the plurality of cooling channels (110) may be 20% or more and 80% or less.
[0057] However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the second width (L2) extending along the first direction (X) of the plurality of cooling channels (110) may be set differently due to design limitations. In this case, the cooling capacity can be increased by increasing the capacity of the refrigerant (W) flowing through the plurality of cooling channels (110). In order to increase the capacity of the refrigerant (W) flowing through the plurality of cooling channels (110), the cross-sectional area of each of the plurality of cooling channels (110) can be increased. However, there may be a limit to increasing the cross-sectional area of each of the plurality of cooling channels (110) in consideration of the capillary pressure of the refrigerant (W) flowing through the plurality of cooling channels (110).
[0058] In addition, as an example, the widths of the first cooling region (C1) and the second cooling region (C2) along the first direction (X) may be set to be the same. Accordingly, the first cooling region (C1) and the second cooling region (C2) may be arranged symmetrically with respect to the heat generating region (F). Accordingly, the temperature deviation of the entire region along the first direction (X) of the plurality of cooling channels (110) may be relatively reduced.
[0059] As described above, the amount of heat transferred from the heat generating area (F) to the refrigerant (W) must be released to the outside in the first cooling area (C1) and the second cooling area (C2). The refrigerant (W) that has moved to the first cooling area (C1) and the second cooling area (C2) can release heat to the outside through convective heat transfer and latent heat transport. According to one example, the first cooling area (C1) and the second cooling area (C2) may be arranged to be spaced apart from the rear chassis (30) by a predetermined gap (P: see FIG. 8) along the third direction (Z) perpendicular to the first direction (X).
[0060] Fig. 7 is an exploded perspective view of a rear chassis, a heat generating device, and a heat pipe according to an example. Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional perspective view of a rear chassis, a heat generating device, and a heat pipe according to an example.
[0061] Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the first cooling region (C1) and the second cooling region (C2) may be arranged to be spaced apart from the rear chassis (30) by a predetermined distance (P) along the third direction (Z) perpendicular to the first direction (X). However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the predetermined distance (P) spaced between the first cooling region (C1) and the second cooling region (C2) and the rear chassis (30) may be set differently depending on design limitations.
[0062] According to an example, a fastening device (700) can fasten at least one of both ends of a heat pipe (100) to a rear chassis (30). As an example, the fastening device (700) can include a connecting portion (710) that can connect at least one of both ends of the heat pipe (100) to the rear chassis (30) with a predetermined gap (P) therebetween, and a fixing portion (720) that can fasten the connecting portion (710) to the rear chassis (30). Accordingly, a first cooling region (C1) and a second cooling region (C2) arranged on both sides of a heat-generating region (F) along a first direction (X) can be arranged to be spaced apart from the rear chassis (30) with a predetermined gap (P) therebetween for heat transfer to the outside. In addition, at this time, a plurality of cooling channels (110) in the heat-generating region (F) can be arranged to be in contact with the heat-generating device (40).
[0063] According to an example, the connecting portion (710) may include a bracket shape bent at a predetermined angle. In addition, the fixing portion (720) may include a screw shape extending in one direction. However, the connecting portion (710) and the fixing portion (720) are not limited thereto, and any fastening device capable of fixing the heat pipe (100) to the rear chassis (30) while leaving a predetermined gap between the heat pipe (100) and the rear chassis (30) may be used.
[0064] Fig. 9 is a partial cross-sectional view of a heat pipe cut along line AA of Fig. 4.
[0065] As described above, each cooling channel included in the plurality of cooling channels (110) may extend to have a predetermined width along the first direction (X). However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and each cooling channel included in the plurality of cooling channels (110) may be arranged to have a predetermined inclination angle with respect to each other.
[0066] Referring to FIG. 9, according to an example, one cooling channel included in a plurality of cooling channels (110), for example, a first cooling channel (111), may be arranged to be inclined at a predetermined inclination angle (θ) with respect to a first direction (X). According to an example, the inclination angle (θ) may be 10 degrees or less.
[0067] As an example, the interior of a plurality of cooling channels (110) is formed by a liquid slug (W) due to capillary pressure. f ) and vapor plug (W v ) can be filled with a structure (slug-train unit) that is repeatedly crossed. Nucleate boiling can occur by the amount of heat applied from the heating device (40) in the heating area (F). As the bubbles generated by nucleate boiling merge, gas-liquid slugs (W vs , slug flow) can be formed. Gas-liquid slug flow (W vs , slug flow) is formed, a flow accompanied by bidirectional vibration can be generated while generating pressure waves in multiple cooling channels (110).
[0068] When a plurality of cooling channels (110) have a first direction (X) and a predetermined inclination angle (θ), a predetermined downward movement pressure due to gravity can be applied to the refrigerant (W) arranged in the plurality of cooling channels (110). At this time, when the plurality of cooling channels (110) have a first direction (X) and a predetermined inclination angle (θ) of 10 degrees or less, gas-liquid slugs (W) in the heating region (F) vs , slug flow) can exceed the downward movement pressure due to gravity described above. Accordingly, gas-liquid slug flow (W vs , slug flow) can occur with bidirectional vibrations.
[0069] Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view of a heat pipe according to an example.
[0070] Referring to FIG. 10, a heat pipe (100') according to an example may include a plurality of cooling channels (110) having multiple channels. As an example, a first plurality of cooling channels (110-1) through which a first refrigerant (W1) flows may be arranged in a first channel (CH1). In addition, a second plurality of cooling channels (110-2) through which a second refrigerant (W2) flows may be arranged in a second channel (CH2). At this time, the first plurality of cooling channels (110-1) and the second plurality of cooling channels (110-2) may be arranged adjacently along a second direction (Y) perpendicular to the first direction (X).
[0071] According to one example, the operating temperature of the heating device (40) arranged in the heating region (F) may be different depending on the region. The first plurality of cooling channels (110-1) and the second plurality of cooling channels (110-2) may be arranged in different operating temperature regions of the heating device (40), respectively. As an example, when the operating temperature of the heating device (40) is different along the second direction (Y), the first plurality of cooling channels (110-1) and the second plurality of cooling channels (110-2) may be arranged along the second direction (Y) in response to the operating temperature of the heating device (40). At this time, the first refrigerant (W1) and the second refrigerant (W2) may be determined differently depending on the operating temperature of the heating device (40).
[0072] Also, according to another example, the operating temperature of the heating device (40) arranged in the heating area (F) may be constant depending on the area. When the number of cooling channels included in the plurality of cooling channels (110) exceeds 10, a predetermined downward movement pressure due to gravity may be applied to the refrigerant (W) arranged in the lowest cooling channel of the plurality of cooling channels (110). At this time, the gas-liquid slug (W) in the heating area (F) vs , slug flow) may be less than the downward movement pressure due to gravity described above. Accordingly, the gas-liquid slug flow (W vs , slug flow) may not occur with bidirectional vibration.
[0073] According to one example, a first plurality of cooling channels (110-1) and a second plurality of cooling channels (110-2) may be arranged adjacently along the second direction (Y). At this time, the first plurality of cooling channels (110-1) may include 10 or fewer cooling channels aligned along the second direction (Y). In addition, the second plurality of cooling channels (110-2) may include 10 or fewer cooling channels aligned along the second direction (Y). In addition, at this time, the first refrigerant (W1) and the second refrigerant (W2) may include the same material. Accordingly, when the heat generating area (F) in which the heat generating device (40) is arranged extends along the second direction (Y), the heat pipe (100') including a multi-channel form can be arranged to uniformly cool the heat generating device (40).
[0074] Fig. 11 is a perspective view of a heat pipe according to an example. Fig. 12 is a cross-sectional view of the heat pipe illustrated in Fig. 11.
[0075] Referring to FIGS. 11 and 12, a heat pipe (300) according to an example may include a bent cooling channel (310) that extends in one direction and is formed integrally by being bent multiple times, and a coolant (W) that moves along the bent cooling channel (310). As an example, the bent cooling channel (310) may be maintained in a sealed state that is isolated from the outside.
[0076] A heat pipe (300) according to an example may include a material having relatively high thermal conductivity, for example, one or more of aluminum, copper, and stainless steel. When the heat pipe (300) according to an example includes a single bent cooling channel (310), the bent cooling channel (310) may be formed by a bending method that repeatedly uses a method of bending a bent cooling channel (310) extending along a first direction (X) at one of both ends and then bending it at the other end in the next order.
[0077] When the heating device (40) has a first width (L1) along the first direction (X), the bent cooling channel (310) may have a second width (L2) that exceeds the first width (L1) along the first direction (X). In other words, the area in which the coolant (W) moves may exceed the heating area (F) of the heating device (40). Accordingly, the bent cooling channel (310) in which the coolant (W) moves may extend beyond the heating area (F) along the first direction (X).
[0078] According to an example, the bent cooling channel (310) may be aligned along a second direction (Y) perpendicular to the first direction (X). As an example, the bent cooling channel (310) may include a plurality of cooling channels having a second width (L2) along the first direction (X).
[0079] Since the bendable cooling channel (310) can be formed by bending an integral cooling channel, at least one of the two ends of adjacent cooling channels can be connected to be in fluid communication. For example, the first cooling channel (311) and the second cooling channel (312) can be connected to be in fluid communication using the bending region. Accordingly, the bendable cooling channels (310) can be connected to one fluid channel. At this time, the refrigerant (W) can absorb heat generated from the heating device (40) and release it to the outside while circulating through the first bendable cooling channel (310).
[0080] According to an example, the refrigerant (W) may be determined according to the operating temperature of the heating device (40). As an example, the refrigerant (W) may include one or more of refrigerant R-245fa, refrigerant R-1233zd, 3M Novec series, Chemours Opteon SF33, and distilled water.
[0081] According to an example, the refrigerant (W) can be filled in an arbitrary ratio after the folded cooling channel (310) is made into a vacuum state. As described above, the folded cooling channel (310) can include a structure in which a single long cooling channel that is interconnected forms multiple turns. At this time, the folded cooling channel (310) can be provided in a tubular shape having a predetermined cross-sectional shape. Accordingly, the inside of the folded cooling channel (310) is formed such that the refrigerant (W) is in a liquid slug (W) due to capillary pressure. f ) and vapor plug (W v ) can be filled with a structure (slug-train unit) that repeatedly intersects. As an example, each cooling channel included in the bent cooling channel (310) may have a circular cross-section perpendicular to the first direction (X). For example, the diameter of the circular cross-section may be 1 mm or more and 4 mm or less, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
